本发明公开了一种高弹性的塑料连接件,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙6 200-250、顺丁橡胶5-10、SEBS橡胶45-55、润滑剂TAF 1-2、氧化锌2-4,硅橡胶8-12、异丙醇1-2、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷2-4、促进剂TMTD 1-3、N330炭黑 3-5、三乙油酸皂1-4、废旧轮胎橡胶5-10、C9石油树脂1.5-1.8、乳酸钠0.2-0.5,抗氧化剂1010 0.2-0.4、醋酸乙烯酯0.5-0.8、硅烷偶联剂kh570 3-6、白油膏10-12、二苯基甲烷-4,4'-二异氰酸酯2-4、改性纳米粉60-80、乙烯基三氯硅烷1-3。与现有技术相比,本发明通过SEBS橡胶和顺丁橡胶、硅橡胶、废旧轮胎橡胶的聚合,使得新材料具有弹性同时易加工,柔软性优异。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料领域,确切地说是一种高弹性的塑料连接件。
背景技术
尼龙制品的硬度大,并具有较高的抗张性、耐磨性、抗弯曲度和冲击强度及较高的延伸性,他的抗压强度和金属不相上下,它的疲劳强度和铸铁和铝合金同等水平。稳定的化学性能,它对化学物无论是弱碱、醇脂、碳氢化合物,油脂均不受影响。比重轻,具有韧性好、耐磨力强,耐油,抗震等特点,适用于制作耐磨零件,传动结构件,家用电器零件,汽车制造零件,机械零件,华工设备,电器绝缘零件等,还可用于汽车的压力制动系统、汽车的动力转向系统、汽车的制动管道控制系统、变速箱控制系统、工程机械,如:挖掘机、装载机、起重机的液压输送系统及液压控制系统、机械加工设备的液压操作和液压控制系统等。

本发明的目的在于提供一种高弹性的塑料连接件。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种高弹性的塑料连接件,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
尼龙6 200-250、顺丁橡胶5-10、SEBS橡胶45-55、润滑剂TAF 1-2、氧化锌2-4,硅橡胶8-12、异丙醇1-2、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷2-4、促进剂TMTD 1-3、N330炭黑3-5、三乙油酸皂1-4、废旧轮胎橡胶5-10、C9石油树脂1.5-1.8、乳酸钠0.2-0.5,抗氧化剂1010 0.2-0.4、醋酸乙烯酯0.5-0.8、硅烷偶联剂kh5703-6、白油膏10-12、二苯基甲烷-4,4'-二异氰酸酯2-4、改性纳米粉60-80、乙烯基三氯硅烷1-3;
所述的改性纳米粉由下述重量份的原料制得:凹凸棒土10-20、膨润土3-5、石墨粉4-6、淀粉10-20、微晶蜡0.1-0.2、硼酸0.1-0.2、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-3、六羟甲基三聚氰胺六甲醚0.1-0.2、硫化钠1.1-2.3、硅酸锂1.2-2.6、二甲基硅氧烷0.3-0.5、氧化锌0.1-0.3、甘露醇0.1-0.2、环氧氯丙烷1-2;
所述的改性纳米粉的制备方法为:称取淀粉于反应釜,并加适量水,于300-500转/分下配成浓度为10-20wt%的悬浮液,加入硼酸、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、六羟甲基三聚氰胺六甲醚、硫化钠、硅酸锂,再30-40℃下170-200转/分搅拌30-60min,再加入其余原料,40-50℃下80-100转/分搅拌10-20min,调节pH值为8-9,静置浆料30-60分钟;将所得浆料进行抽滤、水洗,所得滤饼经烘干、粉碎,研磨成纳米粉末,即得。
所述的一种高弹性的塑料连接件,其特征在于:
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将顺丁橡胶、SEBS橡胶、润滑剂TAF、氧化锌、硅橡胶、异丙醇、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、促进剂TMTD、N330炭黑、三乙油酸皂、废旧轮胎橡胶、C9石油树脂、乳酸钠、抗氧化剂1010、醋酸乙烯酯、硅烷偶联剂kh570混合均匀后,140-160℃下捏合机捏合18-30Min,得改性料备用;
(2)将改性料与其余原料混合均匀后,在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒后即得物料,挤出机的各区间温度为210-230℃,挤出机转速200-210r/min;
(3)将所得物料成型即得。
本发明的有益效果为:与现有技术相比,本发明通过SEBS橡胶和顺丁橡胶、硅橡胶、废旧轮胎橡胶的聚合,使得新材料具有弹性同时易加工,柔软性优异。
具体实施方式
一种高弹性的塑料连接件,其是由下述重量(kg)的原料制得:
尼龙6250、顺丁橡胶10、SEBS橡胶55、润滑剂TAF 2、氧化锌2,硅橡胶12、异丙醇1、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷4、促进剂TMTD 1、N330炭黑5、三乙油酸皂1、废旧轮胎橡胶10、C9石油树脂1.5、乳酸钠0.5,抗氧化剂10100.4、醋酸乙烯酯0.5、硅烷偶联剂kh5703、白油膏10、二苯基甲烷-4,4'-二异氰酸酯2、改性纳米粉60、乙烯基三氯硅烷1;
所述的改性纳米粉由下述重量(kg)的原料制得:凹凸棒土20、膨润土5、石墨粉6、淀粉20、微晶蜡0.2、硼酸0.2、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1、六羟甲基三聚氰胺六甲醚0.2、硫化钠1.3、硅酸锂2.6、二甲基硅氧烷0.5、氧化锌0.3、甘露醇0.2、环氧氯丙烷1;
所述的改性纳米粉的制备方法为:称取淀粉于反应釜,并加适量水,于400转/分下配成浓度为20wt%的悬浮液,加入硼酸、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、六羟甲基三聚氰胺六甲醚、硫化钠、硅酸锂,再40℃下200转/分搅拌50min,再加入其余原料,50℃下100转/分搅拌10min,调节pH值为8,静置浆料60分钟;将所得浆料进行抽滤、水洗,所得滤饼经烘干、粉碎,研磨成纳米粉末,即得。
所述的一种高弹性的塑料连接件,
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将顺丁橡胶、SEBS橡胶、润滑剂TAF、氧化锌、硅橡胶、异丙醇、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、促进剂TMTD、N330炭黑、三乙油酸皂、废旧轮胎橡胶、C9石油树脂、乳酸钠、抗氧化剂1010、醋酸乙烯酯、硅烷偶联剂kh570混合均匀后,14℃下捏合机捏合30Min,得改性料备用;
(2)将改性料与其余原料混合均匀后,在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒后即得物料,挤出机的各区间温度为210-230℃,挤出机转速210r/min;
(3)将所得物料成型即得。
本实施例制得的用于塑料连接件的性能检测数据见下表:

1.一种高弹性的塑料连接件,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
尼龙6 200-250、顺丁橡胶5-10、 SEBS橡胶45-55、润滑剂TAF 1-2、氧化锌2-4,硅橡胶8-12、异丙醇1-2、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷2-4、促进剂TMTD 1-3、N330炭黑 3-5、三乙油酸皂1-4、废旧轮胎橡胶5-10、C9石油树脂1.5-1.8、乳酸钠0.2-0.5,抗氧化剂1010  0.2-0.4、醋酸乙烯酯0.5-0.8、硅烷偶联剂kh570 3-6、白油膏10-12、二苯基甲烷-4,4'-二异氰酸酯 2-4、改性纳米粉60-80、乙烯基三氯硅烷1-3;
所述的改性纳米粉由下述重量份的原料制得:凹凸棒土10-20、膨润土3-5、石墨粉4-6、淀粉10-20、微晶蜡0.1-0.2、硼酸0.1-0.2、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-3、六羟甲基三聚氰胺六甲醚0.1-0.2、硫化钠1.1-2.3、硅酸锂1.2-2.6、二甲基硅氧烷0.3-0.5、氧化锌0.1-0.3、甘露醇0.1-0.2、环氧氯丙烷1-2;
所述的改性纳米粉的制备方法为:称取淀粉于反应釜,并加适量水,于300-500转/分下配成浓度为10-20wt%的悬浮液,加入硼酸、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、六羟甲基三聚氰胺六甲醚、硫化钠、硅酸锂,再30-40℃下170-200转/分搅拌30-60min,再加入其余原料,40-50℃下80-100转/分搅拌10-20min,调节pH值为8-9,静置浆料30-60分钟;将所得浆料进行抽滤、水洗,所得滤饼经烘干、粉碎,研磨成纳米粉末,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性的塑料连接件,其特征在于:
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将顺丁橡胶、 SEBS橡胶、润滑剂TAF 、氧化锌、硅橡胶、异丙醇、二甲基二乙氧基硅烷、促进剂TMTD 、N330炭黑、三乙油酸皂、废旧轮胎橡胶、C9石油树脂、乳酸钠、抗氧化剂1010 、醋酸乙烯酯、硅烷偶联剂kh570混合均匀后,140-160℃下捏合机捏合18-30Min,得改性料备用;
(2)将改性料与其余原料混合均匀后, 在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒后即得物料, 挤出机的各区间温度为 210-230℃,挤出机转速 200-210r/min;
(3)将所得物料成型即得。
