本发明提供一种网络修复方法,包括:检测终端的网络连接状态,并判断所述终端的网络连接是否异常;若所述终端的网络连接异常,则检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素;所述检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素包括以下至少一项:检测所述终端的网卡驱动是否正常、检测所述终端的网卡是否被禁用、检测所述终端的网络适配器的配置参数是否正常、检测所述终端的过滤器驱动是否正常;根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复。另,本发明还提供一种网络修复装置及终端。所述网络修复方法可以方便地实现网络异常的自动检测和修复。

技术领域
本发明涉及计算机软件领域,尤其涉及一种网络修复方法、装置及终端。
背景技术
随着互联网技术发展,网络已成为生活中非常重要的信息获取和交换工具。在使用电脑进行互联网访问的过程中,当用户遇到电脑无法正常上网的问题时,往往显得手足无措,只能通过其他可上网的设备在网上查找对应网络异常的解决方案。目前,从网络上查找到的解决方案大多采用文档或者教程的方式指引用户去解决对应问题。对于很多初级电脑用户,仅通过阅读文档或者教程,并不能完全理解和掌握对应网络异常的修复技巧。同时,参照网络上搜索得到的教程来修复网络异常的过程过于繁琐和复杂,不利于提升网络异常修复效率。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中所存在的上述问题,本发明实施例提供一种网络修复方法、装置及终端,以实现了网络异常的自动检测和修复,降低网络异常修复的复杂度,提升网络异常修复效率。
一种网络修复方法,包括:
检测终端的网络连接状态,并判断所述终端的网络连接是否异常;
若所述终端的网络连接异常,则检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素;所述检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素包括以下至少一项:检测所述终端的网卡驱动是否正常、检测所述终端的网卡是否被禁用、检测所述终端的网络适配器的配置参数是否正常、检测所述终端的过滤器驱动是否正常;
根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复。
其中,若所述检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素为所述终端的网卡驱动异常,所述根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连 接进行修复,包括:
调用网卡驱动修复程序,并通过所述网卡驱动修复程序对所述终端的网卡驱动异常进行修复。
其中,若所述检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素为所述终端的网卡被禁用,所述根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复,包括:
调用网卡启动程序,并通过所述网卡启动程序重新启动所述终端的网卡。
其中,若所述检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素为所述终端的网络适配器的配置参数异常,所述根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复,包括:
调用网络适配器设置程序,并通过所述网络适配器设置程序重新设置所述网络适配器的配置参数。
其中,若所述检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素为所述终端的过滤器驱动异常,所述根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复,包括:
调用过滤器驱动修复程序,并通过所述过滤器驱动修复程序对所述终端的过滤器驱动异常进行修复。
一种网络修复装置,包括:
网络异常检测单元,用于检测终端的网络连接状态,并判断所述终端的网络连接是否异常;
异常因素检测单元,用于在所述终端的网络连接异常时,则检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素;所述检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素包括以下至少一项:检测所述终端的网卡驱动是否正常、检测所述终端的网卡是否被禁用、检测所述终端的网络适配器的配置参数是否正常、检测所述终端的过滤器驱动是否正常;
网络异常修复单元,用于根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复。

网卡驱动检测子单元,用于检测所述终端的网卡驱动是否正常;

检测终端的网络连接状态,并判断所述终端的网络连接是否异常;
若所述终端的网络连接异常,则检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素;所述检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素包括以下至少一项:检测所述终端的网卡驱动是否正常、检测所述终端的网卡是否被禁用、检测所述终端的网络适配器的配置参数是否正常、检测所述终端的过滤器驱动是否正常;
根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复。
一种存储介质,用于存储应用程序,所述应用程序用于在运行时执行上述实施例所述的网络修复方法。
所述网络修复方法、装置、终端及存储介质,通过在所述终端的网络连接异常时,检测导致终端网络连接异常的因素,进而根据所述因素调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复,从而实现了网络异常的自动检测和修复,有利于降低网络异常修复的复杂度,提升网络异常修复效率。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明第一实施例提供一种网络修复方法,包括:
步骤101:检测终端的网络连接状态,并判断所述终端的网络连接是否异常;
步骤102:若所述终端的网络连接异常,则检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素;
步骤103:根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复。
其中,所述终端可以为计算机,所述终端可以通过有线(例如具有RJ45接口的有线网卡)或无线(例如Wi-Fi)的方式连接至互联网,从而方便用户通过所述终端获取网络资源。所述网络连接异常是指所述终端与互联网之间的连接出现异常,从而导致所述终端无法正常连接至互联网。可以理解,导致所述网络连接异常的因素可以包括例如网卡驱动异常、网卡被禁用、网络适配器的配置参数异常、过滤器驱动异常等因素中的一种或多种。
在本实施例中,可以在所述终端内预先设置具备网络修复功能的网络异常检测及修复程序,所述网络异常检测及修复程序可以被配置为实时监测所述终端的网络连接状态,并可以在所述终端的网络连接异常时,则检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素,进而根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复。可以理解,可以根据每一种可能导致所述网络连接异常的因素,在所述终端内预先设定对应的网络异常修复程序,例如网卡驱动修复程序、网卡启动程序、网络适配器设置程序、过滤器驱动修复程序等。
请参阅图2,在一种实施方式中,所述检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素,包括:
步骤201:检测所述终端的网卡驱动是否正常;
步骤202:若所述终端的网卡驱动异常,则将网卡驱动异常作为导致所述网络连接异常的因素。
其中,所述网卡驱动异常可以是但不限于所述终端的网卡驱动存在文件缺失,或者网卡驱动未安装,或者在本地连接里面存在由已卸载的应用所创建的NDIS(Network Driver Interface Specification,网络驱动程序接口规范)设备等。
在本实施方式中,所述根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复,包括:
步骤203:调用网卡驱动修复程序,并通过所述网卡驱动修复程序对所述终端的网卡驱动异常进行修复。
其中,所述网卡驱动修复程序可以携带有常见网卡型号对应的驱动程序,当所述网卡驱动异常为网卡驱动存在文件缺失或者网卡驱动未安装时,通过调用所述网卡驱动修复程序,可以对所述终端的网卡驱动进行修复安装或者全新安装。当所述网卡驱动异常为本地连接里面存在由已卸载的应用所创建的NDIS设备时,通过调用所述网卡驱动修复程序,可以实现自动卸载所述由已卸载的应用所创建的NDIS设备。例如,对于目前常见的Wi-Fi模拟应用,通常在安装时会自动在本地连接中创建对应的NDIS设备,以使得模拟的Wi-Fi网络可以符合网络驱动程序接口规范。然而,当这类Wi-Fi模拟应用被卸载后,其创建的NDIS设备不会被自动卸载,该NDIS设备的存在可能会导致终端出现网络连接异常。对于普通用户来说,当遇到这种情况时,可能无法准确找到导致网络连接异常的原因。因此,在本实施方式中,通过调用网卡驱动修复程序来实现由已卸载的应用所创建的NDIS设备的自动卸载,从而可以有效防止因Wi-Fi模拟应用被卸载后,其创建的NDIS设备依然存在于本地连接中而导致终端出现网络连接异常。
请参阅图2,在一种实施方式中,若所述终端的网卡驱动正常,则所述检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素,还包括:
步骤204:检测所述终端的网卡是否被禁用;
步骤205:若所述终端的网卡被禁用,则将网卡被禁用作为所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素。
可以理解,在某些情况下,可能存在恶意应用程序将终端的网卡的状态设置为禁用,从而导致终端出现网络连接异常。因此,可以通过检测所述终端的网卡的使用状态,若所述网卡的使用状态为被禁用状态,则可以将网卡被禁用作为导致所述网络连接异常的因素。
在本实施方式中,所述根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常 修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复,包括:
步骤206:调用网卡启动程序,并通过所述网卡启动程序重新启动所述终端的网卡。
其中,所述网卡启动程序可以为所述终端的操作系统自带的网卡状态管理程序,在检测到所述终端的网卡的使用状态为被禁用状态时,通过调用所述网卡启动程序,即可将所述网卡由被禁用状态切换为启用状态,从而可以有效防止因网卡被禁用而导致所述终端出现网络连接异常。
请参阅图2,在一种实施方式中,若所述终端的网卡未被禁用,则所述检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素,还包括:
步骤207:检测所述终端的网络适配器的配置参数是否正常;
步骤208:若所述终端的网络适配器的配置参数异常,则将网络适配器的配置参数异常作为所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素。
其中,所述网络适配器的配置参数可以包括网络适配器的IP地址、子网掩码、默认网关及DNS服务器等。可以理解,IP地址、子网掩码、默认网关及DNS服务器等配置参数中的任意一者出现异常均会导致终端出现网络异常。例如,在同一个局域网内,若存在两台终端的IP地址相同,则会出现IP地址冲突,从而导致这两台终端同时出现网络连接异常。其中,所述检测所述终端的网络适配器的配置参数是否正常可以是通过获取终端当前的网络适配器的配置参数,并将其与预设的网络适配器的配置参数范围进行比对,若所述终端当前的网络适配器的配置参数处于所述预设的网络适配器的配置参数范围之外,则可以判断所述终端的网络适配器的配置参数存在异常。
在本实施方式中,所述根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复,包括:
步骤209:调用网络适配器设置程序,并通过所述网络适配器设置程序重新设置所述网络适配器的配置参数。
其中,所述网络适配器设置程序可以实现网络适配器配置参数的自动重设,具体可以为通过将所述网络适配器设置为自动获取配置参数以从局域网中自动获取配置参数,从而实现正常的网络连接。例如,在所述配置参数异常为IP地址冲突而导致的异常时,可以将所述终端的网络适配器设置为自动获取配置参数,从而可以有效避免因IP地址冲突而导致所述终端出现网络连接异常。可以理解,所述重新设置所述网络适配器的配置参数也可以是根据预设的网络适配器配置参数进行设定。其中,所述预设的网络适配器配置参数可以是在所述终端的网络连接正常时记录下来的配置参数,当检测到所述终端的网络适配器的配置参数异常时,通过调用所述网络适配器设置程序,从而可以将所述终端的网络适配器的配置参数还原为在所述终端的网络连接正常时记录下来的配置参数,从而使所述终端恢 复正常的网络连接。
请参阅图2,在一种实施方式中,若所述终端的网络适配器的配置参数正常,则所述检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素,还包括:
步骤210:检测所述终端的过滤器驱动是否正常;
步骤211:若所述终端的过滤器驱动异常,则将过滤器驱动异常作为导致所述网络连接异常的因素。
其中,过滤器驱动程序是一种可选择的特殊驱动程序,可以加载在其它驱动程序之上,用于修改或增加原驱动程序的功能,而不必修改原驱动程序和使用该驱动的应用程序。在本实施方式中,所述过滤器驱动为加载于网卡驱动之上,用于实现网络连接的驱动程序。可以理解,所述过滤器驱动异常可以是但不限于过滤器驱动文件缺失或过滤器驱动未安装。若所述终端存在网络连接异常,且检测到所述终端的过滤器驱动异常,则可将过滤器驱动异常作为导致所述网络连接异常的因素。
在本实施方式中,所述根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复,包括:
步骤212:调用过滤器驱动修复程序,并通过所述过滤器驱动修复程序对所述终端的过滤器驱动异常进行修复。
其中,所述过滤器驱动修复程序中可以携带有常见的过滤器驱动程序,当检测到所述终端的过滤器驱动异常时,则可以通过调用所述过滤器驱动修复程序,实现对所述终端的过滤器驱动进行修复安装或者全新安装,从而有效避免因过滤器驱动异常而导致所述终端出现网络连接异常。
可以理解,所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素并不限于本发明实施例中所描述的网卡驱动异常、网卡被禁用、网络适配器的配置参数异常、过滤器驱动异常等因素,还可以包括其他任何可能导致网络连接异常的因素;相应地,所述网络异常修复程序也并不限于本发明实施例中描述的网卡驱动修复程序、网卡启动程序、网络适配器设置程序、过滤器驱动修复程序等,还可以包括与所述其他任何可能导致网络连接异常的因素对应的网络异常修复程序。可以理解,在具体实施时,可以根据实际应用时所遇到的任何可能导致网络连接异常的因素及对应的网络异常修复程序来建立网络异常因素及网络异常修复程序数据库,进而在后续遇到网络异常时,可通过查询所述网络异常因素及网络异常修复程序数据库来获取对应的网络异常修复程序,从而实现网络异常修复。
可以理解,在完成步骤103、203、206、209或212之后,可以重新检测所述终端的网络连接状态,并判断所述终端的网络连接是否异常,并在所述终端网络连接恢复正常时,结束网络修复过程。可以理解,若在完成上述所有步骤之后依然不能确定导致所述网络连 接异常的因素,则可以提示用户将所述终端的硬件信息、软件信息提供给指定的服务邮箱,以通过专业人员进行分析来确定导致所述网络连接异常的因素,进而协助用户修复网络连接异常,如图2所示。例如,在不能确定导致所述网络连接异常的因素的情况下,可以提示用户通过扫描二维码的方式关注指定的公众号,并将所述终端的硬件信息、软件信息发送至所述指定的公众号,进而由后台专业人员根据所述硬件信息、软件信息进行分析来确定导致所述网络连接异常的因素,进而通过所述指定的公众号推送对应的图文解决方案给用户,以协助用户修复所述终端的网络连接异常。
请参阅图3,在本发明一个实施例中,提供一种网络修复装置300,包括:
网络异常检测单元310,用于检测终端的网络连接状态,并判断所述终端的网络连接是否异常;
异常因素检测单元330,用于在所述终端的网络连接异常时,则检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素;所述检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素包括以下至少一项:检测所述终端的网卡驱动是否正常、检测所述终端的网卡是否被禁用、检测所述终端的网络适配器的配置参数是否正常、检测所述终端的过滤器驱动是否正常;
网络异常修复单元350,用于根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复。

若所述终端的网卡被禁用,则将网卡被禁用作为所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素。

过滤器驱动检测子单元334,用于检测所述终端的过滤器驱动是否正常;
若所述终端的过滤器驱动异常,则将过滤器驱动异常作为导致所述网络连接异常的因素。

过滤器驱动修复子单元354,用于在所述终端的过滤器驱动异常时调用过滤器驱动修复程序,并通过所述过滤器驱动修复程序对所述终端的过滤器驱动异常进行修复。

请参阅图5,在本发明一个实施例中,提供一种终端500,包括处理器510和存储器530,所述处理器510与所存储器530连接,所述存储器530用于存储可执行程序代码,所述处理器510用于调用存储于所述存储器530中的可执行程序代码,并执行如下操作:
检测终端的网络连接状态,并判断所述终端的网络连接是否异常;
若所述终端的网络连接异常,则检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素;所述检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素包括以下至少一项:检测所述终端的网卡驱动是否正常、检测所述终端的网卡是否被禁用、检测所述终端的网络适配器的配置参数是否正常、检测所述终端的过滤器驱动是否正常;
根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复。

可以理解,本实施例所述终端500的处理器510所执行的各操作步骤的具体实现还可以参照图1和图2所示方法实施例中的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
为了实现上述实施例,本发明还提出了一种存储介质,用于存储应用程序,该应用程序用于在运行时执行上述任一个实施例所述的网络修复方法。
所述网络修复方法、装置、终端及存储介质,通过在所述终端的网络连接异常时,检测导致终端网络连接异常的因素,进而根据所述因素调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复,从而实现了网络异常的自动检测和修复,有利于降低网络异常修复的复杂度,提升网络异常修复效率。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及步骤,能够以电子硬件、计算机软件或者二者的结合来实现,为了清楚地说明硬件和软件 的可互换性,在上述说明中已经按照功能一般性地描述了各示例的组成及步骤。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范围。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的终端和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的终端的实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另外,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口、装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,也可以是电的,机械的或其它的形式连接。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本发明实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以是两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分,或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明的权利范围,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分流程,并依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种网络修复方法,其特征在于,包括:
    检测终端的网络连接状态,并判断所述终端的网络连接是否异常;
    若所述终端的网络连接异常,则检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素;所述检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素包括以下至少一项:检测所述终端的网卡驱动是否正常、检测所述终端的网卡是否被禁用、检测所述终端的网络适配器的配置参数是否正常、检测所述终端的过滤器驱动是否正常;
    根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素为所述终端的网卡驱动异常,所述根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复,包括:
    调用网卡驱动修复程序,并通过所述网卡驱动修复程序对所述终端的网卡驱动异常进行修复。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素为所述终端的网卡被禁用,所述根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复,包括:
    调用网卡启动程序,并通过所述网卡启动程序重新启动所述终端的网卡。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素为所述终端的网络适配器的配置参数异常,所述根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复,包括:
    调用网络适配器设置程序,并通过所述网络适配器设置程序重新设置所述网络适配器的配置参数。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素为所述终端的过滤器驱动异常,所述根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复,包括:
    调用过滤器驱动修复程序,并通过所述过滤器驱动修复程序对所述终端的过滤器驱动 异常进行修复。
  6. 一种网络修复装置,其特征在于,包括:
    网络异常检测单元,用于检测终端的网络连接状态,并判断所述终端的网络连接是否异常;
    异常因素检测单元,用于在所述终端的网络连接异常时,则检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素;所述检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素包括以下至少一项:检测所述终端的网卡驱动是否正常、检测所述终端的网卡是否被禁用、检测所述终端的网络适配器的配置参数是否正常、检测所述终端的过滤器驱动是否正常;
    网络异常修复单元,用于根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述异常因素检测单元,包括:
    网卡驱动检测子单元,用于检测所述终端的网卡驱动是否正常;
    所述网络异常修复单元,包括:
    网卡驱动修复子单元,用于在所述终端的网卡驱动异常时调用网卡驱动修复程序,并通过所述网卡驱动修复程序对所述终端的网卡驱动异常进行修复。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述异常因素检测单元,包括:
    网卡状态检测子单元,用于检测所述终端的网卡是否被禁用;
    所述网络异常修复单元,包括:
    网卡状态修复子单元,用于在所述终端的网卡被禁用时调用网卡启动程序,并通过所述网卡启动程序重新启动所述终端的网卡。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述异常因素检测单元,包括:
    配置参数检测子单元,用于检测所述终端的网络适配器的配置参数是否正常;
    所述网络异常修复单元,包括:
    配置参数修复子单元,用于在所述终端的网络适配器的配置参数异常时调用网络适配器设置程序,并通过所述网络适配器设置程序重新设置所述网络适配器的配置参数。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述异常因素检测单元,包括:
    过滤器驱动检测子单元,用于检测所述终端的过滤器驱动是否正常;
    所述网络异常修复单元,包括:
    过滤器驱动修复子单元,用于在所述终端的过滤器驱动异常时调用过滤器驱动修复程序,并通过所述过滤器驱动修复程序对所述终端的过滤器驱动异常进行修复。
  11. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括处理器和存储器,所述处理器与所存储器连接,所述存储器用于存储可执行程序代码,所述处理器用于调用存储于所述存储器中的可执行程序代码,并执行如下操作:
    检测终端的网络连接状态,并判断所述终端的网络连接是否异常;
    若所述终端的网络连接异常,则检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素;所述检测导致所述网络连接异常的因素包括以下至少一项:检测所述终端的网卡驱动是否正常、检测所述终端的网卡是否被禁用、检测所述终端的网络适配器的配置参数是否正常、检测所述终端的过滤器驱动是否正常;
    根据所述导致所述网络连接异常的因素,调用对应的网络异常修复程序对所述终端的网络连接进行修复。
  12. 一种存储介质,其特征在于,用于存储应用程序,所述应用程序用于在运行时执行如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的网络修复方法。
