本申请要求于2016年01月29日提交中国专利局,申请号为201610067221.X、发明名称为“摄制视频的处理方法、装置和设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及互联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种摄制视频的处理方法、装置和设备。
背景技术
随着互联网的普及,人们的生活逐渐与互联网息息相关,比如网购、玩在线游戏、视频聊天、观看网络直播平台的直播等都需要通过互联网来实现。随着人们生活和娱乐方式的变化,视频聊天以及观看网络直播平台直播的用户越来越多,具体的,视频聊天的用户(比如A用户)以及网络直播平台的主播都需要在个人电脑(也可以是自带摄像头的移动终端)一端安装摄像头,以实现对自己进行拍摄,拍摄的视频实时通过网络发送出去,与A用户建立连接的其他用户便能够看到A用户,同理,收看上述主播的直播间的用户能够看到该主播。
由于目前的技术中,用户端摄像头拍摄的视频未经处理便直接发送至网络,一旦用户忘记关闭摄像头,便可能泄露用户的隐私,比如用户打算休息时忘记关闭摄像头便开始换睡衣,则用户的整个换衣过程可能会被摄像头拍摄到,从而直接传输到网络,造成用户隐私的泄露。
因此,亟需一种新的摄制视频的处理技术,用以避免用户隐私的泄露。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种摄制视频的处理方法、装置和设备,能够很好地保护用户的隐私,避免用户忘记关闭摄像头可能导致的用户隐私被泄露的情况。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种摄制视频的处理方法,包括:
获取摄像头拍摄的视频画面;
判断所述视频画面是否包括人体敏感部位信息;
如果是,对所述视频画面中所述人体敏感部位信息的区域模糊处理,生成安全视频画面;
将所述安全视频画面传输至网络。
优选的,所述判断所述视频画面是否包括人体敏感部位信息,包括:

所述存储器202中存储有程序代码,且所述处理器201可通过总线系统,调用所述存储器202中存储的程序代码以执行相关的功能。例如,图2中所述的各个模块(例如,所述获取模块、所述判断模块、所述生成模块、所述第一传输模块等)是存储在所述存储器202中的程序代码,并由所述处理器201所执行,从而实现所述各个模块的功能以实现摄制视频的处理方法。
所述处理器的操作包括:
获取摄像头拍摄的视频画面,判断所述视频画面是否包括人体敏感部位信息,如果是,对所述视频画面中所述人体敏感部位信息的区域模糊处理,生成安全视频画面,将所述安全视频画面传输至网络。
本发明实施例提供的摄制视频的处理设备,能够及时对视频画面中涉及用户隐私的部分进行模糊处理,然后才传输至网络,从而能够很好地保护用户的隐私,避免用户忘记关闭摄像头可能导致的用户隐私被泄露的情况。
可选的,本发明另外一个实施例提供的摄制视频的处理设备,所述处理器的操作还包括:
如果否,直接将所述视频画面传输至网络。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种摄制视频的处理方法、装置和设备。本发明提供的技术方案,首先获取摄像头拍摄的视频画面;然后判断所述视频画面是否包括人体敏感部位信息;如果是,对所述视频画面中所述人体敏感部位信息的区域模糊处理,生成安全视频画面;最后将所述安全视频画面传输至网络。也就是说,本发明提供的技术方案,相对于现有技术,增加了对所述视频画面进行分析的步骤,即判断所述视频画面是否包括人体敏感部位信息,如果是,则对所述视频画面中所述人体敏感部位信息的区域模糊处理,然后将经模糊处理之后的所述待传输画面传输至网络。因此,本发明提供的技术方案,能够及时对视频画面中涉及用户隐私的部分进行模糊处理,然后才传输至网络,从而能够很好地保护用户的隐私,避免用户忘记关闭摄像头可能导致的用户隐私被泄露的情况。
最后,还需要说明的是,在本文中,诸如第一和第二等之类的关系术语仅仅用来将一个实体或者操作与另一个实体或操作区分开来,而不一定要求或者暗示这些实体或操作之间存在任何这种实际的关系或者顺序。而且,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对于实施例公开的装置和设备而言,由于其与实施例公开的方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种摄制视频的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取摄像头拍摄的视频画面;
    判断所述视频画面是否包括人体敏感部位信息;
    如果是,对所述视频画面中所述人体敏感部位信息的区域模糊处理,生成安全视频画面;
    将所述安全视频画面传输至网络。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述视频画面是否包括人体敏感部位信息,包括:
    将所述视频画面与预先建立的人体敏感信息数据库中的图片进行比对,确定相似度;
    若所述相似度达到预设阈值,则确定所述视频画面包括所述人体敏感部位信息,否则,确定所述视频画面无所述人体敏感部位信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述视频画面中所述人体敏感部位信息的区域模糊处理,生成安全视频画面,包括:
    对所述视频画面中所述人体敏感部位信息的区域进行马赛克化处理,生成所述安全视频画面。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    如果否,直接将所述视频画面传输至网络。
  5. 一种摄制视频的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取摄像头拍摄的视频画面;
    判断模块,用于判断所述视频画面是否包括人体敏感部位信息;
    生成模块,用于若所述视频画面包括人体敏感部位信息,则对所述视频画面中所述人体敏感部位信息的区域模糊处理,生成安全视频画面;
    第一传输模块,用于将所述安全视频画面传输至网络。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述判断模块包括:
    比对单元,设置为将所述视频画面与预先建立的人体敏感信息数据库中的图片进行比对,确定相似度;
    确定单元,设置为若所述相似度达到预设阈值,则确定所述视频画面包括所述人体敏感部位信息,否则,确定所述视频画面无所述人体敏感部位信息。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述生成模块包括:
    生成单元,设置为对所述视频画面中所述人体敏感部位信息的区域进行马赛克化处理,生成所述安全视频画面。
  8. 根据权利要求5~7任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二传输模块,用于若所述视频画面未包括人体敏感部位信息,则直接将所述视频画面传输至网络。
  9. 一种摄制视频的处理设备,其特征在于,包括:
    摄像头,以及与所述摄像头相连接的处理器;
    所述处理器的操作包括:获取摄像头拍摄的视频画面,判断所述视频画面是否包括人体敏感部位信息,如果是,对所述视频画面中所述人体敏感部位信息的区域模糊处理,生成安全视频画面,将所述安全视频画面传输至网络。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理器的操作还包括:
    如果否,直接将所述视频画面传输至网络。
