Description

二軸ガスタービン発電設備
 本発明は、二軸ガスタービンと発電機とを備える二軸ガスタービン発電設備に関する。
 本願は、2016年8月31日に日本に出願された特願2016-169765号について優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
 二軸ガスタービン発電設備としては、例えば、以下の特許文献1に記載されている設備がある。この二軸ガスタービン発電設備は、二軸ガスタービンと、発電機と、モータと、周波数変換器と、を備える。特許文献1に記載されている二軸ガスタービン設備では、圧縮機ロータとモータのモータロータとを、必要に応じて減速機を介して機械的に連結している。
 二軸ガスタービンは、空気を圧縮して圧縮空気を生成する圧縮機と、圧縮空気中で燃料を燃焼させて燃焼ガスを生成する燃焼器と、燃焼ガスで駆動する高圧タービンと、高圧タービンから排気された排気ガスで駆動する低圧タービンと、を備える。高圧タービンのロータと圧縮機ロータと互いに機械的に連結されている。また、低圧タービンのロータと発電機のロータとは、互いに機械的に連結されている。但し、高圧タービンのロータと低圧タービンのロータとは、機械的に連結されていない。また、前述したように、減速機を介して、圧縮機ロータとモータのモータロータとを機械的に連結する場合、この減速機は、モータロータの回転速度を圧縮機ロータの回転速度よりも低くする役目を担う。このように、減速機を用いてモータロータの回転速度を抑えることで、モータとして汎用モータを用いることができ、設備コストを抑えることができる。
 二軸ガスタービン発電設備に対する要求出力が急激に増加した場合、燃焼器に供給する燃料の流量を増加させて、発電機の出力を高めても、要求出力の急増に対して発電機出力が追従できない場合がある。そこで、特許文献1に記載の技術では、モータを一時的に発電機として利用し、モータで発電された電力で、要求出力に対する発電機出力の不足分をモータからの出力で補う。また、二軸ガスタービン発電設備に対する要求出力が急激に減少した場合、燃焼器に供給する燃料の流量を減少させて、発電機の出力を低めても、要求出力の急減に対して発電機出力が追従できない場合がある。そこで、特許文献1に記載の技術では、要求出力に対する発電機出力の余剰分を、外部系統を介してモータに与える。よって、特許文献1に記載の技術では、モータが圧縮機側からトルクを受ける場合と、モータが圧縮機側にトルクを与える場合とがある。すなわち、特許文献1に記載の技術では、要求出力の急増や急減等の場合に、モータと圧縮機との間でのトルク伝達の向きが変わる。

 減速機は、一般的に複数のギアを備えている。互いに噛み合う一対のギア間には、バックラッシと呼ばれる隙間がある。上記特許文献1に記載の二軸ガスタービン設備が減速機を備え、仮に、この減速機が複数の平歯車を有している場合、モータと圧縮機との間でのトルク伝達の向きが変わったとき、バックラッシの存在により、トルク伝達の応答性が低下する。ガスタービン発電設備の分野では、要求出力の急変時における応答性の確保が重要な課題である。
 そこで、本発明は、モータに求められる許容最高回転速度を抑えつつも、トルク伝達の向きが変わったときのトルク伝達の遅れを最小限に抑えることができる二軸ガスタービン発電設備を提供することを目的とする。
 上記目的を達成するための発明に係る一態様としての二軸ガスタービン発電設備は、圧縮機ロータを有し、前記圧縮機ロータの回転で空気を圧縮して圧縮空気を生成する圧縮機と、前記圧縮空気中で燃料を燃焼させて燃焼ガスを生成する燃焼器と、前記圧縮機ロータと機械的に連結されている高圧タービンロータを有し、前記燃焼ガスで前記高圧タービンロータが回転する高圧タービンと、前記高圧タービンロータに連結されていない低圧タービンロータを有し、前記高圧タービンから排気された前記燃焼ガスで前記低圧タービンロータが回転する低圧タービンと、前記低圧タービンロータの回転で発電し、交流電力が流れる外部系統と電気的に接続されている発電機と、前記発電機と並列に前記外部系統と電気的に接続され、前記外部系統に電力を送受電する誘導モータと、電気的接続関係で前記誘導モータと前記外部系統との間に設けられて、前記誘導モータと前記外部系統との間での電力の送受電を制御すると共に、前記誘導モータからの電力を外部系統側へ送電させる際には、前記誘導モータからの電力の周波数を前記外部系統の周波数に変換し、前記外部系統側からの電力を受電して前記誘導モータに供給させる際には、前記外部系統からの電力の周波数を前記誘導モータの周波数に変換する周波数変換器と、前記誘導モータのモータロータの回転速度を前記圧縮機ロータの回転速度よりも低くする減速機と、を備える。前記減速機は、前記圧縮機ロータと機械的に連結されている圧縮機側軸と、前記圧縮機側軸に対して間隔をあけて平行に配置され、前記モータロータと機械的に連結されているモータ側軸と、前記圧縮機側軸に取り付けられて前記圧縮機側軸と一体回転する第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギアと、前記モータ側軸に取り付けられて前記モータ側軸と一体回転し、前記第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギアと噛み合っている第一モータ側ヘリカルギアと、前記圧縮機側軸に取り付けられて前記圧縮機側軸と一体回転する第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギアと、前記モータ側軸に取り付けられて前記モータ側軸と一体回転し、前記第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギアと噛み合っている第二モータ側ヘリカルギアと、を有する。
 当該二軸ガスタービン発電設備では、減速機のギアとしてヘリカルギアを用いているので、例えば、減速機のギアとして平歯車を用いる場合よりも、圧縮機側軸とモータ側軸との間でトルク伝達の向きが変わったときの圧縮機側のギアとモータ側のギアとが接触するまでの時間を短くすることができる。よって、当該二軸ガスタービン発電設備では、トルク伝達の向きが変わったときのトルク伝達の遅れを最小限に抑えることができる。
 ここで、前記二軸ガスタービン発電設備において、前記誘導モータは、前記高圧タービンロータについて予め定められた定格回転速度に前記減速機による減速比を掛けて得られる回転速度を含む回転速度域で、回転速度の変化に対してモータ出力が単調増加又は単調減少する特性を持つモータであってもよい。
 当該二軸ガスタービン発電設備では、誘導モータを発電機として機能させている状態とモータとして機能させている状態との間で機能切替を行う際のモータ出力の管理を容易に行うことができる。
 また、前記二軸ガスタービン発電設備において、前記高圧タービンロータの前記定格回転速度は、4000rpm~7000rpmであってもよい。
 また、以上のいずれかの前記二軸ガスタービン発電設備において、前記減速機の減速比は、9/10~1/5であってもよい。また、以上のいずれかの前記二軸ガスタービン発電設備において、前記減速機の減速比は、前記モータロータの回転速度を発電機の回転速度にする減速比であってもよい。
 また、以上のいずれかの前記二軸ガスタービン発電設備において、前記第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギアの歯すじのねじれの向きに対して、前記第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギアの歯すじのねじれの向きが逆向きであってもよい。
 当該二軸ガスタービン発電設備では、第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギアと第一モータ側ヘリカルギアとの間で生じたスラスト力の少なくとも一部を、第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギアと第二モータ側ヘリカルギアとの間で生じたスラスト力で打ち消すことができる。
 また、以上のいずれかの前記二軸ガスタービン発電設備において、前記第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギアの歯数に対して、前記第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギアの歯数が異なってもよい。
 当該二軸ガスタービン発電設備では、トルク伝達の向きが変わったときのトルク伝達の遅れをより抑えることができる。
 また、以上のいずれかの前記二軸ガスタービン発電設備において、前記減速機は、前記第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア及び前記第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギアを前記圧縮機側軸に対して、相対回転不能に取り付け且つ前記圧縮機側軸が延びているスラスト方向に相対移動可能に取り付ける圧縮機側連結具と、前記第一モータ側ヘリカルギア及び前記第二モータ側ヘリカルギアを前記モータ側軸に対して、相対回転不能に取り付け且つ前記モータ側軸が延びているスラスト方向に相対移動可能に取り付けるモータ側連結具とのうち、一方の連結具を有してもよい。
 当該二軸ガスタービン発電設備では、圧縮機側軸のスラスト方向の移動に対して、モータ側軸及びモータロータのスラスト方向の移動を抑えることができる。
 また、以上のいずれかの前記二軸ガスタービン発電設備において、前記圧縮機ロータと前記圧縮機側軸とを機械的に連結するカップリングを備え、前記カップリングは、前記圧縮機ロータのスラスト方向と前記圧縮機ロータのラジアル方向とのうち、少なくとも一方向における前記圧縮機ロータの変位を吸収する変位吸収部を有してもよい。
 当該二軸ガスタービン発電設備では、圧縮機ロータの端部がスラスト方向又はラジアル方向に変位しても、この変位をカップリングにより吸収することができる。
 また、前記カップリングは、ダイヤフラムカップリングであってもよい。
 本発明の一態様によれば、モータに求められる許容最高回転速度を抑えつつも、トルク伝達の向きが変わったときのトルク伝達の遅れを最小限に抑えることができる。

 以下、本発明に係る二軸ガスタービン発電設備の一実施形態について、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
 本実施形態の二軸ガスタービン発電設備は、図1に示すように、二軸ガスタービン10と、発電機21と、誘導モータ22と、誘導モータ22と外部系統1との間での電力の送受電を制御する周波数変換器24と、減速機40と、制御装置50と、を備える。
 二軸ガスタービン10は、空気Aを圧縮して圧縮空気を生成する圧縮機11と、圧縮空気中で燃料Fを燃焼させて燃焼ガスを生成する燃焼器12と、燃焼器12に供給する燃料Fの流量を調節する燃料調節弁15と、燃焼器12からの燃焼ガスで駆動する高圧タービン13と、高圧タービン13から排気された燃焼ガスで駆動する低圧タービン14と、を備える。
 圧縮機11は、第一軸線A1を中心として回転する圧縮機ロータ11rと、この圧縮機ロータ11rを覆う圧縮機ケーシング11cと、を有する。高圧タービン13は、第一軸線A1を中心として回転する高圧タービンロータ13rと、この高圧タービンロータ13rを覆う高圧タービンケーシング13cと、を有する。圧縮機ロータ11r及び高圧タービンロータ13rは、いずれも、第一軸線A1上に位置し、互いに連結されて第一ロータ17を構成する。低圧タービン14は、第二軸線A2を中心として回転する低圧タービンロータ14rと、低圧タービンロータ14rを覆う低圧タービンケーシング14cと、を有する。燃焼器12は、燃料供給源と燃料ライン16で接続されている。この燃料ライン16には、燃料調節弁15が設けられている。
 誘導モータ22は、第一軸線A1と平行な第三軸線A3を中心として回転するモータロータ22rと、モータロータ22rを覆うモータケーシング22cと、を有する。モータロータ22rは、減速機40を介して、圧縮機ロータ11rと機械的に連結されている。
 減速機40は、圧縮機ロータ11rの回転速度よりもモータロータ22rの回転速度を低くする。具体的には、減速機40は、圧縮機ロータ11r及び高圧タービンロータ13rの定格回転数が4000rpm~7000rpmの場合、例えば、この定格回転数に対してモータロータ22rの回転速度を3600rpm~1600rpm程度にする。よって、この減速機40の減速比は、例えば、9/10~1/5程度である。
 減速機40は、圧縮機側軸41と、モータ側軸42と、第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43と、第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45と、第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギア44と、第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46と、を有する。圧縮機側軸41は、第一ダイヤフラムカップリング25を介して、圧縮機ロータ11rと機械的に連結されている。この圧縮機側軸41は、圧縮機ロータ11rの延長線上に位置し、実質的に第一軸線A1を中心として回転する。モータ側軸42は、モータロータ22rに直結されている。このモータ側軸42は、モータロータ22rの延長線上に位置し、第三軸線A3を中心として回転する。よって、このモータ側軸42は、圧縮機側軸41に対して間隔をあけて平行に配置されている。第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43及び第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギア44は、いずれも、圧縮機側軸41に取り付けられて圧縮機側軸41と一体回転する。第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45及び第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46は、いずれも、モータ側軸42に取り付けられてモータ側軸42と一体回転する。第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43は、第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45と噛み合っている。また、第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギア44は、第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46と噛み合っている。
 発電機21は、第二軸線A2を中心として回転する発電機ロータ21rと、発電機ロータ21rを覆う発電機ケーシング21cと、を有する。この発電機21は、同期発電機である。この発電機21の定格回転速度は、例えば、3000rpm又は3600rpmである。この減速機40は、発電機21の回転速度が定格回転速度の場合、モータロータ22rの回転速度を同期発電機21の定格回転数(3000rpm又は3600rpm)程度にする。発電機ロータ21r及び低圧タービンロータ14rは、いずれも、第二軸線A2上に位置し、第二ダイヤフラムカップリング26を介して互いに連結されて、第二ロータ18を構成する。この第二ロータ18は、第一ロータ17に連結されていない。このため、第二ロータ18は、第一ロータ17の回転とは独立して回転することが可能である。
 発電機21は、主電力経路31により外部系統1と電気的に接続されている。この主電力経路31には、変圧器32及び遮断器33が設けられている。誘導モータ22は、発電機21と並列に、副電力経路34により外部系統1と電気的に接続されている。この副電力経路34には、周波数変換器24、変圧器35及び遮断器36が設けられている変圧器35及び遮断器36は、周波数変換器24よりも外部系統1側に設けられている。
 周波数変換器24は、誘導モータ22からの電力を外部系統1側へ送電させる際、誘導モータ22からの電力の周波数を外部系統1の周波数に変換する。また、この周波数変換器24は、外部系統1側からの電力を受電して誘導モータ22に供給させる際、外部系統1の電力の周波数を誘導モータ22の周波数に変換する。よって、誘導モータ22は、第一ロータ17を回転させるモータとしての機能と、発電機としての機能とを担っている。このため、誘導モータ22は、モータとしての機能を担っている状態から発電機としての機能を担う状態に切り替えられると共に、発電機としての機能を担っている状態からモータとしての機能を担う状態に切り替えられる。このように、機能切替がある誘導モータ22では、切替時におけるモータ出力がモータ回転速度の変化に対してリニアに変化する方がモータ出力管理の上で好ましい。誘導モータ22の機能切替は、発電機21が外部系統1に電力を送っているモード(以下、このモードを発電モードという)のときに生じる。そこで、本実施形態では、誘導モータ22として、発電モードにおける誘導モータ22の回転速度範囲で、モータ回転速度の変化に対してモータ出力が単調減少する、又はモータ出力が単調増加する特性のモータを用いている。具体的に、発電モードにおいて、圧縮機ロータ11rの回転速度が6000rpm程度で、そのときのモータロータ22rの回転速度が例えば3000rpm程度である場合、3000rpm±20%の回転速度範囲で、モータ回転速度の変化に対してモータ出力が単調に減少、又は単調に増加する特性のモータを用いることが好ましい。
 制御装置50は、各種計器からの出力や外部からの各種情報等を受け付ける受付部51と、各種判断を行う判断部52と、燃料調節弁15の開度を制御する燃料制御部54と、周波数変換器24を制御する変換制御部53と、を有する。
 制御装置50は、コンピュータで構成される。受付部51及び各制御部53,54は、コンピュータの入出力インタフェースと、各種演算を行うCPUと、CPUが実行するプログラムが格納されているメモリ等で構成される。判断部52は、コンピュータのCPU及びメモリ等で構成される。
 ヘリカルギアは、図2に示すように、このヘリカルギアの軸線に対して歯すじが斜めにねじって形成されたギアである。第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43と噛み合っている第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45の歯すじのねじれの向きは、第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43の歯すじのねじれの向きと逆向きである。また、第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギア44と噛み合っている第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46の歯すじのねじれの向きは、第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギア44の歯すじのねじれの向きと逆向きである。また、第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギア44の歯すじのねじれの向きは、第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43の歯すじのねじれの向きと逆向きである。よって、第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46の歯すじのねじれの向きは、第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45の歯すじのねじれの向きと逆向きである。但し、4つのヘリカルギアの歯すじのねじれ角度は、互いに同一である。
 第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギア44の歯数は、第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43の歯数と同じである。第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46の歯数は、第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45の歯数と同じである。なお、圧縮機ロータ11rの回転速度が6000rpm程度で、モータロータ22rの回転速度を3000rpm程度にする場合、第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45の歯数は、第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43の歯数の2倍程度あり、第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46の歯数は、第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギア44の歯数の2倍程度ある。
 第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45及び第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46の軸挿通孔の内周面には、第三軸線A3に対して径方向外側に向かって凹み、軸線方向に延びるキー溝45cが形成されている。また、モータ側軸42の外周面には、第三軸線A3に対して径方向内側に向って凹み、軸線方向に延びるキー溝42cが形成されている。第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45のキー溝45c、第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46のキー溝45c、及びモータ側軸42のキー溝42cには、一つのキー(モータ側連結具)47が挿入されている。このキー構造により、第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45及び第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46は、いずれも、モータ側軸42に対して相対回転不能で且つ第三軸線A3が延びている軸線方向(スラスト方向)に相対移動可能に、モータ側軸42に取り付けられている。なお、本実施形態では、第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46は、第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45に対して、軸線方向に相対移動不能に連結されている。
 第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43及び第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギア44は、いずれも、圧縮機側軸41に対して相対回転不能で且つ第一軸線A1が延びている軸線方向に相対移動不能に、圧縮機側軸41に取り付けられている。第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43及び第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギア44を以上のように圧縮機側軸41に取り付けるためには、例えば、前述のキー構造を採用すると共に、抜け止めナット等を圧縮機側軸41に捩じ込む方法等がある。
 第一ダイヤフラムカップリング25及び第二ダイヤフラムカップリング26は、いずれも、図6に示すように、一対のフランジ25fと、センターチューブ25cと、を有する。センターチューブ25cは、一対のフランジ25f間に配置され、一対のフランジ25fを相互に連結する。このセンターチューブ(変位吸収部)25cは、ねじれ剛性が高い一方で、曲げ、圧縮に対して柔らかい構造物である。このため、減速機40の圧縮機側軸41と圧縮機ロータ11rとを第一ダイヤフラムカップリング25を用いて連結すると、圧縮機側軸41のトルクを実質的に無駄なく圧縮機ロータ11rに伝達することができる。また、圧縮機ロータ11rが熱伸びして、圧縮機ロータ11rの端の位置が変位した場合、又は圧縮機ロータ11rに対して圧縮機側軸41がラジアル方向にズレている場合、この第一ダイヤフラムカップリング25により、これらの変位等を吸収することができる。また、第二ロータ18と発電機ロータ21rとを第二ダイヤフラムカップリング26を用いて連結すると、第二ロータ18のトルクを実質的に無駄なく発電機ロータ21rに伝達することができる。また、第二ロータ18が熱伸びして、第二ロータ18の端の位置が変位した場合、又は第二ロータ18に対して発電機ロータ21rがラジアル方向にズレている場合、この第二ダイヤフラムカップリング26により、これらの変位等を吸収することができる。
 なお、ここでは、ダイヤフラムカップリグを用いているが、軸又はロータの伸びや、軸又はロータのズレ等を吸収することができるカップリングであれば、特にダイヤプラムカップリングでなくてもよい。
 次に、以上で説明した二軸ガスタービン発電設備の動作について説明する。
 図1に示すように、二軸ガスタービン10の圧縮機11は、空気Aを圧縮し、圧縮した空気Aを燃焼器12に供給する。燃焼器12には、圧縮された空気Aの他、燃料Fも供給される。燃焼器12内では、圧縮された空気A中で燃料Fが燃焼して、高温高圧の燃焼ガスが生成される。この燃焼ガスは、燃焼器12から高圧タービンケーシング13c内に送られ、高圧タービンロータ13rを回転させる。この高圧タービン13で発生した回転駆動力は、圧縮機ロータ11rの回転に利用される。高圧タービンロータ13rを回転させた燃焼ガスは、高圧タービンケーシング13cから排気され、低圧タービンケーシング14c内に流入する。この燃焼ガスは、低圧タービンロータ14rを回転させる。この低圧タービンロータ14rの回転で、この低圧タービンロータ14rと連結されている発電機ロータ21rも回転する。この結果、発電機21は発電する。発電機21からの電力は、主電力経路31を経て、外部系統1に送られる。
 制御装置50の受付部51に起動指令が入力されると、制御装置50の変換制御部53は、二軸ガスタービン10が発電モードに移行するまで、例えば、予め定められた起動パターンで、周波数変換器24を制御する。また、制御装置50の燃料制御部54は、二軸ガスタービン10が発電モードに移行するまで、例えば、予め定められた起動パターンで、燃料調節弁15の開度を制御する。
 具体的に、変換制御部53は、周波数変換器24に、外部系統1から電力を受電させ、この電力を誘導モータ22に送らせる。この際、周波数変換器24は、変換制御部53からの指示に従い、誘導モータ22に送る電力の周波数を徐々に上げる。この結果、二軸ガスタービン10の第一ロータ17が回転し始め、この第一ロータ17の回転速度が徐々に高まる。第一ロータ17の回転速度が所定の回転速度以上になると、燃料制御部54は、燃料調節弁15を開け、この燃料調節弁15の開度を徐々に大きくする。この結果、燃焼器12への燃料供給が開始され、燃焼器12への燃料供給量が次第に増加する。この際、圧縮機ロータ11rも所定の回転速度以上で回転しているため、圧縮機11は、空気Aを圧縮し、圧縮空気を燃焼器12に供給する。圧縮機ロータ11rの回転速度の高まりに伴って、この圧縮空気の圧力が高まると共に、燃焼器12に供給される圧縮空気の流量も増加する。燃焼器12内では、圧縮空気中で燃料Fが燃焼して、高温高圧の燃焼ガスが生成される。この燃焼ガスは、燃焼器12から高圧タービンケーシング13c内に送られ、高圧タービンロータ13rを回転させる。この高圧タービン13で発生した回転駆動力は、圧縮機ロータ11rの回転に利用される。高圧タービンロータ13rを回転させた燃焼ガスは、高圧タービンケーシング13cから排気され、低圧タービンケーシング14c内に流入する。この燃焼ガスは、低圧タービンロータ14rを回転させる。
 燃料供給量の増加に伴って、燃焼器12での燃焼ガスの発生量が増加し、高圧タービンロータ13rの回転速度が高まると、高圧タービンロータ13r及び圧縮機ロータ11rを含む第一ロータ17が自立回転できるようになる。この状態になると、外部系統1から誘導モータ22への電力供給が終了する。その後も、燃料供給量が増加し、第一ロータ17及び第二ロータ18の回転速度がさらに高まる。第二ロータ18の回転速度、すなわち、低圧タービンロータ14rの回転速度及び発電機ロータ21rの回転速度が、例えば、3000rpmに達すると、遮断器33が閉じ、発電機21が外部系統1に併入される。この結果、発電機ロータ21rの回転で発生した電力は、外部系統1へ送られる。
 発電機21が外部系統1に併入されると、二軸ガスタービン10の起動モードが終了し、発電モードに移行する。
 発電モードでは、制御装置50は、基本的に、外部からの要求出力DP等に応じて、周波数変換器24及び燃料調節弁15等を制御する。
 二軸ガスタービン10の出力変化率、つまり発電機21の出力変化率に対して、高圧タービン13及び低圧タービン14の保護等の観点から最大出力変化率dGPmaxが定められている。なお、ここでの出力変化率とは、出力の単位時間当たりの変化量である。この最大出力変化率dGPmaxには、出力が増加する際の正の最大出力変化率dGPmaxと、出力が低下する際の負の最大出力変化率dGPmaxとがある。また、要求出力変化率dDPにも、要求出力DPが増加する際の正の要求出力変化率dDPと、要求出力DPが低下する際の負の要求出力変化率dDPとがある。
 要求出力変化率dDPが0の場合、つまり要求出力DPが変化しない場合、燃料制御部54は、発電機出力GPが要求出力DPに合った出力になるよう、燃料流量を定め、この燃料流量に応じた開度を燃料調節弁15に指示する。要求出力変化率dDPの絶対値が発電機21の最大出力変化率dGPmaxの絶対値以下の場合、燃料制御部54は、発電機出力GPの変化率が要求出力変化率dDPに合うよう、燃料流量を定め、この燃料流量に応じた開度を燃料調節弁15に指示する。要求出力変化率dDPの絶対値が発電機21の最大出力変化率dGPmaxの絶対値より大きい場合、燃料制御部54は、発電機出力GPの変化率が発電機出力GPの最大出力変化率dGPmaxに合うよう、燃料流量を定め、この燃料流量に応じた開度を燃料調節弁15に指示する。但し、燃料制御部54は、要求出力変化率dDPの絶対値と発電機21の最大出力変化率dGPmaxの絶対値との大小関係を比較せずに、まず、発電機出力GPが要求出力DPにあった出力になるよう、燃料流量を定める。燃料制御部54は、その後、この燃料流量の変化率に制限をかけ、制限された燃料流量に応じた開度を燃料調節弁15に指示する。
 制御装置50の判断部52は、要求出力変化率dDPの絶対値が発電機21の最大出力変化率dGPmaxの絶対値より大きいか否かを判断する。判断部52は、要求出力変化率dDPの絶対値が発電機21の最大出力変化率dGPmaxの絶対値より大きいと判断すると、判断部52は、受付部51が受け付けた要求出力DPの変化率dDPが正であるか否か、つまり要求出力DPが急増か急減かを判断し、この結果を変換制御部53に通知する。
 要求出力DPが急増である場合、変換制御部53は、周波数変換器24により、誘導モータ22からの電力MPを外部系統1に送電させる。この際、変換制御部53は、図7に示すように、要求出力DPの受付後の各時刻における発電機出力GPと、同時刻における誘導モータ22から外部系統1へ送電する電力MPとを加算した値(=GP+MP)が、同時刻における要求出力DPになるよう、周波数変換器24により、誘導モータ22から外部系統1に送電する電力MPを制御させる。このため、要求出力DPが急増である場合、誘導モータ22から外部系統1へ送電する電力MPは、当初、時間経過に伴って増加する。誘導モータ22が送受電する電力MPのエネルギー源は、第一ロータ17及びこの第一ロータ17に機械的に連結されている回転系の回転慣性エネルギーである。このため、誘導モータ22が送受電する電力量には限度がある。よって、誘導モータ22から外部系統1へ送電する電力MPは、当初増加し、誘導モータ22の最大許容出力MPmaxになった後、減少する。
 このように、要求出力DPの急増に対して発電機出力GPが追従できない場合、本実施形態では、誘導モータ22を一時的に発電機として利用し、誘導モータ22で発電された電力MPで、要求出力DPに対する発電機出力GPの不足分を誘導モータ22からの電力MPで補う。
 要求出力DPが急減である場合、変換制御部53は、周波数変換器24により、外部系統1から受電した電力MPを誘導モータ22へ供給させる。この際、変換制御部53は、要求出力DPの受付後の各時刻における発電機出力GPと、同時刻における外部系統1から受電し誘導モータ22へ供給する電力(この場合、電力値は負の値である)MPとを加算した値(=GP+MP(<0))が、同時刻における要求出力DPになるよう、周波数変換器24により、誘導モータ22に供給する電力MPを制御させる。このため、要求出力DPが急減である場合、外部系統1から受電し誘導モータ22へ供給する電力MPは、当初増加し、誘導モータ22の最大許容出力MPmaxになった後、減少する。
 このように、要求出力DPの急減に対して発電機出力GPが追従できない場合、本実施形態では、外部系統1からの電力MPを誘導モータ22に供給し、要求出力DPに対する発電機出力GPの余剰分を、外部系統1を介して誘導モータ22に与える。
 以上のように、本実施形態では、誘導モータ22が圧縮機側からトルクを受ける場合と、誘導モータ22が圧縮機側にトルクを与える場合とがある。すなわち、本実施形態では、誘導モータ22と圧縮機との間でのトルク伝達の向きが変わる。
 本実施形態では、誘導モータ22の許容最高回転速度を抑えるために、誘導モータ22と圧縮機11との間に減速機40を介在させている。減速機における互いに噛み合う一対のギア間には、バックラッシと呼ばれる隙間がある。仮に、減速機が複数の平歯車を備えている場合、誘導モータ22と圧縮機11との間でのトルク伝達の向かが変わったとき、バックラッシの存在により、トルク伝達の応答性が低下する。
 本実施形態の減速機40は、複数のギアとして、ヘリカルギアを用いている。互いに噛み合っている一対のヘリカルギアとは、図3及び図4に示すように、常に、各ヘリカルギアの中心軸線を含む仮想平面VP内で点接触している。すなわち、本実施形態において、第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43の複数の歯面のうち、仮想平面VPを横切る歯面の一点と、第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45の複数の歯面のうち、仮想平面VPを横切る歯面の一点とが常に点接触している。
 仮に、第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43から第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45へトルクを伝達しているとする。そして、第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43の複数の歯のうちの第一歯(以下、第一圧縮機側歯とする)43t1が第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45の複数の歯のうちの第一歯(以下、第一モータ側歯とする)45t1と第二歯(以下、第二モータ側歯とする)45t2との間に位置しているとする。さらに、第一圧縮機側歯43t1の回転側歯面43t1aの一点と第二モータ側歯45t2の反回転側歯面45t2bの一点とが、共に仮想平面VP上に位置し、互いに接触しているとする。この場合、第一圧縮機側歯43t1の反回転側歯面43t1bと第一モータ側歯45t1の回転側歯面45t1aとの間にバックラッシと呼ばれる隙間G0が存在する。
 以上の場合、第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43と第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45とは、第一圧縮機側歯43t1の回転側歯面45t1aと第二モータ側歯45t2の反回転側歯面45t2bとの接触点CPを除いて接触していない。よって、以上の場合、図3及び図5に示すように、第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45の複数の歯のうち、仮想平面VP内で接触点CPから、軸線方向にズレた位置に存在する第x歯(以下、第xモータ側歯とする)45txは、第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43のいずれの歯とも接触していない。ここで、第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45の複数の歯のうち、第xモータ側歯45txに対して反回転側に隣接している歯を第(x-1)モータ側歯45t(x-1)とし、第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43の複数の歯のうち、第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45の第xモータ側歯45txと第(x-1)モータ側歯45t(x-1)との間に存在する歯を第(x-1)圧縮機側歯43t(x-1)とする。第xモータ側歯45txの反回転側歯面45txbと第(x-1)圧縮機側歯43t(x-1)の回転側歯面43t(x-1)aとの間には、隙間が存在する。さらに、第(x-1)圧縮機側歯43t(x-1)の反回転側歯面43t(x-1)bと第(x-1)モータ側歯45t(x-1)の回転側歯面45t(x-1)aとの間にも隙間G1が存在する。これらの隙間G1寸法は、前述のバックラッシG0の寸法よりも小さい。
 以上の状態のときに、トルク伝達の向きが第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45から第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43へ変わったとする。第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45から第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43へトルクを伝達する場合、第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45の回転側歯面45taと第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43の反回転側歯面43tbとが点接触することになる。すなわち、第(x-1)モータ側歯45t(x-1)の回転側歯面45t(x-1)aと第(x-1)圧縮機側歯43t(x-1)の反回転側歯面43t(x-1)bとが点接触することになる。前述したように、トルク伝達の向きが変わる直前において、第(x-1)圧縮機側歯43t(x-1)の反回転側歯面43t(x-1)bと第(x-1)モータ側歯45t(x-1)の回転側歯面45t(x-1)aとの間の隙間G1寸法は、バックラッシG0の寸法よりも小さい。このため、第(x-1)圧縮機側歯43t(x-1)の反回転側歯面43t(x-1)bと第(x-1)モータ側歯45t(x-1)の回転側歯面45t(x-1)aとが接触するまでの時間は短くなる。
 よって、本実施形態では、トルク伝達の向きが変わったときのトルク伝達の遅れを最小限に抑えることができる。
 ところで、ヘリカルギアは、前述したように、軸線に対して歯すじが斜めにねじって形成されたギアである。このため、互いに噛み合っている一対のヘリカルギア間には、図3に示すように、軸線に対して・BR>X斜した力Fが作用する。よって、一対のヘリカルギア間には、この力の分力のうち、軸線方向の力、つまりスラスト力が作用する。ヘリカルギアが設けられている軸を受ける軸受は、一対のヘリカルギア間に作用するスラスト力を受ける必要がある。
 本実施形態では、互いに噛み合っている第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43と第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45との他に、互いに噛み合っている第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギア44と第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46を設けている。しかも、第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43の歯すじのねじれの向きに対して第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギア44の歯すじのねじれの向きが逆向きであり、第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45の歯すじのねじれの向きに対して第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46の歯すじのねじれの向きが逆向きである。このため、本実施形態では、互いに噛み合っている第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43と第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45との間に作用するスラスト力に対して、互いに噛み合っている第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギア44と第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46との間に作用するスラスト力が逆向きになる。よって、本実施形態では、第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43と第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45との間に作用するスラスト力は、第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギア44と第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46との間に作用するスラスト力により打ち消される。このため、本実施形態では、減速機40の圧縮機側軸41及びモータ側軸42を受ける軸受の簡略化、又は小型化を図ることができる。
 以上のように、本実施形態の減速機40は、二対のヘリカルギアを有する。前述したように、誘導モータ22が送受電する電力MPのエネルギー源は、第一ロータ17及びこの第一ロータ17に機械的に連結されている回転系の回転慣性エネルギーである。本実施形態では、この回転系に二対のヘリカルギアが含まれる。よって、本実施形態では、モータロータ22rと圧縮機ロータ11rとを直結した場合や減速機が一対のヘリカルギアのみを有する場合よりも、回転系の回転慣性エネルギーが大きくなる。
 ここで、モータロータ22rと圧縮機ロータ11rとが直結されている二軸ガスタービン発電設備を比較例とし、この比較例で要求出力DPが急増した場合の出力変化について、図8を参照して説明する。
 比較例でも、上記実施形態と同様に、要求出力DPが急増すると、誘導モータ22からの電力MPが外部系統1に送電される。誘導モータ22が送受電する電力MPのエネルギー源は、前述したように、第一ロータ17及びこの第一ロータ17に機械的に連結されている回転系の回転慣性エネルギーである。比較例では、減速機40を有していないため、本実施形態よりも、回転系の回転慣性エネルギーが小さくなる。このため、仮に、比較例のモータの最大許容出力MPmaxが、本実施形態の誘導モータ22の最大許容出力MPmaxと同じでも、比較例のモータから外部系統1へ電力MPを送電し得る時間T2が、本実施形態の誘導モータ22から外部系統1へ電力MPを送電し得る時間T1(図7参照)より短くなる。この結果、比較例の二軸ガスタービン発電設備では、要求出力DPが急変した場合、この二軸ガスタービン発電設備から外部系統1へ送電する電力が要求出力DPに追従している時間帯が短くなる。
 一方、本実施形態では、第一ロータ17及びこの第一ロータ17に機械的に連結されている回転系に二対のヘリカルギアが含まれる。よって、本実施形態では、比較例や減速機が一対のヘリカルギアのみを有する場合よりも、回転系の回転慣性エネルギーが大きくなる。このため、本実施形態では、比較例や減速機が一対のヘリカルギアのみを有する場合よりも、要求出力DPが急変した場合、この二軸ガスタービン発電設備から外部系統1へ送電する電力が要求出力DPに追従している時間帯が長くなる。すなわち、本実施形態では、要求出力変化に対する二軸ガスタービン発電設備の出力の追従性を高めることができる。
 以上のように、本実施形態では、減速機40を介して、圧縮機ロータ11rとモータロータ22rとを機械的に連結しているので、誘導モータ22に求められる許容最高回転速度を抑えることができる。よって、本実施形態では、許容最高回転速度が例えば6000rpmの特殊なモータを用いる必要がないため、設備コストを抑えることができる。
 停止している圧縮機ロータ11rを回転させるためのトルク、発電モードで圧縮機ロータ11rの回転をアシストするためのトルクは、いずれも大きなトルクになる。仮に、圧縮機ロータ11rとモータロータ22rとを直結させた場合、例えば、起動時の回転速度0~100rpmのみならず、発電モードでの回転速度6000rpmでも、大きなトルクが求められる。このように、広い回転速度範囲で大きなトルクを得るためには、起動モータとアシストモータの二台のモータを用いる必要がある。本実施形態では、前述したように、許容最高回転速度を抑えることができるので、大きなトルクが必要な回転速度範囲を狭めることができる。このため、本実施形態では、起動時及びアシスト時の両方を一台のモータで対応することができる。
 本実施形態では、減速機40のギアにヘリカルギアを用いているため、トルク伝達の向きが変わったときのトルク伝達の遅れを最小限に抑えることができる。また、本実施形態では、歯すじのねじれ方向が互いに逆向きの二対のヘリカルギアを用いているため、スラスト力の発生を抑えることができる。
 二軸ガスタービン10の第一ロータ17及び第二ロータ18は、二軸ガスタービン10の運転による熱で伸びる。本実施形態では、第一ロータ17と減速機40の圧縮機側軸41とを第一ダイヤフラムカップリング25を介して機械的に連結しているので、第一ロータ17の熱伸びをこの第一ダイヤフラムカップリング25で吸収することができる。また、本実施形態では、第二ロータ18と発電機ロータ21rとを第二ダイヤフラムカップリング26を介して機械的に連結しているので、第二ロータ18の熱伸びをこの第二ダイヤフラムカップリング26で吸収することができる。
 本実施形態では、減速機40の圧縮機側軸41にスラスト軸受27を設けている。以上のように、第一ロータ17の熱伸びを第一ダイヤフラムカップリング25によってある程度吸収しても、第一ロータ17の熱伸びの全てを吸収できるとは限らない。このため、減速機40の圧縮機側軸41のスラスト方向の移動を規制するために、この圧縮機側軸41にスラスト軸受27を設けている。このように、スラスト軸受27を設けることにより、圧縮機側軸41のスラスト方向の移動量を小さくすることができる。
 圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43,44とモータ側ヘリカルギア45,46とは、前述したように、常に点接触しているため、圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43,44がスラスト方向に移動すると、モータ側ヘリカルギア45,46もこの移動量と同じ量だけスラスト方向に移動する。仮に、モータ側ヘリカルギア45,46がモータ側軸42に固定されているとすると、圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43,44のスラスト方向への移動に伴って、モータ側ヘリカルギア45,46、これらのギアが固定されているモータ側軸42、このモータ側軸42に直結されているモータロータ22rがスラスト方向に移動する。モータロータ22rは、スラスト方向の移動がないか、又はスラスト方向の移動量が極めて小さいことが好ましい。本実施形態では、第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45及び第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46は、前述したように、いずれも、モータ側軸42に対してスラスト方向に相対移動可能に取り付けられている。このため、本実施形態では、圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43,44がスラスト方向に移動して、モータ側ヘリカルギア45,46がスラスト方向に移動しても、このギアが固定されているモータ側軸42、及びこのモータ側軸42に直結されているモータロータ22rのスラスト方向への移動を抑えることができる。
 なお、本実施形態では、圧縮機側軸41の端部で、圧縮機11とは反対側の端部にスラスト軸受27を設けている。しかしながら、圧縮機側軸41の圧縮機側端部にスラスト軸受27を設けてもよい。また、モータ側軸42の端部にスラスト軸受27を設けてもよい。また、本実施形態では、モータ側軸42に対して第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45及び第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46をスラスト方向に相対移動可能に取り付けている。しかしながら、圧縮機側軸41に対して第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43及び第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギア44をスラスト方向に相対移動可能に取り付けてもよい。また、誘導モータ22のモータロータ22rがスラスト方向への移動をある程度許容できる場合には、モータ側軸42に対して第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45及び第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46をスラスト方向に相対移動不能に取り付け、且つ圧縮機側軸41に対して第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43及び第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギア44をスラスト方向に相対移動不能に取り付けてもよい。
 また、本実施形態では、第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギア44の歯数と第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43の歯数とが同じで、第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46の歯数と第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45の歯数とが同じである。しかしながら、図9に示すように、第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギア44の歯数と第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43の歯数とが異なり、第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46の歯数と第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45の歯数とが異なってもよい。なお、第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43の歯数と第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45の歯数との歯数比と、第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギア44の歯数と第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46の歯数との歯数比とは同じである。このように、第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギア44の歯数と第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43の歯数とが異なり、第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46の歯数と第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45の歯数とが異なっていると、第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア43と第一モータ側ヘリカルギア45との間のバックラッシ寸法と、第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギア44と第二モータ側ヘリカルギア46との間のバックラッシ寸法とが異なることになるため、トルク伝達の向きが変わったときのトルク伝達の遅れをより抑えることができる。
 本発明の一態様によれば、モータに求められる許容最高回転速度を抑えつつも、トルク伝達の向きが変わったときのトルク伝達の遅れを最小限に抑えることができる。

Claims (9)

  1.  圧縮機ロータを有し、前記圧縮機ロータの回転で空気を圧縮して圧縮空気を生成する圧縮機と、
     前記圧縮空気中で燃料を燃焼させて燃焼ガスを生成する燃焼器と、
     前記圧縮機ロータと機械的に連結されている高圧タービンロータを有し、前記燃焼ガスで前記高圧タービンロータが回転する高圧タービンと、
     前記高圧タービンロータに連結されていない低圧タービンロータを有し、前記高圧タービンから排気された前記燃焼ガスで前記低圧タービンロータが回転する低圧タービンと、 前記低圧タービンロータの回転で発電し、交流電力が流れる外部系統と電気的に接続されている発電機と、
     前記発電機と並列に前記外部系統と電気的に接続され、前記外部系統に電力を送受電する誘導モータと、
     電気的接続関係で前記誘導モータと前記外部系統との間に設けられて、前記誘導モータと前記外部系統との間での電力の送受電を制御すると共に、前記誘導モータからの電力を外部系統側へ送電させる際には、前記誘導モータからの電力の周波数を前記外部系統の周波数に変換し、前記外部系統側からの電力を受電して前記誘導モータに供給させる際には、前記外部系統からの電力の周波数を前記誘導モータの周波数に変換する周波数変換器と、
     前記誘導モータのモータロータの回転速度を前記圧縮機ロータの回転速度よりも低くする減速機と、
     を備え、
     前記減速機は、
     前記圧縮機ロータと機械的に連結されている圧縮機側軸と、
     前記圧縮機側軸に対して間隔をあけて平行に配置され、前記モータロータと機械的に連結されているモータ側軸と、
     前記圧縮機側軸に取り付けられて前記圧縮機側軸と一体回転する第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギアと、
     前記モータ側軸に取り付けられて前記モータ側軸と一体回転し、前記第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギアと噛み合っている第一モータ側ヘリカルギアと、
     前記圧縮機側軸に取り付けられて前記圧縮機側軸と一体回転する第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギアと、
     前記モータ側軸に取り付けられて前記モータ側軸と一体回転し、前記第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギアと噛み合っている第二モータ側ヘリカルギアと、
     を有する、
     二軸ガスタービン発電設備。
  2.  請求項1に記載の二軸ガスタービン発電設備において、
     前記誘導モータは、前記高圧タービンロータについて予め定められた定格回転速度に前記減速機による減速比を掛けて得られる回転速度を含む回転速度域で、回転速度の変化に対してモータ出力が単調増加又は単調減少する、
     二軸ガスタービン発電設備。
  3.  請求項2に記載の二軸ガスタービン発電設備において、
     前記高圧タービンロータの前記定格回転速度は、4000rpm~7000rpmである、
     二軸ガスタービン発電設備。
  4.  請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の二軸ガスタービン発電設備において、
     前記減速機の減速比は、9/10~1/5である、
     二軸ガスタービン発電設備。
  5.  請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の二軸ガスタービン発電設備において、
     前記第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギアの歯すじのねじれの向きに対して、前記第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギアの歯すじのねじれの向きが逆向きである、
     二軸ガスタービン発電設備。
  6.  請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の二軸ガスタービン発電設備において、
     前記第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギアの歯数に対して、前記第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギアの歯数が異なる、
     二軸ガスタービン発電設備。
  7.  請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の二軸ガスタービン発電設備において、
     前記減速機は、前記第一圧縮機側ヘリカルギア及び前記第二圧縮機側ヘリカルギアを前記圧縮機側軸に対して、相対回転不能に取り付け且つ前記圧縮機側軸が延びているスラスト方向に相対移動可能に取り付ける圧縮機側連結具と、前記第一モータ側ヘリカルギア及び前記第二モータ側ヘリカルギアを前記モータ側軸に対して、相対回転不能に取り付け且つ前記モータ側軸が延びているスラスト方向に相対移動可能に取り付けるモータ側連結具とのうち、一方の連結具を有する、
     二軸ガスタービン発電設備。
  8.  請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の二軸ガスタービン発電設備において、
     前記圧縮機ロータと前記圧縮機側軸とを機械的に連結するカップリングを備え、
     前記カップリングは、前記圧縮機ロータのスラスト方向と前記圧縮機ロータのラジアル方向とのうち、少なくとも一方向における前記圧縮機ロータの変位を吸収する変位吸収部を有する、
     二軸ガスタービン発電設備。
  9.  請求項8に記載の二軸ガスタービン発電設備において、
     前記カップリングは、ダイヤフラムカップリングである、
     二軸ガスタービン発電設備。
