本发明涉及机械设备技术领域,特别涉及一种辊压机的压辊。
背景技术
压辊一般是用在辊压装置中,用来研磨或粉碎物料。通常压辊辊压物料的时候是利用设置在压辊基体表面的凸起实现的。
现有辊压机的压辊结构就是在主轴上套轴套,轴套表面有耐磨层,在辊压机主轴旋转过程上通过轴套表面的耐磨层来挤压物料,以达到研磨或粉碎物料的效果。但是,耐磨层磨损后,就需要对耐磨层补焊或者更换轴套,一方面在耐磨层在补焊时工作量大,不方便,如果更换轴套维修费用又很高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种使用更换方便和维修费用低的的压辊。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种辊压机的压辊,包括主轴和套在所述主轴上的轴套,在轴套的外表面对称设置有一圈耐磨压块,所述耐磨压块设置为条状,并排紧密排列在轴套外表面,在每个所述耐磨压块的下方设置有楔形凸台,在轴套相对应的位置设置有形状相适配的楔形槽。本发明的一种辊压机的压辊,在轴套外侧设置可拆卸的耐磨压块,耐磨压块通过楔形凸台插入轴套上的楔形槽内,耐磨压块使用磨损后,更换维修方便,无需更换整个轴套,提高效率的同时降低维修费用,延长整个设备的使用寿命。
进一步的改进在于,在楔形槽底部设置有调整垫块;在所述耐磨压块的外侧设置有小颗粒耐磨涂层,涂层厚度为1mm-5mm,并且涂层厚度与小颗粒的最大直径比为0.7-1.5。由于楔形凸台和轴套上的楔形槽部件间会的间隙,通过调整垫块可以将耐磨压块与轴套压紧,保证设备的运转正常;耐磨压块的外侧设置有小颗粒耐磨涂层,增加耐磨性,小颗粒耐磨涂层可以为聚合物高分子陶瓷颗粒耐磨涂层,涂层除了具有较好的耐磨性、耐腐蚀性外,还有较强的粘结力度。
其中优选的,在每个所述耐磨压块的一端上表面设置有台阶面,在台阶面的外侧设置有安装固定装置,所述安装固定装置包括至少2个圆弧形压块,每个圆弧形压块首尾相连压在耐磨压块的台阶面上,圆弧形压块之间通过固定板和固定螺栓连接。台阶面为圆弧形,在台阶面外侧设置安装固定装置,这样安装固定装置不会影响耐磨压块的工作运转,而且径向的固定比轴向固定更加紧密,固定效果更好,利用圆弧形压块压在耐磨压块的台阶面外侧,在圆弧形压块的连接处设计了固定螺栓和固定板,固定结构稳定,便于装拆,维修方便。
为增加安装固定装置的紧固性能,每个耐磨压块的台阶面均设置为倾斜面,由耐磨压块的端面向内逐渐倾斜,倾斜角度为5°-10°,圆弧形压块的下表面也设置为与耐磨压块的倾斜面相适配的倾斜表面。台阶面和圆弧形压块的下表面倾斜设置相互配合,使得固定结构受力合理,有利于整个安装固定装置的固定收紧,并且将耐磨压块向内压紧,避免松散窜动。另外,所述楔形槽的长度小于轴套的长度,在每个所述耐磨压块的另一端端部设置有卡接凸块,在轴套相对应的位置设置有卡接凹槽。耐磨压块的另一端设置卡接凸块和轴套上的卡接凹槽适配,将耐磨压块的另一端有效固定,防止窜动和倾斜。

如图所示,本发明的一种辊压机的压辊,包括主轴1和套在所述主轴1上的轴套2,在 轴套2的外表面对称设置有一圈耐磨压块3,所述耐磨压块3设置为条状,并排紧密排列在轴套2外表面,在每个所述耐磨压块3的下方设置有楔形凸台4,在轴套2相对应的位置设置有形状相适配的楔形槽5,在楔形槽5底部设置有调整垫块6;在所述耐磨压块3的外侧设置有小颗粒耐磨涂层,涂层厚度为1mm-5mm,并且涂层厚度与小颗粒的最大直径比为0.7-1.5。
其中,在每个所述耐磨压块3的一端上表面设置有台阶面7,在台阶面7的外侧设置有安装固定装置,所述安装固定装置包括至少2个圆弧形压块8,每个圆弧形压块8首尾相连压在耐磨压块3的台阶面7上,圆弧形压块8之间通过固定板9和固定螺栓10连接。
