背景技术
目前电子设备上接听电话通过固定触摸区域的滑动来实现接听电话。以手机接听或挂断电话的应用功能为例,传统的手机一般采用键盘或触摸屏,触发手机的各项功能,当有来电呼入时,可以在传统手机上通过点击键盘或者触摸屏上的接听来电的按钮接听来电。当用户想让电子设备自动接听通话时,必须根据运用场景设置自动接听通话模式。若用户无法精准的对触摸屏进行点按操作,导致触摸屏幕不能感知到用户相应的触摸操作,无法实现对来电的正常操作,降低了处理呼叫的效率。

在本发明的一个实施例中,所述触碰信号符合预设条件包括:所述触碰信号对应的触碰力度大于或者等于预设压力值。当所述触碰信号对应的触碰力度大于或者等于预设压力值时,所述电子设备获取用户在预设时间段(如1分钟内)内敲击所述显示设备的敲击次数。例如,从所述电子设备获取到所述触碰信号开始计时后的1分钟内敲击所述显示设备的敲击次数。
当所述触碰信号对应的触碰力度小于预设压力值时,所述电子设备提示用户是否自动处理所述呼叫请求。当接收到用户选择自动处理所述呼叫请求的信号时,所述电子设备获取用户在预设时间段内敲击所述显示设备上的敲击次数。当接收到用户选择拒绝自动处理所述呼叫请求的选项时,不执行任何处理。
S12,所述电子设备根据所述敲击次数获取所述敲击次数对应的操作指令。
在本发明的一个实施例中,当所述敲击次数在第一预设次数范围(如小于3次)内时,所述电子设备获取第一操作指令。当所述敲击次数在第二预设次数范围内(如大于6次)时,所述电子设备获取第二操作指令。所述第一操作指令为自动接听所述呼叫请求。所述第二操作指令为自动拒绝所述呼叫请求。或者在其他实施例中,所述第一操作指令为自动拒绝所述呼叫请求。所述第二操作指令为自动接听所述呼叫请求。
S13,所述电子设备根据所获取的敲击次数对应的操作指令,对所述呼叫请求进行处理。
在本发明的一个实施例中,当所述敲击次数对应的操作指令为自动接听所述呼叫请求时,所述电子设备根据所述呼叫请求与所述呼叫方建立通讯连接。
当所述敲击次数对应的操作指令为自动拒绝所述呼叫请求时,所述电子设备对所述呼叫请求进行挂断处理。
当接收到呼叫请求时,本发明通过传感设备检测用户触碰所述显示设备的触碰信号,当所述触碰信号符合预设条件时,所述电子设备获取用户在预设时间段内敲击所述显示设备的敲击次数,根据所述敲击次数获取所述敲击次数对应的操作指令,根据所述获取的操作指令,对所述呼叫请求进行处理。本发明能通过触碰显示设备的任意区域,实现自动对呼叫请求进行处理,提高了对呼叫请求处理的效率。
如图2所示,图2是本发明实现呼叫处理方法的较佳实施例的电子设备的结构示意图。所述电子设备1包括存储设备12、处理设备13、显示设备14及传感设备15。
所述电子设备1是一种能够按照事先设定或存储的指令,自动进行数值计算和/或信息处理的设备,其硬件包括但不限于微处理器、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)、数字处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、嵌入式设备等。
还包括但不限于任何一种可与用户通过键盘、鼠标、遥控器、触摸板或声控设备等方式进行人机交互的电子产品,例如,个人计算机、平板电脑、智能手机、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、游戏机、交互式网络电视(Internet Protocol Television,IPTV)、智能式穿戴式设备等。
所述电子设备1所处的网络包括但不限于互联网、广域网、城域网、局域网、虚拟专用网络(Virtual Private Network,VPN)等。
所述存储设备12用于存储一种呼叫处理方法的程序和各种数据,并在所述电子设备1运行过程中实现高速、自动地完成程序或数据的存取。所述存储设备12可以是电子设备1的外部存储设备和/或内部存储设备。进一步地,所述存储设备12可以是集成电路中没有实物形式的具有存储功能的电路,如RAM(Random-Access Memory,随机存取存储设备)、FIFO(First In First Out,)等。或者,所述存储设备12也可以是具有实物形式的存储设备,如内存条、TF卡(Trans-flash Card)等等。
所述处理设备13又称中央处理器(CPU,Central Processing Unit),是一块超大规模的集成电路,是电子设备1的运算核心(Core)和控制核心(Control Unit)。所述处理设备13可执行所述电子设备1的操作系统以及安装的各类应用程序、程序代码等,例如呼叫处理系统11。
当所述呼叫处理系统11接收到呼叫请求时,所述呼叫处理系统11通过传感设备检测用户触碰所述显示设备的触碰信号,当所述触碰信号符合预设条件时,所述电子设备获取用户在预设时间段内敲击所述显示设备的敲击次数,根据所述敲击次数获取所述敲击次数对应的操作指令,根据所述获取的操作指令,对所述呼叫请求进行处理。本发明能通过触碰显示设备的任意区域,实现自动对呼叫请求进行处理,提高了对呼叫请求处理的效率。所述呼叫处理系统11的具体功能模块图参见图3。
所述显示设备14包括触摸屏等用于显示的设备。所述传感设备15用于用户触碰所述显示设备的触碰信号,如包括压力传感器等等。
如图3所示,本发明呼叫处理系统的实施例的功能模块图。所述呼叫处理系统11包括侦测模块100、获取模块101、提示模块102及处理模块103。本发明所称的模块是指一种能够被处理设备13所执行并且能够完成固定功能的一系列计算机程序段,其存储在存储设备12中。在本实施例中,关于各模块的功能将在后续的实施例中详述。
当所述电子设备1接收到主叫方发送的呼叫请求时,所述侦测模块100从所述显示设备14上侦测触碰信号。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述呼叫请求包括语音呼叫请求及视频呼叫请求。例如,主叫方通过聊天软件、通讯软件(如拨打电话的软件)等等发出呼叫请求。
在本发明的一个实施例中,当所述电子设备1接收到所述呼叫请求时,所述电子设备1提示用户有呼叫请求,例如以振动、语音、在所述显示设备14上显示所述呼叫请求等等。用户就会触碰所述显示设备14。所述侦测模块100在所述电子设备的显示设备上侦测及获取用户触碰所述显示设备14所生成的触碰信号。
所述电子设备1包括传感设备。所述获取模块101通过所述传感设备(如压力感应器)检测所述触碰信号对应的触碰力度。
当所述触碰信号符合预设条件时,所述所述获取模块101获取用户在预设时间段内敲击所述显示设备14的敲击次数。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述触碰信号符合预设条件包括:所述触碰信号对应的触碰力度大于或者等于预设压力值。当所述触碰信号对应的触碰力度大于或者等于预设压力值时,所述电子设备1获取用户在预设时间段(如1分钟内)内敲击所述显示设备14的敲击次数。例如,从所述电子设备1获取到所述触碰信号开始计时后的1分钟内敲击所述显示设备14的敲击次数。
当所述触碰信号对应的触碰力度小于预设压力值时,所述提示模块102提示用户是否自动处理所述呼叫请求。当接收到用户选择自动处理所述呼叫请求的信号时,所述获取模块101获取用户在预设时间段内敲击所述显示设备14上的敲击次数。当接收到用户选择拒绝自动处理所述呼叫请求的选项时,不执行任何处理。
所述获取模块101根据所述敲击次数获取所述敲击次数对应的操作指令。
在本发明的一个实施例中,当所述敲击次数在第一预设次数范围(如小于3次)内时,所述获取模块101获取第一操作指令。当所述敲击次数在第二预设次数范围内(如大于6次)时,所述获取模块101获取第二操作指令。所述第一操作指令为自动接听所述呼叫请求。所述第二操作指令为自动拒绝所述呼叫请求。或者在其他实施例中,所述第一操作指令为自动拒绝所述呼叫请求。所述第二操作指令为自动接听所述呼叫请求。
处理模块103根据所述获取的操作指令,对所述呼叫请求进行处理。
在本发明的一个实施例中,当所述敲击次数对应的操作指令为自动接听所述呼叫请求时,所述处理模块103根据所述呼叫请求与所述呼叫方建立通讯连接。
当所述敲击次数对应的操作指令为自动拒绝所述呼叫请求时,所述处理模块103对所述呼叫请求进行挂断处理。
当接收到呼叫请求时,本发明通过传感设备检测用户触碰所述显示设备的触碰信号,当所述触碰信号符合预设条件时,所述电子设备获取用户在预设时间段内敲击所述显示设备的敲击次数,根据所述敲击次数获取所述敲击次数对应的操作指令,根据所述获取的操作指令,对所述呼叫请求进行处理。本发明能通过触碰显示设备的任意区域,实现自动对呼叫请求进行处理,提高了对呼叫请求处理的效率。
上述以软件功能模块的形式实现的集成的单元,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能模块存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)或处理器(processor)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的部分步骤。
结合图1,所述电子设备1中的所述存储设备12存储多个指令以实现一种呼叫处理方法,所述处理设备13可执行所述多个指令从而实现:当接收到主叫方发送的呼叫请求时,从所述电子设备的显示设备上侦测触碰信号;当所述触碰信号符合预设条件时,获取用户在预设时间段内敲击所述显示设备的敲击次数;根据所述敲击次数获取所述敲击次数对应的操作指令;及根据所述获取的操作指令,对所述呼叫请求进行处理。
根据本发明优选实施例,所述触碰信号符合预设条件包括:所述触碰信号对应的触碰力度大于或者等于预设压力值。
根据本发明优选实施例,所述处理设备13执行的指令还包括:
当所述触碰信号对应的触碰力度小于预设压力值时,提示用户是否自动处理所述呼叫请求;
当接收到用户选择自动处理所述呼叫请求的信号时,获取用户在预设时间段内敲击所述显示设备上的敲击次数。
根据本发明优选实施例,所述处理设备13执行的指令还包括:
当所述敲击次数在第一预设次数范围内时,获取第一操作指令;或
当所述敲击次数在第二预设次数范围内时,获取第二操作指令,当所述第一操作指令为自动接听所述呼叫请求时,所述第二操作指令为自动拒绝所述呼叫请求,当所述第一操作指令为自动拒绝所述呼叫请求,所述第二操作指令为自动接听所述呼叫请求。
根据本发明优选实施例,所述所述处理设备13执行根据所述获取的操作指令,对所述呼叫请求进行处理的指令包括:
当所述敲击次数对应的操作指令为自动接听所述呼叫请求时,根据所述呼叫请求与所述呼叫方建立通讯连接;或
当所述敲击次数对应的操作指令为自动拒绝所述呼叫请求时,对所述呼叫请求进行拒绝接听处理。
具体地,所述处理设备13对上述指令的具体实现方法可参考图1对应实施例中相关步骤的描述,在此不赘述。在本发明所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述模块的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式。
所述作为分离部件说明的模块可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为模块显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能模块可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能模块的形式实现。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化涵括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附关联图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种呼叫处理方法,应用于电子设备中,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    当接收到主叫方发送的呼叫请求时,从所述电子设备的显示设备上侦测触碰信号;
    当所述触碰信号符合预设条件时,获取用户在预设时间段内敲击所述显示设备的敲击次数;
    根据所述敲击次数获取所述敲击次数对应的操作指令;及
    根据所述获取的操作指令,对所述呼叫请求进行处理。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的呼叫处理方法,其特征在于,所述触碰信号符合预设条件包括:所述触碰信号对应的触碰力度大于或者等于预设压力值。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的呼叫处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当所述触碰信号对应的触碰力度小于预设压力值时,提示用户是否自动处理所述呼叫请求;
    当接收到用户选择自动处理所述呼叫请求的信号时,获取用户在预设时间段内敲击所述显示设备上的敲击次数。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的呼叫处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当所述敲击次数在第一预设次数范围内时,获取第一操作指令;或
    当所述敲击次数在第二预设次数范围内时,获取第二操作指令,当所述第一操作指令为自动接听所述呼叫请求时,所述第二操作指令为自动拒绝所述呼叫请求,当所述第一操作指令为自动拒绝所述呼叫请求,所述第二操作指令为自动接听所述呼叫请求。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的呼叫处理方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述获取的操作指令,对所述呼叫请求进行处理包括:
    当所述敲击次数对应的操作指令为自动接听所述呼叫请求时,根据所述呼叫请求与所述呼叫方建立通讯连接;或
    当所述敲击次数对应的操作指令为自动拒绝所述呼叫请求时,对所述呼叫请求进行拒绝接听处理。
  6. 一种呼叫处理系统,运行于电子设备中,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
    侦测模块,设置为当接收到主叫方发送的呼叫请求时,从所述电子设备的显示设备上侦测触碰信号;
    获取模块,设置为当所述触碰信号符合预设条件时,获取用户在预设时间段内敲击所述显示设备的敲击次数;
    所述获取模块还设置为根据所述敲击次数获取所述敲击次数对应的操作指令;及
    处理模块,设置为根据所述获取的操作指令,对所述呼叫请求进行处理。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的呼叫处理系统,其特征在于,所述触碰信号符合预设条件包括:所述触碰信号对应的触碰力度大于或者等于预设压力值。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的呼叫处理方法,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:
    提示模块,设置为当所述触碰信号对应的触碰力度小于预设压力值时,提示用户是否自动处理所述呼叫请求;
    所述获取模块还设置为当接收到用户选择自动处理所述呼叫请求的信号时,获取用户在预设时间段内敲击所述显示设备上的敲击次数。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的呼叫处理系统,其特征在于,所述获取模块还设置为当所述敲击次数在第一预设次数范围内时,获取第一操作指令;或
    所述获取模块还设置为当所述敲击次数在第二预设次数范围内时,所述电子设备获取第二操作指令,当所述第一操作指令为自动接听所述呼叫请求时,所述第二操作指令为自动拒绝所述呼叫请求,当所述第一操作指令为自动拒绝所述呼叫请求,所述第二操作指令为自动接听所述呼叫请求。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的呼叫处理系统,其特征在于,所述处理模块设置为根据所述获取的操作指令,对所述呼叫请求进行处理包括:
    当所述敲击次数对应的操作指令为自动接听所述呼叫请求时,根据所述呼叫请求与所述呼叫方建立通讯连接;或
    当所述敲击次数对应的操作指令为自动拒绝所述呼叫请求时,对所述呼叫请求进行拒绝接听处理。
