Abstract

Description
本发明涉及电连接器技术领域,特别是涉及一种中心环绕式内侧插自然集中收线防尘插座。
目前,解决插座线束杂乱的情况,没有一个有效的办法,平面直板插座的结构决定了一排插线只能是沿着平面各个方向四散开来,杂乱的线束会占据更多的室内空间,造成羁绊,很容易造成碰线拉线,导致插头松动,接触不良,进而影响电器的安全使用。
传统平板插座放置在地面墙角,一般是插座孔向上,这样灰尘很容易落入,必须要经常清洗插座,众所周知,灰尘会影响插座的导电,导致插座孔与插头接触不良,或者短路,烧毁插座或则使用的电器,严重会导致火灾的发生。
为了避免灰尘的落入,一般解决办法是在插座孔上加塞,这种方式,使用起来比较费事。还有一种办法是把插座倒置,插座孔向下,然后再设置个支架把插座支起来,这种方式可以解决灰尘容易落入的问题,但是,使用起来,每次需要把插座再颠倒过来插入,也比较费事,更重要的是插头重力向下,插头很容易在插头重力或者拉线的作用下从插座上拉脱出来,使用起来也不安全。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供中心环绕式内侧插自然集中收线防尘插座。
为了实现上述发明的目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种中心环绕式内侧插自然集中收线防尘插座,包括插座本体、插头和电线,其中所述插座本体包括第一弯曲面板、第二弯曲面板和第三弯曲面板;所述第一、第二和第三弯曲面板绕中心连接形成C型;所述插座本体上设置有插座孔;所述插座孔围绕所述中心内侧排布。
进一步地,所述插座本体还可以包括第四弯曲面板,其中所述第一、第二、第三和第四弯曲面板绕中心连接形成封闭型。
进一步地,所述插座孔的数量为一个或多个。
进一步地,所述插座孔为两孔型或三孔型。
进一步地,所述第一、第二和第三弯曲面板之间通过铰接方式连接。
进一步地,所述第一、第二、第三和第四弯曲面板之间通过铰接方式连接。
进一步地,所述插座本体上设置有电源指示灯。
由于采用以上技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的插座可以实现使用插头和插线围绕中心自然收线,不需要专门整理线束,整体使用插头和插线排布简洁、简单又方便。
本发明的插座结构上的插座孔和使用插头等都围绕中心内设置,可以形成自然的灰尘屏蔽,起到自然防尘的作用。本发明的插座使用安全且不用经常清洗插座。

图1-4显示了本发明插座的一个实施例,如图1-4所示,本发明提供的中心环绕式内侧插自然集中收线防尘插座,包括插座本体1、插头14和电线2,其中插座本体1包括第一弯曲面板13、第二弯曲面板11和第三弯曲面板12;第一、第二和第三弯曲面板13、11、12绕中心17连接形成C型;插头14通过电线2与插座本体1连接;插座本体1上设置有插座孔15、16;插座孔15、16围绕中心17内侧排布。
在上述技术方案中,插座孔15、16的数量为一个或多个,插座孔15、16可以是两孔型或三孔型;第一、第二和第三弯曲面板13、11、12之间通过铰接方式连接;插座本体1上可以设置有电源指示灯(未示出)。
在本实施例中,再次参照图1-4,插座孔15、16围绕中心17内侧排布,这种结构设计可以实现使用插头21、22、23、24和插线221、212围绕中心17自然收线,因此不需要专门整理线束,整体使用插头21、22、23、24和插线221、212排布简洁、简单又方便。另外,插座孔15、16和使用插头21、22、23、24等都是围绕中心17内设置,可以形成一个自然的灰尘屏蔽,灰尘不容易落入插座孔15、16中,起到自然防尘的作用。因此,本实施例提供的插座使用安全,不用经常清洗插座。
图5显示了本发明插座的另一个实施例,如图5所示,本发明提供的中心环绕式内侧插自然集中收线防尘插座,结构与图1-4所示的插座结构相似,其中插座本体1包括第一弯曲面板13、第二弯曲面板11、第三
弯曲面板12和第四弯曲面板18;所述第一、第二、第三和第四弯曲面板13、11、12、18绕中心17连接形成封闭型。
在上述技术方案中,第一、第二、第三和第四弯曲面板13、11、12、18之间通过铰接方式连接。
与图1-4所示的插座结构相似,本实施例中提供的插座结构同样可以实现使用插头和插线围绕中心自然收线,不需要专门整理线束,整体使用插头和插线排布简洁、简单又方便;本实例中的插座结构同样可以形成自然的灰尘屏蔽,起到自然防尘的作用。因此,本实施例提供的插座使用安全,不用经常清洗插座。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非用来限定本发明的实施范围;如果不脱离本发明的精神和范围,对本发明进行修改或者等同替换,譬如:第一、第二、第三等弯曲面采用弧线弯曲成圆弧或者圆环形插座,均应涵盖在本发明权利要求的保护范围当中。

- 一种中心环绕式内侧插自然集中收线防尘插座,其特征在于,包括插座本体、插头和电线,其中所述插座本体包括第一弯曲面板、第二弯曲面板和第三弯曲面板;所述第一、第二和第三弯曲面板绕中心连接形成C型;所述插座本体上设置有插座孔;所述插座孔围绕所述中心内侧排布。
- 根据权利要求1所述的中心环绕式内侧插自然集中收线防尘插座,其特征在于,所述插座本体还包括第四弯曲面板,其中所述第一、第二、第三和第四弯曲面板绕中心连接形成封闭型。
- 根据权利要求1所述的中心环绕式内侧插自然集中收线防尘插座,其特征在于,所述插座孔的数量为一个或多个。
- 根据权利要求3所述的中心环绕式内侧插自然集中收线防尘插座,其特征在于,所述插座孔为两孔型或三孔型。
- 根据权利要求1所述的中心环绕式内侧插自然集中收线防尘插座,其特征在于,所述第一、第二和第三弯曲面板之间通过铰接方式连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的中心环绕式内侧插自然集中收线防尘插座,其特征在于,所述第一、第二、第三和第四弯曲面板之间通过铰接方式连接。
