根据本发明实施例的烤箱的门体组件100,通过在烤箱的门体组件100上设置集水装置2,有效地防止了门体1上的冷凝水落在操作台,从而避免了冷凝水污染操作台,节省了用户清洁操作台的时间,提高了使用该门体组件100的烤箱的便利性。
根据本发明的一些实施例,参照图1-图7,集水装置2还包括挡水筋22。挡水筋22设在门体1的下端并沿左右方向延伸,且挡水筋22向后凸出门体1的后表面,挡水筋22沿左右方向的中间位置形成有缺口221,其中,集水槽21形成在挡水筋22的下方,且集水槽21的至少一部分与缺口221向下相对。这里,需要说明的是,本申请所说的“中间位置”指的是广义上的中间位置,也就是说挡水筋22的左端和右端之间的位置都可以理解为“中间位置”。
具体地,参照图1,挡水筋22可以大体形成为长方形的板状结构,挡水筋22位于集水槽21的上方,挡水筋22长度方向与集水槽21的长度方向相同,挡水筋22的左端可以延伸至超出技集水槽21的左端,挡水筋22的右端可以延伸至超出集水槽21的右端,且挡水筋22的宽度方向可以垂直于门体1的后表面。当门体1上的冷凝水流向集水槽21时,可以先聚集在挡水筋22的上表面上,再通过挡水筋22上的缺口221流向集水槽21。由此,可以防止冷凝水外溅,保证门体1上的冷凝水可以全部流到集水槽21内,从而提高了门体组件100的便利性和可靠性。
进一步地,挡水筋22的远离门体1的后表面的一端(例如,图1中的后端)设有向上延伸的翻边222,由此,可以进一步地防止冷凝水流到集水槽21外且结构简单、加工方便。
具体地,挡水筋22的左端延伸至门体1的左端,且挡水筋22的右端延伸到门体1的右端。由此,可以防止靠近门体1左右方向的边缘的冷凝水流到操作台上。
根据本发明的一些实施例,挡水筋22的缺口221处设有导流板223,导流板223的一端(例如,图1中的上端)可以抵在门体1的后表面上,导流板223的另一端(例如,图1中的下端)可以与缺口221的邻近门体1的后表面的一端相连。由此,可以通过导流板223将门体1的上的冷凝水导流至缺口221处,并从缺口221处流向集水槽21,从而可以进一步地防止冷凝水落到操作台上。
可选地,导流板223与挡水筋22一体成型。例如,导流板223可以由挡水筋22的一部分向上翻折形成。工艺简单,加工成本低。
根据本发明的一些实施例,集水装置2还包括:竖向筋24,竖向筋24向后凸出门体1的后表面,且竖向筋24与挡水筋22的端部(例如,图1中挡水筋22在长度方向上的两个端部)相连并向上延伸,其中,竖向筋24包括分别设在挡水筋22的左端和右端的两个,挡水筋22和两个竖向筋24配合在门体1的后表面上形成挡水结构。由此,挡水结构可以防止冷凝水从门体1的左侧和右侧流到操作台上,从而可以进一步地防止冷凝水落到操作台上。
例如,参照图1,集水装置2包括两个竖向筋24,两个竖向筋24分别位于挡水筋22的左端和右端。具体地,参照图2、图6和图7,挡水筋22的长度方向的两个端部可以分别设有一个止挡板224,止挡板224包括止抵部2241和止挡部2242,止抵部2241的一端(例如,图1中的下端)与挡水筋22的端部相连,止抵部2241的另一端(例如,图2中的上端)沿竖直方向延伸,止抵部2241的外表面适于与竖向筋24的内表面止抵,由此,便于集水装置2的装配且可使得集水装置2的位置稳定。止挡部2242位于挡水筋22的远离门体1的后表面的一端(例如,图1中的后端),止挡部2242的一端与止抵部2241相连,止挡部2242的另一端沿挡水筋22的长度方向延伸。由此,竖向筋24和止挡部2242配合,可以防止冷凝水从挡水筋22的后侧流到操作台上,进一步地提高了集水装置2的可靠性。
根据本发明的一些实施例,门体1包括门板11和门板支架12,门板支架12沿上下方向延伸,其中,集水装置2与门板支架12相连。具体地,参照图1,门板支架12可以为两个,两个门板支架12分别设在门板11的左右两边。集水装置2的左端可以与左边的门板支架12相连,集水装置2的右端可以与右边的门板11之间相连。由此,可方便且牢靠地将集水装置2装配至门板11上,提高了门体组件100的可靠性。
根据本发明的一些实施例,集水装置2还包括:连接部23,连接部23沿门板支架12延伸,且连接部23与门板支架12相连。例如,参照图1,连接部23包括与门板支架12一一对应相连的两个。也就是说,连接部23为两个,每个连接部23分别与对应的门板支架 12相连。具体地,连接部23可以大体形成为长方形的板状结构,连接部23可以沿门板支架12的长度方向延伸,连接部23的下端可以设有支撑部231,支撑部231可以沿水平方向延伸。集水装置2的左右两端可以支撑在支撑部231的上表面上。由此,可以使得集水装置2的位置更加稳定。
进一步地,连接部23的下端设有向下延伸的限位筋232,限位筋232抵在门板支架12上。参照图1,限位筋232可以设在支撑部231的下表面上,限位筋232的前端抵在门板支架12上。限位筋232的截面可以形成为三角形等,但不限于此。限位筋232的数量可以为一个或者多个(例如,两个等)。由此,便于将连接部23安装在门体1支架的合适位置处,且可以通过限位筋232有效地提高连接部23的整体结构强度,装配方便且可靠性高。
根据本发明的一些实施例,参照图1并结合图5和图6,集水装置2上可以设有第一固定片25,第一固定片25上设有第一固定孔251,门体1支架上可以设有与第一固定片25配合的第二固定片121,第二固定片121上设有与第一固定孔251在上下方向上对应的第二固定孔1211,螺纹紧固件(例如螺钉或者螺栓等)依次穿过第一固定孔251和第二固定孔1211可将集水装置2固定在门体1之间上。由此,可使得集水装置2与门体1支架的连接更加牢固,提高了门体1装置的可靠性。
根据本发明的一些具体实施例,集水槽21可以形成在门体1的后面并沿门体1前表面的法线向前凹陷,或集水槽21形成在门体1的后面并向前向下倾斜凹陷。结构简单,加工方便。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的烤箱,包括箱体和根据本发明上述第一方面实施例的门体组件100。
其中,箱体内形成有前面敞开的烹饪腔,门体1的下端与烤箱的底部相连,且门体1在打开和关闭烹饪腔的位置之间可翻转。例如,当沿顺时针方向向前翻转门体1时,可以打开烹饪腔,当沿逆时针方向向后翻转门体1时,可以关闭烹饪腔。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的烤箱(图未示出),通过设置根据本发明上述第一方面实施例的烤箱的门体组件100,可以有效地防止门体1上的冷凝水落在操作台上,减少了卫生隐患,节省了用户清理操作台的时间,提高了烤箱的便利性。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示意性实施例”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种烤箱的门体组件,其特征在于,包括:
    门体;
    集水装置,所述集水装置设在所述门体的下端,且所述集水装置从所述门体的左端延伸到所述门体的右端,所述集水装置上形成有集水槽,所述集水槽位于所述门体的后表面并朝所述门体的前表面凹陷,所述集水槽朝向所述门体的后表面敞开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烤箱的门体组件,其特征在于,所述集水装置包括:
    挡水筋,所述挡水筋设在所述门体的下端并沿左右方向延伸,且所述挡水筋向后凸出所述门体的后表面,所述挡水筋沿左右方向的中间位置形成有缺口,
    其中,所述集水槽形成在所述挡水筋的下方,且所述集水槽的至少一部分与所述缺口向下相对。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烤箱的门体组件,其特征在于,所述挡水筋的左端延伸至所述门体的左端,且所述挡水筋的右端延伸到所述门体的右端。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的烤箱的门体组件,其特征在于,所述集水装置还包括:
    竖向筋,所述竖向筋向后凸出所述门体的后表面,且所述竖向筋与所述挡水筋的端部相连并向上延伸,
    其中,所述竖向筋包括分别设在所述挡水筋的左端和右端的两个,所述挡水筋和两个所述竖向筋配合在所述门体的后表面上形成挡水结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的烤箱的门体组件,其特征在于,所述门体包括:
    门板;
    门板支架,所述门板支架沿上下方向延伸,
    其中,所述集水装置与所述门板支架相连。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的烤箱的门体组件,其特征在于,所述集水装置还包括:
    连接部,所述连接部沿所述门板支架延伸,且所述连接部与所述门板支架相连。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的烤箱的门体组件,其特征在于,所述连接部的下端设有向下延伸的限位筋,所述限位筋抵在所述门板支架上。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的烤箱的门体组件,其特征在于,所述门板支架包括两个并分别设在所述门板的左右两边,所述连接部包括与所述门板支架一一对应相连的两个。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的烤箱的门体组件,其特征在于,
    所述集水槽形成在所述门体的后面并沿所述门体前表面的法线向前凹陷;或
    所述集水槽形成在所述门体的后面并向前向下倾斜凹陷。
  10. 一种烤箱,其特征在于,包括:
    箱体,所述箱体内形成有前面敞开的烹饪腔;
    门体组件,所述门体组件为根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的烤箱的门体组件,所述门体的下端与所述烤箱的底部相连,且所述门体在打开和关闭所述烹饪腔的位置之间可翻转。
