Un système de fabrication automatisé (100) de sacs (A3) sans soufflet dans lesquels du polypropylène (PP), du polyéthylène (PE), des tissus non tissé (A) sont assemblés par un procédé de soudage par ultrasons, des économies de matériaux sont réalisées et le processus de production est réduit au minimum. Il est constitué d'un poste de pliage de bord (103) où les bords (A2) du tissu (A) sont pliés, un poste de soudage de bord latéral (105) fixant les bords pliés (A2) du tissu (A), un poste de coupe de fond (110) coupant le bord inférieur plié fermé (A5) du tissu (A) plié au milieu, un poste de soudage de la longueur (113) réalisant le soudage du tissu (A) via une technique de soudage par ultrasons sur l'axe vertical x dans des étapes de mesure déterminées par une photocellule (106), un poste de raccord de anse (112), un poste de coupe (115) réalisant un procédé de coupe et un poste de fixation de fond (118).
