技术领域
本发明涉及印刷设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种油墨颜色自动调配设备。
背景技术
目前印刷工厂在专色印刷中,需要进行专用颜色油墨的调配。这项工作目前大多都是人工通过手工铲入称量桶内进行调配,但其存在工序复杂、调墨量难以控制、容易造成浪费;试色过程需要频繁更换不同基色的配件,操作繁琐;以及因低温造成油墨半凝固,无法迅速搅拌均匀浪费生产时间等缺陷。
为此现有技术提供了一种使用大功率柱塞泵或螺杆泵对铁质储墨桶进行输送的调墨配色设备,可以解决人工手动操作的问题。
但是其依然使用传统铁质墨桶,需要昂贵的大功率高压液体泵,当调配基色达到12色以上时,一台这类调墨机的成本要达到几百万元以上,导致市场难以推广;此外,对于铁质墨桶的泵吸方式,通常难以完全排空墨桶中的残留,造成浪费;再者,市面油墨铁桶包装大多是1000克和2000克包装,调配一个订单,需要多次更换铁桶,繁琐费时。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种油墨颜色自动调配设备,能够实现自动化的油墨色度调配,避免人为操作的繁琐;采用软包装的油墨包装物,配合自动挤出装置,使油墨包装物中油墨残留量降到最低,有利于环保回收;利用多个储墨桶作为油墨中转存储设备,加装加热保温设施和氮气保护设施,避免油墨在中转存储期间因为低温氧化造成干燥影响使用;试色过程方便快捷,大量节省了色彩调试时的时间。该设备制造成本、使用成本都很低廉,使用该设备进行油墨色度的自动调配能够大大降低人力、物力成本。

油墨色度标识提供的信息可以包括颜色、色号等等。油墨色度标识可以是传统的纸质标签,也可以是电子标签;当为电子标签时,油墨色度标识与控制终端4之间具有电连接,通过控制终端4输入油墨色度标识对应的储墨桶1中装载的油墨的油墨色度标识的信息。
储墨桶1具体如图2所示,包括桶体11、桶盖12、保温罩13、温度传感器14、加热装置15、进气口(图中未示出)和排气口(图中未示出)。
保温罩13包覆于储墨桶1外侧;温度传感器14设置于储墨桶1上,对储墨桶1内的油墨温度进行检测,并生成温度检测信号;加热装置15设置于储墨桶1下方,根据温度检测信号启动或停止加热装置15对储墨桶1加热。
桶盖12上设置有液面检测传感器18,对桶体11内的油墨液面高度进行 检测。
储墨桶1的桶盖12的开合可以是手动控制的,也可以是自动控制的。在需要向储墨桶1内加入油墨时,可以通过设备自动控制实现桶盖12自动开启,再向储墨桶1内挤入油墨。在油墨挤入完毕后,控制桶盖12自动关闭。
多个氮气管道16中的每个氮气管道16都接于一个储墨桶1的进气口,通过氮气管道16向储墨桶1内充入氮气;氮气管道16的管路上设置有第一电磁阀161;第一电磁阀161与储墨桶1连接的油墨泵联动;
多个排气管17中的每个排气管17接于一个储墨桶1的出气口,储墨桶1内的气体通过排气管排出;排气管17的管路上设置有第二电磁阀171;第二电磁阀171与储墨桶1连接的油墨泵0联动。
运动供墨支架10,包括横向导轨7、第一运动平台、油墨软包装挤压装置2和平台驱动电机;横向导轨7平行多个储墨桶1的排列方向,设置于多个储墨桶1的上方;油墨软包装挤压装置2固定于第一运动平台上,第一运动平台滑设于横向导轨7上,由平台驱动电机驱动沿横向导轨7滑动,带动油墨软包装挤压装置2到达指定的储墨桶1上方;油墨软包装挤压装置2,用于将软包装油墨袋30中的油墨挤出,注入指定的储墨桶1中。
具体的,结合图1、图3所示,油墨软包装挤压装置2包括压辊驱动电机和两根平行设置的压辊23;两根压辊23在同侧的一端具有同步齿合齿轮,其中一根压辊由压辊驱动电机驱动,通过同步齿合齿轮带动另一根压辊相向同步转动;
软包装油墨袋30底部向上、袋口31向下呈悬挂状,挤压于两根压辊23之间;软包装油墨袋30随两根压辊的相向同步转动改变在两根压辊23之间的高度位置,从而将软包装油墨袋30中的油墨挤出至储墨桶1中。
在具体的实现方式中,油墨软包装挤压装置2上设置有第一油墨袋检测装置、第二油墨袋检测装置21和第三油墨袋检测装置22。
第一油墨袋检测装置检测到插入两根压辊23下方的软包装油墨袋30时, 产生第一感应信号发送给压辊驱动电机,驱动两根压辊23分别相向旋转预设角度,将软包装油墨袋30的底端夹入两根压辊23之间;并且当第三油墨袋检测装置22检测到软包装油墨袋30时,表明油墨袋30已经夹入两根压辊23之间到达起始位置。
为保证软包装油墨袋30在挤压过程中能够收到足够的摩擦力随压辊23的转动而向上垂直移动被加入且固定悬挂于两根压辊23之间,两根压辊23之间的间距可以调整为不大于软包装油墨袋30的底边厚度。在后续将软包装油墨袋30进行排空时,也能保证软包装油墨袋30中的油墨因收到足够的压力被最大限度的从软包装油墨袋30中排空。
在油墨挤出的过程中,第二油墨袋检测装置21对软包装油墨袋30进行检测,当检测到软包装油墨袋30的底端到达设定位置时,说明软包装油墨袋30到达最大挤压位置,其中油墨已经全部挤出。此时生成第二感应信号发送给压辊驱动电机,停止驱动两根压辊23继续转动。
多个油墨泵0分别接于多个储墨桶1的底部,每个油墨泵0连接一个出墨管50;油墨泵0接收控制终端4发出的供墨控制信号,并根据供墨控制信号将储墨桶1中的油墨泵0出,经出墨管50至供墨台5;为了避免低温环境下使用,导致出墨管50温度过低,油墨固化在出墨管50中影响设备使用,出墨管50外环绕有加热管,对出墨管50进行保温加热,从而避免出墨管50中传输的油墨低温凝结。
具体的,油墨泵0可以为:电动齿轮泵、电动隔膜泵或电动螺杆泵中的一种。
供墨台5上具有凹槽,凹槽内设置有多个墨嘴,呈莲蓬头状排列,每个墨嘴与一个出墨管50在供墨台5内部相连接;油墨泵0泵出的油墨,经出墨管50至墨嘴输出,注入混墨桶33。
在优选的实施例中,墨嘴下方加装有流量微调控制阀门,流量微调控制阀门与控制终端4相连接,接收控制终端4发送的流量微调控制信号,精确 控制墨嘴输出的油墨量。
供墨台5还包括注墨口保护装置52。结合图4、图5所示,注墨口保护装置52设置于墨嘴的下方,包括:密封盘52、密封圈53、氮气管54、第三电磁阀和气动阀;
密封盘52的尺寸与凹槽相匹配,密封圈53置于密封盘52的边缘;待机状态下,密封盘52扣合于凹槽上,通过密封圈53密封,具体如图4所示。
当控制终端4生成供墨控制信号时,气动阀根据供墨控制信号,驱动密封盘52由凹槽上打开,具体如图5所示。
当向混墨桶33中注墨结束后,控制终端生成复位控制信号,气动阀根据复位控制信号,控制第三电磁阀开启,氮气由氮气管245通至密封盘52内;同时驱动密封盘52扣合在凹槽上,恢复到如图4所示状态。
再如图1所示,油墨混合平台3,包括承载平台31、称量设备32和混墨桶33;混墨桶33置于称量设备32上,称量设备32设置于承载平台31上;
控制终端4,设置于柜体100上,与油墨软包装挤压装置2、平台驱动电机和称量设备32分别电连接;控制终端4获取目标色度信息,根据目标色度信息结合控制终端4中数据库预设配方,生成供墨控制信号,控制选择一个或多个油墨泵0依次启动,向混墨桶33中注入相应色度的油墨,并且称量设备32对每种色度的油墨的注入墨量进行在线称量,使每种所需色度的油墨的实际注入量与所需注入墨量相同;其中油墨选择控制信号包括油墨装置选择信息和所需注入墨量的信息。
目标色度信息的获取还可以通过用户在控制终端4中直接输入色号来确定。每个色号对应的配色方案都预先存储在控制终端4中。
此外,当液面检测传感器18检测到桶体11内的油墨液面高度低于设定阈值时,生成加墨请求信号发送给控制终端4。
控制终端4根据加墨请求信号识别所需加墨的储墨桶1的ID,并对应得到所需油墨的色度信息,生成油墨袋需求提示信息,用以提示使用者向油墨 软包装挤压装置2装入所需油墨的软包装油墨袋30。当检测到软包装油墨袋30装入后,控制终端4根据加墨请求信号,生成平台驱动信号发送给平台驱动电机,平台驱动电机驱动第一运动平台驱动沿横向导轨7滑动,带动油墨软包装挤压装置2到达所需加墨的储墨桶1上方,向储墨桶1中加墨。
优选的,本实施例提供的油墨颜色自动调配设备还包括光谱色度仪6;
光谱色度仪6设置于柜体100上,并且与控制终端4相连接,用于对目标样张进行扫描,得到目标样张的目标色度信息。
以上是对本实施例提供的油墨颜色自动调配设备的各个部件、它们之间的连接关系、各部件自身的工作原理进行了介绍,下面结合图1-图5,对油墨颜色自动调配设备的完整工作过程进行详述。
首先需要说明的是,在本实施例中,软包装油墨袋30可以具体为由内向外具有防氧化涂层、纸质包装层和防水包装层三层结构的油墨软包装袋,用于容置氧化聚合型油墨;也可以是由内向外具有可水解涂层、纸质包装层和抗紫外线包装层三层结构的油墨软包装袋,用于容置紫外线固化型油墨,也可以是其他类似结构的软包装形式的油墨袋。
以具有防水包装层的包装袋为例:在使用时,需要先去掉防水包装层,通过控制终端4控制运动供墨支架10到达设定位置,然后进行软包装带的夹入。
在操作时,将纸质包装层暴露在最外层的油墨软包装袋由两根压辊23的下方插入两根压辊23间。第一油墨袋检测装置对两根压辊23的下方置入物体进行探测。当探测到时,第一油墨袋检测装置产生感应信号发送给压辊驱动电机。压辊驱动电机带动两根压辊23转动预设角度,例如540°或720°等,将油软包装油墨袋30的底端夹入两根压辊23之间。由于两根压辊23之间的压力作用,夹入的油软包装油墨袋30不会从两根压辊23之间掉落出。
在具体的应用中,第一油墨袋检测装置,以及本实施例中涉及的第二油墨袋检测装置、第三油墨袋检测装置,均可以采用光电传感器,也可以采用 机械传感器。
在软包装油墨袋30夹入两根压辊23之后,通过控制终端4控制平台驱动电机驱动第一运动平台移动,将软包装油墨袋30送至指定的储墨桶1上方。
随后,控制终端4控制该储墨桶1的桶盖12打开,并控制驱动压辊驱动电机转动,使得软包装油墨袋30中的油墨挤出,注入指定的储墨桶1中。
之后,桶盖12关闭,控制终端4控制第一电磁阀161开启,通过氮气管道16向储墨桶1内充入氮气,同时控制第二电磁阀171开启,将储墨桶1内的空气通过排气管排出,使得储墨桶1内封闭在氮气环境下,可以有效避免油墨氧化干燥。
各个储墨桶1均按照上述方法完成油墨注入。
在待机状态下,每个储墨桶1的温度传感器14会根据设定,时时或间隔设定时间,对储墨桶1内的油墨温度进行检测,并将检测信号发送给控制终端4。当发现温度低于设定要求时,即通过控制终端4开启加热装置15对储墨桶1进行加热。
每次工作前,温度传感器14都会进行温度探测,以保证设备工作在正常状态。在工作状态也会持续对温度进行监控。
当处于工作状态时,首先通过光谱色度仪6对目标样张进行扫描,扫描数据经控制终端4解析得到目标样张的目标色度信息;或者根据用户从控制终端4输入的色号获得目标色度信息。
控制终端4根据各个储墨桶1中装载的油墨的颜色信息,目标色度信息,以及需配出的重量,自动计算所需颜色种类和所需注入油墨的重量,生成油墨选择控制信息,其中包括油墨装置选择信息和所需注入墨量的信息。
此处以具体例子对油墨选择控制信息的生成过程做详细说明。
控制终端4对扫描获取的或者用户输入的样张文件,比如可以在控制终端4内存储为PDF格式的文件,控制终端4中,对样张文件中的样张图像的颜色进行分色,得到可以叠加形成样张图像的分层分离的多个单一颜色的色 层图像。根据每种单一颜色的占图面积和油墨印刷所需的覆盖厚度,并接收用户在控制终端4中输入的印制数量,计算出每种单一颜色所需要的油墨使用总量。
控制终端4根据预置的配色方案可以计算出对于印制所需要的每种单一颜色的配色方案,并根据配色方案对应到几个储墨桶1中装载的油墨的颜色信息及这几种油墨的使用量。
对于使用用户来说,应用控制终端4仅需在分离好的色层中选择要调配的色层,再输入需要印刷的数量,即可实现油墨装置的选择和所需注入墨量的自动计算。
控制终端4根据油墨装置选择信息选择相应的储墨桶1供墨,同时生成控制信号控制所选择储墨桶1的油墨泵,并按照计算得到的注入墨量,确定每个油墨泵的启动时间。
控制终端4生成供墨控制信号,供墨台5的气动阀根据供墨控制信号,驱动密封盘52由凹槽上打开,油墨泵按照设定顺序依次启动,通过墨嘴将不同色度的油墨,依次注入到混墨桶33中。在注入过程中,称量设备32时时监控其上承载的混墨桶33的重量变化,从而获知实际注入量,并将实际注入量的信息发送给控制终端4,形成反馈。
当实际注入量接近所需注入墨量时,控制终端4生成流量微调控制信号控制流量微调控制阀门频繁开合,使得该墨嘴输出的油墨以间歇性滴注的方式加入到混墨桶33中。从而能够精确控制加入混墨桶33中的墨量,当称量设备称量到的实际注入量达到该所需注入墨量时,控制终端4生成控制信号停止该色度油墨的注入,并启动下一个所需色度油墨的注墨。直至根据油墨装置选择信息将所有需要的油墨都按照所需注入墨量完成油墨注入。
在油墨泵启动的同时,控制终端4控制启动第一电磁阀161使氮气由氮气管道16进入储墨桶1,同时启动第二电磁阀171使储墨桶1内多余气体排出,使得在将油墨注入混墨桶33过程中,储墨桶1内压力维持常压。
当向混墨桶33中注墨结束后,控制终端生成复位控制信号,气动阀根据复位控制信号,控制第三电磁阀开启,氮气由氮气管245通至密封盘52内;同时驱动密封盘52扣合在凹槽上,使得墨嘴及其连接的输墨管都处于氮气保护的气氛下,避免残留油墨的氧化干燥。
混墨桶33中加入的油墨经搅拌后即为印制所需要的一种单一颜色的油墨。对每种所需的单一颜色都按照上述方法进行调配,即可获得印制样张所需要的多种油墨。
在设备运行的整个过程中,各个储墨桶1的桶盖12上的液面检测传感器18,均对桶体11内的油墨液面高度进行检测,当检测到某种油墨的液面高度低于设定值时,加墨请求信号发送给所述控制终端4;控制终端4根据加墨请求信号识别所需加墨的储墨桶的ID,并对应得到所需油墨的色度信息,生成油墨袋需求提示信息;油墨袋需求提示信息可以通过控制终端4的显示屏显示给操作人员。
随后,根据操作人员的操作指令,执行软包装油墨袋30夹入过程,并在收到确认加墨的控制信号后,生成平台驱动信号发送给平台驱动电机,驱动第一运动平台驱动沿横向导轨7滑动,带动油墨软包装挤压装置2到达所需加墨的储墨桶1上方,进行油墨加注。
本发明实施例提供的油墨颜色自动调配设备,能够实现自动化的油墨色度调配,避免人为操作的繁琐;采用软包装的油墨包装物,配合自动挤出装置,使油墨残留量降到最低,大量节省油墨;试色过程方便快捷,大量节省了色彩调试时的时间,同时自动感应环境温度,对油墨包装物所在局部环境进行保温,保证了在不同环境条件下都具有良好的油墨挤出效果,便于挤出油墨的快速搅拌。该设备制造成本、使用成本都很低廉,使用该设备进行油墨色度的自动调配能够大大降低人力、物力成本。
专业人员应该还可以进一步意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、计算机软件或者二者的结合来 实现,为了清楚地说明硬件和软件的可互换性,在上述说明中已经按照功能一般性地描述了各示例的组成及步骤。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种油墨颜色自动调配设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括:
    设备柜体(100);
    多个储墨桶(1),并排排列于所述设备柜体(100)内,每个储墨桶(1)用于容纳不同色度的油墨;
    运动供墨支架(10),包括横向导轨(7)、第一运动平台、油墨软包装挤压装置(2)和平台驱动电机;所述横向导轨(7)平行所述多个储墨桶(1)的排列方向,设置于所述多个储墨桶(1)的上方;所述油墨软包装挤压装置(2)固定于所述第一运动平台上,所述第一运动平台滑设于所述横向导轨(7)上,由所述平台驱动电机驱动沿所述横向导轨(7)滑动,带动所述油墨软包装挤压装置(2)到达指定的储墨桶(1)上方;所述油墨软包装挤压装置(2),用于将软包装油墨袋(30)中的油墨挤出,注入所述指定的储墨桶(1)中;
    多个油墨泵(40),分别接于所述多个储墨桶(1)的底部,每个油墨泵(40)连接一个出墨管(50);所述油墨泵(40)接收供墨控制信号,并根据所述供墨控制信号将所述储墨桶(1)中的油墨泵(40)出,经出墨管(50)至供墨台(5);
    所述供墨台(5)上具有凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有多个墨嘴,每个墨嘴与一个出墨管(50)在所述供墨台(5)内部相连接;所述油墨泵(40)泵出的油墨,经出墨管(50)至墨嘴输出,注入混墨桶(33);
    油墨混合平台(3),包括承载平台(31)、称量设备(32)和所述混墨桶(33);所述混墨桶(33)置于所述称量设备(32)上,所述称量设备(32)设置于所述承载平台(31)上;
    控制终端(4),设置于所述柜体(100)上,与油墨软包装挤压装置(2)、平台驱动电机和称量设备(32)分别电连接;所述控制终端(4)获取目标色度信息,根据所述目标色度信息生成所述供墨控制信号,控制选择一个或多个油墨泵(40)依次启动,向所述混墨桶(33)中注入相应色度的油墨,并 且所述称量设备(32)对每种色度的油墨的注入墨量进行在线称量,使每种所需色度的油墨的实际注入量与所需注入墨量相同;其中所述油墨选择控制信号包括油墨装置选择信息和所需注入墨量的信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的油墨颜色自动调配设备,其特征在于,所述供墨台(5)还包括注墨口保护装置(52);
    所述注墨口保护装置(52)设置于所述墨嘴的下方,包括:密封盘(52)、密封圈(53)、氮气管(54)、第三电磁阀和气动阀;
    所述密封盘(52)的尺寸与所述凹槽相匹配,所述密封圈(53)置于所述密封盘(52)的边缘;待机状态下,所述密封盘(52)扣合于所述凹槽上,通过所述密封圈(53)密封;
    当所述控制终端(4)生成所述供墨控制信号时,所述气动阀根据所述供墨控制信号,驱动所述密封盘(52)由所述凹槽上打开;
    当向所述混墨桶(33)中注墨结束后,所述控制终端生成复位控制信号,所述气动阀根据所述复位控制信号,控制所述第三电磁阀开启,所述氮气由所述氮气管(245)通至所述密封盘(52)内;同时驱动所述密封盘(52)扣合在所述凹槽上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的油墨颜色自动调配设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括:光谱色度仪(6);
    所述光谱色度仪(6)设置于所述柜体(100)上,并且与所述控制终端(4)相连接;
    所述光谱色度仪(6)对目标样张进行扫描,得到所述目标样张的目标色度信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的油墨颜色自动调配设备,其特征在于,每个所述储墨桶(1)包括保温罩(13)、温度传感器(14)、加热装置(15)、进气口和排气口;
    所述保温罩(13)包覆于所述储墨桶(1)外侧;所述温度传感器(14) 设置于所述储墨桶(1)上,对所述储墨桶(1)内的油墨温度进行检测,并生成温度检测信号;所述加热装置(15)设置于所述储墨桶(1)下方,根据所述温度检测信号启动或停止所述加热装置(15)对所述储墨桶(1)加热。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的油墨颜色自动调配设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括:
    多个氮气管道(16),每个氮气管道(16)接于一个储墨桶(1)的所述进气口,通过所述氮气管道(16)向所述储墨桶(1)内充入氮气;所述氮气管道(16)的管路上设置有第一电磁阀(161);所述第一电磁阀(161)与所述储墨桶(1)连接的所述油墨泵(40)(4)联动;
    多个排气管(17),每个排气管(17)接于一个储墨桶(1)的所述出气口,所述储墨桶(1)内的气体通过所述排气管排出;所述排气管(17)的管路上设置有第二电磁阀(171);所述第二电磁阀(171)与所述储墨桶(1)连接的所述油墨泵(40)(4)联动。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的油墨颜色自动调配设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括:多个液面检测传感器(18);所述储墨桶(1)包括:桶体(11)和桶盖(12);
    每个所述液面检测传感器(18)设置于一个所述桶盖(12)上,对所述桶体(11)内的油墨液面高度进行检测,当液面高度低于设定阈值时,生成加墨请求信号发送给所述控制终端(4);
    所述控制终端(4)根据所述加墨请求信号识别所需加墨的储墨桶(1)的ID,并对应得到所需油墨的色度信息,生成油墨袋需求提示信息;
    所述控制终端(4)根据所述加墨请求信号,生成平台驱动信号发送给所述平台驱动电机,所述平台驱动电机驱动所述第一运动平台驱动沿所述横向导轨(7)滑动,带动所述油墨软包装挤压装置(2)到达所述所需加墨的储墨桶(1)上方。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的油墨颜色自动调配设备,其特征在于,所述出 墨管(50)外环绕有加热管;
    所述加热管对所述出墨管(50)中传输的油墨进行加热保温。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的油墨颜色自动调配设备,其特征在于,所述油墨软包装挤压装置(2)包括压辊驱动电机和两根平行设置的压辊(23);所述两根压辊(23)在同侧的一端具有同步齿合齿轮,其中一根压辊由所述压辊驱动电机驱动,通过所述同步齿合齿轮带动另一根压辊相向同步转动;
    软包装油墨袋(30)底部向上、袋口(31)向下呈悬挂状,挤压于所述两根压辊(23)之间;所述软包装油墨袋(30)随所述两根压辊的相向同步转动改变在所述两根压辊(23)之间的高度位置,从而将软包装油墨袋(30)中的油墨挤出至所述储墨桶(1)中。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的油墨颜色自动调配设备,其特征在于,所述储墨桶(1)外侧具有油墨色度标识。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的自动供墨设备,其特征在于,所述油墨泵(40)(4)具体为:电动齿轮泵、电动隔膜泵或电动螺杆泵中的一种。
