在实际应用中,由于直播是实时的,因此,环境、视频的形式并不固定,这些信息很容易就妨碍视频的播放,往往会被用户当作垃圾信息或恶意行为进行拦截。
这些被拦截的信息不仅占用了网络平台的资源,而且还占用了终端的资源,造成不必要的资源占用与浪费。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本申请以便提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决或减缓上述问题的一种业务对象的处理方法和相应的一种服务器、一种第一终端、一种第二终端、一种业务对象的处理系统。
依据本申请的一个方面,提供了一种业务对象的处理方法,包括:
服务器将第一终端采集的视频数据转发送至第一终端与第二终端进行播放;
服务器依据第一终端发送的推送请求选择业务对象,所述业务对象具有触点组件;
服务器将所述业务对象推送至第一终端与第二终端,在所述视频数据所处界面进行显示;
服务器在接收到第二终端中触点组件的触发信息时,将指定的权限参数写入在第一终端登录的用户账号中和/或在第二终端登录的用户账号中。
根据本申请的另一方面,提供了一种业务对象的处理方法,包括:
第一终端将采集的视频数据发送至服务器,以发送至第一终端与第二终端进行播放;
第一终端向服务器发送推送请求;
第一终端接收服务器依据所述推送请求选择的业务对象;
第一终端在所述视频数据所处界面显示所述业务对象;
第一终端加载登录的用户账号的账号信息,所述账号信息包括服务器在接收到第二终端中触点组件的触发信息时,写入所述用户账号的指定的权限参数。
根据本申请的另一方面,提供了一种业务对象的处理方法,包括:
第二终端播放服务器转发的、第一终端采集的视频数据;
第二终端接收所述服务器发送的、依据第一终端的推送请求选择的业务对象,所述业务对象具有触点组件;

本申请实施例第一终端采集视频数据,上传至服务器进行处理,服务器将处理之后的视频数据发送至第一终端与第二终端进行播放,第一终端触发推送请求,而服务器依据该推送请求选择业务对象,推送至第一终端与第二终端,在视频数据所处界面进行显示,第二终端可以通过该业务对象的触点组件生成触发信息,服务器将指定的权限参数写入在第一终端登录的用户账号中和/或在第二终端登录的用户账号中,由于第一终端具有业务对象的控制权限,可以根据直播的情况适当地调整业务对象的推送时机,大大地提高了推送业务对象的灵活性,可以避免在不适合的情况下推送业务对象,避免了业务对象对视频的播放造成妨碍,也不会被用户当作垃圾信息或恶意行为进行拦截,减少网络平台和终端的资源的浪费。
此外,通过第二终端对业务对象中触点组件的操作,可以对第一终端和第二终端的用户的权限参数进行调整,给予用户操作的反馈,可以提高用户之间的互动性。

下面将参照附图更详细地描述本公开的示例性实施例。虽然附图中显示了本公开的示例性实施例,然而应当理解,可以以各种形式实现本公开而不应被这里阐述的实施例所限制。相反,提供这些实施例是为了能够更透彻地理解本公开,并且能够将本公开的范围完整的传达给本领域的技术人员。
需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中可以应用直播系统中,如图1所示,直播系统可以包括服务器101,第一终端102、一个或多个第二终端103。
第一终端102,如个人电脑、手机、平板电脑、专业录制编码设备等等,配置有麦克风、摄像头等部件,进行内容采集,即采集视频数据(包括音频数据)。
第一终端102通过分布式推流的方式将视频数据上传到服务器101中,具体而言,第一终端102在推流之前会通过名字服务,一般是DNS(Domain Name System,域名系统)智能解析或是自有按IP(Internet Protocol,网络之间互连的协议)调度系统获取最靠谱的推流节点,然后把流上传到服务器101中。
服务器101(如分布式推流节点)接入了流式的视频数据之后,后续进行编解码或者做一些水印等视频处理,比如,给视频数据加一些打点的数据、字幕以及一些特殊说明等,构成了直播后台系统。
服务器101根据不同的业务需求,需要有不同的后台服务来支撑,其可以为独立的服务器,也可以为服务器集群,如分布式系统,根据服务的不同,可以区分为管理服务器、Web服务器、流媒体服务器,等等。
服务器101通过视频处理之后,生成H.264和AAC(Advanced Audio Coding,高级音频编码)等格式的直播流,然后通过CDN(Content Delivery Network,内容分发网络)等方式分发到一个或多个第二终端103,如手机、个人电脑、VR(Virtual Reality,虚拟现实)设备,等等,让用户看到实时的直播流。
在此直播系统中,第一终端102所属的用户可以称之为主播,第二终端103所属的用户可以称之为观众,观众可以在第二终端103中进行点赞、送礼、发信息等操作,通过服务器101反馈至第一终端102,实现与主播之间的互动。
当然,服务器101在处理完流式的视频数据之后,还可以进行录制存储,录制完了之后还能够转成点播,满足用户的多样需求。
此外,服务器101还有虚拟直播的概念,即在录下来的时可以转成FLV(FLASH VIDEO,流媒体格式)的流推出来,不是真正的现实流录播。
在实际应用中,直播系统的直播可以包括如下几种形式:
1、媒体和活动直播
在此种方式中,多是单向,即低上行、高下行,一般无交互、流数少,延迟容忍度高,如大于10s,包含电视转流、演唱会直播等。
2、游戏直播
在此种方式中,多是单向,一般无交互、流数多,延迟容忍度较高,如大于5s。
3、秀场直播
在此种方式中,多是单向,一般文字交互、流数量多,延迟容忍度低,如2~5s。
4、社交直播
在此种方式中,多是单向,一般文字交互、流数量非常多,延迟容忍度低,如2~5s。
社交直播和秀场直播在交互上类似,但是,秀场直播一般都是有限的主播把内容运营起来,推流的数量较少,一般小于100路,而社交直播是路人即可产生内容,所以直播的流数会上升到1000,甚至10000。
实施例一
参照图2,示出了根据本申请一个实施例的一种业务对象的处理方法的步骤流程图,该实施例一从服务器的角度进行描述,具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤201,服务器将第一终端采集的视频数据转发送至第一终端与第二 终端进行播放。
在具体实现中,主播可以操作第一终端、建立与服务器之间的连接,通过摄像头、麦克风等部件采集视频数据,传输至服务器,开始进行直播。
服务器可以对该第一终端建立直播间,显示在网页中,或者,推送至第二终端。
观众在观看到该直播间后,可以操作第二终端进入该直播间,建立与服务器之间的连接。
一方面,服务器将第一终端采集的视频数据进行处理之后,转发至第二终端进行播放,展示给观众,另一方面,为了让主播可以实时了解自己的直播情况,服务器也将进行处理之后的视频数据返回给第一终端进行播放。
步骤202,服务器依据第一终端发送的推送请求选择业务对象。
对于不同业务领域而言,可以具有不同的业务对象,即具有业务领域特征的对象。
例如,对于新闻媒体领域而言,业务对象可以为新闻数据;对于移动通讯领域而言,业务对象可以为移动通讯数据;对于电子商务(Electronic Commerce,EC)领域而言,业务对象可以为广告数据,等等。
业务对象虽然承载不同的业务特性,但其本质仍然是数据,例如,文本、图像数据、音频数据、视频数据等等,因此,对业务对象的处理,其本质仍然是对数据的处理。
在本申请实施例中,主播具有推送业务对象的控制权限,可以根据直播的情况适当地调整业务对象的推送时机。
在具体实现中,第一终端在视频数据所处界面显示业务控件。
第一终端在检测到可触发状态的业务控件被触发时,向服务器发送推送请求。
例如,如图3所示,在第一终端的UI(User Interface,用户界面)界面中,可以生成一个业务控件,如标记“AD”的控件,若该业务控件处于可触发的状态,主播点击该业务控件之后,则第一终端可以向服务器发送推送请求。
服务器接收到第一终端发送的推送请求之后,从数据库或调用其他系统检索合适的业务对象。
在本申请的一个实施例中,步骤202可以包括如下子步骤:
子步骤S11,服务器获取第一终端与第二终端之间的环境信息;
子步骤S12,服务器在预置的业务对象中查找与所述环境信息匹配的候选业务对象;
子步骤S13,服务器提取所述候选业务对象的业务参数;
子步骤S14,服务器按照所述业务参数从所述候选业务对象选择目标业务对象。
在本申请实施例中,业务对象的选择是一个定向匹配与价值竞争的过程。
所谓定向匹配,则通过第一终端与第二终端之间环境信息,如时间、地区、人群兴趣偏好(可以通过第二终端历史安装应用的行为训练兴趣偏好)、主播性别/标签(主播标签取决于系统的标签字典)/特定主播定向等等。
在某一个主播发起推送请求的时候,服务器把当前环境的环境信息发给投放系统,投放系统根据业务对象对应的定向条件进行匹配,选择适合的业务对象作为候选业务对象。
在选择了候选业务对象之后,可以根据业务对象的业务参数计算其本身的价值进一步进行选择,将选择的目标业务对象返回第一终端与第二终端进行播放。
例如,对于广告数据而言,其业务参数可以包括广告主的竞价、pCTR(predict CTR,预估点击率)等等,通过竞价、pCTR计算出其RPM(千次展现收费),如RPM=竞价*pCTR*1000,按RPM的高低竞价排序,选择RPM最高的广告数据。
需要说明的是,候选业务对象、目标业务对象是相对于不同的状态而言的,其均为业务对象。
当然,上述业务对象的选择方式只是作为示例,在实施本申请实施例时,可以根据实际情况设置其他业务对象的选择方式,本申请实施例对此不加以限制。另外,除了上述业务对象的选择方式外,本领域技术人员还可以根据实际需要采用其它业务对象的选择方式,本申请实施例对此也不加以限制。
步骤203,服务器将所述业务对象推送至第一终端与第二终端,在所述视频数据所处界面进行显示。
在本申请实施例中,服务器所给的业务对象,可以是业务对象本身,如JSON(JavaScript Object Notation,一种轻量级的数据交换格式)数据、图片等,也可以是业务对象的URL(Uniform Resource Locator,统一资源定位符),本申请实施例对此不加以限制。
对于业务对象本身,第一终端、第二终端可以直接在视频数据的播放界面进行加载、显示。
对于业务对象的URL,第一终端、第二终端可以通过该URL下载业务对象,如视频数据,在视频数据的播放界面进行加载、显示。
在主播的第一终端中,也会显示业务对象,目的是给主播了解业务对象的内容、直播进度,方便主播与观众的沟通互动。
例如,如图3所示,在第一终端播放视频数据的界面下方,可以显示业务对象。
如图4A所示,在第二终端中,第二终端缩小视频数据的播放区域,第二终端在视频数据所处界面显示业务对象,业务对象的播放区域大于视频数据的播放区域,使得在加载业务对象时,观众的注意力可以集中在业务对象上。
第二终端在业务对象播放完毕时,恢复视频数据的播放区域的大小。
需要说明的是,第一终端所属的用户为主播,可以不对视频数据的播放区域进行更改。
步骤204,服务器在接收到第二终端中触点组件的触发信息时,将指定的权限参数写入在第一终端登录的用户账号中和/或在第二终端登录的用户账号中。
在本申请实施例中,业务对象具有触点组件,在第二终端加载业务对象时,可以加载该触点组件,若观众触发该触点组件,则第二终端可以生成触发信息,发送至服务器。
在本申请的一个实施例中,第二终端在检测业务对象的播放特征信息时,在业务对象上显示所述触点组件。
其中,该播放特征信息表示观众确定观看业务对象的信息,播包括如下的一种或多种:
1、播放时间,如图4A所示,在业务对象结束播放之前的n(n为正数)秒内,如5s,加载形状为豆子的触点组件。
2、横屏播放信息,如图4B所示,观众主动将业务对象从竖屏状态切换至横屏全屏播放,此时,加载形状为豆子的触点组件。
第二终端在检测到触点组件被触发时,生成触发信息,第二终端将触发信息发送至服务器。
当然,上述播放特征信息只是作为示例,在实施本申请实施例时,可以根据实际情况设置其他播放特征信息,本申请实施例对此不加以限制。另外,除了上述播放特征信息外,本领域技术人员还可以根据实际需要采用其它播放特征信息,本申请实施例对此也不加以限制。
需要说明的是,第一终端所属的用户为主播,可以不加载触点组件。
在实际应用中,服务器为了防止用户不自律的行为抢占过多的资源,通常设置权限参数,对其操作行为进行约束。
例如,该权限参数可以为网站的一种价值凭证,网站会兑现关于其产品或服务的承诺,如观众可以通过该权限参数在网站置换礼物,赠送给主播。
若观众通过点击等方式触发触点组件,则第二终端可以发送一触发信息发送至服务器,表示观众触发了触点组件。
服务器在接收到该触发信息之后,将指定的权限参数写入在第一终端登录的用户账号中和/或在第二终端登录的用户账号中。
例如,如图4A和图4B所示,若观众点击形状为豆子的触点组件,则服务器可以将1个花椒豆(权限参数)分发到该观众的用户账号中,同时,若有m(m为正整数)个观众获得花椒豆,则可以将m个花椒豆分发到主播的用户账号中。
为了防止权限参数的过度分发、对服务器的运行体系造成冲击,服务器可以将满足一定条件的在第一终端登录的用户账号中和/或在第二终端登录的用户账号分发权限参数。
例如,在一次业务对象的加载周期中,第一个触发触点组件的观众可以分配权限参数。
在本申请的一个实施例中,为了防止主播不自律地推送业务对象,可以对主播的控制权限进行限制。
具体而言,第一终端在所述推送请求之后的一段时间内,如5分钟,禁止向服务器发送其他推送请求。
如果在先第一终端通过业务控件向服务器发送推送请求,则第一终端在推送请求之后的一段时间内,如5分钟,将业务控件的状态调整为不可触发状态。
相对应地,服务器在推送请求之后的一段时间内,如5分钟,禁止向第一终端与第二终端推送其他业务对象。
例如,如图3所示,可以对业务控件,如标记“AD”的控件,调整为冷却状态,不对主播的点击操作进行响应。
相应地,服务器在推送请求之后的一段时间内,如5分钟,禁止向第一终端与第二终端推送其他业务对象。
此外,第一终端可以加载登录的用户账号的账号信息,该账号信息包括服务器在接收到第二终端中触点组件的触发信息时,写入该用户账号的指定的权限参数,让主播可以观看到自己的账号在此次业务对象的播放过程中增加了权限参数。
第二终端可以加载登录的用户账号的账号信息,该账号信息包括权限参数,让观众可以观看到自己的账号在此次业务对象的播放过程中增加了权限 参数。
对于广告数据,观众通过点击在广告数据播放快结束时出现的触点组件,以及广告播放时用户把第二终端屏幕横过来,两者都是确认观众认真观看广告的手段,并可以以这个作为“实际观看数”(AVI:Actual View Impression,是一种新的广告结算的依据单位,而曝光数、点击数都是传统的广告结算的依据单位),与广告主进行结算。
本申请实施例第一终端采集视频数据,上传至服务器进行处理,服务器将处理之后的视频数据发送至第一终端与第二终端进行播放,第一终端触发推送请求,而服务器依据该推送请求选择业务对象,推送至第一终端与第二终端,在视频数据所处界面进行显示,第二终端可以通过该业务对象的触点组件生成触发信息,服务器将指定的权限参数写入在第一终端登录的用户账号中和/或在第二终端登录的用户账号中,由于第一终端具有业务对象的控制权限,可以根据直播的情况适当地调整业务对象的推送时机,大大地提高了推送业务对象的灵活性,可以避免在不适合的情况下推送业务对象,避免了业务对象对视频的播放造成妨碍,也不会被用户当作垃圾信息或恶意行为进行拦截,减少网络平台和终端的资源的浪费。
此外,通过第二终端对业务对象中触点组件的操作,可以对第一终端和第二终端的用户的权限参数进行调整,给予用户操作的反馈,可以提高用户之间的互动性。
实施例二
参照图5,示出了根据本申请一个实施例的另一种业务对象的处理方法的步骤流程图,该实施例二从第一终端的角度进行描述,具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤501,第一终端将采集的视频数据发送至服务器,以发送至第一终端与第二终端进行播放。
在具体实现中,主播可以操作第一终端、建立与服务器之间的连接,通过摄像头、麦克风等部件采集视频数据,传输至服务器,开始进行直播。
服务器可以对该第一终端建立直播间,显示在网页中,或者,推送至第二终端。
观众在观看到该直播间后,可以操作第二终端进入该直播间,建立与服务器之间的连接。
一方面,服务器将第一终端采集的视频数据进行处理之后,转发至第二终端进行播放,展示给观众,另一方面,为了让主播可以实时了解自己的直 播情况,服务器也将进行处理之后的视频数据返回给第一终端进行播放。
步骤502,第一终端向服务器发送推送请求。

在本申请实施例中,服务器所给的业务对象,可以是业务对象本身,如JSON(JavaScript Object Notation,一种轻量级的数据交换格式)数据、图片等,也可以是业务对象的URL(Uniform Resource Locator,统一资源定位符),本申请实施例对此不加以限制。
对于业务对象本身,第一终端、第二终端可以直接在视频数据的播放界面进行加载、显示。
对于业务对象的URL,第一终端、第二终端可以通过该URL下载业务对象,如视频数据,在视频数据的播放界面进行加载、显示。
在主播的第一终端中,也会显示业务对象,目的是给主播了解业务对象的内容、直播进度,方便主播与观众的沟通互动。
例如,如图3所示,在第一终端播放视频数据的界面下方,可以显示业务对象。
如图4A所示,在第二终端中,第二终端缩小视频数据的播放区域,第二终端在视频数据所处界面显示业务对象,业务对象的播放区域大于视频数据的播放区域,使得在加载业务对象时,观众的注意力可以集中在业务对象上。
第二终端在业务对象播放完毕时,恢复视频数据的播放区域的大小。
需要说明的是,第一终端所属的用户为主播,可以不对视频数据的播放区域进行更改。
步骤505,第一终端加载登录的用户账号的账号信息。
在本申请实施例中,业务对象具有触点组件,在第二终端加载业务对象时,可以加载该触点组件,若观众触发该触点组件,则第二终端可以生成触发信息,发送至服务器。
在本申请的一个实施例中,第二终端在检测业务对象的播放特征信息时,在业务对象上显示所述触点组件。
其中,该播放特征信息表示观众确定观看业务对象的信息,播包括如下的一种或多种:
1、播放时间,如图4A所示,在业务对象结束播放之前的n(n为正数)秒内,如5s,加载形状为豆子的触点组件。
2、横屏播放信息,如图4B所示,观众主动将业务对象从竖屏状态切换至横屏全屏播放,此时,加载形状为豆子的触点组件。
第二终端在检测到触点组件被触发时,生成触发信息,第二终端将触发信息发送至服务器。
当然,上述播放特征信息只是作为示例,在实施本申请实施例时,可以根据实际情况设置其他播放特征信息,本申请实施例对此不加以限制。另外,除了上述播放特征信息外,本领域技术人员还可以根据实际需要采用其它播放特征信息,本申请实施例对此也不加以限制。
需要说明的是,第一终端所属的用户为主播,可以不加载触点组件。
在实际应用中,服务器为了防止用户不自律的行为抢占过多的资源,通常设置权限参数,对其操作行为进行约束。
例如,该权限参数可以为网站的一种价值凭证,网站会兑现关于其产品或服务的承诺,如观众可以通过该权限参数在网站置换礼物,赠送给主播。
若观众通过点击等方式触发触点组件,则第二终端可以发送一触发信息发送至服务器,表示观众触发了触点组件。
服务器在接收到该触发信息之后,将指定的权限参数写入在第一终端登录的用户账号中和/或在第二终端登录的用户账号中。
例如,如图4A和图4B所示,若观众点击形状为豆子的触点组件,则服务器可以将1个花椒豆(权限参数)分发到该观众的用户账号中,同时,若有m(m为正整数)个观众获得花椒豆,则可以将m个花椒豆分发到主播的用户账号中。
为了防止权限参数的过度分发、对服务器的运行体系造成冲击,服务器 可以将满足一定条件的在第一终端登录的用户账号中和/或在第二终端登录的用户账号分发权限参数。
例如,在一次业务对象的加载周期中,第一个触发触点组件的观众可以分配权限参数。
在本申请的一个实施例中,为了防止主播不自律地推送业务对象,可以对主播的控制权限进行限制。
具体而言,第一终端在所述推送请求之后的一段时间内,如5分钟,禁止向服务器发送其他推送请求。
如果在先第一终端通过业务控件向服务器发送推送请求,则第一终端在推送请求之后的一段时间内,如5分钟,将业务控件的状态调整为不可触发状态。
相对应地,服务器在推送请求之后的一段时间内,如5分钟,禁止向第一终端与第二终端推送其他业务对象。
例如,如图3所示,可以对业务控件,如标记“AD”的控件,调整为冷却状态,不对主播的点击操作进行响应。
相应地,服务器在推送请求之后的一段时间内,如5分钟,禁止向第一终端与第二终端推送其他业务对象。
此外,第一终端可以加载登录的用户账号的账号信息,该账号信息包括服务器在接收到第二终端中触点组件的触发信息时,写入该用户账号的指定的权限参数,让主播可以观看到自己的账号在此次业务对象的播放过程中增加了权限参数。
第二终端可以加载登录的用户账号的账号信息,该账号信息包括权限参数,让观众可以观看到自己的账号在此次业务对象的播放过程中增加了权限参数。
对于广告数据,观众通过点击在广告数据播放快结束时出现的触点组件,以及广告播放时用户把第二终端屏幕横过来,两者都是确认观众认真观看广告的手段,并可以以这个作为“实际观看数”(AVI:Actual View Impression,是一种新的广告结算的依据单位,而曝光数、点击数都是传统的广告结算的依据单位),与广告主进行结算。
本申请实施例第一终端采集视频数据,上传至服务器进行处理,服务器将处理之后的视频数据发送至第一终端与第二终端进行播放,第一终端触发推送请求,而服务器依据该推送请求选择业务对象,推送至第一终端与第二终端,在视频数据所处界面进行显示,第二终端可以通过该业务对象的触点组件生成触发信息,服务器将指定的权限参数写入在第一终端登录的用户账 号中和/或在第二终端登录的用户账号中,由于第一终端具有业务对象的控制权限,可以根据直播的情况适当地调整业务对象的推送时机,大大地提高了推送业务对象的灵活性,可以避免在不适合的情况下推送业务对象,避免了业务对象对视频的播放造成妨碍,也不会被用户当作垃圾信息或恶意行为进行拦截,减少网络平台和终端的资源的浪费。
此外,通过第二终端对业务对象中触点组件的操作,可以对第一终端和第二终端的用户的权限参数进行调整,给予用户操作的反馈,可以提高用户之间的互动性。
实施例三
参照图6,示出了根据本申请一个实施例的菱一种业务对象的处理方法的步骤流程图,该实施例三从第二终端的角度进行描述,具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤601,第二终端播放服务器转发的、第一终端采集的视频数据。
在具体实现中,主播可以操作第一终端、建立与服务器之间的连接,通过摄像头、麦克风等部件采集视频数据,传输至服务器,开始进行直播。
服务器可以对该第一终端建立直播间,显示在网页中,或者,推送至第二终端。
观众在观看到该直播间后,可以操作第二终端进入该直播间,建立与服务器之间的连接。
一方面,服务器将第一终端采集的视频数据进行处理之后,转发至第二终端进行播放,展示给观众,另一方面,为了让主播可以实时了解自己的直播情况,服务器也将进行处理之后的视频数据返回给第一终端进行播放。
步骤602,第二终端接收所述服务器发送的、依据第一终端的推送请求选择的业务对象。
对于不同业务领域而言,可以具有不同的业务对象,即具有业务领域特征的对象。
例如,对于新闻媒体领域而言,业务对象可以为新闻数据;对于移动通讯领域而言,业务对象可以为移动通讯数据;对于电子商务(Electronic Commerce,EC)领域而言,业务对象可以为广告数据,等等。
业务对象虽然承载不同的业务特性,但其本质仍然是数据,例如,文本、图像数据、音频数据、视频数据等等,因此,对业务对象的处理,其本质仍然是对数据的处理。
在本申请实施例中,主播具有推送业务对象的控制权限,可以根据直播 的情况适当地调整业务对象的推送时机。
在具体实现中,第一终端在视频数据所处界面显示业务控件。
第一终端在检测到可触发状态的业务控件被触发时,向服务器发送推送请求。
例如,如图3所示,在第一终端的UI(User Interface,用户界面)界面中,可以生成一个业务控件,如标记“AD”的控件,若该业务控件处于可触发的状态,主播点击该业务控件之后,则第一终端可以向服务器发送推送请求。
服务器接收到第一终端发送的推送请求之后,从数据库或调用其他系统检索合适的业务对象。
在本申请的一个实施例中,服务器可以通过如下方式选择业务对象:
子步骤S31,服务器获取第一终端与第二终端之间的环境信息;
子步骤S32,服务器在预置的业务对象中查找与所述环境信息匹配的候选业务对象;
子步骤S33,服务器提取所述候选业务对象的业务参数;
子步骤S34,服务器按照所述业务参数从所述候选业务对象选择目标业务对象。
在本申请实施例中,业务对象的选择是一个定向匹配与价值竞争的过程。
所谓定向匹配,则通过第一终端与第二终端之间环境信息,如时间、地区、人群兴趣偏好(可以通过第二终端历史安装应用的行为训练兴趣偏好)、主播性别/标签(主播标签取决于系统的标签字典)/特定主播定向等等。
在某一个主播发起推送请求的时候,服务器把当前环境的环境信息发给投放系统,投放系统根据业务对象对应的定向条件进行匹配,选择适合的业务对象作为候选业务对象。
在选择了候选业务对象之后,可以根据业务对象的业务参数计算其本身的价值进一步进行选择,将选择的目标业务对象返回第一终端与第二终端进行播放。
例如,对于广告数据而言,其业务参数可以包括广告主的竞价、pCTR(predict CTR,预估点击率)等等,通过竞价、pCTR计算出其RPM(千次展现收费),如RPM=竞价*pCTR*1000,按RPM的高低竞价排序,选择RPM最高的广告数据。
需要说明的是,候选业务对象、目标业务对象是相对于不同的状态而言的,其均为业务对象。
当然,上述业务对象的选择方式只是作为示例,在实施本申请实施例时,可以根据实际情况设置其他业务对象的选择方式,本申请实施例对此不加以限制。另外,除了上述业务对象的选择方式外,本领域技术人员还可以根据实际需要采用其它业务对象的选择方式,本申请实施例对此也不加以限制。
步骤603,第二终端在视频数据所处界面显示所述业务对象。

在此处所提供的说明书中,说明了大量具体细节。然而,能够理解,本申请的实施例可以在没有这些具体细节的情况下被实践。在一些实例中,并未详细示出公知的方法、结构和技术,以便不模糊对本说明书的理解。
应该注意的是上述实施例对本申请进行说明而不是对本申请进行限制,并且本领域技术人员在不脱离所附权利要求的范围的情况下可设计出替换实施例。在权利要求中,不应将位于括号之间的任何参考符号构造成对权利要求的限制。单词“包含”不排除存在未列在权利要求中的元件或步骤。位于元件之前的单词“一”或“一个”不排除存在多个这样的元件。本申请可以借助于包括有若干不同元件的硬件以及借助于适当编程的计算机来实现。在列举了若干装置的单元权利要求中,这些装置中的若干个可以是通过同一个硬件项来具体体现。单词第一、第二、以及第三等的使用不表示任何顺序。可将这些单词解释为名称。

Claims (33)

  1. 一种业务对象的处理方法,包括:
    服务器将第一终端采集的视频数据转发送至第一终端与第二终端进行播放;
    服务器依据第一终端发送的推送请求选择业务对象,所述业务对象具有触点组件;
    服务器将所述业务对象推送至第一终端与第二终端,在所述视频数据所处界面进行显示;
    服务器在接收到第二终端中触点组件的触发信息时,将指定的权限参数写入在第一终端登录的用户账号中和/或在第二终端登录的用户账号中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述服务器依据第一终端发送的推送请求选择业务对象的步骤包括:
    服务器获取第一终端与第二终端之间的环境信息;
    服务器在预置的业务对象中查找与所述环境信息匹配的候选业务对象;
    服务器提取所述候选业务对象的业务参数;
    服务器按照所述业务参数从所述候选业务对象选择目标业务对象。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    服务器在所述推送请求之后的一段时间内,禁止向所述第一终端与所述第二终端推送其他业务对象。
  4. 一种业务对象的处理方法,包括:
    第一终端将采集的视频数据发送至服务器,以发送至第一终端与第二终端进行播放;
    第一终端向服务器发送推送请求;
    第一终端接收服务器依据所述推送请求选择的业务对象;
    第一终端在所述视频数据所处界面显示所述业务对象;
    第一终端加载登录的用户账号的账号信息,所述账号信息包括服务器在接收到第二终端中触点组件的触发信息时,写入所述用户账号的指定的权限参数。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    第一终端在所述推送请求之后的一段时间内,禁止向服务器发送其他推送请求。
  6. 如权利要求4或5所述的方法,其中,所述第一终端向服务器发送推送请求的步骤包括:
    第一终端在所述视频数据所处界面显示业务控件;
    第一终端在检测到可触发状态的业务控件被触发时,向服务器发送推送请求。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述第一终端在所述推送请求之后的一段时间内,禁止向服务器发送其他推送请求的步骤包括:
    第一终端在所述推送请求之后的一段时间内,将所述业务控件的状态调整为不可触发状态。
  8. 一种业务对象的处理方法,包括:
    第二终端播放服务器转发的、第一终端采集的视频数据;
    第二终端接收所述服务器发送的、依据第一终端的推送请求选择的业务对象,所述业务对象具有触点组件;
    第二终端在视频数据所处界面显示所述业务对象;
    第二终端在检测到所述触点组件被触发时,将触发信息发送至服务器,以将指定的权限参数写入在第一终端登录的用户账号中和/或在第二终端登录的用户账号中。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    第二终端加载登录的用户账号的账号信息,所述账号信息包括所述权限参数。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的方法,其中,所述第二终端在检测到所述触点组件被触发时,将触发信息发送至服务器的步骤包括:
    第二终端在检测所述业务对象的播放特征信息时,在所述业务对象上显示所述触点组件;
    第二终端在检测到所述触点组件被触发时,生成触发信息;
    第二终端将触发信息发送至服务器。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述播放特征信息包括如下的一种或多种:
    播放时间、横屏播放信息。
  12. 如权利要求8或9或11所述的方法,其中,所述第二终端在视频数据所处界面显示所述业务对象的步骤包括:
    第二终端缩小所述视频数据的播放区域;
    第二终端在所处视频数据所处界面显示所述业务对象,所述业务对象的播放区域大于所述视频数据的播放区域。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述第一终端在所述视频数据所处界面显示所述业务对象的步骤还包括:
    第二终端在所述业务对象播放完毕时,恢复所述视频数据的播放区域的大小。
  14. 一种服务器,包括:
    视频数据转发模块,适于将第一终端采集的视频数据转发送至第一终端与第二终端进行播放;
    业务对象选择模块,适于依据第一终端发送的推送请求选择业务对象,所述业务对象具有触点组件;
    业务对象推送模块,适于服务器将所述业务对象推送至第一终端与第二终端,在所述视频数据所处界面进行显示;
    权限参数写入模块,适于在接收到第二终端中触点组件的触发信息时,将指定的权限参数写入在第一终端登录的用户账号中和/或在第二终端登录的用户账号中。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的服务器,其中,所述业务对象选择模块还适于:
    获取第一终端与第二终端之间的环境信息;
    在预置的业务对象中查找与所述环境信息匹配的候选业务对象;
    提取所述候选业务对象的业务参数;
    按照所述业务参数从所述候选业务对象选择目标业务对象。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的服务器,其中,还包括:
    业务对象禁止推送模块,适于服务器在所述推送请求之后的一段时间内,禁止向所述第一终端与所述第二终端推送其他业务对象。
  17. 一种第一终端,包括:
    视频数据发送模块,适于将采集的视频数据发送至服务器,以发送至第一终端与第二终端进行播放;
    推送请求发送模块,适于向服务器发送推送请求;
    第一业务对象接收模块,适于接收服务器依据所述推送请求选择的业务对象;
    第一业务对象显示模块,适于在所述视频数据所处界面显示所述业务对象;
    第一账号信息加载模块,适于加载登录的用户账号的账号信息,所述账号信息包括服务器在接收到第二终端中触点组件的触发信息时,写入所述用户账号的指定的权限参数。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的第一终端,其中,还包括:
    推送请求禁止发送模块,适于第一终端在所述推送请求之后的一段时间内,禁止向服务器发送其他推送请求。
  19. 如权利要求17或18所述的第一终端,其中,所述推送请求发送模块还适于:
    在所述视频数据所处界面显示业务控件;
    在检测到可触发状态的业务控件被触发时,向服务器发送推送请求。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的第一终端,其中,所述推送请求禁止发送模块还适于:
    第一终端在所述推送请求之后的一段时间内,将所述业务控件的状态调 整为不可触发状态。
  21. 一种第二终端,所述装置包括:
    视频数据播放模块,适于播放服务器转发的、第一终端采集的视频数据;
    第二业务对象接收模块,适于接收所述服务器发送的、依据第一终端的推送请求选择的业务对象,所述业务对象具有触点组件;
    第二业务对象显示模块,适于在视频数据所处界面显示所述业务对象;
    触发信息发送模块,适于在检测到所述触点组件被触发时,将触发信息发送至服务器,以将指定的权限参数写入在第一终端登录的用户账号中和/或在第二终端登录的用户账号中。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的第二终端,其中,还包括:
    第二账号信息加载模块,适于第二终端加载登录的用户账号的账号信息,所述账号信息包括所述权限参数。
  23. 如权利要求21或22所述的第二终端,其中,所述触发信息发送模块还适于:
    第二终端在检测所述业务对象的播放特征信息时,在所述业务对象上显示所述触点组件;
    第二终端在检测到所述触点组件被触发时,生成触发信息;
    第二终端将触发信息发送至服务器。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的第二终端,其中,所述播放特征信息包括如下的一种或多种:
    播放时间、横屏播放信息。
  25. 如权利要求21或22或24所述的第二终端,其中,所述第二业务对象显示模块还适于:
    缩小所述视频数据的播放区域;
    在所处视频数据所处界面显示所述业务对象,所述业务对象的播放区域大于所述视频数据的播放区域。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的第二终端,其中,所述第二业务对象显示模 块还适于:
    第二终端在所述业务对象播放完毕时,恢复所述视频数据的播放区域的大小。
  27. 一种业务对象的处理系统,包括如权利要求14-16任一项所述的服务器、如权利要求17-20任一项所述的第一终端、如权利要求21-26任一项所述的第二终端。
  28. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在服务器上运行时,导致所述服务器执行根据权利要求1-3中的任一个所述的业务对象的处理方法。
  29. 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求28所述的计算机程序。
  30. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在第一终端设备上运行时,导致所述第一终端设备执行根据权利要求4-7中的任一个所述的业务对象的处理方法。
  31. 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求30所述的计算机程序。
  32. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在第二终端设备上运行时,导致所述第一终端设备执行根据权利要求8-13中的任一个所述的业务对象的处理方法。
  33. 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求32所述的计算机程序。
