下面参照图1至图11描述根据本发明一些实施例所述食物料理机。
如图3至图7所示,本发明提出了一种食物料理机1,包括:刀盘104,刀盘104上设置有刀具106,刀盘104侧壁与刀盘104横截面的交线为刀盘轮廓线,刀盘轮廓线的最大内接圆或最小外接圆为刀盘基圆,刀盘104的中心轴线穿过刀盘基圆的圆心;杯体102,杯体102位于刀盘104上方,设置在刀盘104上,杯体102的杯壁与杯壁的横截面的交线为杯体轮廓线110,杯体轮廓线110的最大内接圆或最小外接圆为杯体基圆108,杯体102的中心轴线穿过杯体基圆108的圆心;其中,同一杯体轮廓线110上的不同点到所述杯体基圆108圆心的距离不相等;和同一刀盘轮廓线上的不同点到所述刀盘基圆圆心的距离相等。
本发明提供的食物料理机1,如图1所示,最小外接圆是指外接于实 际被测轮廓的可能最小圆,其圆心为O;如图2所示,最大内接圆是指内接于实际被测轮廓的可能最大圆,其圆心为O’。本发明提供的食物料理机,刀盘轮廓线和杯体轮廓线的最大内接圆或最小外接圆分别为刀盘轮廓线的刀盘基圆、杯体轮廓线的杯体基圆,刀盘轴线和杯体轴线分别穿过刀盘基圆的圆心和杯体基圆的圆心。一方面,同一杯体轮廓线110上的不同点到所述杯体基圆108圆心的距离不相等,同一刀盘轮廓线上的不同点到所述刀盘基圆圆心的距离相等即杯体轮廓线110偏心、刀盘轮廓线不偏心。通过采用杯体轮廓偏心技术的食物料理机1进行食物搅拌可以改善搅拌的旋流效果,使得食物在杯体内的扰流速度不同,有利于刀具106粉碎食物,进而提升搅拌性能,使得食物的口感极佳,提升用户体验。一方面,同一杯体轮廓线110上的不同点到所述杯体基圆108圆心的距离不相等,即杯体轮廓线110偏心;如图8和图9所示,且同一刀盘轮廓线上的不同点到所述刀盘基圆圆心的距离不相等,即刀盘轮廓也偏心,即杯体轮廓偏心,且刀具轮廓也偏心,通过采用此偏心技术的食物料理机进行食物搅拌可以改善搅拌的旋流效果,有利于刀具粉碎食物,进而提升搅拌性能,使得食物的口感极佳,提升用户体验。进一步地,通过调整杯体中心轴线、刀盘的中心轴线及刀具轴线的相对位置,使其相互实现偏心,进一步通过偏心技术改善扰流效果,提升搅拌性能。进一步地,食物料理机的杯体102具有上部开口和下部开口,且所述杯体102横截面积从上向下变小,即杯体102整体具有一定的锥度,上端的横截面积大于下端的横截面积,一方面有助于刀具对食物进行破碎,另一方面,具有一定锥度的杯体102有助于扰流,进一步的改善食物的扰流效果和破碎效果,提升食物口感。
进一步地,本发明提供的食物料理机1,刀盘104上设置有加热装置,加热装置包括了发热盘、线圈盘及加热涂层等,其中发热盘为凹槽式结构,刀具106穿过所述加热装置,设置在刀盘内,杯体102位于加热装置的上方,杯体102和刀盘上均设置有扰流筋骨112,通过将杯体102设置有偏心结构,结合扰流筋骨112,改善了搅拌的扰流效果,有利于刀具106粉碎食物,进而提升搅拌性能,使得食物的口感极佳,提升用户体验。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,刀盘104的中心轴线与杯体102的中 心轴线重合。
在该实施例中,刀盘104与杯体102的中心线重合,使得刀盘轮廓不偏心,杯体102轮廓偏心,食物料理机1采用偏心结构进行食物搅拌可以改善搅拌的旋流效果,有利于刀具106粉碎食物,进而提升搅拌性能,使得食物的口感极佳,提升用户体验。进一步地,通过改变刀具轴线与刀盘的中心轴线和杯体的中心轴线的相对位置,改善扰流效果,提升搅拌性能。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,如图3所示,刀盘104的中心轴线和刀具106的轴线与杯体102中心轴线重合。
在该实施例中,穿过杯体基圆圆心OC杯体102的中心轴线、穿过刀具轴线OK的刀具106的轴线及穿过刀盘基圆圆心OP的刀盘104中心轴线相重合,即杯体102、刀盘104及刀具106为同一中心轴线,构成了杯体102轮廓偏心、刀盘104轮廓不偏心,,且刀具轴线与杯体、刀盘的轴线同轴的偏心结构,通过用此种偏心结构的食物料理机1进行食物搅拌可以改善搅拌的旋流效果,有利于刀具106粉碎食物,进而提升搅拌性能,使得食物的口感极佳,提升用户体验。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,刀盘104的中心轴线与杯体102的中心轴线重合,与刀具106的轴线具有偏心距离L1。
在该实施例中,如图4所示,穿过刀盘基圆圆心OP的刀盘104的中心轴线与穿过杯体基圆圆心OC杯体102的中心轴线重合,与穿过刀具轴线OK的刀具106的轴线具有偏心距离L1,即在杯体轮廓偏心的基础上,刀具轴线相对于杯体中心轴线和刀盘中心轴线,通过采用刀具106相对偏心结合杯体轮廓偏心的结构,改善了搅拌的旋流效果,有利于刀具106粉碎食物,进而提升搅拌性能,使得食物的口感极佳,提升用户体验。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,刀盘104的中心轴线与杯体102的中心轴线不重合。
在该实施例中,刀盘104的中心轴线、与杯体102的中心轴线不重合,即轴线相对偏心,同时结合杯体102轮廓偏心食物料理机1采用此偏心结构进行食物搅拌可以改善搅拌的旋流效果,有利于刀具106粉碎食物,进而提升搅拌性能,使得食物的口感极佳,提升用户体验。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,刀盘104的中心轴线和刀具106的轴线重合,与杯体102中心轴线具有偏心距离L2。

在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,杯体102的中心轴线与刀具106的轴线重合,与刀盘104中心轴线有偏心距离L3。

在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,杯体102的中心轴线与刀盘104的中心轴线具有偏心距离L4;刀盘104的中心轴线与刀具106的轴线具有偏心距离L5;杯体102的中心轴线与刀具106的轴线具有偏心距离L6。
在该实施例中,如图7所示,穿过杯体基圆圆心OC杯体102的中心轴线、穿过刀具轴线OK的刀具106的轴线及穿过刀盘基圆圆心OP的刀盘104中心轴线之间均有偏心距离,采用此偏心结构进一步地的改善了搅拌的旋流效果,有利于刀具106粉碎食物,进而提升搅拌性能,使得食物的口感极佳,提升用户体验。当杯体中心轴线、刀具中心轴线和刀盘中心轴线为非直线或不平行时,各中心轴线之间的距离是指各中心轴线与任意同一横截面的交点之间的距离。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,还包括轮廓偏心距,轮廓偏心距为轮廓线上的不同点到基圆圆心的距离减去基圆半径的绝对值;其中,杯体102轮廓偏心距离为L7,刀盘轮廓偏心距离为L8。
在该实施例中,一方面,杯体102轮廓自身偏心,杯体102轮廓偏心距为 L7;一方面,杯体轮廓偏心距为L7,刀盘轮廓偏心距离为L8。通过偏心结构改善扰流效果,进而提升搅打性能。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,偏心距离L1、偏心距离L2、偏心距离L3、偏心距离L4、偏心距离L5、偏心距离L6的取值范围分别是0mm≤L1≤50mm、0mm≤L2≤50mm、0mm≤L3≤50mm、0mm≤L4≤50mm、0mm≤L5≤50mm、0mm≤L6≤50mm;杯体轮廓偏心距离L7、刀盘轮廓偏心距离L8的取值范围分别是0mm≤L7≤100mm、0mm≤L8≤100mm。
在该实施例中,通过设置合理的偏心距离,实现最佳的扰流效果,提升搅拌性能。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,刀盘104与杯体102为一体式结构或分体式结构。
在该实施例中,一方面,刀盘104与杯体102为一体式结构,稳定性较好,便于安装,提高生产效率;一方面,刀盘104与杯体102为分体式结构,方便拆卸维修,为了保证刀盘104与杯体102的密封性,优选地,在刀盘104和杯体102之间设置有密封圈。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,杯体102的横截面是凸圆和/或所述刀盘104的横截面是凸圆。
在该实施例中,一方面,杯体102的横截面是凸圆;一方面杯体102和刀盘104的横截面均是凸圆,通过不规则的曲线制造偏心,改善杯体102的扰流效果,有利于刀具106粉碎食物,进而提升搅拌性能。进一步地,发明优选地,凸圆为椭圆,具体实施例中,杯体102的横截面是椭圆,该种结构的杯体102容易加工,同时将刀盘104中心轴、刀具106中心轴及杯体102中心轴分别分布于椭圆的两个焦点处,形成偏心,结构简单,易于操作,且进一步地改善杯体102的扰流效果,有利于刀具106粉碎食物,进而提升搅拌性能。具体实施例中,一方面,椭圆的具有两个焦点F1和F2,刀盘104的中心轴和刀具106的中心轴可以同轴分布于椭圆的两个焦点F1和F2中的一个,杯体102的中心轴可分布于椭圆的两个焦点F1和F2中的另一个;一方面,刀盘104的中心轴与刀具106的中心轴不同轴分别位于椭圆的两个焦点F1和F2中的一个,杯体102的中心轴与刀盘104的中心轴和刀具106的 中心轴的一个同轴;一方面,刀盘104的中心轴与刀具106的中心轴不同轴分别位于椭圆的两个焦点F1和F2中的一个,杯体102的中心轴与刀盘104的中心轴和刀具106的中心轴的均不同轴,杯体102中心轴位于椭圆内除两个焦点F1和F2之外的点上。以上只是列出的部分实施例,本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,杯体102中心轴、刀盘104中心轴及刀具106中心轴的分布位置根据具体情况实施,以实现最佳效果为准。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,如图2所示,杯壁包括所述杯体102的外壁和内壁;杯体102的所述轮廓线为杯体102外壁与杯体102外壁横截面的交线,或杯体102的轮廓线为杯体102内壁与杯体102内壁横截面的交线。
在该实施例中,杯体102的轮廓线可以是杯体102外壁与杯壁横截面的交线即杯体内轮廓线1104,也可是杯体102内壁与杯壁横截面的交线即杯体外轮廓线1102。通过多种途径均可获取轮廓线,且同一轮廓线上的不同点到所述刀盘104上的所述基圆圆心的距离不等,形成偏心结构,进而改善旋流效果,提升搅拌性能。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,刀具106包括至少两组刀片,每组刀片包括至少两片刀叶126;其中,一组刀片的刀叶126向下倾斜延伸,一组刀片的刀叶126向上倾斜延伸;或者一组刀片的刀叶126水平延伸,一组刀片的刀叶126向上或向下倾斜延伸。
在该实施例中,通过设置多组刀片,且每组刀片的延伸角度不同,进一步地提升了杯体的扰流效果,增加了刀具106与食物的接触面积,实现了对食物的多次破碎,使得食物的破碎更彻底,提升食物口感,提高用户使用的满意度。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,刀具106为两组刀片,分别为第一组刀片122和第二组刀片124,每组刀片由两片刀叶126组成;第一组刀片122的刀叶126包括倾斜部和水平部,倾斜部靠近刀盘的中心轴线,水平部远离刀盘的中心轴线;其中,第一组刀片122的刀叶126向下倾斜延伸且设置于第二组刀片124的下方,第二组刀片124的刀叶126向上倾斜延伸。
在该实施例中,通过设置两组刀片,其中第一组刀片122设置在第二组刀片124的上方,且第一组刀片122的刀叶126向下延伸,第二组刀片124的方 向则是向上延伸,延伸方向相反,通过设置上方两侧刀片,充分增加了刀具106与食物的接触面积,提升了破碎效率,通过设置将刀叶126的延伸方向设置相反方向,进一步地改善了不同高度的扰流效果和破碎效果,使得整体食物破碎效率提高,破碎效果也得到了改善,提升食物口感和用户的使用体验。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,第一组刀片122和第二组刀片124为一体式结构。
在该实施例中,通过将两组刀片设置成一体结构,增强了刀具106的整体强度,保证了刀具106使用的可靠性,延长了刀具106的使用寿,且一体式刀具106,方便维修与安装,提高了生产效率。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,杯体102内设有扰流筋112,杯体102上设置有杯盖116,杯盖116上设有投料口118,投料口118上设置有投料盖120。
在该实施例中,通过在杯体102内设置扰流筋112,进一步地改善了扰流效果和破碎效果;在杯体102上设置杯盖116,保证了杯体102在破碎食物过程中发生喷溅,影响环境卫生,进一步地在杯盖116上设备投料口118,方便投料,避免频繁开启杯盖116,减少了操作步骤,为了保证杯体102内进入杂质,在投料口118处设置投料盖120,完成投料后通过投料盖120将投料口118关闭,保证使用卫生。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,还包括:杯座114,杯体102设置在杯座114上;其中,杯体102与杯座114通过螺纹连接或卡接。
在该实施例中,杯体102设置在杯座114上,杯体102与杯座114通过螺纹连接或卡接,结构简单,方便安装和拆卸,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,刀盘104与杯体102之间设置有密封圈,杯体102与杯座114螺纹连接将刀盘压紧固定在杯体102的底部。
在该实施例中,通过在刀盘104和杯体102之间设置密封圈,保证杯体102与刀盘104之间密封效果,进一步,通过杯体102与杯座114的螺纹连接,将刀盘104压紧在杯体102底部,更助于刀盘104的固定,保证使用安全性。
在本发明的一个实施例中,优选地,食物料理机包括:搅拌机、破壁机、榨汁机。
在该实施例中,具有偏心搅拌功能的食物料理机包括:搅拌机、破壁机、榨汁机、豆浆机等,通过偏心设置改善旋流效果,提升搅拌性能,使得食物口感极佳,提升用户体验。
如图10和图11所示,本发明提供的食物料理机的具体实施例中的搅拌机主要包括杯体组件、搅拌刀组件106、刀盘104及搅拌杯座114,其中,搅拌刀组件设置在刀盘104上,杯体组件与刀盘106相连接,耦合器134设置在搅拌杯座114上。杯体组件包括搅拌杯102、位于搅拌杯上的杯盖116,杯盖116上设置投料口118,投料口118上设置有投料盖120,杯盖116与搅拌杯102之间设置有杯盖密封圈128;当搅拌杯102与刀盘104为分体式结构时搅拌杯102与刀盘104之间设置有搅拌杯密封圈130和刀盘密封圈132。通过采用杯体偏心,或者杯体轴线、刀盘轴线、刀具轴线相对偏心的结构,可以有效地改善食物的扰流效果,提升食物口感,提高用户使用满意度。

    刀盘,所述刀盘上设置有刀具,所述刀盘侧壁与所述刀盘横截面的交线为刀盘轮廓线,所述刀盘轮廓线的最大内接圆或最小外接圆为刀盘基圆,刀盘的中心轴线穿过所述刀盘基圆的圆心;
    杯体,所述杯体位于所述刀盘上方,设置在所述刀盘上,所述杯体的杯壁与所述杯壁的横截面的交线为杯体轮廓线,所述杯体轮廓线的最大内接圆或最小外接圆为杯体基圆,杯体的中心轴线穿过所述杯体基圆的圆心;
    其中,同一杯体轮廓线上的不同点到所述杯体基圆圆心的距离不相等;和
    同一刀盘轮廓线上的不同点到所述刀盘基圆圆心的距离相等或不相等。

    其中,一组所述刀片的刀叶向下倾斜延伸,一组所述刀片的刀叶向上 倾斜延伸;或者
    一组所述刀片的刀叶水平延伸,一组所述刀片的刀叶向上或向下倾斜延伸。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的食物料理机,其特征在于,
    所述刀具为两组刀片,分别为第一组刀片和第二组刀片,每组所述刀片由两片刀叶组成;
    所述第一组刀片的刀叶包括倾斜部和水平部,所述倾斜部靠近所述刀盘的中心轴线,所述水平部远离所述刀盘的中心轴线;
    其中,所述第一组刀片的刀叶向下倾斜延伸且设置于所述第二组刀片的下方,所述第二组刀片的刀叶向上倾斜延伸。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的食物料理机,其特征在于,
    所述第一组刀片和所述第二组刀片为一体式结构。
  21. 根据权利要求1至14中任一项所述的食物料理机,其特征在于,

  23. 根据权利要求22所述的食物料理机,其特征在于,
    所述刀盘与所述杯体之间设置有密封圈,所述杯体与所述杯座螺纹连接将所述刀盘压紧固定在所述杯体的底部。
