为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结 合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
实施例一
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的升降桌,包括桌面1、桌架2、两个X型升降架3,两个桌脚4,其中,桌面1设置在桌架2上方,两个X型升降架3分别设置桌架2的两侧,每个桌架2的下侧均设有一个桌脚4,具体地,每个X型升降架3均包括第一支撑部31和第二支撑部32,第一支撑部31和第二支撑部32的中部铰接固定,第一支撑部31的上端与桌架2滑动连接,其下端与桌脚4铰接固定,第二支撑部32的上端与桌架2铰接固定,其下端与所述桌脚4滑动连接,通过调整第一支撑部31和第二支撑部32的端部之间的距离来桌面1的高度。
具体地,如图1和图2所示,第一支撑部31的上端通过第一滑块10与桌架2滑动连接,第二支撑部21的下端通过第二滑块16与桌架2滑动连接,且所述第一支撑部的上端与所述第一滑块铰接,所述第二支撑部的下端与所述第二滑块铰接。更加具体地,第一滑块10是与设置在桌架2的第一滑轨连接,第二滑块16是与设置在桌脚4内的第二滑轨连接。
进一步地,如图1-图3所示,在第一支撑部31的上端和第二支撑部31的上端之间设置拉簧7,该拉簧7的一端与第一支撑部31的上端连接,另一端通过距离调节装置固定在桌架2。在升降桌的升降过程中,与第一支撑部31上端连接的一端为活动端,能够随第一支撑部31的上端同步移动,与活动端相对的另一端为固定端,根据桌上负载的不同,利用距离调节装置调节固定端与桌架2端部之间的距离,改变拉簧7的拉力行程长度,从而使拉簧7的拉力与负载相适应,使升降桌的升降过程平稳、省力,提高用户体验。
具体地,拉簧7的固定端越靠近桌架,其拉力越大,能够承受的负载也越大;反之,拉簧7能够承受的负载越小。
优选地,距离调节装置包括拉簧固定件6和调节螺杆5,其中,调节螺杆5的一端穿过桌架2后与拉簧固定件6螺纹连接,而另一端则位于桌架2的外侧,方便进行调节操作。
更加具体地,拉簧固定件6为钣金件,其钣金壁上设有过孔,在过孔的一侧或者两侧同轴设置有与调节螺杆5相配合的螺母。
优先地,在调节螺杆5远离桌架2的一端设置挡圈,防止调节螺杆5脱出。
进一步的,拉簧固定件6至少设有两个用于卡固拉簧7的第一折弯部61,且优选地,两个第一折弯部61相对设置,即两个第一折弯部61均是向靠近对方的一侧折弯,安装时将相对的两个第一折弯部61从拉簧7相对的两侧伸入并卡固,使拉簧7保持拉力平衡。
进一步地,如图2和图3所示,桌架2设有限位块18,拉簧固定件6至少部分抵在限位块18,当升降桌出厂时,拉簧固定件6抵在限位块18,此时拉簧的位置即为拉簧7的初始位置,适应于小负载时桌面的升降。
为了在使升降桌两侧的升降力相同,并方便使用者调整,优选地,如图4和图6所示,在桌架2设置观察孔22,并在观察孔22的周边设置档位标记。当拉簧7位于初始状态时,能够从观察孔22看到拉簧固 定件6的边缘,且此时拉簧固定件6的边缘对应的为最低档位(拉簧7的拉开行程最短)。
为了能清楚的看到拉簧7目前所处挡位,优选地,将拉簧固定件6涂上颜色,例如绿色,在拉簧7的初始状态时,仅能由观察孔22看到绿色长条,随着拉簧固定件6的移动,绿色长条逐渐填满观察孔22,绿色长条的最前端(绿色长条移动的方向前端)对应的为当前挡位。
其中,挡位标记为数字刻度、图案或者文字,例如,数字刻度标识、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、台式电脑等代表不同重量的图案、不同深度的颜色变化或者文字提示。
升降桌下降过程中,拉簧7的拉力逐渐增大,当下降到临界点后,力的平衡突然打破,此时拉簧7基本失去下降缓冲的作用,会出现桌面突然下降的情况。而在升降桌上升过程中,起始拉力会有不足,上升时较为费力,为了克服上述问题,进一步地,如图4和图5所示,在第一支撑部31与桌脚4的铰接固定处设置第一扭簧12,具体地,第一扭簧12套设在第一铰接轴11(第一支撑部31与桌脚4的铰接轴),且第一扭簧12的一端设有第二折弯部121,另一端抵在扭簧挡板41,该扭簧挡板41与桌脚4形成相对封闭的空间,在桌面1升到最高时,第二折弯部121与第一支撑部31的下端还有一定距离,当桌面1下降,第一支撑部31的下端顺时针转动,当桌面下降到临界点后,第一支撑部31的下端抵在第二折弯部121,推动第一扭簧12转动,使桌面1下降得到缓冲;在桌面1上升时,第一支撑部31的下端逆时针转动,第一扭簧12回复,从而向第一支撑部31的下端施加一个推力,辅助桌面1上升,使桌面1上升的前期也能够较为省力。
优选地,第一支撑部的下端设有折弯或者设置有挡块,用于与第二折弯部121配合,推动第一扭簧12转动。
升降桌在使用时不只是只有升降到最高和最低两种状态,还会根据使用者的不同,在升降到不同高度时使用,为实现上述目的,如图7和图8所示,本实施例的升降桌的桌架2还有多个限位孔22,该升降 桌还包括与限位孔21相配合的用于锁定升降桌高度的锁止装置,该锁止装置与第一滑块10连接。
具体地,该锁止装置包括手柄8、拉线(图中未示出)、插销封装盒9、插销17、套设在插销17外侧的弹簧挡板14,其中,手柄8通过第二铰接轴铰接固定在桌架2,第二铰接轴外侧套设有第二扭簧,第二扭簧的一端抵在桌架2,另一端抵在手柄8,用于为所述手柄提供回复力;所述插销封装盒9固定在第一滑块10,能够随第一滑块10一起移动;插销17设置在插销封装盒9内,插销17的一端依次穿过插销封装盒9和第一滑块10后插入限位孔21;弹簧13套设在插销17,且弹簧13的一端抵在弹簧挡板14,能够随弹簧挡板14一起移动,弹簧14的另一端固定;拉线的一端与手柄8连接,另一端与插销17连接,用于将插销17从限位孔21拉出,插销17被拉出时,弹簧挡板14与插销17一起移动,压缩弹簧13,插销17的拉力消失时,弹簧13为插销17提供回复力。
在桌面升降高度不变的情况下,为了进一步地缩小第一支撑部31和第二支撑部32的滑动行程,优选地,如图4所示,第一支撑部31和第二支撑部32的下端均向靠近对方的一侧折弯。
为了增加升降桌的结构强度,优选地,如图1和图7所示,X型升降架3通过连接杆15连接,更优选地,该连接杆15的两端分别固定在第二支撑部32的中部附近。
进一步地,两个桌脚4通过连接杆15连接,增加结构强度。
进一步地,两个第一滑块10通过连接杆15连接,不但增加升降桌结构强度,而且能够使两个第一滑块10滑动同步,防止桌面1倾斜。
为了收拢电源线、数据线等线缆,如图1所示,在桌面底部设置集线槽19,且该集线槽19为分体结构,包括第一槽体和第二槽体,其中,第一槽体和第二槽体均间隔设置有多个伸出部。
具体地,第一槽体和第二槽体以合适的距离安装固定在桌面1的底部,两个槽体的伸出部交错设置,即一个槽体的伸出部伸入到另一 个槽体的两个相邻伸出部之间,且该伸出部的前端与另一个槽体之间至少留有一根电源线的距离,并且伸入另一槽体两个相邻伸出部之间的伸出部,与该相邻的两个伸出部之间均留设有至少一个线缆的距离,使第一槽体和第二槽体之间形成回折连通的过线通道,使用时直接将电源线、数据线等线缆绕入集线槽19即可,不用考虑电源线的插头问题,使用方便。
当需要调整拉簧7的拉力大小时,调整拉簧固定件6与桌架2之间的距离,使拉簧7具有与负载相适应的拉力,调整时注意两侧拉簧固定件6与桌架2的距离要一致。调整完成后,松开手柄8插销17插入限位孔21,锁定升降桌的当前高度。
优选地,先把升降桌升到最高处再对拉簧7固定端与桌架2之间的距离,因为升降桌在最高处时,拉簧7未拉开状态,受力较少,利于调节螺杆的调节。
实施例二
如图9和图10所示,本实施例二与实施例一基本相同,相同之处不再赘述,不同之处在于:在桌脚4内设有用于调节第一扭簧12扭力大小的调节旋钮20,具体地,调节旋钮20包括拔盘201,在拔盘201上方设有多个高度依次增高的支撑平台202,即多个支撑平台202沿一个方向按照由低到高依次排列,拔盘201部分露出桌脚4外,方便通过拔盘201调节第一扭簧12的扭力,当桌上负载增加时,在拔动拔盘201,使相应高度的支撑平台202位于第一扭簧12的端部下侧,升降桌下降时,第一支撑31顺时针转动,当转动到一定程度后,第一扭簧12的一端通过第二折弯部121随第一支撑部31的下端转动,其端部抵在位于下侧的支撑平台202,通过支撑平台202的高低不同,实现第一扭簧12的扭力调节。
优选地,第一扭簧12的档位与拉簧7的挡位具有对应关系,例如,拉簧7的一档对应第一扭簧12的一挡,拉簧7的二档对应第一扭簧12的二挡,使档位一一对应,方便调节。或者第一扭簧12的一档对应拉 簧7的一档和二档,第一扭簧12的二档对应拉簧7的三档和四档,以此类推,方便使用者调节,使二者均能与负载相适应。
优选地,相邻的两个支撑平台202之间通过渡面203连接,即使第一扭簧12的端部抵在支撑平台202时,也能够调节挡位。
初始状态下,调节旋钮20在最低档,即第一扭簧12在转动时端部抵在最低的支撑平台202,此时,与拉簧7的初始位置是对应的,桌上负载增加,通过调节拉簧7的固定端与桌架2的距离,来调节拉簧7的拉力,使升降桌下降的前段以及升高的后端保持平稳、省力,通过转动调节旋钮20,来调节第一扭簧12的扭力,为升降桌下降的后段提供缓冲以及升高的前端提供上升助力,使升降桌在下降和升高的过程能够平稳、省力和安全。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种升降桌,包括桌架、设置在所述桌架上方的桌面、设置在所述桌架两侧的两个X型升降架,每个所述X型升降架下侧均设有一个桌脚,其特征在于:每个所述X型升降架均包括第一支撑部和第二支撑部,所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部的中部铰接固定,且所述第一支撑部的上端与所述桌架滑动连接,下端与所述桌脚铰接固定,所述第二支撑部的上端与所述桌架铰接固定,下端与所述桌脚滑动连接;
    在所述第一支撑部的上端和所述第二支撑部的上端之间设有拉簧,所述拉簧的活动端与所述第一支撑部的上端连接,所述拉簧的固定端通过距离调节装置固定在所述桌架,所述距离调节装置用于调整拉簧固定端与所述桌架之间的距离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的升降桌,其特征在于:每个所述距离调节装置均包括拉簧固定件和调节螺杆,所述调节螺杆的一端穿过所述桌架后与所述拉簧固定件螺纹连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的升降桌,其特征在于:每个所述拉簧固定件至少设有两个用于卡固拉簧的第一折弯部,且两个所述第一折弯部相对设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的升降桌,其特征在于:所述第一支撑部与所述桌脚的铰接固定处设有第一扭簧,所述第一扭簧套设在所述第一铰接轴,且所述第一扭簧的一端设有第二折弯部,另一端抵在扭簧挡板,升降桌下降时,所述第一支撑部转动,其下端抵在所述第二折弯部并推动所述第一扭簧转动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的升降桌,其特征在于:所述桌脚内设有调节旋钮,所述调节旋钮包括拔盘,所述拔盘上方设有多个高度依次增高的支撑平台,所述拔盘部分露出桌脚外;
    升降桌下降时,所述第一支撑部转动,所述第一扭簧的一端通过 第二折弯部随第一支撑部的下端转动,使所述第一扭簧的另一端逐渐抵在其中一个支撑平台。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的升降桌,其特征在于:所述第一支撑部的上端通过第一滑块与所述桌架滑动连接,所述第二支撑部的下端通过第二滑块与所述桌架滑动连接,且所述第一支撑部的上端与所述第一滑块铰接,所述第二支撑部的下端与所述第二滑块铰接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的升降桌,其特征在于:所述桌架间隔设置有多个限位孔;
    所述升降桌还包括所述锁止装置,所述锁止装置与所述第一滑块连接,其中,所述锁止装置包括:
    手柄,所述手柄通过第二铰接轴铰接固定在所述桌架,所述第二铰接轴套设有第二扭簧,用于为所述手柄提供回复力;
    插销封装盒,所述插销封装盒与所述第一滑块固定;
    插销,所述插销套设有弹簧挡板,且所述插销设置在所述插销封装盒内,所述插销的一端依次穿过插销封装盒和第一滑块后插入所述限位孔;
    弹簧,所述弹簧套设在所述插销,且所述弹簧的一端抵在所述弹簧挡板,并随所述弹簧挡板一起移动,用于为所述插销提供回复力;
    拉线,所述拉线的一端与所述手柄连接,另一端与所述插销连接,用于将所述插销从所述限位孔拉出。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的升降桌,其特征在于:所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部的下端均向靠近对方的一侧折弯。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的升降桌,其特征在于:所述桌架设有限位块,所述拉簧固定件至少部分抵在所述限位块,用于限定所述拉簧的初始位置。
  10. 根据权利要求2-9任一项所述的升降桌,其特征在于:所述桌架设有观察孔,能够显示所述拉簧固定件,在所述观察孔周边设置档位标记,所述拉簧固定件边缘所对应的档位标记为当前档位。
