La pièce intermédiaire (18) est soumise à un traitement final par gaufrage de façon à produire une pièce finie (26) formant la cosse de câble (28). La pièce finie (26) comporte la zone de réception (20) et la zone de contact côté extrémité (30) réalisée à partir de la zone d'extrémité (22).
