Description

一种塑料及其制备方法 技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,具体而言涉及一种塑料及其制备方法。
背景技术
PPO(聚苯醚)树脂和PA66(尼龙66)树脂是应用广泛的工程塑料之一。PPO具有高耐热,尺寸稳定,电气绝缘性好,但其加工流动性差,不耐有机溶剂。PA66属于结晶材料,流动性好,耐有机溶剂,但其易吸水,尺寸稳定性差。UHMWPE(超高分子量聚乙烯),是一种线型结构的具有优异综合性能的热塑性工程塑料。
PPO/PA66合成塑料综合了PPO和PA66的性能,以其优异的耐热性,良好的加工性,可喷涂性等得到广泛应用。目前,绝大多数增强型PPO/PA66合成塑料采用玻璃纤维进行增强,制得的材料密度较大,强度提升不够,不具备抗静电效果。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种塑料及其制备方法,解决现有PPO/PA66合成塑料强度和抗静电性能不强问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种塑料,由以下质量分数配方成分组成:SEBS 7-9份、烷氧基化物10-12 份、弹性体7-9份、尼龙10-12份、石蜡4-6份、钛白粉2-4份、丁腈粉末6-8份、复合母料4-6份、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯5-7份、月桂酸4-6份、多元醇的酯5-7份。
进一步:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:SEBS 7份、烷氧基化物10份、弹性体7份、尼龙10份、石蜡4份、钛白粉2份、丁腈粉末6份、复合母料4份、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯5份、月桂酸4份、多元醇的酯5份。
进一步:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:SEBS 8份、烷氧基化物11份、弹性体8份、尼龙11份、石蜡5份、钛白粉3份、丁腈粉末7份、复合母料5份、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯6份、月桂酸5份、多元醇的酯6份。
进一步:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:SEBS 9份、烷氧基化物12份、弹性体9份、尼龙12份、石蜡6份、钛白粉4份、丁腈粉末8份、复合母料6份、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯7份、月桂酸6份、多元醇的酯7份。
进一步:一种塑料的制备方法具有以下几个步骤:
步骤一:将SEBS、烷氧基化物、弹性体、尼龙、石蜡、钛白粉、丁腈粉末、复合母料、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、月桂酸和多元醇的酯混合,制得混合物;
步骤二:将该混合物在温度230-250℃条件下用长径比为25-40的螺杆挤出机挤出处理,既得一种塑料。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明无污染在使用后对环境不造成任何危害;
2、本发明在使用后不具有任何刺鼻异味;
3、本发明抗静电性能强。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一:
一种塑料由以下质量分数配方成分组成:SEBS 7-9份、烷氧基化物10-12份、弹性体7-9份、尼龙10-12份、石蜡4-6份、钛白粉2-4份、丁腈粉末6-8份、复合母料4-6份、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯5-7份、月桂酸4-6份、多元醇的酯5-7份。
实施例二:
一种塑料由以下质量分数配方成分组成:SEBS 7份、烷氧基化物10份、弹性体7份、尼龙10份、石蜡4份、钛白粉2份、丁腈粉末6份、复合母料4份、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯5份、月桂酸4份、多元醇的酯5份。
实施例三:
一种塑料由以下质量分数配方成分组成:SEBS 8份、烷氧基化物11份、弹性体8份、尼龙11份、石蜡5份、钛白粉3份、丁腈粉末7份、复合母料5份、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯6份、月桂酸5份、多元醇的酯6份。
实施例四:
一种塑料由以下质量分数配方成分组成:SEBS 9份、烷氧基化物12份、弹性体9份、尼龙12份、石蜡6份、钛白粉4份、丁腈粉末8份、复合母料6份、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯7份、月桂酸6份、多元醇的酯7份。
实施例五:
一种塑料的制备方法具有以下几个步骤:
步骤一:将SEBS、烷氧基化物、弹性体、尼龙、石蜡、钛白粉、丁腈粉末、复合母料、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、月桂酸和多元醇的酯混合,制得混合物;
步骤二:将该混合物在温度230-250℃条件下用长径比为25-40的螺杆挤出机挤出处理,既得一种塑料。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

  1. 一种塑料,其特征在于:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:
    SEBS7-9份、烷氧基化物10-12份、弹性体7-9份、尼龙10-12份、石蜡4-6份、钛白粉2-4份、丁腈粉末6-8份、复合母料4-6份、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯5-7份、月桂酸4-6份、多元醇的酯5-7份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料,其特征在于:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:
    SEBS7份、烷氧基化物10份、弹性体7份、尼龙10份、石蜡4份、钛白粉2份、丁腈粉末6份、复合母料4份、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯5份、月桂酸4份、多元醇的酯5份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料,其特征在于:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:
    SEBS8份、烷氧基化物11份、弹性体8份、尼龙11份、石蜡5份、钛白粉3份、丁腈粉末7份、复合母料5份、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯6份、月桂酸5份、多元醇的酯6份。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料,其特征在于:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:
    SEBS9份、烷氧基化物12份、弹性体9份、尼龙12份、石蜡6份、钛白粉4份、丁腈粉末8份、复合母料6份、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯7份、月桂酸 6份、多元醇的酯7份。
  5. 一种根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料的制备方法,其特征在于:具有以下几个步骤:
    步骤一:将SEBS、烷氧基化物、弹性体、尼龙、石蜡、钛白粉、丁腈粉末、复合母料、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、月桂酸和多元醇的酯混合,制得混合物;
    步骤二:将该混合物在温度230-250℃条件下用长径比为25-40的螺杆挤出机挤出处理,既得一种塑料。
