Magnetic chip will enable options of auto-close and auto-open which means that ramp will automatically detect car owner and behave accordingly without user intervention.

  • Figure 4 demonstrates what happens when vehicle parks over the parking barrier. There are two options what can happen when vehicle approaches parking barrier, depending on defined user settings. If user enables auto-open option, the magnetic chip inside parking barrier will detect distortion in the magnetic field and the Bluetooth chip inside the parking barrier will identify user's smartphone which will automatically open the parking barrier. If the auto-open option is not enabled the user will open parking barrier with the mobile application by lifting the parking barrier arm down. When the car leaves parking places with parking barrier installed the mentioned method goes vice versa.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de prévention de stationnement non autorisé et de réservation de place de stationnement en temps réel, comprenant un dispositif mobile et une barrière de stationnement. La barrière de stationnement est un dispositif électronique servant à empêcher un stationnement non autorisé pendant que le dispositif mobile fait appel à la technologie sans fil (Bluetooth, Bluetooth faible énergie, Wi-Fi, GSM, Zigbee ou WiMAX) de manière à commander la barrière de stationnement et réserver une place de stationnement en temps réel. L'utilisateur peut devenir le propriétaire temporaire de la barrière de stationnement de quelqu'un d'autre, ce qui empêche un stationnement non autorisé au moyen de la location de la barrière de stationnement en temps réel avec un intervalle de temps souhaité en vue d'une compensation financière. Après que l'utilisateur sélectionne une barrière de stationnement disponible dans l'application sur une carte interactive, l'application envoie automatiquement les données correspondantes à un serveur distant de telle sorte que tout le monde peut savoir quelle barrière de parking est louée et dans quel intervalle de temps.
