现有的不锈钢水管连接技术都是传统的卡压式连接或者焊接技术,有三个常见问题。1:通常采取一道或者两道三元乙丙O型圈密封,漏水的概率偏大;2卡压的方式必须要特殊的安装工具以及专业的安装技工方可安装,安装费用高,费工费时;3水管之间依靠压紧的方式衔接,如果技工少有失误,衔接强度不够,很容易爆管。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种螺旋伸缩连接管连接件,使用简单方便,安装快捷,连接方式可以自由伸缩,可以根据客户需要自由调节长度。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种螺旋伸缩连接管连接件,包括中间管、两个圆形螺母或者多边形螺母、多个第一三元乙丙橡胶圈和两个第二三元乙丙橡胶圈,两个所述第二三元乙丙橡胶圈为锥度三元乙丙橡胶圈;所述中间管的两端固定连接有锥度螺牙内壁,所述中间管的两端靠近锥度螺牙内壁的位置上至少依次镶嵌式设置有两个第一三元乙丙橡胶圈,两个所述第二三元乙丙橡胶圈分别与所述中间管两端的两个所述锥度螺牙内壁适配,两个所述圆形螺母或者多边形螺母分别与所述中间管两端的两个所述锥度螺牙内壁螺旋紧配连接。
进一步的,所述中间管的两端靠近锥度螺牙内壁的位置上依次设置有两个环状凸起,所述第一三元乙丙橡胶圈设置于所述环状凸起内。
进一步的,所述环状凸起的或者圆形螺母或者多边形螺母深度小于所述第一三元乙丙橡胶圈的直径。
进一步的,所述圆形螺母或者多边形螺母外周侧内置无头螺丝。
进一步的,所述圆形螺母或者多边形螺母外周侧分别内置三个无头螺丝,三个所述无头螺丝之间的夹角互为120°。
进一步的,所述中间管与所述锥度螺牙内壁为一体结构。
进一步的,所述中间管的两端靠近锥度螺牙内壁的位置上依次设置有两个环状凹槽,所述第一三元乙丙橡胶圈设置于所述环状凹槽内,两个所述锥度螺牙内壁之间的中间管呈光滑凸起状。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益技术效果:
1:现场无需裁切;2:无需焊管;3:自由伸缩调节长度;4:不需要特殊安装工具;在稳定性和密封性都符合要求的同时最大限度地降低了安装成本,节约安装时间。

如图1-3所示,一种螺旋伸缩连接管接头,包括中间管1、两个圆形螺母或者多边形螺母7、四个第一三元乙丙橡胶圈5和两个第二三元乙丙橡胶圈6,两个所述第二三元乙丙橡胶圈6为锥度三元乙丙橡胶圈,其中多边形螺母为外六角螺母;所述中间管1的两端焊接固定连接有锥度螺牙内壁2,所述中间管1的两端靠近锥度螺牙内壁2的位置上依次设置有两个环状凸起3,所述第一三元乙丙橡胶圈5设置于所述环状凸起3内,两个所述第二三元乙丙橡胶圈5分别与所述中间管1两端的两个所述锥度螺牙内壁2适配,两个所述圆形螺母或者多边形螺母7分别与所述中间管1两端的两个所述锥度螺牙内壁2螺旋紧配连接。所述环状凸起3的深度小于所述第一三元乙丙橡胶圈5的直径,即需要满足第一三元乙丙橡胶圈5镶嵌式设置于所述环状凸起3内时,有一部分延伸至中间管内壁外侧以便于密封;所述圆形螺母或者多边形螺母7的外周侧分别内置三个无头螺丝8,三个所述无头螺丝8之间的夹角互为120°。根据需要可以调整无头螺丝8的设置数量。
使用时,如图4-6所示,将第一连接管9和第二连接管10分别插入中间管1的两端内,通过圆形螺母或者多边形螺母7紧固,然后旋紧无头螺丝8即可。
实施例2

使用时,同时实施例一,将第一连接管9和第二连接管10分别插入中间管1的两端内,通过圆形螺母或者多边形螺母7紧固即可。
实施例3
其与实施例二结构相同,不同之处为:本实施例将中间管1两端的环状凹槽4结构去掉,在第一连接管9和第二连接管10上分别设置用于放置第一三元乙丙橡胶圈5的环状凹槽4。装配原理相同。
一般情况下,需要连接的水管都是相同大小的。当在需要调节长度时,可以采用两条不同大小的水管,由于连接件是中通的,小管可以通过连接件插入大管,从而达到伸缩自由调节长度的作用。
