Description

一种熔断器底座接线端子的连接组件 技术领域
本发明涉及熔断器底座,尤其涉及一种熔断器底座中的接线端子的连接组件。
背景技术
现有的熔断器底座的接线端子与线缆的连接方式有两种。如图1A所示,一种是在接线端子1′上镶一螺母2′。如图1B所示,另一种是在接线端子1′上固定一螺栓3′。但是,现有的两种连接方式,用户无法选择两种接线方式都能用,只能选择其中一种。
因此,有必要设计一种供用户自由选择的熔断器底座接线端子的连接组件。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种供客户自由选择的熔断器底座接线端子的连接组件。
本发明的技术方案提供一种熔断器底座接线端子的连接组件,包括底座和设置在所述底座中的接线端子,所述接线端子上设有连接孔,还包括与所述接线端子插接的支持件,所述支持件包括用于收容螺母或螺栓的收容槽,所述收容槽的侧面设有开口,所述收容槽的底部设有通孔,所述底座上与所述支持件对应的位置设有螺栓安装孔,所述螺栓安装孔、所述连接孔与所述通孔三者位于同一轴线上。
优选地,所述收容槽为六边形。
优选地,所述开口的宽度大于所述收容槽的相邻两侧面的宽度。
优选地,所述开口的底部设有限位凸台。
优选地,所述支持件上对称设置有两个凸耳,所述凸耳与所述收容槽之间形成沉台,所述沉台用于与所述接线端子卡接。
优选地,所述凸耳包括止档部,所述接线端子包括与所述止档部配 合的缺口部,所述止档部卡入到所述缺口部中,用于限定所述支持件插入所述接线端子的位置。
优选地,所述支持件还包括弹性卡钩,所述弹性卡钩用于连接到所述接线端子对应位置的所述底座上。
采用上述技术方案后,具有如下有益效果:由于设有与接线端子可插接的支持件,支持件中可以放入螺母或螺栓。用户可以自由选择在支持件中放入螺母或螺栓,来实现接线端子与线缆的连接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图2所示,熔断器底座接线端子的连接组件,包括底座1和设置在底座1中的接线端子2,接线端子2上设有连接孔21,还包括与接线端子2插接的支持件3,支持件3包括用于收容螺母4或螺栓5的收容槽31,收容槽31的侧面设有开口32,收容槽31的底部设有通孔37,底座1上与支持件3对应的位置设有螺栓安装孔11,螺栓安装孔11、连接孔21与通孔37三者位于同一轴线上。图2为支持件3与接线端子2插接后的状态。图3为支持件3与接线端子2分离的状态。
当用户需要螺母接线端子时,首先将支持件3从接线端子2上拔出。然后,如图5所示,将螺母4放入支持件3中。最后,将支持件3连同螺母4一起推入接线端子2。螺母4可以沿图5中的垂直方向插入到收容槽31中,也可以沿图5中的水平方向通过开口32进入到收容槽31中。
当用户需要螺栓接线端子时,首先将支持件3从接线端子2上拔出。然后,如图6所示,将螺栓5从底座1的螺栓安装孔11插入,再插入到接线端子2的连接孔21中。最后,将支持件3推入接线端子2,固定螺栓5。推入支持件3时,螺栓5的头部通过开口32,进入到收容槽31中。
由于设有与接线端子可插接的支持件,支持件中可以放入螺母或螺栓。用户可以自由选择在支持件中放入螺母或螺栓,来实现接线端子与线缆的连接。支持件起到了收容螺母或螺栓,并将螺母或螺栓固定到接线端子的作用。
本实施例中,如图4所示,支持件3的底部设有通孔37。当支持件3的收容槽31用于收容螺母时,连接电缆用的螺栓依次通过连接孔21、螺母4与通孔37,将电缆锁紧在接线端子2上。
本实施例中,如图4所示,收容槽31为六边形。收容槽31的形状与螺母4和螺栓5的头部形状相同,并略大于螺母4和螺栓5的头部。六边形的收容槽31能够起到防止螺母和螺栓在收容槽中发生窜动的作用。
较佳地,收容槽也可以为其他形状,只要能够起到收容螺母和螺栓 的作用都属于本发明的保护范围。
本实施例中,如图4所示,六边形的收容槽31的开口32的宽度大于收容槽31的相邻两侧面的宽度。开口32方便螺母4和螺栓5收容到收容槽32中。尤其是对于螺栓5来说,当螺栓5插入到接线端子2上后,由于开设了开口32,并且开口32的宽度大于六边形的收容槽32的两个侧面的宽度,螺栓5的头部能够顺利通过开口32,这样支持件3能够沿图6的水平方向插入到接线端子2上。
本实施例中,如图4所示,开口32的底部设有限位凸台33。限位凸台33的高度高于收容槽31的底部,限位凸台33用于限制放入到收容槽31中的螺母4位置,防止螺母4从收容槽31中滑出。而螺栓5由于插入到连接孔21中,通过连接孔21来限定位置,因此不需要限位凸台33的限位。
本实施例中,如图4所示,支持件3上对称设置有两个凸耳34,凸耳34与收容槽32之间形成沉台35,沉台35用于与接线端子2卡接。如图2所示,支持件3与接线端子2插接后,沉台35与接线端子2的底面接触,凸耳34位于接线端子2的两侧。沉台35能够起到防止支持件3翻转的作用。
较佳地,如图4所示,凸耳34包括止档部341,止档部341用于限定支持件3插入接线端子2的位置。接线端子2上形成有与止档部341配合的缺口部22(参见图3),止档部341卡入缺口部22中。
本实施例中,如图4所示,支持件3还包括弹性卡钩36,弹性卡钩36用于连接接线端子2对应位置的底座1。本实施例中弹性卡钩36形成在开口32的两侧。较佳地,弹性卡钩36也可以形成在支持件3的两侧,或其他位置,只要能够起到与底座1连接用于固定支持件3的作用,都属于本发明的保护范围。
以上所述的仅是本发明的原理和较佳的实施例。应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在本发明原理的基础上,还可以做出若干其它变型,也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种熔断器底座接线端子的连接组件,包括底座(1)和设置在所述底座(1)中的接线端子(2),所述接线端子(2)上设有连接孔(21),其特征在于,还包括与所述接线端子(2)插接的支持件(3),所述支持件(3)包括用于收容螺母(4)或螺栓(5)的收容槽(31),所述收容槽(31)的侧面设有开口(32),所述收容槽(31)的底部设有通孔(37),所述底座(1)上与所述支持件(3)对应的位置设有螺栓安装孔(11),所述螺栓安装孔(11)、所述连接孔(21)与所述通孔(37)三者位于同一轴线上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的熔断器底座接线端子的连接组件,其特征在于,所述收容槽(31)为六边形。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的熔断器底座接线端子的连接组件,其特征在于,所述开口(32)的宽度大于所述收容槽(31)的相邻两侧面的宽度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的熔断器底座接线端子的连接组件,其特征在于,所述开口(32)的底部设有限位凸台(33)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的熔断器底座接线端子的连接组件,其特征在于,所述支持件(3)上对称设置有两个凸耳(34),所述凸耳(34)与所述收容槽(31)之间形成沉台(35),所述沉台(35)用于与所述接线端子(2)卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的熔断器底座接线端子的连接组件,其特征在于,所述凸耳(34)包括止档部(341),所述接线端子包括与所述止档部(341)配合的缺口部(22),所述止档部(341)卡入到所述缺口部(22)中,用于限定所述支持件(3)插入所述接线端子(2)的位置。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的熔断器底座接线端子的连接组件,其特征在于,所述支持件(3)还包括弹性卡钩(36),所述弹性卡钩(36)用于连接到所述接线端子(2)对应位置的所述底座(1)上。
