接线母头及有线传屏设备 技术领域
本实用新型涉及有线传屏领域,特别是涉及一种接线母头及有线传屏设备。
背景技术
在有线传屏领域,有线传屏设备一般需要满足以下几个使用条件:由于显示设备的接线公头插入有线传屏设备的接线母头后,一般很少拔出,而是通过有线传屏设备的USB接头进行频繁的插拔,因此,要求显示设备的接线公头能够比较容易地插入有线传屏设备的接线母头后,将接线公头锁紧在接线母头内,使其比较困难的从接线母头中拔出;此外,显示设备的接线公头存在不同的尺寸规格,接线母头需要兼容锁紧不同尺寸规格的接线公头。
目前,有些有线传屏设备是采用螺钉锁紧固定线材的方案,采用此种方案虽然可以实现将线材锁紧的效果,但是外露的螺丝对传屏设备的外观影响很大,螺钉锁紧线材,往往会破坏线材胶层,使线材失效。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够将插入的接线公头锁紧且不影响外观的接线母头及有线转屏设备。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种接线母头,包括上壳体、与所述上壳体卡接配合的下壳体以及置于所述上壳体与下壳体卡接配合后形成的腔体内的带芯片的插槽,所述上壳体的一端设有开口,所述插槽设于所述开口向所述腔体内延伸的方向上,所述开口的内侧设有自锁件。
作为优选方案,所述自锁件设有倒勾部,当接线公头与所述接线母头插接时,所述倒勾部抵靠在接线公头的非传导部分的侧壁上。
作为优选方案,所述自锁件为一弹片,所述弹片与接线公头的插接方向基本平行,所述弹片的一端插接固定在所述下壳体上,所述弹片的另一端设有所述倒勾部,所述倒勾部的锁止方向与接线公头的拔出方向相反。
作为优选方案,所述自锁件设置为两个,两个所述自锁件相对地设置在所述开口的内侧。
为了解决相同的问题,本实用新型还提供了一种有线传屏设备,包括上述的接线母头、 与所述接线母头插接的接线公头以及解锁件,所述接线公头插接于所述接线母头时,所述自锁件锁紧所述接线公头;解锁时,所述解锁件沿所述开口插入所述接线母头,以顶推所述自锁件离开所述接线公头。
作为优选方案,所述解锁件的一侧设有虎口,所述虎口的相对的两个侧壁内侧设有解锁部;解锁时,所述虎口卡接在所述接线公头的两侧,所述解锁部沿所述开口插入所述接线母头,以顶推所述自锁件离开所述接线公头。
作为优选方案,所述接线母头与所述开口相对的一侧设有USB接头。
本实用新型的接线母头,在接线母头的开口的内侧设置了自锁件,当接线公头插入到接线母头中时,自锁件能够锁紧接线公头,使其很难再次从接线母头中拔出;此外,由于自锁件是设置在接线母头的腔体内,不会对接线母头的外观造成影响,并且,自锁件也不会对接线公头的线材造成破坏。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。
如图1所示,示意性地显示了本实用新型实施例的有线转屏设备,其包括接线母头01、与接线母头01插接的接线公头4,在接线母头的墙体内设有自锁件5,当接线公头4与接线母头01插接时,自锁件5能够锁紧接线公头4,以防止接线公头4被外界随意拔出。
本实用新型实施例的接线母头01可以包括上壳体1,与该上壳体1卡接配合的下壳体2, 以及置于上壳体1与下壳体2卡接配合后形成的腔体内的带芯片的插槽3;上壳体1的一端设有开口10,插槽3设于该开口10向腔体内延伸的方向上,自锁件5则设置在开口10的内侧。
如图1所示,在下壳体2的侧壁上设有卡扣21,以便与上壳体1配合卡接,在下壳体2的底壁靠近开口10的位置上设置有安装座22,自锁件5可以是一弹片,该弹片与接线公头4的插接方向基本平行,弹片的一端插接固定在下壳体2的安装座22上,弹片的另一端设有倒勾部51,当接线公头4与接线母头01插接时,该倒勾部51抵靠在接线公头4的非传导部分的侧壁上,由于该倒勾部51的锁止方向与接线公头4从接线母头01中的拔出方向相反,当接线公头4具有向外拔出的趋势时,倒勾部51将勾住接线公头4的非传导部分的侧壁,以限制这种被接线公头4向外拔出的趋势,从而将接线公头4锁紧在接线母头01中;作为优选,自锁件5设置为两个,这两个自锁件5相对地设置在开口10的内侧,以获得较好的锁紧效果;由于自锁件5为弹性件,倒勾部51在受到接线公头4的侧壁挤压时,能够产生一定变形量,因此,自锁件5能够对不同尺寸规格的接线公头进行锁紧。
本实用新型实施例的接线母头01也可以应用在除有线转屏设备而外的其它应用场合,例如,信号转接设备等。
结合图2至图4所示,本实用新型实施例的有线转屏设备还设有解锁件7,解锁件7的作用是使自锁件5的倒勾部51与接线公头4的侧壁隔开,以便接线公头4能够比较顺利地从接线母头01中拔出;解锁件7包括解锁件本体71,在解锁件本体71的一侧设有虎口72,虎口72的相对的两个侧壁内侧设有与所述解锁件本体71垂直的解锁部73;解锁时,解锁件7通过虎口72咬合在接线公头4的插接端上,解锁部73沿接线公头4的侧壁从接线母头01的开口10中插入,使解锁部73与自锁件5的倒勾部51接触,并将倒勾部51与接线公头4的侧壁隔开,此时,接线公头4便可比较顺利地从接线母头中拔出。
本实用新型实施例的有线转屏设备在接线母头01上,与开口10相对的一侧设有USB接头6,用于连接外部设备。

  1. 一种接线母头,其特征在于,包括上壳体、与所述上壳体卡接配合的下壳体以及置于所述上壳体与下壳体卡接配合后形成的腔体内的带芯片的插槽,所述上壳体的一端设有开口,所述插槽设于所述开口向所述腔体内延伸的方向上,所述开口的内侧设有自锁件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的接线母头,其特征在于,所述自锁件设有倒勾部,当接线公头与所述接线母头插接时,所述倒勾部抵靠在接线公头的非传导部分的侧壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的接线母头,其特征在于,所述自锁件为一弹片,所述弹片与接线公头的插接方向基本平行,所述弹片的一端插接固定在所述下壳体上,所述弹片的另一端设有所述倒勾部,所述倒勾部的锁止方向与接线公头的拔出方向相反。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的接线母头,其特征在于,所述自锁件设置为两个,两个所述自锁件相对地设置在所述开口的内侧。
  5. 一种有线传屏设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至4任一项所述的接线母头、与所述接线母头插接的接线公头以及解锁件,所述接线公头插接于所述接线母头时,所述自锁件锁紧所述接线公头;解锁时,所述解锁件沿所述开口插入所述接线母头,以顶推所述自锁件离开所述接线公头。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的有线传屏设备,其特征在于,所述解锁件的一侧设有虎口,所述虎口的相对的两个侧壁内侧设有解锁部;解锁时,所述缺口卡接在所述接线公头的两侧,所述解锁部沿所述开口插入所述接线母头,以顶推所述自锁件离开所述接线公头。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的有线传屏设备,其特征在于,所述接线母头与所述开口相对的一侧设有USB接头。
