Abstract
Sistema de soporte antivibratorio; aplicable en la protección de equipos (E) diversos contra movimientos sísmicos y vibraciones de cualquier naturaleza, que comprende: - una base inferior compuesta por una bancada flotante (1), conformante de una superficie de apoyo del equipo (E) proteger, y por una bancada fija (2), - una base superior (3) destinada a apoyarse sobre el equipo (E) a proteger y - unas estructuras laterales (4a, 4b) que comprenden al menos una barra inclinada (41) conectada por medio de elementos amortiguadores (42) a la base superior (3) y a la bancada fija (2) de la base inferior; limitando dichas estructuras laterales (4a, 4b) el desplazamiento de la base superior (3) y del equipo (E) a proteger, al menos, en dirección vertical.
Description
DESCRIPCIÓN
Título SISTEMA DE SOPORTE ANTIVIBRATORIO. Objeto de la invención.
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de soporte antivibratorio, aplicable en la protección de equipos diversos y, en particular, de equipos informáticos, equipos electrónicos de centros de procesamiento de datos, material de laboratorio y, en general, a cualquier equipo sensible que requiera de una protección frente a movimientos sísmicos y vibraciones intensas de cualquier naturaleza. Estado de la técnica.
Actualmente son conocidos diferentes sistemas de protección de las construcciones contra las fuerzas sísmicas, que procuran aislar la construcción, y/o sus elementos estructurales, de las ondas superficiales que se producen en un terremoto. Estos sistemas de protección incluyen los suelos o losas flotantes de hormigón armado, definidas como un suelo independiente y al mismo nivel del resto del forjado de hormigón; dichos suelos o losas flotantes se apoyan en una base rígida mediante elementos elásticos, habitualmente, amortiguadores helicoidales. Estas losas flotantes se usan principalmente para impedir la transmisión al edificio o estructura de vibraciones o ruidos producidos por el funcionamiento de aparatos o máquinas.
El solicitante de esta invención es titular de la patente española ES 2 315 182 B1 referente a un dispositivo para la colocación en losas flotantes y su sistema de instalación.

Sin embargo este tipo de losas flotantes no son adecuadas para la protección contra movimientos sísmicos de determinados equipos sensibles a las vibraciones, como por ejemplo los equipos informáticos, equipos de centros de protección de datos que disponen de servidores conectados en red o unidades de disco duro destinadas al almacenamiento masivo de datos.
Generalmente, estos equipos están situados en armarios o estanterías, denominados internacionalmente "racks", que son independientes pero en contacto sus laterales entre sí, y pueden presentarse en la estancia formando una o varias hileras.
Actualmente, para garantizar la seguridad ante seísmos de estos equipos y de sus componentes sensibles, es preciso minimizar los movimientos y vibraciones que se trasmitan desde la cimentación a los racks que soportan los equipos a proteger; colocándose con este objetivo los equipos sobre las mencionadas losas flotantes.
Sin embargo estas losas flotantes no proporcionan una protección adecuada a los equipos posicionados sobre las mismas ya que están ideadas para impedir la transmisión de vibraciones de los equipos al edificio y no al revés; además estas losas flotantes constituyen únicamente una base para el apoyo de los equipos a proteger y no realizan ninguna sujeción de dichos equipos por su zona superior.
Esto determina que, en caso de seísmo, los equipos a proteger puedan moverse de forma incontrolada tanto en el plano horizontal como en dirección vertical, pudiendo sufrir daños importantes e incluso caerse lateralmente.
Descripción de la invención.
El objeto de la invención es un sistema de soporte antivibratorio destinado a posicionarse sobre el suelo u otra superficie resistente y a proporcionar a aquellos equipos posicionados sobre el mismo una protección efectiva contra movimientos sísmicos y vibraciones de cualquier naturaleza.
Para ello, y de acuerdo con la invención este sistema de soporte comprende:
- una base inferior compuesta por una bancada flotante que conforma una superficie de apoyo del equipo proteger, y una bancada fija anclada al suelo u otra superficie resistente;
- una base superior destinada a apoyarse sobre el equipo a proteger y, - unas estructuras laterales que relacionan la bancada fija de la base inferior con la base superior, limitando el desplazamiento de dicha base superior y del equipo a proteger, al menos en dirección vertical.
La base superior junto con las estructuras laterales proporciona estabilidad al equipo montado sobre la plataforma flotante, limitando su desplazamiento vertical, minimizando los daños del mismo en caso de seísmo, e impidiendo su caída o volcado lateral.
La bancada flotante está posibilitada de desplazamientos limitados en tres ejes perpendiculares X, Y, Z y se encuentra apoyada en unos elementos elásticos inferiores encargados de absorber y minimizar la transmisión de movimientos verticales, y en unos elementos elásticos laterales dispuestos entre dicha bancada flotante y la bancada fija; limitando dichos elementos elásticos laterales el movimiento de la bancada flotante en el plano X-Y.
La bancada fija se encuentra anclada al suelo u otra superficie resistente; y limita, junto con los elementos elásticos laterales, el desplazamiento lateral de la bancada flotante en el plano X-Y; Las estructuras laterales comprenden al menos una barra inclinada conectada por medio de elementos amortiguadores a la base superior y a la bancada fija de la base inferior; limitando dichas estructuras laterales el desplazamiento de la base
superior y del equipo a proteger, con lo que se consigue el objetivo de la invención.
Estas estructuras laterales pueden presentar diferentes configuraciones, proporcionando una mayor o menor limitación de los movimientos de la base superior respecto a la base inferior; habiéndose representado en las figuras adjuntas, que se describen a continuación, dos ejemplos de realización de las mencionadas estructuras laterales.
Descripción de las figuras.
Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de facilitar la comprensión de las características de la invención, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva un juego de dibujos en los que, con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente:
- La figura 1 muestra una vista en perspectiva de un ejemplo de realización del sistema de soporte antivibratorio según la invención, en el que las estructuras laterales presentan una configuración a modo de aspa. - La figura 2 muestra una variante de realización del sistema de soporte antivibratorio, según la invención, en la que las estructuras laterales comprenden una barra inclinada y dos barras auxiliares que conforman conjuntamente con dicha barra inclinada dos configuraciones a modo de "y" en la proximidad de las bases superior e inferior.
- La figura 3 muestra una vista en alzado del sistema de soporte antivibratorio de la figura 2, seccionado por un plano vertical.
Realización preferida de la invención.
En el ejemplo de realización mostrado en la figura 1 el sistema de soporte antivibratorio comprende:
- una base inferior compuesta por una bancada flotante (1 ) y por una bancada fija
(2) ;
- una base superior (3) y;
- unas estructuras laterales (4a) que relacionan la base superior (3) con la base inferior.
La bancada flotante (1 ) conforma una superficie de apoyo del equipo (E) a proteger y está posibilitada de desplazamientos limitados en tres ejes perpendiculares X, Y, Z.
Dicha bancada flotante (1 ) está apoyada en unos elementos elásticos inferiores (1 1 ) y en unos elementos elásticos laterales (12) dispuestos entre la bancada flotante (1 ) y la bancada fija (2). En el ejemplo mostrado, los elementos elásticos inferiores (1 1 ) y laterales (12) comprenden unos muelles.
Por su parte la bancada fija (2) está anclada al suelo u otra superficie resistente; y junto con los elementos elásticos laterales (12) es la encargada de limitar el desplazamiento lateral de la bancada flotante (1 ) en el plano X-Y; La base superior (3) está destinada a apoyarse sobre el equipo (E) a proteger, y a limitar su desplazamiento en dirección vertical, impidiendo que pueda liberarse de la bancada flotante (1 ) en caso de que el soporte sea sometido a unas fuertes vibraciones, por ejemplo a causa de un seísmo. En el ejemplo de realización mostrado en la figura 1 , el sistema comprende en dos laterales opuestos sendas estructuras laterales (4a) que relacionan la base superior
(3) con la bancada fija (2) de la base inferior.
Cada una de las estructuras laterales (4a) comprenden dos barras inclinadas (41 , 43), a modo de aspa, unidas entre sí por su zona intermedia (44), y unidas por los extremos opuestos a la bancada fija (2) y a la base superior (3) mediante elementos amortiguadores (42).
Dichas estructuras laterales (4a), limitan el desplazamiento de la base superior (3) y del equipo (E) a proteger en dirección vertical, y colaboran también en la limitación de su movimiento lateral. En dicha figura 1 el equipo (E) a proteger se trata de un equipo informático que se ha representado esquemáticamente.
En la variante de realización mostrada en las figuras 2 y 3 el sistema comprende dos estructuras laterales (4b) dispuestas en dos laterales opuestos del sistema.
Cada una de las estructuras laterales (4b) comprende: una barra inclinada (41 ) unida por sus extremos a la bancada fija (2) y a la base superior (3) mediante elementos amortiguadores (42); y dos barras auxiliares (45) unidas respectivamente, por uno de sus extremos, a la bancada fija (2) y a la base superior (3) mediante elementos amortiguadores (46); disponiendo dichas barras auxiliares (45) en el extremo opuesto de sendos caequillos (47) montados con posibilidad de desplazamiento sobre la barra inclinada (41 ).
Cada una de las barras auxiliares (45) define con la barra inclinada (41 ) una configuración a modo de "y" que permite una cierta movilidad relativa de la base superior (3), limitando su desplazamiento vertical, pero sin alcanzar la rigidez de la estructura lateral (4a) de la figura 1 .
Como se muestra en dicha figura 3, en la posición de reposo, la barra inclinada (41 ) y las barras auxiliares (45) de una misma estructura lateral (4b) se encuentran dispuestas coplanariamente.
Una vez descrita suficientemente la naturaleza de la invención, así como un ejemplo de realización preferente, se hace constar a los efectos oportunos que los materiales, forma, tamaño y disposición de los elementos descritos podrán ser modificados, siempre y cuando ello no suponga una alteración de las características esenciales de la invención que se reivindican a continuación.
Claims
1 . Sistema de soporte antivibratorio; aplicable en la protección de equipos (E) diversos contra movimientos sísmicos y vibraciones de cualquier naturaleza, que está caracterizado porque comprende:
- una base inferior, compuesta por:
- una bancada flotante (1 ), conformante de una superficie de apoyo del equipo (E) proteger; estando dicha bancada flotante (1 ) posibilitada de desplazamientos limitados en tres ejes perpendiculares X, Y, Z, y apoyada en unos elementos elásticos inferiores (1 1 ) y en unos elementos elásticos laterales (12) dispuestos entre dicha bancada flotante (1 ) y una bancada fija (2);
- una bancada fija (2), anclada al suelo u otra superficie resistente; y que limita, junto con los elementos elásticos laterales (12), el desplazamiento lateral de la bancada flotante (1 ) en el plano X-Y; - una base superior (3) destinada a apoyarse sobre el equipo (E) a proteger y
- unas estructuras laterales (4a, 4b) que comprenden al menos una barra inclinada (41 ) conectada por medio de elementos amortiguadores (42) a la base superior (3) y a la bancada fija (2) de la base inferior; limitando dichas estructuras laterales (4a, 4b) el desplazamiento de la base superior (3) y del equipo (E) a proteger, al menos, en dirección vertical.
2 Sistema, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque las estructuras laterales (4a) comprenden dos barras inclinadas (41 , 43), a modo de aspa, unidas entre sí por su zona intermedia (44), y unidas por sus extremos opuestos a la bancada fija (2) y a la base superior (3) mediante elementos amortiguadores (42).
3.- Sistema, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque cada una de las estructuras laterales (4b) comprende dos barras auxiliares (45) unidas, respectivamente, por uno de sus extremos a la bancada fija (2) y a la base superior (3) mediante elementos amortiguadores (46); disponiendo dichas barras auxiliares (45) en el extremo opuesto de sendos caequillos (47) montados con posibilidad de desplazamiento sobre la barra inclinada (41 ); formando cada una de las barras auxiliares (45) con la barra inclinada (41 ) una configuración a modo de "y".
4.- Sistema, según la reivindicación 3, caracterizado porque la barra inclinada (41 ) y las barras auxiliares (45) de la estructura lateral (4b) se encuentran dispuestas coplanariamente.
