Description

一种BBU设备
【技术领域】
本发明涉及通信设备技术领域,特别涉及一种BBU设备。
【背景技术】
为了产品能顺利工作,一般BBU(Building Base band Unit,室内基带处理单元)产品都会配置风扇模块来进行辅助散热。风扇模块一般会通过器件与其它部分进行连接,保持信号和电源正常接通。而风扇模块是否是正常的操作拔出,或者没有装配到位,在同类产品中没有进行监控,只是风扇模块在拔出后,系统才会知道风扇模块已不在位,无法识别在不位的原因。风扇模块的工作顺序如下:
BBU风扇模块单元使用时,将模块单元插入系统机框中, 风扇模块单元控制板上的连接器与背板连接器对插后,上电及信号通信,风扇开始运转;当取出风扇模块单元时,连接器分离,断电,风扇停止运行。
在这个过程中,无法识别风扇模块的不在位是被有意识地拔出,还是因为其它原因导致的拔出或者没有插拔到位。为了更好地监控风扇模块的工作状态,需要一个能对于风扇模块的不在位具有识别功能的新模块,从而对风扇模块单元进行管理,使上级系统能即时得到风扇模块的工作状态。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种BBU设备,以解决现有技术中无法检测风扇单元是否在位状的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种BBU设备,所述BBU设备包括:
壳体,设有安装插槽;
系统工作单元,设于所述壳体内;以及
风扇单元,插装于所述安装插槽内以进行装配和电连接,所述风扇单元用于对所述系统工作单元进行散热,所述风扇单元包括锁合机构,所述锁合机构用于在所述风扇单元装入所述安装插槽后与所述壳体锁合固定或解除锁定并同步信号显示锁合固定状态或解除锁定状态。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述风扇单元包括:
风扇支架;
一个或多个风扇,设于所述风扇支架上;
其中,所述锁合机构设于所述风扇支架上,所述风扇单元装入所述安装插槽后,所述锁合机构以旋转方式与所述壳体进行锁合固定或解除锁定,并在旋转到位时触发信号显示所述锁合固定状态或者信号显示所述解除锁定状态。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述风扇支架包括:
基板,所述一个或多个风扇安装在所述基板上;
控制板,设于所述基板的一端,所述控制板设有用于与所述系统工作单元电连接的连接器;
灯板,与所述控制板电连接并设于所述基板的另一端,所述灯板上设有信号灯和用于信号显示的触发开关。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述风扇支架还包括连接板,所述连接板设于所述基板上,所述控制板和所述灯板通过所述连接板实现电连接。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述控制板、所述灯板以及所述连接板均与所述基板垂直连接。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述锁合机构包括:
外置旋钮,设于所述灯板的外侧;
锁舌,与所述外置旋钮连接并设于所述灯板的内侧,所述锁舌正反向转动以与所述壳体锁合固定或解除锁定;
触发件,与所述锁舌连接,在所述锁舌与所述壳体锁合固定时抵接所述触发开关,在所述锁舌与所述壳体解除锁定时与所述触发开关分离。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述锁舌和所述触发件为一体结构件,随着所述外置旋钮同步转动。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述壳体内进一步设有筋板,所述筋板上设有开槽,所述开槽用于配合所述锁舌锁合固定或解除锁定。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述壳体内还设有系统背板,所述系统背板与所述系统工作单元电连接,所述系统背板上设有连接接口,所述连接接口用于与所述连接器对接。
根据本发明一优选实施例,所述锁舌与所述壳体锁合固定时,所述触发件抵接所述触发开关,所述信号灯显示为亮,所述锁舌与所述壳体解除锁定时,所述触发件与所述触发开关分离,所述信号灯显示为灭。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明提供的BBU设备在风扇单元进行锁合固定或解除锁定时同步信号显示锁合固定状态或解除锁定状态,可以效的检测风扇单元的在位状态。

如1和图2所示,本发明提供一种BBU设备,该BBU设备包括壳体100、系统工作单元200以及风扇单元300。
其中,壳体100大致呈矩形框体状,设有安装插槽110;系统工作单元200设于壳体100内,系统工作单元200工作时会间生热量;风扇单元300插装于安装插槽110内以进行装配和电连接,风扇单元300用于对系统工作单元200进行散热。
本发明提供的风扇单元300包括锁合机构310,该锁合机构310用于在风扇单元300装入安装插槽110后与壳体100锁合固定或解除锁定并同步信号显示锁合固定状态或解除锁定状态。
具体而言,请一并参阅图3a和图3b,其中,图3a和图3b是图1中所示的BBU设备的风扇单元的结构示意图。
本发明提供的风扇单元300包括风扇支架320和一个或多个风扇330(例如为图示中的8个),该一个或多个风扇330设于风扇支架320上。
其中,锁合机构310设于风扇支架320上,风扇单元300装入安装插槽110后,锁合机构310以旋转方式与壳体100进行锁合固定或解除锁定,并在旋转到位时触发信号显示锁合固定状态或者信号显示解除锁定状态。
具体地,风扇支架320包括基板321、控制板322以及灯板323。
其中,一个或多个风扇330安装在基板321上;控制板322设于基板321的一端,控制板322设有用于与系统工作单元200电连接的连接器324;灯板323与控制板322电连接并设于基板321的另一端,灯板323上设有信号灯325和用于信号显示的触发开关326(见图4)。
此外,风扇支架320还包括连接板327,连接板327设于基板321上,控制板322和灯板323通过连接板327实现电连接。
优选地,控制板322、灯板323以及连接板327均与基板321垂直连接。
在本发明实施例中,锁合机构310包括外置旋钮311、锁舌312以及触发件313,其中,外置旋钮311设于灯板323的外侧。
请一并参阅图4,图4本发明提供的BBU设备的风扇单元的装配原理图。
本发明提供的锁舌312与外置旋钮311连接并设于灯板323的内侧,锁舌312可正反向转动以与壳体100锁合固定或解除锁定;触发件313与锁舌312连接,在锁舌312与壳体100锁合固定时抵接触发开关326,在锁舌312与壳体100解除锁定时与触发开关326分离。
优选地,锁舌312和触发件313为一体金属结构件,随着外置旋钮311同步转动。
请一并参阅图5a和图5b,图5a和图5b是本发明提供的BBU设备的风扇单元装配的过程示意图。
壳体100内进一步设有筋板120,筋板120上设有开槽121,开槽121用于配合锁舌312锁合固定或解除锁定。
如图5a中所示,风扇单元300装入安装插槽110后,锁舌312竖直向下,而触发件313对着侧边的筋板120上的开槽121,触发开关326位于上侧,此时信号灯325是不显示的,虽然风扇单元300已装入壳体100,但还未锁合固定,系统认定为处于不在位状态。
如图5b中所示,将外置旋钮311旋转动90度后,锁舌312连同触发件313同步旋转90度,锁舌312与开槽121干涉配合,触发开关326由于触发件313的抵接而接通,此时信号灯325显示为亮,系统认定为处于在位状态。用户根据信号灯325的亮灭状态即可检测风扇单元300的在位状态。
请一并参阅图6,图6是本发明提供的BBU设备的风扇单元与系统背板连接的示意图。
壳体100内还设有系统背板130,系统背板130与系统工作单元200电连接,可对应于控制板322设置于风扇单元300的底部,系统背板130上设有连接接口131,连接接口131用于与控制板322上的连接器324对接。
综上所述,本领域技术人员容易理解,本发明提供的BBU设备在风扇单元300进行锁合固定或解除锁定时同步信号显示锁合固定状态或解除锁定状态,可以效的检测风扇单元300的在位状态,在锁舌312与壳体100锁合固定时,触发件313抵接触发开关326,信号灯325显示为亮,锁舌312与壳体100解除锁定时,触发件313与触发开关326分离,信号灯325显示为灭。

  1. 一种BBU设备,其中,所述BBU设备包括:
    壳体,设有安装插槽;
    系统工作单元,设于所述壳体内;以及
    风扇单元,插装于所述安装插槽内以进行装配和电连接,所述风扇单元用于对所述系统工作单元进行散热,所述风扇单元包括锁合机构,所述锁合机构用于在所述风扇单元装入所述安装插槽后与所述壳体锁合固定或解除锁定并同步信号显示锁合固定状态或解除锁定状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的BBU设备,其中,所述风扇单元包括:
    风扇支架;
    一个或多个风扇,设于所述风扇支架上;
    其中,所述锁合机构设于所述风扇支架上,所述风扇单元装入所述安装插槽后,所述锁合机构以旋转方式与所述壳体进行锁合固定或解除锁定,并在旋转到位时触发信号显示所述锁合固定状态或者信号显示所述解除锁定状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的BBU设备,其中,所述风扇支架包括:
    基板,所述一个或多个风扇安装在所述基板上;
    控制板,设于所述基板的一端,所述控制板设有用于与所述系统工作单元电连接的连接器;
    灯板,与所述控制板电连接并设于所述基板的另一端,所述灯板上设有信号灯和用于信号显示的触发开关。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的BBU设备,其中,所述风扇支架还包括连接板,所述连接板设于所述基板上,所述控制板和所述灯板通过所述连接板实现电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的BBU设备,其中,所述控制板、所述灯板以及所述连接板均与所述基板垂直连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的BBU设备,其中,所述锁合机构包括:
    外置旋钮,设于所述灯板的外侧;
    锁舌,与所述外置旋钮连接并设于所述灯板的内侧,所述锁舌正反向转动以与所述壳体锁合固定或解除锁定;
    触发件,与所述锁舌连接,在所述锁舌与所述壳体锁合固定时抵接所述触发开关,在所述锁舌与所述壳体解除锁定时与所述触发开关分离。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的BBU设备,其中,所述锁舌和所述触发件为一体结构件,随着所述外置旋钮同步转动。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的BBU设备,其中,所述壳体内进一步设有筋板,所述筋板上设有开槽,所述开槽用于配合所述锁舌锁合固定或解除锁定。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的BBU设备,其中,所述壳体内还设有系统背板,所述系统背板与所述系统工作单元电连接,所述系统背板上设有连接接口,所述连接接口用于与所述连接器对接。
