技术领域
本发明涉及纺织生产技术领域,具体涉及一种冰凉混纺面料。
背景技术
随着生活水平的发展,对于纺织面料,人们已经不再仅仅满足于服饰性,人们更多的是寻找功能性面料,满足功能性的要求。
冰凉为绿色环保生态纤维,其面料具有天然抗菌除臭、抗紫外线辐射、吸湿排汗、柔软舒适、护肤保洁、耐磨等性能意外,还具有尊贵高雅、朴实无华、自然使用等风格。因此,冰凉面料日渐成为高级服装设计师手中的理想面料。但是冰凉面料也存在很多的不足,如冰凉织物手感粗糙、平整度不好、麻结疵点多等不良性能,并且现有的冰凉纤维纺织加工过程中损耗大、效率低的现象同样制约着冰凉纺织品的推广和应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种保存冰凉纤维自身功能的,同时又兼具手感柔软、平整度好并且加工效率高的冰凉混纺面料。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种冰凉混纺面料,其创新点在于:所述冰凉混纺面料由冰凉纤维与棉纤维、天丝纤维混纺而成,经过选取原料、开松、成卷、生条、预并条、条卷、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、整经、浆纱、穿综、织造、后整理和包装步骤。
进一步的,所述冰凉混纺面料中各成分所占质量百分比分别为:冰凉纤维占60-70%,棉纤维20-30%,天丝纤维8-10%。
进一步的,所述并条步骤需要进行3-4次并条。
进一步的,所述细纱步骤中采用赛络菲尔纺纱方法形成管纱。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明通过将冰凉纤维与棉纤维、天丝纤维进行混纺,使得冰凉混纺面料具有冰凉纤维自身特有的功能,同时又兼具棉纤维和天丝纤维的特点,使得冰凉混纺面料手感柔软、平整度高,自然舒适同时生产效率高,能够有效的应用于军事装备领域。

实施例1
一种冰凉混纺面料,冰凉混纺面料由冰凉纤维与棉纤维、天丝纤维混纺而成,经过选取原料、开松、成卷、生条、预并条、条卷、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、整经、浆纱、穿综、织造、后整理和包装步骤;冰凉混纺面料中各成分所占质量百分比分别为:冰凉纤维占60%,棉纤维30%,天丝纤维10%;并条步骤需要进行3次并条;细纱步骤中采用赛络菲尔纺纱方法形成管纱。
实施例2

  1. 一种冰凉混纺面料,其特征在于:所述冰凉混纺面料由冰凉纤维与棉纤维、天丝纤维混纺而成,经过选取原料、开松、成卷、生条、预并条、条卷、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、整经、浆纱、穿综、织造、后整理和包装步骤。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种冰凉混纺面料,其特征在于:所述冰凉混纺面料中各成分所占质量百分比分别为:冰凉纤维占60-70%,棉纤维20-30%,天丝纤维8-10%。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种冰凉混纺面料,其特征在于:所述并条步骤需要进行3-4次并条。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种冰凉混纺面料,其特征在于:所述细纱步骤中采用赛络菲尔纺纱方法形成管纱。
