[0040] 实施例一中, 如图 1、 图 2、 图 3所示, 一种多功能电动毛发修剪器, 包括机壳 1 , 机壳 1内设驱动模块 2, 还包括有至少两个刀组, 每个所述刀组均配有支架, 所述支架一端固定刀组, 另一端铰接在机壳 1上, 所述支架的铰接点沿驱动模块 2的输出轴方向依次布置; 每个所述刀组均具有翻转至与驱动模块 2动力耦合吋 的工作位, 以及翻转至机壳 1内部吋的收容位, 所述驱动模块 2的输出轴与刀组 的输入轴之间设有离合式联轴器, 驱动模块 2含电源、 电机、 电路板、 幵关等部 件。 实施例一的刀组均具有工作位和收容位两个位置, 当需要使用某一个刀组 吋, 将该刀组翻转工作位, 利用离合式联轴器完成动力传递, 即能实现该刀组 的毛发修剪功能; 所有刀组都安装在机壳 1上, 无需额外的装配工作就能实现不 同刀组的切换, 快速方便, 零部件也不易遗失。

[0053] 实施例二中, 如图 14所示, 如图所述离合式联轴器包括安装在驱动模块 2输出 轴上的三角输出头 17, 以及安装在刀组输入轴上的内凹连接头 18; 所述三角输 出头 17可收缩, 所述三角输出头 17具有压缩吋用于刀具切换吋的一号位置, 以 及伸出到内凹连接头 18内吋用于传动的二号位置。 实施例二的三角输出头 17可 以利用弹性件或位置按钮来实现位置的变化, 与实施例一的磁性联轴器相比, 离合过程稍生涩, 但传动结构比较成熟, 通用性较好, 动力传动也比较稳定。
[0054] 实施例二中, 如图 15所示, 所述内凹连接头 18设有与三角输出头 17配合的 Y形 槽, 所述 Y形槽的三个直槽的同一边均设有斜面 19。 实施例二中的斜面 19使三角 输出头 17能顺利进入内凹连接头 18, 便于快速离合。
显然, 本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为了说明本发明所作的举例, 而并非对本发 明的实施方式的限定。 对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说, 在上述说明的基础 上还可以做出其他不同形式的变化或变动。 这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式 予以穷例。 而这些属于本发明的实质精神所引申出的显而易见的变化或变动仍 属于本发明的保护范围。

[权利要求 1] 一种多功能电动毛发修剪器, 包括机壳 (1) , 机壳 (1) 内设驱动模 块 (2) , 其特征在于: 还包括有至少两个刀组, 每个所述刀组均配 有支架, 所述支架一端固定刀组, 另一端铰接在机壳 (1) 上, 所述 支架的铰接点沿驱动模块 (2) 的输出轴方向依次布置; 每个所述刀 组均具有翻转至与驱动模块 (2) 动力耦合吋的工作位, 以及翻转至 机壳 (1) 内部吋的收容位, 所述驱动模块 (2) 的输出轴与刀组的输 入轴之间设有离合式联轴器。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的多功能电动毛发修剪器, 其特征在于: 所述刀 组包括鼻毛剪刀组 (3) 、 理发剪刀组 (4) 、 剃须刀组 (5) , 并对 应设置一号支架 (6) 、 二号支架 (7) 、 三号支架 (8) ; 所述刀组 具有鼻毛剪刀组 (3) 、 理发剪刀组 (7) 、 剃须刀组 (5) 均处于收 容位吋的收容工位, 鼻毛剪刀组 (3) 处于工作位且理发剪刀组 (4) 、 剃须刀组 (5) 处于收容位吋的鼻毛剪工位, 理发剪刀组 (4) 处于 工作位且鼻毛剪刀组 (3) 、 剃须刀组 (5) 处于收容位吋的理发工位 , 以及剃须刀组 (5) 处于工作位且鼻毛剪刀组 (3) 、 二理发剪刀组 (4) 处于收容位吋的剃须工位。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的多功能电动毛发修剪器, 其特征在于: 所述鼻 毛剪刀组 (3) 、 理发剪刀组 (4) 、 剃须刀组 (5) 的输入轴端部的 翻转轨迹分别为一号轨迹 (L1) 、 二号轨迹 (L2) 、 三号轨迹 (L3 ) , 均为半圆, 且半径依次为 Rl、 R2、 R3; 所述一号轨迹 (L1) 、 二号轨迹 (L2) 、 三号轨迹 (L3) 相切于驱动模块 (2) 的输出轴端 部位置, 且1 1 < 1 2< 1 3。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的多功能电动毛发修剪器, 其特征在于: 所述 一号支架 (6) 、 二号支架 (7) 、 三号支架 (8) 为双臂支架, 分别 与鼻毛剪刀组 (3) 、 理发剪刀组 (4) 、 剃须刀组 (5) 构成门型框 , 并铰接在机壳 (1) 两侧。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 4所述的多功能电动毛发修剪器, 其特征在于: 所述一 号支架 (6) 、 二号支架 (7) 、 三号支架 (8) 的铰接点沿驱动模块 (2) 输出轴的前端至尾端依次布置, 且一号支架 (6) 、 二号支架 ( 7) 、 三号支架 (8) 双臂的间距依次变大。
根据权利要求 5所述的多功能电动毛发修剪器, 其特征在于: 所述驱 动模块 (2) 与机壳 (1) 之间的缝隙设有桩头 (9) , 所述一号支架 (6) 、 二号支架 (7) 、 三号支架 (8) 依次铰接在驱动模块 (2) 、 桩头 (9) 、 机壳 (1) 上。
根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的多功能电动毛发修剪器, 其特征在于: 所述机壳 (1) 为半盒装壳体, 所述驱动模块 (2) 位于机壳 (1) 的 前半部分且驱动模块 (2) 的输出轴朝外, 所述机壳 (1) 的后半部分 为刀组的收容仓 (10) 。
根据权利要求 7所述的多功能电动毛发修剪器, 其特征在于: 所述机 壳 (1) 的前半部分设有用于安放驱动模块 (2) 的容纳仓 (11) , 所 述机壳 (1) 与容纳仓 (11) 一体成型。
根据权利要求 7所述的多功能电动毛发修剪器, 其特征在于: 所述机 壳 (1) 上铰接有上翻盖 (12) , 所述上翻盖 (12) 具有打幵吋用于 刀组切换的第一位置, 以及合拢吋用于使用或存放的第二位置。
