Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de construction d'éléments tubulaires discrets (10) destinés à un échangeur de chaleur (50) comprenant la fourniture d'une partie tube (12) possédant des côtés sensiblement plats (14). Les parties tube et ailette sont assemblées en vue de former un réseau (37) de multiples faisceaux d'une des parties tube avec les parties ailette (16) agencées sur les côtés sensiblement plats (14) de la partie tube (12) et le second matériau (34) de la bande faisant face à la partie tube (12), et un ou plusieurs éléments d'espacement (38) ménagés entre des faisceaux adjacents Le réseau (37) est chauffé en vue de lier le second matériau (34) à la partie tube (12) dans la région des creux des parties ailette (16). Le réseau (37) est séparé en éléments tubulaires discrets avec, dans chaque cas, des parties ailette (16) liées aux côtés sensiblement plats (14) de chaque partie tube (12), les crêtes des parties ailette étant apparentes.
