下面结合附图对本公开的实施方式进行描述。
本公开实施例提供一种建立通话连接的方法,该方法可应用于通信系统中的主叫终端和被叫终端之间,其中,主叫终端与被叫终端可以通过通信网络建立连接,并且,在通信网络正常的情况下,主叫终端可以向被叫终端发起呼叫连接使得两个终端建立通话连接,被叫终端也可以向主叫终端发起呼叫连接使得两个终端建立通话连接。
图1为本公开实施例中建立通话连接的方法的一种流程交互示意图,如图1所示,建立通话连接的方法包括:
S101:在与主叫终端中断通话连接时,被叫终端保存主叫终端的电话号码,切换至冻结状态;主叫终端保存被叫终端的电话号码;
其中,当主叫终端和被叫终端已经建立通话连接,并且正在处于正常通话状态中时,由于网络的不稳定导致被叫终端与主叫终端之间的通话连接中断时,被叫终端可保存主叫终端的电话号码,并将自身的状态切换至冻结状态,其中,上述冻结状态可以为:接收到发起呼叫连接的请求中携带的号码 为主叫终端的电话号码时,禁止根据发起呼叫连接的请求向主叫终端发起呼叫连接;也就是说,当被叫终端切换至冻结状态时,被叫用户通过被叫终端拨打主叫终端的电话号码时是无法发起呼叫连接的。
另外,这里可以说明的是,在实际应用中,被叫终端将自身切换至冻结状态时,被叫终端中可启动冻结定时器,该冻结定时器设置为:设定被叫终端切换至冻结状态的时间,也称为冻结时间;
其中,上述冻结时间可以预先进行设置,在实际应用中冻结时间的取值可以从10秒至300秒,例如,100秒。
S102:被叫终端接收第一发起呼叫连接的请求,在处于冻结状态,第一发起呼叫连接的请求中携带的号码为主叫终端的电话号码时,显示提示信息,在接收到的选择为向主叫终端发送通知短信时,发送通知短信至主叫终端。
其中,当被叫终端接收到被叫用户发出的第一发起呼叫连接的请求时,被叫终端可检测自身当前的状态是否为冻结状态,为冻结状态时,且上述第一发起呼叫连接的请求中携带的号码为主叫终端的电话号码时,主叫终端的显示界面可显示提示信息,其中,上述提示信息可以为被叫用户提供是否向主叫终端发送通知短信的选择;
举例来说,图2为本公开实施例中提示信息的排布示意图,如图2所示,在拨号盘界面上,被叫用户在按键区拨打主叫终端的电话号码后,显示界面上可弹出对话框,上述提示信息可以为对话框的内容,该内容供用户进行选择,提供的选择可以包括:“当前处于主叫冻结状态,是否发送主叫冻结短信给当前呼叫号码?”,此时,被叫用户可以通过该对话框中的提示信息选择是否向主叫终端发送通知短信。
其中,上述通知短信可用于通知主叫终端发起呼叫连接,这里,上述提示信息的内容和上述通知短信的内容、格式和属性可以预先进行设置;举例来说,主叫终端可预先将上述通知短信的优先指示符(Priority Indictor)属性设置为紧急(Emergency),该通知短信的用户数据(User Data)短信内容格式如下表1所示:

基于上述实施例,被叫终端可以通过冻结定时器来将自身切换回非冻结状态,但是,往往在还没有达到冻结时间时,主叫终端与被叫终端已经建立通话连接,那么为了尽快使得被叫终端尽快恢复正常的呼叫状态,在一种可选的实施例中,在S103之后,上述方法还可以包括:被叫终端切换至非冻结状态;
其中,上述非冻结状态为:在接收到发起呼叫连接的请求中携带的号码为主叫终端的电话号码时,允许根据发起呼叫连接的请求向主叫终端发起呼叫连接;也就是说,当被叫终端切换至非冻结状态时,被叫用户通过被叫终端拨打主叫终端的电话号码时是能够发起呼叫连接的。
图4为本公开实施例中一种可选的终端结构示意图,如图4所示,该终端中可以包括:通话模块、呼叫防碰撞主控模块、冻结通知短信收发模块和主叫冻结定时器,其中,图5为本公开实施例中通话模块的分层结构示意图,如图5所示,通话模块的分层结构可包括:通话应用层应用(app,application)、通话框架层、移动通信协议层以及基带射频层,通话应用层app设置为:实现终端通话的界面显示,通话框架层设置为:实现呼叫状态管理,移动通信协议层设置为:实现移动通信协议栈,基带射频层设置为:实现射频和基带功能。
其中,上述冻结通知短信收发模块可设置为:接收和检查冻结通知短信的完整有效性,以及判断短信发送方是否是上一去电的号码,并发送相应的通知给呼叫防碰撞主控模块,同时,可设置为:冻结通知短信内容的组装和发送;
主叫冻结定时器可设置为:对手机进入冻结状态的时间长度进行统计;
呼叫防碰撞主控模块可设置为:协调冻结通知短信收发模块、主叫冻结定时器和冻结通知短信收发模块中每个模块以实现呼叫防碰撞功能;

S601:在被叫通话结束后,被叫终端的通话模块的通话框架层发送通话结束事件至呼叫碰撞主控模块,以通知呼叫防碰撞主控模块通话结束时间,该事件至少可包含一个参数,该参数为上一来电的号码,呼叫防碰撞主控模块在收到通知后,可保存号码,并更新被叫终端的状态为主叫冻结状态,同时可启动主叫冻结定时器;
S602:呼叫防碰撞主控模块调用主叫冻结定时器提供的判断超时接口,判断主叫冻结定时器是否已经超时,如果是,则进入S603;如果否,则进入S604;
S603:呼叫防碰撞主控模块恢复被叫终端为正常状态(相当于上述非冻结状态),按照正常的主叫流程执行。
S604:被叫用户在被叫终端上发起对上一来电号码的主叫,提示用户目前处于主叫冻结状态,是否需要发送主叫冻结通知短信给对方;

S607:主叫冻结定时器判断是否超过需冻结时间;

基于上述实施例,被叫终端可以通过冻结定时器来将自身切换回非冻结状态,但是,往往在还没有达到冻结时间时,主叫终端与被叫终端已经建立通话连接,那么为了尽快使得被叫终端尽快恢复正常的呼叫状态,在一种可选的实施例中,在处于冻结状态接收主叫终端的呼叫连接时,与主叫终端建立通话连接之后,上述方法还可以包括:切换至非冻结状态;
其中,上述非冻结状态可以为:在接收到发起呼叫连接的请求中携带的号码为主叫终端的电话号码时,允许根据发起呼叫连接的请求向主叫终端发起呼叫连接。
其次,站在主叫终端侧对建立通话连接的方法进行描述。
图9为本公开实施例中建立通话连接的方法的流程示意图,如图9所示,该方法可以包括:
S901:在与被叫终端中断通话连接时,保存被叫终端的电话号码;
S902:接收被叫终端的通知短信,根据通知短信向被叫终端发起呼叫连接,与被叫终端建立通话连接。
相应地,本公开实施例还提供一种被叫终端,与上述一个或者多个实施例中所述的被叫终端一致。
图10为本公开实施例中被叫终端的结构示意图,如图10所示,该被叫终端可以包括:切换模块101和连接模块102;
其中,切换模块101,设置为:在被叫终端与主叫终端中断通话连接时,保存主叫终端的电话号码,将被叫终端切换至冻结状态;连接模块102,设置为:在被叫终端处于冻结状态接收主叫终端的呼叫连接时,与主叫终端建立通话连接。
其中,上述冻结状态可以为:接收到发起呼叫连接的请求中携带的号码 为主叫终端的电话号码时,禁止根据发起呼叫连接的请求向主叫终端发起呼叫连接;上述通知短信的属性可以为紧急。
为了使得主叫终端及时得知被叫终端的状态,在一种可选的实施例中,上述被叫终端还可以包括:通知模块,设置为:在被叫终端保存主叫终端的电话号码,将被叫终端切换至冻结状态之后,接收第一发起呼叫连接的请求;在处于冻结状态,第一发起呼叫连接的请求中携带的号码为主叫终端的电话号码时,显示提示信息,其中,上述提示信息为提供是否向主叫终端发送通知短信的选择;在接收到的选择为向主叫终端发送通知短信时,发送通知短信至主叫终端,其中,上述通知短信用于通知主叫终端发起呼叫连接。

在实际应用中,切换模块101、连接模块102和通知模块均可由位于被叫终端的中央处理器(CPU,Central Processing Unit)、微处理器(MPU,Microprocessor Unit)、专用集成电路(ASIC,Application Specific Integrated Circuit)或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA,Field-Programmable Gate Array)等实现。
相应地,本公开实施例还提供一种主叫终端,与上述一个或者多个实施例中的所述主叫终端一致。
图11为本公开实施例中主叫终端的结构示意图,如图11所示,该主叫终端可以包括:保存模块111和呼叫模块112;
其中,保存模块111,设置为:在主叫终端与被叫终端中断通话连接时,保存被叫终端的电话号码;呼叫模块112,设置为:接收被叫终端的通知短信,根据通知短信向被叫终端发起呼叫连接,与被叫终端建立通话连接。
在实际应用中,保存模块111和呼叫模块112均可由位于主叫终端的CPU、MPU、ASIC或FPGA等实现。
本实施例记载一种计算机可读介质,可以为ROM(例如,只读存储器、FLASH存储器、转移装置等)、磁存储介质(例如,磁带、磁盘驱动器等)、光学存储介质(例如,CD-ROM、DVD-ROM、纸卡、纸带等)以及其他熟知类型的程序存储器;计算机可读介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,当执行指令时,引起至少一个处理器执行包括以下的操作:
在与主叫终端中断通话连接时,保存主叫终端的电话号码,切换至冻结状态;在处于冻结状态接收主叫终端的呼叫连接时,与主叫终端建立通话连接。
本公开实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被执行时实现上述建立通话连接的方法。
本公开实施例所提供的建立通话连接的方法,在被叫终端与主叫终端中断通话连接时,被叫终端保存主叫终端的电话号码,将被叫终端切换至冻结状态,处于冻结状态的被叫终端在接收到发起呼叫连接的请求中携带的号码为主叫终端的电话号码时,禁止根据发起呼叫连接的请求向主叫终端发起呼叫连接,这样,处于冻结状态的被叫终端不能够向主叫终端发起呼叫连接,防止被叫终端和主叫终端同时向对方发起呼叫连接,使得在冻结状态下在被叫终端和主叫终端之间只有主叫终端可以向被叫终端发起呼叫连接,从而避免主叫终端和被叫终端同时向对方发起呼叫连接所耽误的时间,进而使得主叫终端和被叫终端能够及时地建立通话连接,提高用户体验度。
这里可以指出的是:以上被叫终端和主叫终端实施例项的描述,与上述方法描述是类似的,具有同方法实施例相同的有益效果,因此不做赘述。对于本公开实施例提供的被叫终端和主叫终端中未披露的技术细节,本领域的技术人员请参照本公开方法实施例的描述而理解,为节约篇幅,这里不再赘述。

本领域的普通技术人员可以理解,可以对本公开的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本公开技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本公开的权利要求范围当中。
工业实用性
本公开实施例所提供的建立通话连接的方法、被叫终端和主叫终端,在被叫终端与主叫终端中断通话连接时,被叫终端保存主叫终端的电话号码,将被叫终端切换至冻结状态,处于冻结状态的被叫终端在接收到发起呼叫连接的请求中携带的号码为主叫终端的电话号码时,禁止根据发起呼叫连接的请求向主叫终端发起呼叫连接,这样,处于冻结状态的被叫终端不能够向主叫终端发起呼叫连接,防止被叫终端和主叫终端同时向对方发起呼叫连接,使得在冻结状态下在被叫终端和主叫终端之间只有主叫终端可以向被叫终端发起呼叫连接,从而避免主叫终端和被叫终端同时向对方发起呼叫连接所耽误的时间,进而使得主叫终端和被叫终端能够及时地建立通话连接,提高用户体验度。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种建立通话连接的方法,包括:
    在与主叫终端中断通话连接时,保存所述主叫终端的电话号码,切换至冻结状态,其中,所述冻结状态为:接收到发起呼叫连接的请求中携带的号码为所述主叫终端的电话号码时,禁止根据所述发起呼叫连接的请求向所述主叫终端发起呼叫连接;
    在处于所述冻结状态接收所述主叫终端的呼叫连接时,与所述主叫终端建立通话连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,在保存所述主叫终端的电话号码,切换至冻结状态之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收第一发起呼叫连接的请求;
    在处于所述冻结状态,所述第一发起呼叫连接的请求中携带的号码为所述主叫终端的电话号码时,显示提示信息,其中,所述提示信息为提供是否向所述主叫终端发送通知短信的选择;
    在接收到的选择为向所述主叫终端发送通知短信时,发送所述通知短信至所述主叫终端,其中,所述通知短信用于通知所述主叫终端发起呼叫连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述通知短信的属性为紧急。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,在处于所述冻结状态接收所述主叫终端的呼叫连接时,与所述主叫终端建立通话连接之后,所述方法还包括:
    切换至非冻结状态,其中,所述非冻结状态为:在接收到发起呼叫连接的请求中携带的号码为所述主叫终端的电话号码时,允许根据所述发起呼叫连接的请求向所述主叫终端发起呼叫连接。
  5. 一种建立通话连接的方法,包括:
    在与被叫终端中断通话连接时,保存所述被叫终端的电话号码;
    接收被叫终端的通知短信,根据所述通知短信向所述被叫终端发起呼叫连接,与所述被叫终端建立通话连接。
  6. 一种被叫终端,所述被叫终端包括:
    切换模块,设置为:在所述被叫终端与主叫终端中断通话连接时,保存所述主叫终端的电话号码,将所述被叫终端切换至冻结状态,其中,所述冻结状态为:接收到发起呼叫连接的请求中携带的号码为所述主叫终端的电话号码时,禁止根据所述发起呼叫连接的请求向所述主叫终端发起呼叫连接;
    连接模块,设置为:在所述被叫终端处于所述冻结状态接收所述主叫终端的呼叫连接时,与所述主叫终端建立通话连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的被叫终端,所述被叫终端还包括:
    通知模块,设置为:在所述被叫终端保存所述主叫终端的电话号码,将所述被叫终端切换至冻结状态之后,接收第一发起呼叫连接的请求;在所述被叫终端处于所述冻结状态,所述第一发起呼叫连接的请求中携带的号码为所述主叫终端的电话号码时,显示提示信息,其中,所述提示信息为提供是否向所述主叫终端发送通知短信的选择;在接收到的选择为向所述主叫终端发送通知短信时,发送所述通知短信至所述主叫终端,其中,所述通知短信用于通知所述主叫终端发起呼叫连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的被叫终端,其中,所述通知短信的属性为紧急。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的被叫终端,所述切换模块还设置为:在所述被叫终端处于所述冻结状态接收所述主叫终端的呼叫连接时,与所述主叫终端建立通话连接之后,切换至非冻结状态,其中,所述非冻结状态为:在接收到发起呼叫连接的请求中携带的号码为所述主叫终端的电话号码时,允许根据所述发起呼叫连接的请求向所述主叫终端发起呼叫连接。
  10. 一种主叫终端,所述主叫终端包括:
    保存模块,设置为:在所述主叫终端与被叫终端中断通话连接时,保存所述被叫终端的电话号码;
    呼叫模块,设置为:接收被叫终端的通知短信,根据所述通知短信向所述被叫终端发起呼叫连接,与所述被叫终端建立通话连接。
  11. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被执行时实现上述建立通话连接的方法。
