Description
本发明涉及舞台灯技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种光学元件的旋转装置及具有其的舞台灯光学装置。
在舞台灯光技术领域中,为了实现较多的舞台灯光效果,通常需要使用到各种光学元件,如图案片、棱镜片等,为了丰富演出效果,这些光学元件通常需要具有自转功能,因此,光学元件装置中通常会配置有滚珠轴承部件。由于舞台灯上的光学元件位置温度比较高,因此会引起滚珠槽温度上升,从而引起滚珠出现热胀冷缩的现象。而现有技术中,光学元件装置中的滚珠轴承部件采用的是传统技术的滚珠轴承,滚珠与滚珠槽之间紧密配合,没有弹性调节的空间,故,当滚珠出现热胀冷缩时,滚珠会被卡得比较紧,因此光学元件自转运动时就会出现卡滞现象,运动不顺畅,影响舞台灯的使用效果。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述现有技术所述的至少一种缺陷,提供一种旋转装置及具有其的舞台灯。本发明结构简单,使用方便,可避免舞台灯光学元件主体的旋转运动出现卡滞现象而影响舞台灯的使用效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种光学元件的旋转装置,其中,包括座体、滚珠固定架、滚珠、滚珠压板、弹性元件和盖体,所述滚珠固定架套设在所述座体上,所述滚珠、滚珠压板、弹性元件和盖体从下至上依次设置在所述滚珠固定架和座体之间,所述盖体设在最上层可以防止灰尘等进入到滚珠固定架和座体之间的空间中,以免灰尘等会影响滚珠的运动。当滚珠受热膨胀时,滚珠则向滚珠压板施加作用力,滚珠压板则向弹性元件施加作用力,此时弹性元件则被滚珠压板与盖体压缩,通过弹性元件的调节,滚珠与座体之间的位置能够适度调节,进而使得座体相对滚珠旋转运动时,不会卡得太紧,以避免座体的旋转运动出现卡滞现象而影响装设在其上的元件的使用效果;当滚珠受冷收缩时,弹性元件则被释放弹力,弹性元件向滚珠压板施加作用力,使得滚珠压板向滚珠施加作用力,进而把滚珠压紧,但又不至于压得太紧而出现滚动卡滞现象,
使得座体的旋转运动顺畅。
进一步的,所述座体的外周侧壁上与所述滚珠对应的位置设有第一滚珠槽。具体地,所述滚珠固定架内侧与所述滚珠对应的位置设有第一弧形缺口,所述滚珠压板上与所述滚珠对应的位置设有第二弧形缺口,所述第一弧形缺口与第二弧形缺口构成第二滚珠槽,所述滚珠设于所述第一滚珠槽与第二滚珠槽之间。第一滚珠槽和第二滚珠槽均与所述滚珠的表面相配合,这样就把滚珠的运动限制在了第一滚珠槽和第二滚珠槽形成的空间中,使得座体相对于滚珠的转动更平稳。
进一步的,所述滚珠固定架内侧与所述滚珠压板以及盖体对应的位置分别设有压板槽和盖体槽,所述滚珠压板装设在所述滚珠固定架的压板槽内,所述压板槽的高度大于所述滚珠压板的高度,这是为了给滚珠压板留出活动空间,避免滚珠热胀冷缩时,被卡得过紧或过松,进而导致座体自转运动时出现卡滞现象,或运动不顺畅,而影响装设在座体上的元件的使用效果。所述盖体嵌设在滚珠固定架的盖体槽上,作为一种优选方案,所述盖体上设有切口,且盖体具有微小弹性,这样通过掰开切口以及盖体本身具有的微小弹性,可非常轻易地将其安装到滚珠固定架的盖体槽上。

如图1到图5所示,一种光学元件的旋转装置,其中,包括座体6、滚珠固定架1、滚珠2、滚珠压板3、弹性元件4和盖体5,所述滚珠固定架1套设在所述座体6上,所述滚珠2、滚珠压板3、弹性元件4和盖体5从下至上依次设置在所述滚珠固定架1和座体6之间,所述盖体5设在最上层可以防止灰尘等进入到滚珠固定架1和座体6之间的空间中,以免灰尘等会影响滚珠2的运动。当滚珠2受热膨胀时,滚珠2则向滚珠压板3施加作用力,滚珠压板3则向弹性元件
4施加作用力,此时弹性元件4则被滚珠压板3与盖体5压缩,通过弹性元件4的调节,滚珠2与座体6之间的位置能够适度调节,进而使得座体6相对滚珠2旋转运动时,不会卡得太紧,避免出现座体6的旋转运动出现卡滞现象而影响装设在其上的元件的使用效果;当滚珠2受冷收缩时,弹性元件4则被释放弹力,弹性元件4向滚珠压板3施加作用力,使得滚珠压板3向滚珠2施加作用力,进而把滚珠2压紧,但又不至于压得太紧而出现滚动卡滞现象,使得座体6的运动顺畅。
如图6到图8所示,所述座体6的外周侧壁上与所述滚珠2对应的位置设有第一滚珠槽7。所述滚珠固定架1内侧与所述滚珠2对应的位置设有第一弧形缺口8,所述滚珠压板3上与所述滚珠2对应的位置设有第二弧形缺口9,所述第一弧形缺口8与第二弧形缺口9构成第二滚珠槽,所述滚珠2设于所述第一滚珠槽7与第二滚珠槽之间。第一滚珠槽7和第二滚珠槽均与所述滚珠2的表面相配合,这样就把滚珠2的运动限制在了第一滚珠槽7和第二滚珠槽形成的空间中,使得座体6相对于滚珠2的转动更平稳。
如图3到图6所示,所述滚珠固定架1内侧与所述滚珠压板3以及盖体5对应的位置分别设有压板槽10和盖体槽11,所述滚珠压板3装设在所述滚珠固定架1的压板槽10内,所述压板槽10的高度大于所述滚珠压板3的高度,这是为了给滚珠压板3留出活动空间,避免滚珠2热胀冷缩时,被卡得过紧或过松,进而导致座体6自转运动时出现卡滞现象,运动不顺畅,而影响装设在座体6上的元件的使用效果。所述盖体5嵌设在滚珠固定架1的盖体槽11上,所述盖体5上设有切口,且盖体5具有微小弹性,这样通过掰开切口以及盖体5本身具有的微小弹性,可非常轻易地将其安装到滚珠固定架1的盖体槽11上。
如图4和图5所示,所述弹性元件设在所述滚珠压板3和盖体5之间,且弹性元件4的两侧面分别与所述滚珠压板3和盖体5紧贴。这样在滚珠2热胀冷缩时,弹性元件4通过被压缩或者释放弹力来对滚珠2与座体6之间的位置进行适度调节,避免座体6的旋转运动出现卡滞现象而影响装设在其上的元件的使用效果。
所述弹性元件4可以是弹性垫圈、橡胶圈、弹簧等任何具有弹性的元件,本实施例中为波形垫圈。
本实施例中,所述滚珠压板3、弹性元件4和盖体5为环形。
实施例2
一种舞台灯光学装置,其中,该舞台灯包括光学元件主体和实施例1所述的旋转装置,所述光学元件主体设于所述旋转装置的座体6上。应用了该旋转装置,就可以避免光学元件主体的旋转运动出现卡滞现象而影响舞台灯的使用效果。当然,实施例1所述的旋转装置不仅限于应用在舞台灯光学装置上,还可以应用在任何需要具有自转功能的设备元件上。
本实施例中,所述光学元件主体包括光学元件本体和光学元件固定架,所述光学元件本体安装在光学元件固定架上。
本实施例中,所述光学元件主体为舞台灯中的图案片组件或棱镜片组件。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为了清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种光学元件的旋转装置,其特征在于,包括座体(6)、滚珠固定架(1)、滚珠(2)、滚珠压板(3)、弹性元件(4)和盖体(5),所述滚珠固定架(1)套设在所述座体(6)上,所述滚珠(2)、滚珠压板(3)、弹性元件(4)和盖体(5)从下至上依次设置在所述滚珠固定架(1)和座体(6)之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的旋转装置,其特征在于,所述座体(6)的外周侧壁上与所述滚珠(2)对应的位置设有第一滚珠槽(7)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的旋转装置,其特征在于,所述滚珠固定架(1)内侧与所述滚珠(2)对应的位置设有第一弧形缺口(8),所述滚珠压板(3)上与所述滚珠(2)对应的位置设有第二弧形缺口(9),所述第一弧形缺口(8)与第二弧形缺口(9)构成第二滚珠槽,所述滚珠(2)设于所述第一滚珠槽(7)与第二滚珠槽之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的旋转装置,其特征在于,所述滚珠固定架(1)内侧与所述滚珠压板(3)以及盖体(5)对应的位置分别设有压板槽(10)和盖体槽(11),所述滚珠压板(3)装设在所述滚珠固定架(1)的压板槽(10)内,所述压板槽(10)的高度大于所述滚珠压板(3)的高度,所述盖体(5)嵌设在滚珠固定架(1)的盖体槽(11)上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的旋转装置,其特征在于,所述弹性元件(4)设在所述滚珠压板(3)和盖体(5)之间,且弹性元件(4)的两侧面分别与所述滚珠压板(3)和盖体(5)紧贴。
- 根据权利要求1到5任一所述的旋转装置,其特征在于,所述弹性元件(4)为弹性垫圈,或橡胶圈,或波形垫圈,或弹簧。
- 根据权利要求1到5任一所述的旋转装置,其特征在于,所述盖体(5)上设有切口,且盖体(5)具有微小弹性。
- 根据权利要求1到5任一所述的旋转装置,其特征在于,所述滚珠压板(3)、弹性元件(4)和盖体(5)均呈环形。
- 一种舞台灯光学装置,其特征在于,包括光学元件主体和权利要求1到8任一所述的旋转装置,所述光学元件主体装设在所述旋转装置的座体(6)上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的舞台灯光学装置,其特征在于,所述光学元件主体为图案片组件或棱镜片组件。
