In addition, while the mounting protrusion 28 of the support panel 20 is inserted into the coupling groove 36 of the connection panel unit 30, the connecting pin member 35 is inserted to support the support panel unit 20 and the connection panel unit. Hinge the 30.
- the backlight unit (20) on the upper side of the support panel unit 20 and the connection panel unit 30 40 After preparing the backlight unit 40 according to the number of the support panel unit 20 and the connection panel unit 30 of the deformation support unit 10, the backlight unit (20) on the upper side of the support panel unit 20 and the connection panel unit 30 40).
- the optical panel unit 50 is stacked on the upper side of the backlight unit 40, and the optical panel unit 50 and the deformation support unit 10 are preassembled. (S30)
- the fastening nut 62 is temporarily fastened to the fastening bolt 60 while the fastening bolt 60 is installed through the connection hole 24 of the deformation support part 10 and the fastening hole part 52 of the optical panel part 50. do. At this time, the fixing bolt 60 and the fastening nut 62 is fixed to the fastening nut 62 to be moved along the fastening hole portion 52 having a long hole shape.
- the edges of the deformation support part 10 or the backlight unit 40 damage the lower part of the panel part 70 when the deformation support part 10 is curled. Block the operation.
- the deformation support part 10 is moved to deform the panel part 70 to a curved shape.
- Each member of the deformation support part 10 is moved to deform the shape of the deformation support part 10 such that the entire deformation support part 10 becomes concave toward the panel part 70.
- the optical panel unit 50 temporarily assembled to the deformation support unit 10 is also bent in a concave curved shape, and the panel unit 70 fixed to the optical panel unit 50 is also deformed into a curved shape.
- the optical panel unit 50 is fixed to the deformation support unit 10, and then the guide unit 80 is coupled to the side surface of the optical panel unit 50 to form the panel unit 70.
- the tightening nut 62 and the fastening bolt 60 are constrained to move along the fastening hole 52 by tightening the fastening nut 62 in the state in which the cumming is completed.
- the guide part 80 and the deformation support part 10 are fixed by using the fixing bolt 90 in a state where the guide part 80 is in contact with both sides of the panel part 70, and the guide part 80 and the deformation support part. Secure (10).
- the position is changed together with the deformation support 10 in a state in which the backlight unit 40 manufactured by standardization is fixed to the deformation support 10, and the panel 70 is deformed into a curved shape. Since it is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost of the backlight unit (40). In addition, since the panel 70 is subjected to the culling operation together with the deformation support 10 and the backlight unit 40 at a time, the defective rate of the product can be reduced. In addition, the panel unit 70 is coupled to the deformation support unit 10 in a flat state, and since the cuffing operation of the panel unit 70 is performed, a slim structure is possible. In addition, it is possible to prevent damage to the flexible circuit board during the cumming operation.
