洗衣机旋钮及洗衣机 技术领域
本公开涉及洗衣机零件的技术领域,例如,涉及一种洗衣机旋钮及洗衣机。
背景技术
洗衣机如滚筒洗衣机上设有旋钮,旋钮内部设有电脑显示板,通过旋钮可以观察电脑显示板上的显示信息。相关技术中的旋钮包括端盖和与端盖一体注塑成型的色环,所述端盖和色环均由透明材料在制成,通过端盖可清晰的看到电脑显示板上的显示信息。但相关技术中的色环的宽度较小,通过端盖观察显示信息时,用户体验不好。端盖与色环之间的接触面为平面,浇口设置在端盖和色环的接触平面之间,通过端盖观察旋钮内部情况时,可以清晰的看到浇口。由于端盖和色环之间的连接面为平面,二者之间的连接强度不高,旋钮的使用寿命不长。
发明内容
一种洗衣机旋钮及洗衣机,能够改善旋钮的外观,提升用户满意度,延长旋钮的使用寿命。
一种洗衣机旋钮,包括端盖,其中,所述端盖包括端盖本体和与端盖本体一体成型的折环,所述端盖本体第一侧的端面为弧形面,所述折环一侧的端面为具有放大作用的第一弧形面,以及所述弧形面和第一弧形面位于端盖的同一侧。
可选的,所述洗衣机旋钮还包括设于端盖第二侧且与端盖双色注塑成型的色环。
可选的,所述折环沿端盖本体的周向分布,且所述第一弧形面与弧形面相接。
可选的,所述弧形面的圆心和第一弧形面的圆心均位于端盖设有色环的一侧,且所述第一弧形面的半径小于弧形面的半径。
可选的,所述端盖连接色环的一端沿所述端盖的周向设有第一环形凸起, 以及所述色环连接端盖的一端沿所述色环的周向设有与第一环形凸起配合的第二环形凸起。
可选的,所述第一环形凸起与第二环形凸起的接触平面上设有浇口。
可选的,所述端盖由透明材料注塑成型,以及所述色环由非透明的彩色塑料注塑成型。
可选的,所述端盖与色环形成的空腔结构内设有电脑显示板。
可选的,所述端盖连接色环的一端的内壁面设有金属镀层,所述金属镀层为铟锡合金、铬合金或铝合金。
还提供了一种洗衣机,包括上述的洗衣机旋钮。
通过增设折环并将折环一侧的端面设为具有放大作用的第一弧形面,将端盖本体的一侧的端面设为弧形面,且使弧形面和第一弧形面位于端盖的同一侧。由于色环的宽度小,通过第一弧形面和弧形面共同的放大作用,透过端盖观察到宽度大的色环。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来说明以下实施例中的技术方案。
本实施例提供了一种洗衣机旋钮,如图1和图2所示,该洗衣机旋钮包括端盖1和与端盖1双色注塑成型的色环2,所述端盖1由透明塑料制成。
其中,所述色环2可由非透明的彩色塑料注塑成型。可选的,所述色环2的颜色可以为红色,绿色,蓝色或黄色。端盖1由透明塑料制成,通过端盖2观察旋钮内部的信息时,能够避免过多的光线通过色环2反射进旋钮内部而造成干扰。透过端盖1可以清楚地看到色环2,便于用户确定洗衣机旋钮中指示牌的位置。
所述端盖1包括端盖本体11和沿端盖本体11的周向分布且与端盖本体11一体成型的折环12。所述端盖本体11远离色环2的一端的端面为弧形面111,所述折环12远离色环2的一端的端面为与弧形面111相接且具有放大作用的第一弧形面121。
可选的,所述弧形面111的圆心和第一弧形面121的圆心均位于端盖1设有色环2的一侧,且所述第一弧形面121的半径小于弧形面111的半径。由于色环2的宽度较小,根据放大镜原理,第一弧形面121和弧形面111均具有放大作用,且第一弧形面121的放大倍数大于弧形面111的放大倍数,通过第一弧形面121和弧形面111的双重放大作用,透过端盖1看到的色环2的宽度大。
可选的,所述端盖1连接色环2的一端沿端盖1的周向设有第一环形凸起13,所述第一环形凸起13与端盖1之间形成第一台阶面。所述色环2连接端盖1的一端沿色环2的周向设有与第一环形凸起13配合的第二环形凸起21,所述第二环形凸起21与色环2之间形成第二台阶面。
所述第一环形凸起13的端面抵接于第二台阶面,所述第二环形凸起21的端面抵接于第一台阶面,使端盖1与色环2之间平面接触。第一环形凸起13的内壁面与第二环形凸起21的外壁面接触,使端盖1和色环2除了平面接触之外,增设了弧形面接触,扩大了端盖11和色环12之间的接触面积,增大了二者之间的拉拔力,提高了双色注塑成型后的端盖1和色环2之间的连接强度,使得洗衣机旋钮不至于在用力过大时被损坏。
一实施例中,所述第一环形凸起13与第二环形凸起21的接触平面之间设有浇口3。可选的,浇口3设于端盖1和色环2的接触平面上,通过第二环形凸起21可遮挡浇口3,在通过端盖1观察内部的结构时,看不到浇口3。
可选的,如图4所示,所述端盖1与色环2形成的空腔结构内设有电脑显示板4。通过端盖1能够放大电脑显示板4上的显示信息,便于用户观察。
可选的,所述端盖1连接色环2的一端的内壁面设有金属镀层。在电脑显 示板亮起时,可通过端盖1清晰的观察到电脑显示板上的显示信息。由于设置了金属镀层,所述金属镀层可以为铟锡合金、铬合金或铝合金,在电脑显示板不亮时,观察不到旋钮内部的情况,旋钮的断面可以作为镜面。
一实施例提供了一种洗衣机,该洗衣机包括上述洗衣机旋钮。通过第一弧形面121和弧形面111放大了色环2的宽度,提高了用户满意度。通过第一环形凸起13和第二环形凸起21遮挡了浇口3,用户通过端盖1观察洗衣机旋钮的内部时,看不到浇口3。通过洗衣机旋钮可以看到洗衣机旋钮内部的电脑显示板4上的显示信息,并放大了显示信息,扩大了观察视野,便于用户观察。
工业实用性
洗衣机旋钮及洗衣机中,增设有折环并在折环远离色环的一端设置具有放大作用的第一弧形面,便于用户观察。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机旋钮,包括端盖(1),其中,所述端盖(1)包括端盖本体(11)和与端盖本体(11)一体成型的折环(12),所述端盖本体(11)第一侧的端面为弧形面(111),所述折环(12)一侧的端面为具有放大作用的第一弧形面(121),以及所述弧形面(111)和第一弧形面(121)位于端盖(1)的同一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机旋钮,还包括设于端盖(1)第二侧且与端盖(1)双色注塑成型的色环(2)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机旋钮,其中,所述折环(12)沿端盖本体(11)的周向分布,且所述第一弧形面(121)与弧形面(111)相接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机旋钮,其中,所述弧形面(111)的圆心和第一弧形面(121)的圆心均位于端盖(1)设有色环(2)的一侧,且所述第一弧形面(121)的半径小于弧形面(111)的半径。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机旋钮,其中,所述端盖(1)连接色环(2)的一端沿所述端盖(1)的周向设有第一环形凸起(13),以及所述色环(2)连接端盖(1)的一端沿所述色环(2)的周向设有与第一环形凸起(13)配合的第二环形凸起(21)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗衣机旋钮,其中,所述第一环形凸起(13)与第二环形凸起(21)的接触平面上设有浇口(3)。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机旋钮,其中,所述端盖(1)由透明材料注塑成型,以及所述色环(2)由非透明的彩色塑料注塑成型。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机旋钮,其中,所述端盖(1)与色环(2)形成的空腔结构内设有电脑显示板。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的洗衣机旋钮,其中,所述端盖(1)连接色环(2) 的一端的内壁面设有金属镀层,所述金属镀层为铟锡合金、铬合金或铝合金。
  10. 一种洗衣机,包括权利要求1至9任一所述的洗衣机旋钮。
