现有的控制阀通道大多为只有一个通道或是通孔,仅用来实现排水或进水,当水压过大或水流中污垢等杂质时,易造成水堵住控制阀的流通通道,使得控制阀不能顺畅地实现排水或进水的功能。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种控制阀及具备该控制阀的热水器,旨在解决现有的控制阀易堵塞的技术问题。

在本发明的一优选实施例中,所述通孔80为扇形通孔,所述第一阀片10与第二阀片20为结构尺寸一致的部件;所述旋转中心即为当所述贯通旋钮40带动所述连接管30及第二阀片20转动时所形成的旋转轴。当所述贯通旋钮40带动所述连接管30及第二阀片20转动时,所述第二阀片20的两个通孔80围绕旋转中心旋转,以达到与所述第一阀片10的两个通孔20对位连通,进而形成两个通道,方便排水及进气。且所述第二阀片20的每一通孔80的面积小于所述第二阀片20的面对所述第一阀片10一侧的面积的1/4,所述第一阀片10的每一通孔80的面积小于所述第一阀片10面对所述第二阀片20一侧的面积的1/4,也就是说,当所述贯通旋钮40带动所述连接管30及第二阀片20转动时,能使得所述第一阀片10的两个通孔80与第二阀片20的两个通孔80错位断开,进而闭合两个通道,达到闭合控制阀的目的,更方便用户能根据实际情况使用。
进一步地,所述连接管30一端设有凸起311,所述第二阀片20的面对所述连接管30的一侧向内凹陷形成有凹槽21,所述凸起311收容于所述凹槽21内以使所述连接管30与所述第二阀片20固定连接。所述凸起311的设置及所述凹槽21的形成,使得所述连接管30与所述第二阀片20的连接更加方便;且所述凸起311收容于所述凹槽21内,保证了所述连接管30与第二阀片20连接的紧固性,也使得所述连接管30的转动能更好地带动所述第二阀片20向同一方向转动。
需要说明的是,所述连接管30一端可以设有凹槽,所述第二阀片20的面对所述连接管30的一侧相应地设有与所述凹槽配合的凸起,所述凸起与所述凹槽的卡合连接以实现连接管30与第二阀片20的固定连接。
优选地,所述凸起311至少为两个,所述凹槽21至少为两个,每一所述凸起311对应收容于每一所述凹槽21内。多个凸起311的设置和多个凹槽21的形成,使得所述连接管30与第二阀片20的连接更加紧固。
进一步地,所述连接管30包括第一连接管31及第二连接管32,所述凸起311设于所述第一连接管31的背离第二连接管32的一端;所述第二连接管32的外壁设有第一齿轮321,所述贯通旋钮40的内壁设有与所述第一齿轮321啮合的第二齿轮41。这样的设置,使得所述第二连接管32通过其外壁的第一齿轮321与所述贯通旋钮40的第二齿轮41啮合连接,使得所述贯通旋钮40在转动时,能有效带动所述连接管30的转动,保证了所述连接管30与贯通旋钮40连接的紧固性。
需要说明的是,所述第一连接管31的外径大于所述第二连接管32的外径。这样的设置,使得所述第二连接管32与所述贯通旋钮40啮合连接时,其外径较大的第一连接管31与所述贯通旋钮40一端抵接,不会被收容于所述贯通旋钮40管道内,也就使得所述第一连接管31能对所述贯通旋钮40起到抵挡作用,进一步确保了所述连接管30与所述贯通旋钮40连接的稳固性。
进一步地,所述外壳包括阀座50与密封环60,所述密封环60套设于所述贯通旋钮40的连接连接管30的一端外侧,且所述密封环60一端设有外螺纹61,所述阀座50内壁设有与所述密封环60外螺纹61配合的内螺纹(图未示),所述阀座50与所述密封环60的连接形成所述容置腔51。所述密封环60与所述阀座50螺纹连接,同时所述密封环60与所述贯通旋钮40套接,进而通过所述密封环60将所述阀座50与所述贯通旋钮40连接成一个整体。
需要说明的是,所述第二连接管32与所述贯通旋钮40啮合连接并收容于所述密封环60内,所述第一连接管31与所述密封环60一端抵接。具体地,所述密封环60套设于所述贯通旋钮40的与第二连接管32啮合连接的一端的外侧,进而也就是使得所述第二连接管32收容于所述密封环60内,外径较大的第一连接管31与所述密封环60一端抵接,而所述密封环60的远离所述贯通旋钮40的一端外壁设有外螺纹61,并与所述阀座50的内螺纹配合连接,进而也就使得所述第一连接管31、第二阀片20和第一阀片10收容于所述阀座50的容置腔51内,使得所述控制阀的结构更加紧凑。
在本发明的一优选实施方案中,所述控制阀还包括密封圈70,所述密封圈70收容于所述阀座50的容置腔51内,且所述密封圈70与所述第一阀片10的背对第二阀片20的一侧抵接。所述密封圈70的设置,能有效确保所述第一阀片10与所述阀座50连接的紧密性。
所述阀座50的形成容置腔51的内壁设有用以卡合所述密封圈70的台阶部(图未示),进而使得所述密封圈70夹合于所述台阶部与第一阀片10之间,进一步确保所述密封圈70的稳固性。
本发明还提出一种热水器,所述热水器包括排污接口和如上所述的控制阀,所述控制阀与所述排污接口连接。需要说明的是,所述控制阀也可以根据实际情况连接于热水器的其他接口。该控制阀的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本热水器采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (32)

  1. 一种控制阀,其特征在于,包括外壳、第一阀片、第二阀片、连接管及贯通旋钮,所述外壳贯通有容置腔,所述第一阀片与第二阀片抵接且二者收容于所述容置腔内,所述第二阀片的背对第一阀片的一端连接于所述连接管一端,且所述连接管的与第二阀片的连接端收容于所述容置腔内,所述连接管另一端连接所述贯通旋钮;所述第一阀片及第二阀片各包含两个通孔,通过所述贯通旋钮的转动以带动所述连接管及第二阀片的转动,以使所述第二阀片的两个通孔与第一阀片的两个通孔对位连通以形成两个流通通道或错位断开。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述第一阀片的两个通孔相对于旋转中心呈中心对称分布,且每一通孔的面积小于所述第一阀片面对所述第二阀片一侧的面积的1/4;所述第二阀片的两个通孔相对于旋转中心呈中心对称分布,且每一通孔的面积小于所述第二阀片的面对所述第一阀片一侧的面积的1/4。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述连接管一端设有凸起/凹槽,所述第二阀片的面对所述连接管的一侧设有与所述凸起/凹槽配合的凹槽/凸起。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述连接管包括第一连接管及第二连接管,所述凸起/凹槽设于所述第一连接管的背离第二连接管的一端;所述第二连接管的外壁设有第一齿轮,所述贯通旋钮的内壁设有与所述第一齿轮啮合的第二齿轮。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述第一连接管的外径大于所述第二连接管的外径。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述外壳包括阀座与密封环,所述密封环套设于所述贯通旋钮的连接连接管的一端外侧,且所述密封环一端设有外螺纹,所述阀座内壁设有与所述密封环外螺纹配合的内螺纹,所述阀座与所述密封环的连接形成所述容置腔。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述第二连接管与所述贯通旋钮啮合连接并收容于所述密封环内,所述第一连接管与所述密封环一端抵接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述控制阀还包括密封圈,所述密封圈收容于所述阀座的容置腔内,且所述密封圈与所述第一阀片的背对第二阀片的一侧抵接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述阀座的内壁设有用以卡合所述密封圈的台阶部。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述连接管一端设有凸起/凹槽,所述第二阀片的面对所述连接管的一侧设有与所述凸起/凹槽配合的凹槽/凸起。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述连接管包括第一连接管及第二连接管,所述凸起/凹槽设于所述第一连接管的背离第二连接管的一端;所述第二连接管的外壁设有第一齿轮,所述贯通旋钮的内壁设有与所述第一齿轮啮合的第二齿轮。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述第一连接管的外径大于所述第二连接管的外径。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述外壳包括阀座与密封环,所述密封环套设于所述贯通旋钮的连接连接管的一端外侧,且所述密封环一端设有外螺纹,所述阀座内壁设有与所述密封环外螺纹配合的内螺纹,所述阀座与所述密封环的连接形成所述容置腔。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述第二连接管与所述贯通旋钮啮合连接并收容于所述密封环内,所述第一连接管与所述密封环一端抵接。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述控制阀还包括密封圈,所述密封圈收容于所述阀座的容置腔内,且所述密封圈与所述第一阀片的背对第二阀片的一侧抵接。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述阀座的内壁设有用以卡合所述密封圈的台阶部。
  17. 一种热水器,其特征在于,包括排污接口和控制阀,所述控制阀与所述排污接口连接;所述控制阀包括外壳、第一阀片、第二阀片、连接管及贯通旋钮,所述外壳贯通有容置腔,所述第一阀片与第二阀片抵接且二者收容于所述容置腔内,所述第二阀片的背对第一阀片的一端连接于所述连接管一端,且所述连接管的与第二阀片的连接端收容于所述容置腔内,所述连接管另一端连接所述贯通旋钮;所述第一阀片及第二阀片各包含两个通孔,通过所述贯通旋钮的转动以带动所述连接管及第二阀片的转动,以使所述第二阀片的两个通孔与第一阀片的两个通孔对位连通以形成两个流通通道或错位断开。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的热水器,其特征在于,所述第一阀片的两个通孔相对于旋转中心呈中心对称分布,且每一通孔的面积小于所述第一阀片面对所述第二阀片一侧的面积的1/4;所述第二阀片的两个通孔相对于旋转中心呈中心对称分布,且每一通孔的面积小于所述第二阀片的面对所述第一阀片一侧的面积的1/4。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的热水器,其特征在于,所述连接管一端设有凸起/凹槽,所述第二阀片的面对所述连接管的一侧设有与所述凸起/凹槽配合的凹槽/凸起。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的热水器,其特征在于,所述连接管包括第一连接管及第二连接管,所述凸起/凹槽设于所述第一连接管的背离第二连接管的一端;所述第二连接管的外壁设有第一齿轮,所述贯通旋钮的内壁设有与所述第一齿轮啮合的第二齿轮。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的热水器,其特征在于,所述第一连接管的外径大于所述第二连接管的外径。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的热水器,其特征在于,所述外壳包括阀座与密封环,所述密封环套设于所述贯通旋钮的连接连接管的一端外侧,且所述密封环一端设有外螺纹,所述阀座内壁设有与所述密封环外螺纹配合的内螺纹,所述阀座与所述密封环的连接形成所述容置腔。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的热水器,其特征在于,所述第二连接管与所述贯通旋钮啮合连接并收容于所述密封环内,所述第一连接管与所述密封环一端抵接。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的热水器,其特征在于,所述控制阀还包括密封圈,所述密封圈收容于所述阀座的容置腔内,且所述密封圈与所述第一阀片的背对第二阀片的一侧抵接。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的热水器,其特征在于,所述阀座的内壁设有用以卡合所述密封圈的台阶部。
  26. 如权利要求17所述的热水器,其特征在于,所述连接管一端设有凸起/凹槽,所述第二阀片的面对所述连接管的一侧设有与所述凸起/凹槽配合的凹槽/凸起。
  27. 如权利要求26所述的热水器,其特征在于,所述连接管包括第一连接管及第二连接管,所述凸起/凹槽设于所述第一连接管的背离第二连接管的一端;所述第二连接管的外壁设有第一齿轮,所述贯通旋钮的内壁设有与所述第一齿轮啮合的第二齿轮。
  28. 如权利要求27所述的热水器,其特征在于,所述第一连接管的外径大于所述第二连接管的外径。
  29. 如权利要求28所述的热水器,其特征在于,所述外壳包括阀座与密封环,所述密封环套设于所述贯通旋钮的连接连接管的一端外侧,且所述密封环一端设有外螺纹,所述阀座内壁设有与所述密封环外螺纹配合的内螺纹,所述阀座与所述密封环的连接形成所述容置腔。
  30. 如权利要求29所述的热水器,其特征在于,所述控制阀还包括密封圈,所述第二连接管与所述贯通旋钮啮合连接并收容于所述密封环内,所述第一连接管与所述密封环一端抵接。
  31. 如权利要求30所述的热水器,其特征在于,所述控制阀还包括密封圈,所述密封圈收容于所述阀座的容置腔内,且所述密封圈与所述第一阀片的背对第二阀片的一侧抵接。
  32. 如权利要求31所述的热水器,其特征在于,所述阀座的内壁设有用以卡合所述密封圈的台阶部。
