故此,各种实践厂家生产指标的印刷及其它加工机械设备,正以一日千里的速度,配合并超越厂家的期望下不断在市场上涌现。现代印刷机一般由放卷单元、印刷单元和收卷单元等机构组成。它的工作原理是:先将要印刷的文字和图像制成印版,装在印刷机上,然后由人工或印刷机把墨涂敷于印版上有文字和图像的地方,再直接或间接地转印到纸或其他承印物(如纺织品、金属板、塑胶、皮革、木板、玻璃和陶瓷)上,从而复制出与印版相同的印刷品。
但是,当这些先进的机械正在日以继夜地朝向生产目标前进时,很多运作上的相关“小问题”也会随之出现。放卷单元顾名思义就是将已经卷成圆筒的纸卷进行拉伸舒展,使其成为条状,能够满足印刷单元的要求。印刷机的放卷单元做为印刷的起始步骤,在整个印刷过程起着关键的作用。在放卷过程中,纸卷必须整齐平稳,不能有偏差,稍微有点偏差,便有可能使印刷偏离指定位置,甚至有可能导致大批量的印刷成品不合规格,不仅影响印刷机的正常工作,降低了生产效率,而且影响了印刷成品的质量。
