Description

提醒消息的展示方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质
本申请要求于2016年8月23日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610709323.7、发明名称为“提醒消息的展示方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种提醒消息的展示方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
在电话销售子系统中,需要由人工坐席与客户进行沟通,以挖掘潜在客户及对已有客户的投保单的状态进行跟踪。其中,人工坐席一般由坐席电脑、坐席耳麦、坐席员等组成,其中,坐席电脑上安装用于进行电话销售的软件。
其中,管理服务器在处理完一个事件之后,将基于该事件的处理结果确定是否需要向相应的人工坐席推送提醒消息,且在需要推送提醒消息的情况下,将生成提醒消息,并按照预设的方式进行推送,使得人工坐席侧的坐席电脑能够接收到该提醒消息,以提醒人工坐席侧的坐席员相应的事件,例如:管理服务器在将待挖掘客户名单分配给人工坐席A之后,将生成第一提醒消息,该第一提醒消息用于提醒人工坐席A侧的坐席员已分配待挖掘客户名单,或者,在管理服务器将客户来电分配给人工坐席B之后,由于人工坐席B侧的坐席员不在工位导致未接通来电,管理服务器将生成第二提醒消息,该第二提醒消息用于提醒人工坐席B侧的坐席员有未接来电。
目前,坐席员获取提醒消息的方式主要有两种,一种是管理服务器向人工坐席的指定邮箱发送提醒消息,使得人工坐席侧的坐席员在查看邮箱时能够获取到提醒消息,另一种方式是将该提醒消息推送到人工坐席侧的坐席软件上与该消息相关的功能点中,例如,若人工坐席存在未接来电,则在人工坐席侧的坐席软件的电话拨打的功能点中保存该未接来电的提醒消息。
然而,上述两种方式都存在弊端,第一种方式需要使用到第三方软件(即邮箱软件),且邮箱主动收邮件有一个时长,如5分钟主动收一次,这样会导致人工坐席侧的坐席员无法及时获取到消息;且人工坐席侧的坐席员主动查看邮箱是否有新的提醒消息时,需要进入邮箱页面,并点击邮件收取按钮,才能实现提醒消息的接收,坐席员操作复杂。第二种方式则需要由人工坐席侧的坐席员通过多次点击坐席软件的界面的方式进入具体的某个功能点所对应的页面,才能看到该功能点是否有提醒消息,这样也会导致人工坐席侧的坐席员无法及时获取到提醒消息,且坐席员获取提醒消息的方式过于复杂。
因此,如何避免人工坐席侧的坐席员无法及时获取到提醒消息及坐席员获取提醒消息的操作方式过于复杂是目前亟待解决的问题。

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种提醒消息的展示方法、装置设备及计算机可读存储介质,旨在解决现有技术中人工坐席侧的坐席员无法及时获取到提醒消息且坐席员获取提醒消息的操作方式过于复杂的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种提醒消息的展示方法,所述方法应用于人工坐席中的展示装置,所述展示装置用于控制所述人工坐席的提醒消息的统一展示,所述方法包括:

由于现有技术中,人工坐席侧的坐席员无法及时获取提醒消息且坐席员获取提醒消息的操作方式过于复杂的问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明提出一种提醒消息的展示方法及装置,通过设置用于控制人工坐席的提醒消息统一展示的展示装置,使得能够实现提醒消息的统一展示,且通过利用悬浮窗口展示人工坐席的提醒消息,使得能够实现提醒消息的实时展示,提高提醒消息展示的实时性,且人工坐席侧的坐席员通过查看悬浮窗口即可获取到提醒消息,不需要通过邮件或者点击进入功能点的页面的方式,便于坐席员快速且方便地获取到提醒消息。

其中,人工坐席包含坐席电脑、坐席耳麦机坐席员等,其中,坐席电脑上安装用户进行电话销售的软件。坐席员可以利用坐席耳麦及坐席电脑与客户进行电话沟通。
其中,管理服务器将提醒消息推送给人工坐席,均是指管理服务器将提醒消息推送给人工坐席中的坐席电脑,以便坐席员能够查看到坐席电脑显示的提醒消息。
为了能够实现对人工坐席的提醒消息的统一控制,在电话销售子系统的人工坐席中增加展示装置,该展示装置用于控制人工坐席的提醒消息的统一展示,且该展示装置是属于人工坐席中的部分模块,且每一个人工坐席中都可以设置该展示装置,以通过人工坐席中的展示装置对该人工坐席的提醒消息进行统一展示。
在本发明实施例中,展示装置将监测管理服务器发送给人工坐席的数据中是否包含提醒消息,其中,管理服务器在发送不同的数据时采用不同的格式,其发送提醒消息也具有特定的格式,例如在发送的数据的包头携带标识,该标识则用于指示管理服务器发送的数据的类型,若监测到的数据的包头中的标识为预先设置的提醒消息的标识,则可以确定管理服务器发送的数据即为提醒消息,展示装置通过解析管理服务器发送给人工坐席的数据的包头中的标识的方式,能够有效地识别提醒消息。
若展示装置监测到管理服务器发送的数据中包含提醒消息,则获取该提醒消息,并将该提醒消息展示在人工坐席显示界面的悬浮窗口内,该悬浮窗口用于展示人工坐席的提醒消息,以便人工坐席侧的坐席员及时且方便地获取该提醒消息。

为了便于坐席员能够尽快对比较紧急的提醒消息所提醒的事件进行处理,管理服务器将为其生成的每一个提醒消息设置紧急级别,且将该紧急级别携带在提醒消息中发送给人工坐席。人工坐席侧也预先设置了级别范围,且将紧急级别在该级别范围内的提醒消息确定为紧急提醒消息,例如未接来电的提醒消息为紧急提醒消息。此外,将紧急级别未在该级别范围内的提醒消息确定为非紧急提醒消息。例如,已分配新的销售任务单的提醒消息。且为了区分紧急提醒消息和非紧急提醒消息,展示装置还将悬浮窗口划分为用于展示紧急提醒消息的展示区域和用于展示非紧急提醒消息的展示区域。
在本发明实施例中,管理服务器将提醒消息推送给人工坐席之后,人工坐席侧的展示装置将监测到该提醒消息,并获取该提醒消息,判断该提醒消息的紧急级别是否处于预置的级别范围内,且在该提醒消息的紧急级别处于该级别范围内,则确定该提醒消息为紧急提醒消息,将该提醒消息显示在悬浮窗口中用于展示紧急提醒消息的展示区域内。在该提醒消息的紧急级别未处于该级别范围内,则确定该提醒消息为非紧急提醒消息,将该提醒消息显示在悬浮窗口中用于展示非紧急提醒消息的展示区域内。
在本发明实施例中,通过基于提醒消息中紧急级别及预先设置的级别范围,使得能够有效的确定提醒消息是否为紧急提醒消息,并将紧急提醒消息与非紧急提醒消息在不同的展示区域内展示,使得人工坐席侧的坐席员能够优先对紧急提醒消息进行处理,便于提醒消息的管理及人工坐席侧的坐席员开展工作。
请参阅图3,为本发明图2所示实施例中步骤203的细化步骤的流程示意图,该步骤203的细化步骤包括:
步骤301、确定所述提醒消息为非紧急提醒消息,利用所述提醒消息所属的功能点确定与所述功能点对应的子区域;

在本发明实施例中,对于非紧急提醒消息,这一类消息有较长的处理时限或者仅需要了解到相关的事件即可,不需要坐席员在较短的时间内进行处理,对于这一类的提醒消息,为了更好的进行展示,还可以对人工坐席侧非紧急提醒消息进行分类展示。
其中,管理服务器在生成提醒消息时,将确定该提醒消息所属的功能点,例如,若该提醒消息是用于提醒坐席员有未接通来电,则该提醒消息所对应的功能点为电话功能,若该提醒消息用于提醒坐席员有新分配的销售名单,则该提醒消息所对应的功能点为未处理名单。且管理服务器将提醒消息所属的功能点携带在提醒消息中,并发送给人工坐席。
其中,人工坐席侧的悬浮窗口中用于展示非紧急提醒消息的展示区域基于功能点被划分为多个子区域,例如,子区域1用于展示电话功能的非紧急提醒消息,子区域2用于展示未处理名单的非紧急提醒消息,可以理解的是,若坐席人员将一个子区域中的所有提醒消息都处理完,则展示装置将删除该子区域。
其中,人工坐席侧的展示装置监测并获取到提醒消息之后,在确定该提醒消息为非紧急提醒消息的情况下,将利用该提醒消息所属的功能点确定与该功能点对应的子区域,具体的:查找展示区域中是否已经显示该功能点对应的子区域,若已经显示,则确定该子区域,若未显示,则在用于展示非紧急提醒消息的展示区域内为该功能点划分子区域,并确定划分的子区域。且展示装置将该提醒消息显示在与该功能点对应的子区域内,以实现提醒消息的分类展示。
在本发明实施例中,在提醒消息为非紧急提醒消息的情况下,展示装置通过确定与提醒消息所属的功能点对应的子区域,并将该提醒消息显示在该子区域内,使得能够实现提醒消息基于功能点的分类展示,便于坐席员更方便的查找功能点的提醒消息。
基于图1或图2或图3所示的实施例,请参阅图4,为本发明图1所示第一实施例的追加步骤的流程示意图,该追加步骤包括:
步骤401、若检测到对所述悬浮窗口内的提醒消息的点击操作,则获取所述提醒消息对应的超链接;

在本发明实施例中,在展示装置控制提醒消息统一在悬浮窗口内显示的情况下,坐席员可以通过点击悬浮窗口内的提醒消息,以查看该提醒消息的具体内容且进入该提醒消息的处理页面。
其中,若展示装置检测到对悬浮窗口内的提醒消息的点击操作,则获取该提醒消息对应的超链接,并利用该超链接加载该提醒消息的处理页面,以便人工坐席能够对该提醒消息提醒的内容进行处理。例如,若该点击操作点击的是未接来电的提醒消息,则加载进入电话拨打界面,且该界面上还显示未接来电的电话号码,所属区域,是否为已购买业务的客户等等信息,以便人工坐席侧的坐席员与客户沟通。
在本发明实施例中,通过设置悬浮窗口内显示的提醒消息具有超链接,使得人工坐席侧的坐席员能够直接通过点击提醒消息的方式加载页面,并进行相应处理,而不需要用户通过多次点击的方式进入系统,提高坐席员的工作效率。
进一步的,所述方法还包括:
步骤403、在加载所述提醒消息的处理页面之后,监测所述人工坐席对所述提醒消息的处理结果;
步骤404、若监测到所述人工坐席已完成对所述提醒消息的处理,则从所述悬浮窗口中删除所述提醒消息。

产险系统包含电话销售子系统,电话销售子系统包含管理服务器及人工坐席,其中,管理服务器与人工坐席连接,且能够与人工坐席之间实现数据交互。管理服务器在每次处理完一个事件之后,将基于该事件的处理结果确定是否需要向人工坐席发送提醒消息,例如,管理服务器在将新生成的投保单分配给人工坐席之后,为了能够提醒人工坐席已分配新的投保单,将向人工坐席发送提醒消息,或者管理服务器在检测到客户向人工坐席打电话,但是该人工坐席侧的坐席员并未接通此次来电,则管理服务器将生成提醒消息,并向该人工坐席发送该提醒消息,以提醒人工坐席侧的坐席员有未接来电。
其中,人工坐席包含坐席电脑、坐席耳麦机坐席员等,其中,坐席电脑上安装用户进行电话销售的软件。坐席员可以利用坐席耳麦及坐席电脑与客户进行电话沟通。
其中,管理服务器将提醒消息推送给人工坐席,均是指管理服务器将提醒消息推送给人工坐席中的坐席电脑,以便坐席员能够查看到坐席电脑显示的提醒消息。
为了能够实现对人工坐席的提醒消息的统一控制,在电话销售子系统的人工坐席中增加展示装置,该展示装置用于控制人工坐席的提醒消息的统一展示,且该展示装置是属于人工坐席中的部分模块,且每一个人工坐席中都可以设置该展示装置,以通过人工坐席中的展示装置对该人工坐席的提醒消息进行统一展示。
在本发明实施例中,展示装置中的监测模块501将监测管理服务器发送给人工坐席的数据中是否包含提醒消息,其中,管理服务器在发送不同的数据时采用不同的格式,其发送提醒消息也具有特定的格式,例如在发送的数据的包头携带标识,该标识则用于指示管理服务器发送的数据的类型,若监测到的数据的包头中的标识为预先设置的提醒消息的标识,则可以确定管理服务器发送的数据即为提醒消息,展示装置通过解析管理服务器发送给人工坐席的数据的包头中的标识的方式,能够有效地识别提醒消息。
若监测到管理服务器发送的数据中包含提醒消息,则获取模块502获取该提醒消息,并由显示模块503将该提醒消息展示在人工坐席显示界面的悬浮窗口内,该悬浮窗口用于展示人工坐席的提醒消息,以便人工坐席侧的坐席员及时且方便地获取该提醒消息。
其中,展示装置是通过悬浮窗口展示其监测到的提醒消息的,使得能够基于悬浮窗口实现提醒消息的统一展示,且展示装置监测到提醒消息时即可展示该提醒消息,使得能够实现提醒消息的及时展示,这样,也便于人工坐席侧的坐席员及时的获取到提醒消息,对于人工坐席侧的坐席员来说,其可以通过直接查看悬浮窗口的方式确定当前已有的提醒消息,而不需要通过进入邮件界面或在邮件界面手动收取邮件或者通过点击进入功能点的页面的方式确定当前有哪些提箱消息,操作简单方便。
可以理解的是,为了便于人工坐席更及时的获取到提醒消息,人工坐席可以设置悬浮窗口始终置顶显示,使得无论人工坐席侧的坐席员执行什么样操作或处理什么样的事情,该悬浮窗口始终显示在人工坐席的坐席电脑显示界面的顶层,一旦展示装置在该悬浮窗口内展示提醒消息,人工坐席侧的坐席员能够及时获取到该提醒消息。
在本发明实施例中,展示装置监测管理服务器发送给人工坐席的数据中是否包含提醒消息,若监测到管理服务器发送的数据中包含提醒消息,则获取所述提醒消息,且将该提醒消息显示在人工坐席显示界面的悬浮窗口内,该悬浮窗口用于展示人工坐席的提醒消息。通过设置用于控制人工坐席的提醒消息统一展示的展示装置,使得能够实现提醒消息的统一展示,且通过利用悬浮窗口展示人工坐席的提醒消息,使得能够实现提醒消息的实时展示,提高提醒消息展示的实时性,且人工坐席侧的坐席员通过查看悬浮窗口即可获取到提醒消息,不需要通过邮件或者点击进入功能点的页面的方式,便于坐席员快速且方便地获取到提醒消息。

需要说明的是,在硬件实现上,以上监测模块501、获取模块502及显示模块503等可以以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于提醒消息的展示装置中,也可以以软件形式存储于提醒消息的展示装置的存储器中,以便于处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。该处理器可以为中央处理单元(CPU)、微处理器、单片机等。
参照图9,图9是本发明实施例方案涉及的硬件运行环境的设备结构示意图。
本发明实施例提醒消息的展示设备可以是PC,也可以是智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)播放器、MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)播放器、便携计算机等具有显示功能的终端设备。
如图9所示,该提醒消息的展示设备可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,网络接口1002,用户接口1003,存储器1004。这些组件之间的连接通信可以通过通信总线实现。网络接口1002可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。存储器1004可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1004可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
可选地,该提醒消息的展示设备还可以包括摄像头、RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路,传感器、音频电路、WiFi模块等等。

若所述提醒消息的紧急级别未处于所述级别范围内,则确定所述提醒消息为非紧急提醒消息,将所述提醒消息显示在所述悬浮窗口中用于展示非紧急提醒消息的展示区域内。
进一步地,所述提醒消息中包含所述提醒消息所属的功能点,所述用于展示非紧急提醒消息的展示区域包含基于功能点划分的多个子区域;
所述确定所述提醒消息为非紧急提醒消息,将所述提醒消息显示在所述悬浮窗口中用于展示非紧急提醒消息的展示区域内的步骤包括:
在确定提醒消息为非紧急提醒消息时,利用提醒消息所属的功能点确定与所述功能点对应的子区域;
将所述提醒消息显示在与所述功能点对应的子区域内。
进一步地,所述一个或者多个程序可被所述一个或者多个处理器执行,还实现以下步骤:
若检测到对所述悬浮窗口内的提醒消息的点击操作,则获取所述提醒消息对应的超链接;
利用所述超链接加载所述提醒消息的处理页面,以便所述人工坐席能够对所述提醒消息提醒的内容进行处理。
进一步地,所述一个或者多个程序可被所述一个或者多个处理器执行,还实现以下步骤:
在加载所述提醒消息的处理页面之后,监测所述人工坐席对所述提醒消息的处理结果;
若监测到所述人工坐席已完成对所述提醒消息的处理,则从所述悬浮窗口中删除所述提醒消息。
本发明计算机可读存储介质具体实施方式与上述提醒消息的展示方法及装置各实施例基本相同,在此不再赘述。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种提醒消息的展示方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于人工坐席中的展示装置,所述展示装置用于控制所述人工坐席的提醒消息的统一展示,所述方法包括:
    所述展示装置监测管理服务器发送给所述人工坐席的数据中是否包含提醒消息;
    若监测到所述管理服务器发送的数据中包含提醒消息,则获取所述提醒消息;
    所述展示装置将所述提醒消息展示在所述人工坐席显示界面的悬浮窗口内,所述悬浮窗口用于统一展示所述人工坐席的提醒消息,以便所述人工坐席侧的坐席员及时且方便地获取所述提醒消息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的展示方法,其特征在于,所述提醒消息中包含所述提醒消息的紧急级别;
    则所述展示装置将所述提醒消息展示在所述人工坐席显示界面的悬浮窗口内的步骤包括:
    判断所述提醒消息的紧急级别是否处于预置的级别范围内;
    若所述提醒消息的紧急级别处于所述级别范围内,则确定所述提醒消息为紧急提醒消息,将所述提醒消息显示在所述悬浮窗口中用于展示紧急提醒消息的展示区域内;
    若所述提醒消息的紧急级别未处于所述级别范围内,则确定所述提醒消息为非紧急提醒消息,将所述提醒消息显示在所述悬浮窗口中用于展示非紧急提醒消息的展示区域内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的展示方法,其特征在于,所述提醒消息中包含所述提醒消息所属的功能点,所述用于展示非紧急提醒消息的展示区域包含基于功能点划分的多个子区域;
    则确定所述提醒消息为非紧急提醒消息,将所述提醒消息显示在所述悬浮窗口中用于展示非紧急提醒消息的展示区域内的步骤包括:
    在确定提醒消息为非紧急提醒消息时,利用提醒消息所属的功能点确定与所述功能点对应的子区域;
    将所述提醒消息显示在与所述功能点对应的子区域内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的展示方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    若检测到对所述悬浮窗口内的提醒消息的点击操作,则获取所述提醒消息对应的超链接;
    利用所述超链接加载所述提醒消息的处理页面,以便所述人工坐席能够对所述提醒消息提醒的内容进行处理。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的展示方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在加载所述提醒消息的处理页面之后,监测所述人工坐席对所述提醒消息的处理结果;
    若监测到所述人工坐席已完成对所述提醒消息的处理,则从所述悬浮窗口中删除所述提醒消息。
  6. 一种提醒消息的展示装置,其特征在于,所述装置应用于人工坐席中,所述展示装置用于控制所述人工坐席的提醒消息的统一展示,所述展示装置包括:
    监测模块,用于监测管理服务器发送给所述人工坐席的数据中是否包含提醒消息;
    获取模块,用于若监测到所述管理服务器发送的数据中包含提醒消息,则获取所述提醒消息;
    显示模块,用于将所述提醒消息展示在所述人工坐席显示界面的悬浮窗口内,所述悬浮窗口用于统一展示所述人工坐席的提醒消息,以便所述人工坐席侧的坐席员及时且方便地获取所述提醒消息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的展示装置,其特征在于,所述提醒消息中包含所述提醒消息的紧急级别;
    则所述显示模块包括:
    判断模块,用于判断所述提醒消息的紧急级别是否处于预置的级别范围内;
    第一确定及显示模块,用于若所述提醒消息的紧急级别处于所述级别范围内,则确定所述提醒消息为紧急提醒消息,将所述提醒消息显示在所述悬浮窗口中用于展示紧急提醒消息的展示区域内;
    第二确定及显示模块,用于若所述提醒消息的紧急级别未处于所述级别范围内,则确定所述提醒消息为非紧急提醒消息,将所述提醒消息显示在所述悬浮窗口中用于展示非紧急提醒消息的展示区域内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的展示装置,其特征在于,所述提醒消息中包含所述提醒消息所属的功能点,所述用于展示非紧急提醒消息的展示区域包含基于功能点划分的多个子区域;
    则第二确定及显示模块包括:
    区域确定模块,用于确定所述提醒消息为非紧急提醒消息,利用所述提醒消息所属的功能点确定与所述功能点对应的子区域;
    消息显示模块,用于将所述提醒消息显示在与所述功能点对应的子区域内。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的展示装置,其特征在于,所述展示装置还包括:
    获取模块,用于若检测到对所述悬浮窗口内的提醒消息的点击操作,则获取所述提醒消息对应的超链接;
    加载模块,用于利用所述超链接加载所述提醒消息的处理页面,以便所述人工坐席能够对所述提醒消息提醒的内容进行处理。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的展示装置,其特征在于,所述展示装置还包括:
    结果监测模块,用于在加载所述提醒消息的处理页面之后,监测所述人工坐席对所述提醒消息的处理结果;
    删除模块,用于若监测到所述人工坐席已完成对所述提醒消息的处理,则从所述悬浮窗口中删除所述提醒消息。
  11. 一种提醒消息的展示设备,其特征在于,所述提醒消息的展示设备包括处理器、网络接口、用户接口及存储器,所述存储器中存储有包含提醒消息的数据;
    所述网络接口用于连接管理服务器,与所述管理服务器进行数据通信,所述服务器中存储有标识信息生成规则;
    所述用户接口用于连接客户端,与所述客户端进行数据通信;
    所述处理器用于执行所述提醒消息的展示程序,以实现以下步骤:
    监测管理服务器发送给所述人工坐席的数据中是否包含提醒消息;
    若监测到所述管理服务器发送的数据中包含提醒消息,则获取所述提醒消息;
    将所述提醒消息展示在所述人工坐席显示界面的悬浮窗口内,所述悬浮窗口用于统一展示所述人工坐席的提醒消息,以便所述人工坐席侧的坐席员及时且方便地获取所述提醒消息。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的提醒消息的展示设备,其特征在于,所述提醒消息中包含所述提醒消息的紧急级别;
    所述将所述提醒消息展示在所述人工坐席显示界面的悬浮窗口内的步骤包括:
    判断所述提醒消息的紧急级别是否处于预置的级别范围内;
    若所述提醒消息的紧急级别处于所述级别范围内,则确定所述提醒消息为紧急提醒消息,将所述提醒消息显示在所述悬浮窗口中用于展示紧急提醒消息的展示区域内;
    若所述提醒消息的紧急级别未处于所述级别范围内,则确定所述提醒消息为非紧急提醒消息,将所述提醒消息显示在所述悬浮窗口中用于展示非紧急提醒消息的展示区域内。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的提醒消息的展示设备,其特征在于,所述提醒消息中包含所述提醒消息所属的功能点,所述用于展示非紧急提醒消息的展示区域包含基于功能点划分的多个子区域;
    所述确定所述提醒消息为非紧急提醒消息,将所述提醒消息显示在所述悬浮窗口中用于展示非紧急提醒消息的展示区域内的步骤包括:
    在确定提醒消息为非紧急提醒消息时,利用提醒消息所属的功能点确定与所述功能点对应的子区域;
    将所述提醒消息显示在与所述功能点对应的子区域内。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的提醒消息的展示设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于执行所述提醒消息的展示程序,以实现以下步骤:
    若检测到对所述悬浮窗口内的提醒消息的点击操作,则获取所述提醒消息对应的超链接;
    利用所述超链接加载所述提醒消息的处理页面,以便所述人工坐席能够对所述提醒消息提醒的内容进行处理。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的提醒消息的展示设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于执行所述提醒消息的展示程序,以实现以下步骤:
    在加载所述提醒消息的处理页面之后,监测所述人工坐席对所述提醒消息的处理结果;
    若监测到所述人工坐席已完成对所述提醒消息的处理,则从所述悬浮窗口中删除所述提醒消息。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现以下步骤:
    监测管理服务器发送给所述人工坐席的数据中是否包含提醒消息;
    若监测到所述管理服务器发送的数据中包含提醒消息,则获取所述提醒消息;
    将所述提醒消息展示在所述人工坐席显示界面的悬浮窗口内,所述悬浮窗口用于统一展示所述人工坐席的提醒消息,以便所述人工坐席侧的坐席员及时且方便地获取所述提醒消息。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述提醒消息中包含所述提醒消息的紧急级别;
    所述将所述提醒消息展示在所述人工坐席显示界面的悬浮窗口内的步骤包括:
    判断所述提醒消息的紧急级别是否处于预置的级别范围内;
    若所述提醒消息的紧急级别处于所述级别范围内,则确定所述提醒消息为紧急提醒消息,将所述提醒消息显示在所述悬浮窗口中用于展示紧急提醒消息的展示区域内;
    若所述提醒消息的紧急级别未处于所述级别范围内,则确定所述提醒消息为非紧急提醒消息,将所述提醒消息显示在所述悬浮窗口中用于展示非紧急提醒消息的展示区域内。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述提醒消息中包含所述提醒消息所属的功能点,所述用于展示非紧急提醒消息的展示区域包含基于功能点划分的多个子区域;
    所述确定所述提醒消息为非紧急提醒消息,将所述提醒消息显示在所述悬浮窗口中用于展示非紧急提醒消息的展示区域内的步骤包括:
    在确定提醒消息为非紧急提醒消息时,利用提醒消息所属的功能点确定与所述功能点对应的子区域;
    将所述提醒消息显示在与所述功能点对应的子区域内。
