Abstract

積載される輸送用ケースの荷重を支持しやすくすることで、輸送用ケースが変形したり、破損することを防止できるようにした簡易パレットを提供するため、輸送用ケースの下面の四隅に配置して用いられる簡易パレット部材１において、輸送用ケースを載置する載置部１１と、この載置部１１から一体に下方に突出させて設けた接地部１２とを備え、載置部１１の角部の内法形状と、接地部１２の角部の外縁形状とが、平面視して一致するようにする。

Description

簡易パレット
　本発明は、コンテナ等の物品を積載面に載置して運搬や保管等するために使用されるパレットに関するものである。
　従来、コンテナ等の物品を積載面に載置して運搬や保管等するために合成樹脂製や木製のパレットが汎用されている（例えば、特許文献１参照。）。
　ところで、従来のパレットは、フォークリフト等のフォーク（ツメ）が挿入可能な空間を設け、載置する物品の荷重に耐え得る強度を有する薄い箱状に形成されているため、大きさの異なる物品に対応するためには、大きさ（平面形状）が異なる複数種類のパレットを用意しなければならず、また、保管に大きなスペースを必要とするという問題があった。
　ところで、この問題に対処できるものとして、本件出願人は、図７に示す、コンテナ等の物品（本明細書において、「輸送用ケース」という。）の下面の四隅、さらに必要に応じて、中央部に配置して用いられる簡易パレット（商品名「ＹＰプロテイナー」（登録商標））を製造、販売している。
　この簡易パレットは、輸送用ケースＷの下面の四隅に配置して用いられる簡易パレット部材１０１と、中央部に配置して用いられる簡易パレット部材１０２とからなり、輸送用ケースＷの下面の四隅と中央部とにそれぞれ配置し、例えば、結束バンドＢで固定したり、両面粘着テープで接着、固定したり、あるいは、両者を併用することによって、輸送用ケースＷ自体をパレットとして扱えるように、すなわち、簡易パレット部材１０１（簡易パレット部材１０２）の間にフォークリフト等のフォーク（ツメ）が挿入可能な空間を設けるようにするものである。
　そして、この簡易パレットは、輸送用ケースＷの大きさ（平面形状）に制約を受けないため、大きさの異なる輸送用ケースＷにも対応できるという利点を有するもの、すなわち、フリーサイズパレットであり、また、保管に大きなスペースを必要としないという利点を有するものである。

　このように、上記簡易パレットは、フリーサイズパレットで、保管に大きなスペースを必要としないという利点を有する反面、輸送用ケースＷとして，例えば、剛性の小さいダンボールボックスに適用して、これを積み重ねた場合、輸送用ケースＷの下面の四隅に配置して用いられる簡易パレット部材１０１の接地部１１２が、輸送用ケースＷの下面の四隅に配置したとき、輸送用ケースＷの内方に偏倚する位置に形成されているため、輸送用ケースＷの蓋が、その上に積載される輸送用ケースＷの荷重を支持しきれず、変形したり、破損することがあるという問題があった。
　また、上記簡易パレットは、簡易パレット部材同士が分離して輸送用ケースの下面に配置して用いられるため、簡易パレット部材の固定状態が安定せず、外力を受けることによって輸送用ケースの下面から離脱することがあるという問題があった。
　本発明は、上記簡易パレットの有する問題点に鑑み、フリーサイズパレットで、保管に大きなスペースを必要としないという利点を享有しながら、積載される輸送用ケースの荷重を支持しやすくすることで、輸送用ケースが変形したり、破損することを防止できるようにした簡易パレットを提供することを第１の目的とする。
　また、本発明は、フリーサイズパレットで、保管に大きなスペースを必要としないという利点を享有しながら、簡易パレット部材を輸送用ケースに固定するために使用する固定部材による簡易パレット部材の固定状態を安定させることによって、簡易パレット部材が外力を受けても輸送用ケースの下面から離脱することがないようにした簡易パレット部材を提供することを第２の目的とする。
　上記第１の目的を達成するため、本発明の簡易パレット部材は、輸送用ケースを載置する載置部と、該載置部から一体に下方に突出させて設けた接地部とを備え、輸送用ケースの下面の四隅に配置して用いられる簡易パレット部材において、載置部の角部の内法形状と、接地部の角部の外縁形状とが、平面視して一致するようにしたこと特徴とする。
　この場合において、前記載置部の輸送用ケースの載置面を、角部の隅側が高いスロープ状に形成することができる。
　上記第２の目的を達成するため、本発明の簡易パレット部材は、輸送用ケースを載置する載置部と、該載置部から一体に下方に突出させて設けた接地部とを備え、輸送用ケースの下面に配置して用いられる簡易パレット部材において、前記載置部に、簡易パレット部材を輸送用ケースに固定するために使用する固定部材の係合部を形成するようにしたこと特徴とする。
　この場合において、前記固定部材の係合部を、簡易パレット部材を輸送用ケースに固定するために使用する結束バンドを挿通することで、該結束バンドを係合する孔部から構成することができる。
　また、前記固定部材の係合部を、簡易パレット部材を輸送用ケースに固定するために使用する結束バンドを掛け止めすることで、該結束バンドを係合する突起部から構成することができる。
　前記固定部材の係合部を、簡易パレット部材を輸送用ケースに固定するために使用する接合用ねじを係合する孔部から構成することができる。
　そして、本発明の簡易パレットは、上記の簡易パレット部材を組み合わせて使用するようにしたことを特徴とする。
　本発明の簡易パレット部材によれば、輸送用ケースを載置する載置部と、該載置部から一体に下方に突出させて設けた接地部とを備え、輸送用ケースの下面の四隅に配置して用いられる簡易パレット部材において、載置部の角部の内法形状と、接地部の角部の外縁形状とが、平面視して一致するようにすることにより、フリーサイズパレットで、保管に大きなスペースを必要としないという利点を享有しながら、積載される輸送用ケースの荷重を、簡易パレット部材を介して、下の輸送用ケースの蓋の下方に位置する周壁で支持するようにすることで、輸送用ケースが変形したり、破損することを防止できる。
　また、前記載置部の輸送用ケースの載置面を、角部の隅側が高いスロープ状に形成することにより、積載される輸送用ケースの荷重のうちの多くの部分を、角部の隅側で支持することで、接地部の接地面の角部側の浮き上がり（簡易パレット部材の内側への傾斜）を防止し、積載される輸送用ケースの荷重を、簡易パレット部材を介して、下の輸送用ケースの蓋の下方に位置する周壁で確実に支持することができる。
　また、本発明の簡易パレット部材によれば、輸送用ケースを載置する載置部と、該載置部から一体に下方に突出させて設けた接地部とを備え、輸送用ケースの下面に配置して用いられる簡易パレット部材において、前記載置部に、簡易パレット部材を輸送用ケースに固定するために使用する固定部材の係合部を形成するようにすることにより、簡易パレット部材同士が分離して輸送用ケースの下面に配置して用いられるフリーサイズパレットで、保管に大きなスペースを必要としないという利点を享有しながら、簡易パレット部材を輸送用ケースに固定するために使用する固定部材による簡易パレット部材の固定状態を安定させることができ、簡易パレット部材が外力を受けても輸送用ケースの下面から離脱することがないようにすることができる。
　また、本発明の簡易パレットによれば、上記の簡易パレット部材を組み合わせて使用するようにことにより、大きな輸送用ケースや重量のある輸送用ケースに配置した簡易パレット部材を介して、積載される輸送用ケースの荷重を、下の輸送用ケースの蓋の下方に位置する周壁で支持することができる。

　以下、本発明の簡易パレットの実施の形態を、図面に基づいて説明する。
　図１－１～図２－３に、本発明の簡易パレットの一実施例を示す。
　この簡易パレットは、図１－１～図１－３に示す、輸送用ケースの下面の四隅に配置して用いられる簡易パレット部材１と、図２－１～図２－３に示す、輸送用ケースの下面の縁部に配置して用いられる簡易パレット部材２とで構成される。
　簡易パレット部材１及び簡易パレット部材２は、ポリプロピレン樹脂、塩化ビニル樹脂等の適宜の合成樹脂を用いてそれぞれ一体成形で製造される。
　このうち、輸送用ケースの下面の四隅に配置して用いられる簡易パレット部材１は、輸送用ケースを載置する載置部１１と、この載置部１１から一体に下方に突出させて設けた接地部１２とを備え、載置部１１の角部の内法形状と、接地部１２の角部の外縁形状とが、平面視して一致するようにしている。
　また、輸送用ケースの下面の縁部に配置して用いられる簡易パレット部材２は、輸送用ケースを載置する載置部２１と、この載置部２１から一体に下方に突出させて設けた接地部２２とを備え、載置部２１の縁部側の内法形状と、接地部２２の縁部側の外縁形状とが、平面視して一致するようにしている。
　この場合において、簡易パレット部材１及び簡易パレット部材２の載置部１１、２１の輸送用ケースの載置面を、角部の隅側１１ａ又は縁部側２１ａが、内側１１ｂ、２１ｂより高いスロープ状に形成することが望ましい。
　角部の隅側１１ａ又は縁部側２１ａと、内側１１ｂ、２１ｂの高さの差は、１～数ｍｍ程度（本実施例においては、２ｍｍ）に設定するようにする。ここで、高さの差は、載置部１１、２１の肉厚を変化させることによって付けるようにしている。
　これにより、積載される輸送用ケースの荷重のうちの多くの部分を、角部の隅側又は縁部側で支持することで、接地部１２、２２の接地面の角部側又は縁部側の浮き上がり（簡易パレット部材１及び簡易パレット部材２の内側への傾斜）を防止し、積載される輸送用ケースの荷重を、簡易パレット部材１及び簡易パレット部材２を介して、下の輸送用ケースの蓋の下方に位置する周壁で支持することができる。
　簡易パレット部材１及び簡易パレット部材２の接地部１２、２２の接地面は、細かい凹凸模様の滑り止めを形成することが望ましい。
　これにより、輸送用ケースを安定して積載することができる。
　簡易パレット部材１及び簡易パレット部材２の載置部１１、２１の載置面の外側縁から周壁１３、２３を立ち上げるようにしている。
　これにより、輸送用ケースを載置部１１、２１の積載面に正確かつ安定して載置することができる。
　簡易パレット部材１及び簡易パレット部材２の載置部１１、２１、接地部１２、２２及び周壁１３、２３には、それぞれ補強リブを形成することが望ましい。
　そして、この簡易パレットは、図７に示す従来の簡易パレットと同様、簡易パレット部材１を、輸送用ケースの下面の四隅に配置し、必要に応じて、簡易パレット部材２を輸送用ケースの下面の縁部に配置するようにし、例えば、結束バンドで固定したり、両面粘着テープで接着、固定したり、あるいは、両者を併用することによって、輸送用ケース自体をパレットとして扱えるように、すなわち、簡易パレット部材１（簡易パレット部材２）の間にフォークリフト等のフォーク（ツメ）が挿入可能な空間を設けるようにして用いられる。
　この簡易パレットは、フリーサイズパレットで、保管に大きなスペースを必要としないという利点を享有しながら、積載される輸送用ケースの荷重を、簡易パレット部材１及び簡易パレット部材２を介して、下の輸送用ケースの蓋の下方に位置する周壁で支持するようにすることで、輸送用ケースが変形したり、破損することを防止できる。
　図３－１～図３－６に、本発明の輸送用ケースの下面の内側に配置して用いられる簡易パレット部材の第１実施例を示す。
　この簡易パレット部材３は、図７に示す従来の簡易パレットと同様、輸送用ケースＷ（図３－１～図３－６では図示省略。）の下面の内側（例えば、中央部に１箇所又は複数箇所。）に配置して用いられるもので、輸送用ケースを載置する載置部３１と、載置部３１から一体に下方に突出させて設けた接地部３２とを備え、載置部３１に、簡易パレット部材３を輸送用ケースに固定するために使用する固定部材の係合部として、固定部材としての結束バンドＢ（図３－１～図３－６では図示省略。）を挿通することで、結束バンドＢを係合する孔部３３を形成するようにしている。
　簡易パレット部材３は、ポリプロピレン樹脂、塩化ビニル樹脂等の適宜の合成樹脂を用いてそれぞれ一体成形で製造される。
　簡易パレット部材３の載置部３１に形成する孔部３３は、結束バンドＢをクロスして挿通、係合することができるように、載置部３１の接地部３２との縁に沿って、等角度間隔に４箇所、スリット状の孔を形成するようにする。
　また、輸送用ケースが当接する孔部３３の内周側の載置部３１と接地部３２の境界面には、結束バンドＢが収容される溝部３４を形成するようにする。これにより、孔部３３に挿通した結束バンドＢを、載置部３１から突出することなく、収容することができる。
　なお、結束バンドＢには、汎用の結束バンドを用いることができ、例えば、ＰＥＴ樹脂製の帯状の結束バンドを好適に用いることができる。
　簡易パレット部材３の接地部３２は、補強のためのリブ３２ａを備えるとともに、接地状態を安定させるために、底面に滑り止めの凹凸部３２ｂや窪み３２ｃを形成するようにする。
　そして、この簡易パレット部材３は、図７に示す従来の簡易パレットと同様、簡易パレット部材３を輸送用ケースＷの下面の内側（例えば、中央部に１箇所又は複数箇所。）に配置し（この場合、輸送用ケースＷの下面の四隅に配置する簡易パレット部材を併用する。）、結束バンドＢで固定する（この場合、さらに、載置部３１に両面粘着テープを配して、輸送用ケースＷの下面も接着、固定することもできる。）によって、輸送用ケース自体をパレットとして扱えるように、すなわち、簡易パレット部材の間にフォークリフト等のフォーク（ツメ）が挿入可能な空間を設けるようにして用いられる。
　これにより、この簡易パレット部材３によれば、簡易パレット部材３の載置部３１に、簡易パレット部材３を輸送用ケースに固定するために使用する固定部材の係合部として、固定部材としての結束バンドＢを挿通することで、結束バンドＢを係合する孔部３３を形成するようにすることにより、簡易パレット部材同士が分離して輸送用ケースＷの下面に配置して用いられるフリーサイズパレットで、保管に大きなスペースを必要としないという利点を享有しながら、簡易パレット部材３を輸送用ケースＷに固定するために使用する固定部材による簡易パレット部材３の固定状態を安定させることができ、簡易パレット部材３が外力を受けても輸送用ケースＷの下面から離脱することがないようにすることができる。
　図４－１～図４－３に、本発明の輸送用ケースの下面の内側に配置して用いられる簡易パレット部材の第２実施例を示す。
　この簡易パレット部材３は、上記第１実施例の簡易パレット部材３と同様、輸送用ケースＷ（図４－１～図４－３では図示省略。）の下面の内側（例えば、中央部に１箇所又は複数箇所。）に配置して用いられるもので、輸送用ケースを載置する載置部３１と、載置部３１から一体に下方に突出させて設けた接地部３２とを備え、載置部３１に、簡易パレット部材３を輸送用ケースに固定するために使用する固定部材の係合部として、固定部材としての結束バンドＢ（図４－１～図４－３では図示省略。）を挿通することで、結束バンドＢを係合する孔部３３を形成するようにしている。
　そして、本実施例の簡易パレット部材３は、載置部３１に、簡易パレット部材３を輸送用ケースに固定するために使用する固定部材の係合部として、さらに、固定部材としての接合用ねじＳを係合する孔部３５を形成するようにしている。
　簡易パレット部材３の載置部３１に形成する孔部３５は、接合用ねじＳを挿通、係合することができるように、載置部３１の中間部に、等角度間隔に２箇所（又は３箇所以上の複数箇所）、丸孔を形成するようにする。
　なお、接合用ねじＳには、汎用の接合用ねじを用いることができ、例えば、合成樹脂製の接合用ねじ、より具体的には、浅川組運輸社製の「エムネジ」（登録商標）を好適に用いることができる。
　この場合、載置部３１に簡易パレット部材３を輸送用ケースに固定するために使用する固定部材の係合部として形成する孔部３３は、省略することもできる。
　なお、本実施例の簡易パレット部材３のその他の構成及び作用は、上記第１実施例の簡易パレット部材３と同様である。
　図５－１～図５－５に、本発明の輸送用ケースの下面の内側に配置して用いられる簡易パレット部材の第３実施例を示す。
　この簡易パレット部材３は、上記第２実施例の簡易パレット部材３と同様、輸送用ケースＷ（図５－１～図５－５では図示省略。）の下面の内側（例えば、中央部に１箇所又は複数箇所。）に配置して用いられるもので、輸送用ケースを載置する載置部３１と、載置部３１から一体に下方に突出させて設けた接地部３２とを備え、載置部３１に、簡易パレット部材３を輸送用ケースに固定するために使用する固定部材の係合部として、固定部材としての接合用ねじＳを係合する孔部３５を形成するようにしている。
　そして、本実施例の簡易パレット部材３は、載置部３１に、簡易パレット部材３を輸送用ケースに固定するために使用する固定部材の係合部として、さらに、固定部材としての結束バンドＢ（図５－１～図５－５では図示省略。）を係合する突起部３６を形成するようにしている。
　簡易パレット部材３の載置部３１に形成する突起部３６は、結束バンドＢが載置部３１の下面からずれて外れないように、載置部３１の下面の周縁に沿って、１箇所（又は２箇所以上の複数箇所）、突出させて形成するようにする。
　なお、結束バンドＢには、汎用の結束バンドを用いることができ、例えば、ＰＥＴ樹脂製の帯状の結束バンドを好適に用いることができる。
　この場合、載置部３１に簡易パレット部材３を輸送用ケースに固定するために使用する固定部材の係合部として形成する孔部３５は、省略することもできる。
　なお、本実施例の簡易パレット部材３のその他の構成及び作用は、上記第１実施例及び第２実施例の簡易パレット部材３と同様である。
　図６－１～図６－６に、本発明の輸送用ケースの下面の内側に配置して用いられる簡易パレット部材の一実施例を示す。
　この簡易パレット部材２は、図７に示すような輸送用ケースＷ（図６－１～図６－６では図示省略。）の下面の縁部に配置して用いられるもので、輸送用ケースを載置する載置部２１と、載置部２１から一体に下方に突出させて設けた接地部２２と、載置部２１の載置面の外側縁から立ち上げた立壁２３とを備え、載置部２１に、簡易パレット部材２を輸送用ケースに固定するために使用する固定部材の係合部として、固定部材としての結束バンドＢ（図６－１～図６－６では図示省略。）を挿通することで、結束バンドＢを係合する孔部２４を形成するようにしている。
　簡易パレット部材２は、ポリプロピレン樹脂、塩化ビニル樹脂等の適宜の合成樹脂を用いてそれぞれ一体成形で製造される。
　簡易パレット部材３の載置部３１に形成する孔部２４は、結束バンドＢをクロスして挿通、係合することができるように、載置部２１の接地部２２との縁に沿って、等角度間隔に４箇所、スリット状の孔を形成するようにする。
　また、輸送用ケースが当接する孔部２４の内周側の載置部２１と接地部２２の境界面には、結束バンドＢが収容される溝部２５を形成するようにする。これにより、孔部２４に挿通した結束バンドＢを、載置部２１から突出することなく、収容することができる。
　なお、結束バンドＢには、汎用の結束バンドを用いることができ、例えば、ＰＥＴ樹脂製の帯状の結束バンドを好適に用いることができる。
　簡易パレット部材２の接地部２２は、必要に応じて、補強のためのリブ（図示省略）を備えるとともに、接地状態を安定させるために、底面に滑り止めの凹凸部２２ｂや窪み２２ｃを形成するようにする。
　そして、この簡易パレット部材２は、簡易パレット部材２を輸送用ケースＷの下面の縁部（例えば、中央部に１箇所又は複数箇所。）に配置し（この場合、輸送用ケースＷの下面の四隅に配置する簡易パレット部材や、さらに必要に応じて、上記簡易パレット部材３を併用する。）、結束バンドＢで固定する（この場合、さらに、載置部３１に両面粘着テープを配して、輸送用ケースＷの下面も接着、固定することもできる。）によって、輸送用ケース自体をパレットとして扱えるように、すなわち、簡易パレット部材の間にフォークリフト等のフォーク（ツメ）が挿入可能な空間を設けるようにして用いられる。
　これにより、この簡易パレット部材２によれば、簡易パレット部材２の載置部２１に、簡易パレット部材２を輸送用ケースに固定するために使用する固定部材の係合部として、固定部材としての結束バンドＢを挿通することで、結束バンドＢを係合する孔部２４を形成するようにすることにより、簡易パレット部材同士が分離して輸送用ケースＷの下面に配置して用いられるフリーサイズパレットで、保管に大きなスペースを必要としないという利点を享有しながら、簡易パレット部材２を輸送用ケースＷに固定するために使用する固定部材による簡易パレット部材２の固定状態を安定させることができ、簡易パレット部材２が外力を受けても輸送用ケースＷの下面から離脱することがないようにすることができる。
　以上、本発明の簡易パレット部材について、輸送用ケースの下面の四隅、内側及び縁部に配置して用いられる簡易パレット部材の実施例に基づいて説明したが、本発明は上記実施例に記載した構成に限定されるものではなく、各実施例に記載した構成を適宜組み合わせて適用できる等、その趣旨を逸脱しない範囲において適宜その構成を変更することができるものである。
　本発明の簡易パレットは、フリーサイズパレットであるという利点を享有しながら、積載される輸送用ケースの荷重を支持しやすくすることで、輸送用ケースが変形したり、破損することを防止できる等の特性を有していることから、フリーサイズパレットの用途に好適に用いることができる。

Claims (7)

  1. 　輸送用ケースを載置する載置部と、該載置部から一体に下方に突出させて設けた接地部とを備え、輸送用ケースの下面の四隅に配置して用いられる簡易パレット部材において、載置部の角部の内法形状と、接地部の角部の外縁形状とが、平面視して一致するようにしたこと特徴とする簡易パレット部材。
  2. 　前記載置部の輸送用ケースの載置面を、角部の隅側が高いスロープ状に形成してなること特徴とする請求項１に記載の簡易パレット部材。
  3. 　輸送用ケースを載置する載置部と、該載置部から一体に下方に突出させて設けた接地部とを備え、輸送用ケースの下面に配置して用いられる簡易パレット部材において、前記載置部に、簡易パレット部材を輸送用ケースに固定するために使用する固定部材の係合部を形成するようにしたこと特徴とする簡易パレット部材。
  4. 　前記固定部材の係合部が、簡易パレット部材を輸送用ケースに固定するために使用する結束バンドを挿通することで、該結束バンドを係合する孔部からなること特徴とする請求項３に記載の簡易パレット部材。
  5. 　前記固定部材の係合部が、簡易パレット部材を輸送用ケースに固定するために使用する結束バンドを掛け止めすることで、該結束バンドを係合する突起部からなること特徴とする請求項３に記載の簡易パレット部材。
  6. 　前記固定部材の係合部が、簡易パレット部材を輸送用ケースに固定するために使用する接合用ねじを係合する孔部からなること特徴とする請求項３に記載の簡易パレット部材。
  7. 　請求項１又は２に記載の簡易パレット部材と、請求項３、４、５又は６に記載の簡易パレット部材とを組み合わせて使用するようにしたことを特徴とする簡易パレット。
