背景技术:
现有电动椅、电动床等电动家具上,外接导线主要是通过无保护方式连接,接驳点随意外露放置,有的甚至托在地上,存在接线不便及安全隐患,易造成导线受损或漏电、接线不良等清苦,甚至出现导线绊人的情况,极大影响了电动家具的正常使用。

本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种接线插座,确定接驳位置,便于导线接驳,以及利于保护线材,增加使用安全性。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种接线插座,该插座具有一贯通中孔,贯通中孔的一端构造第一插口,而另一端构造第二插口,第一插口固连线接的第一接头;所述第二插口则供第二接头插入定位并达成与第一接头电性插接连接;所述插座上还设有安装部,通过安装部将插座在相应载体上。

参阅图1、2、3所示,系本实用新型较佳实施例结构示意图,本实用新型有关一种接线插座,该插座1具有一贯通中孔,贯通中孔的一端构造第一插口11,而另一端构造第二插口12,第一插口11的内侧壁上设有防退的止顶部13,藉此,线接的第一接头2插入第一插口11中并由止顶部13支顶卡制而达成固连者,当然,第一接头2与第一插口11也可通过一体式、螺纹连接或紧密柱塞等方式连接,同样达到固连的目的。所述第二插口12则供第二接头3插入定位并达成与第一接头2电性插接连接。插座1上还设有安装部14,通过安装部14将插座1在相应载体上。结构简单,易制作,投资成本低,该插座1营造一个适合对插接头稳固对插的环境,将本实用新型固定在电动家具的相应位置,即可获得确定的导线连接位,在不改变现有导线接头的情况下,实现接头稳固对插,避免并接驳点随意外露放置,利于保护线材,增加使用安全性,减少电动家具包装移动等情况时造成的导线受损,确保电动家具的正常运行,延长使用寿命。
图1、2、3所示,本实施例中,所述插座1为一体式构造的T形结构,可为塑胶件,T形横设部分构造成安装部14,在安装部14上开设相应安装孔141,以方便安装固定。在第一插口11的内侧壁上设有第一导向槽15,而第二插口12的内侧壁上设有第二导向槽16,第一导向槽15和第二导向槽16相对设置并有隔墙17分隔;所述止顶部13构造在第一导向槽15中,为内凸弹扣结构,与插座1一体成 型。图中,插座1在止顶部13的周边构造有镂空槽18,以满足止顶部13弹性工作,结构简单,易制作,结构性佳。所述第一接头2的外周面设有外凸的第一凸耳21,而第二接头3的外周面设有外凸的第二凸耳31,第一接头2的第一凸耳21对应第一导向槽15插入后卡在隔墙17和止顶部13之间,达成第一接头2与插座1固连,当然,也可通过工具拨动止顶部13来到达拔出第一接头2者,满足维护、替换等操作。所述第二接头3的第二凸耳31对应第二导向槽16插入并止于隔墙17,达成第二接头3与第一接头2电性插接连接。
