技术领域
本发明涉及影像处理技术领域,特别涉及一种投影仪。
背景技术
传统的投影仪只是用于办公场合,通常只是显示静止的画面,这样画面就不会出现因为LCD/LCoS芯片中液晶响应速度慢和人眼本身具有的视觉残留现象而导致的动态画面的“拖影”现象。但是近年来投影仪开始用于家庭影院,如果家庭影院所用的投影芯片是LCD/LCoS芯片,那么由于动态画面而出现“拖影”现象相比于DMD芯片会比较严重,但是DMD芯片即使相应速度再快,由于人眼的视觉残留现象所以只是从提高响应速度方面考虑无法从根本上去除动态画面的“拖影”现象。
“拖影”现象主要由两种原因引起,第一种是液晶的响应有一定的时间,从上一幅图像转换到下一幅图像的时候会有液晶分子的中间态存在,这个中间态会造成图像的模糊;第二种原因是人眼有视觉残留效应,图像在人眼的视网膜上残留的时间为10-12ms,这样第一和第二幅图像就会产生重叠,从而造成图像的模糊。
目前在液晶面板中解决“拖影”的方式有两种,一种是通过提升刷新频率,将原来的刷新频率翻倍,在原来两个帧之间插入一个黑画面(即插黑);另外一种是通过关闭背光源在两个帧之间插入黑画面。
关闭背光源插入黑画面的目的有两个:一是在液晶分子处于第一帧和第二帧的中间态时不显示图像,这样就不会有处于中间态的液晶分子显示图像;二是切断第一帧在人眼视网膜上的视觉残留,第一帧的图像叠加上一个黑画面就可以切断视觉残留。
为解决“拖影”现象,有必要提供一种新的投影仪。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种投影仪,其结构简单,在投影显示中,该投影仪可以达到用一种简单的方法解决“拖影”现象,从而提高画面质量,增加观赏体验的效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出一种投影仪,其中,所述投影仪包括:
光源;
聚焦透镜,设置在所述光源的一侧;
用于间隔地阻挡或透射所述聚焦透镜形成的光线的切换轮,且阻挡所述聚焦透镜形成的光线的时间小于或等于透射所述聚焦透镜形成的光线的时间,所述切换轮设在所述聚焦透镜远离所述光源的一侧;
用于使透射过所述切换轮的光线形成线偏振光的线偏振光合成组件,所述线偏振光合成组件设在所述切换轮远离所述聚焦透镜的一侧;
用于将所述线偏振光分离出多种颜色光并对分离出的多种颜色光调制的光分离调制器,所述光分离调制器设在所述线偏振光合成组件远离所述切换轮的一侧;
用于使调制后的多种颜色光会合在一起并形成出射光线的合束镜;
投影镜头,设在所述合束镜远离所述光分离调制器的一侧。
如上所述的投影仪,其中,所述线偏振光合成组件包括:
偏振光转换器,设在所述切换轮远离所述聚焦透镜的一侧;
所述偏振光转换器和所述切换轮之间设有多个整形光学元件。
如上所述的投影仪,其中,所述光分离调制器包括用于分离出第一光、第二光和第三光的光分离器及分别对所述第一光调制的第一光调制器、对所述第二光调制的第二光调制器和对所述第三光调制的第三光调制器。
如上所述的投影仪,其中,所述光分离器包括第一二向色镜和第二二向色镜,所述第一二向色镜倾斜设置且位于所述线偏振光合成组件远离所述切换轮的一侧,所述第二二向色镜与所述第一二向色镜平行设置且位于所述第一二向色镜远离所述线偏振光合成组件的一侧。

如上所述的投影仪,其中,所述切换轮包括多个用于阻挡光线的黑色区及两两相邻的两个所述黑色区之间设有用于使光线透过的透明区或空白区,所述黑白区的面积小于或等于所述透明区或所述白色区的面积。
如上所述的投影仪,其中,所述切换轮包括平动装置及在所述平动装置上左右移动地用于遮挡或透过光线的遮挡片。
本发明的投影仪,在投影显示中,用一种比较简单的方法解决“拖影”现象,同时可以达到减轻由于LCD/Lcos芯片中液晶的响应速度慢以及由于人眼视觉残留现象(包括响应速度很快的DMD芯片)而导致的“拖影”现象,从而可以提 高画面质量,增加观赏体验的效果。

如图1和图2所示,本发明的投影仪包括:光源1、聚焦透镜2、切换轮3、线偏振光合成组件、光分离调制器、合束镜4和投影镜头5,其中,聚焦透镜2设置在光源1的一侧,切换轮3可以间隔地阻挡或透射穿过聚焦透镜2的光线,也即,穿过聚焦透镜2的光线间隔地被切换轮2阻挡或间隔地穿过切换轮3,且阻挡聚焦透镜2形成的光线的时间小于或等于透射聚焦透镜2形成的光线的时间,切换轮3设在聚焦透镜2远离光源1的一侧,线偏振光合成组件可以使透射 过切换轮的光线形成线偏振光,线偏振光合成组件设在切换轮3远离聚焦透镜2的一侧,光分离调制器用于将线偏振光分离出多种不同颜色光并对分离出的该多种不同颜色光进行调制,光分离调制器设在线偏振光合成组件远离切换轮3的一侧,合束镜4用于将调制后的多种不同颜色的光会合在一起并形成出射光线,投影镜头5设在合束镜4远离光分离调制器的一侧。
本发明的投影仪的工作过程为:光源1发出的白光经过聚焦透镜2,聚焦透镜2用于够使白光中的发散光去除,穿过聚焦透镜2的光线穿过切换轮3,切换轮3用于间隔地阻挡穿过聚焦透镜2的光线,同时间隔地使穿过聚焦透镜2的光线透射过切换轮3,且阻挡聚焦透镜2形成的光线的时间小于或等于透射聚焦透镜2形成的光线的时间,线偏振光合成组件将穿过切换轮3的光线整合成线偏振光,光分离调制器将线偏振光分离出多种不同颜色的光,并分别对多种不同颜色的光进行调制,调制之后的多种不同颜色光被合束镜4会合在一起并形成出射光线,最后出射光线由投影镜头5把图像射到显示屏幕上,切换轮3通过阻挡光线,使后面的显示屏幕上形成黑色,这样在这段时间内没有光线入射到人眼,这样一方面可以避免液晶分子在第一帧和第二帧之间的转换时的中间态显示图像,另一方面由于人眼的视网膜上出现黑色的画面,可以“阻断”视网膜上第一帧画面的视觉残留,然后光线透过切换轮3,使在最后的显示屏幕上呈现第二帧的图像,这样的过程使就可以消除“拖影”现象。
在本发明中,光源1的种类可以为灯泡光源,包括金属卤素灯、高压汞灯或疝灯,也可以是由蓝色激光或者LED激发荧屏粉而形成的白色光源,在此不对光源1做具体地限制。
如图3所示,本发明中,切换轮3由多个用于阻挡光线的黑色区31及两两相邻的两个黑色区31之间设有用于使光线透过的透明区32,黑白区31的面积小于或等于透明区32的面积;在一种实施方式中,切换轮3由多个用于阻挡光线的黑色区31及两两相邻的两个黑色区31之间设有用于使光线透过的空白区33,黑白区31的面积小于或等于白色区33的面积,切换轮3的加工方式为在一个透明基板上间隔地图上黑色吸收层,黑色吸收层阻止光线穿过切换轮3,其结构如图3所示,也可以像图4一样,透明区32不设置任何材料,即为空白区33;如图8所示,切换轮3与芯片液晶的切换频率之间有一定的关系,当芯片显示第一帧时(即图8中照亮第N-1帧A所示),光源1的出射光线透射过切换轮3的透 明区32或者空白区33,最终光线可以入射到芯片上,由芯片调制形成第一帧的图像;在芯片显示第二帧画面时,第一帧和第二帧之间有一个液晶的响应时间t1,在这个响应时间t1之内,切换轮3转过一个角度,黑色区31把光线遮挡住,这样在这个时间段就没有光线入射到人眼,这样一方面可以避免液晶分子在第一帧和第二帧的转换时的中间态显示图像,另外一方面由于人眼的视网膜上出现一个黑色的画面,可以“阻断”视网膜上第一帧画面的视觉残留,这样就可以有效消除“拖影”现象,然后切换轮3又转过一个角度,使得光线处于透明区32或者空白区33,此时的芯片显示第二帧的图像(即图8中照亮第N帧B所示),整个过程如图4所示,其中黑色区31和透明区32(或空白区33)的面积具有一定的对应关系,如果显示屏幕的刷新频率和像素的响应时间t1(包括帧的寻址时间t2)相同,那么黑色区31和透明区32(或空白区33)的面积比为≤1,当这个数值等于1的时候,相当于完全消除了芯片中由于液晶分子响应速度慢而导致的“拖影”现象,和人眼视觉残留而造成的“拖影”现象。如果这个数值<1,那么相当于部分消除了芯片中由于液晶分子响应速度慢而导致的“拖影”现象,和完全消除人眼视觉残留而造成的“拖影”现象。
当然,如图5-7所示,切换轮3也可以设计为切换轮3包括平动装置34和在平动装置34上左右滑动地遮挡片35,遮挡片35位于光路上,平动装置34控制遮挡片35在光路的左右方向上高速移动,当芯片显示第一帧画面时,遮挡片35不遮挡入射光点,在第一帧和第二帧画面之间的时间遮挡片35挡住入射光点,当显示第二帧时又不遮挡入射光点,在本发明中芯片采用LCD芯片或Lcos芯片,当然也可采用其他芯片,在此不做具体限制。
在本发明中,线偏振光合成组件包括偏振光转换器6和多个整形光学元件7,其中,偏振光转换器6设在切换轮3远离聚焦透镜2的一侧,偏振光转换器6和切换轮3之间设有多个整形光学元件7,整形光学元件7用于把光线使光线分布均匀,偏振光转化器6将分布均匀的光线形成线偏振光。
在本发明中,光分离调制器包括用于把线偏振光分离出三种不同颜色光的光分离器及分别对三种不同颜色光调制的调制器,即光分离调制器用于把线偏振光分离出第一光A、第二光B和第三光C的光分离器及分别对第一光A调制的第一光调制器、对第二光B调制的第二光调制器和对第三光C调制的第三光调制器,在一具体的实施方式中,第一光A为蓝光、第二光B为绿光及第三光C为红光。
在一具体实施方式中,本发明的光分离器包括第一二向色镜8和第二二向色镜9,第一二向色镜8倾斜设置且位于线偏光合成组件远离切换轮3的一侧,第二二向色镜9与第一二向色镜8平行设置且位于第一二向色镜8远离线偏振光合成组件的一侧,在本发明中,第一二向色镜8与水平线呈45°倾斜设置且位于偏振光转换器6远离切换轮3的一侧,第二二向色镜9与水平线呈45°倾斜设置且位于第一二向色镜8远离偏振光转换器6的一侧,线偏振光入射到第一二向色镜8,第一二向色镜8对第一光A反射,对第二光B和第三光C的混合光D透射,第一光A被第一光调制器调制,第二光B和第三光C的混合光D入射到第二二向色镜9,第二二向色镜9对第二光B反射,对第三光C透射,第二光B被第二光调制器调制,第三光C被第三光调制器调制,在本发明中,线偏振光入射到第一二向色镜8,第一二向色镜8对蓝光反射对黄光透射,即在本发明中蓝光为第一光A,黄光为第二光B和第三光C的混合光,透射的黄光光线入射到第二二向色镜9上,第二二向色镜对绿光反射,对红光透射,即在本发明中绿光为第二光B,红光为第三光C。
在本发明中,芯片采用LCD芯片或Lcos芯片。
如图1所示,当芯片采用LCD芯片时,第一光调制器为第一光调制LCD芯片10,在本发明中,第一光调制LCD芯片10为蓝光调制LCD芯片,第一二向色镜8上方设有与该第一二向色镜8平行设置的第一反射镜11,第一光调制LCD芯片10设在本发明中第一反射镜11靠近第二二向色镜9的一侧,在本发明中,第一反射镜11与水平线呈45°倾斜设置,蓝光经第一反射镜11反射到蓝光调制LCD芯片上,经蓝光调制LCD芯片对蓝光进行调制;第二光调制器为第二光调制LCD芯片20,在本发明中,第二光调制LCD芯片20为绿光调制LCD芯片,第二光调制LCD芯片20位于第二二向色镜9的上方,由第二二向色镜9反射的绿光被绿光调制LCD芯片调制,在第二二向色镜9远离第一二向色镜8的一侧设有与第二二向色镜9平行设置的第二反射镜12,第二反射镜12上方设有与第二反射镜12交错设置的第三反射镜13且第三反射镜13反射形成的光线与入射到第二反射镜12的光线平行,第三光调制器为第三光调制LCD芯片30,具体地,第三反射镜12靠近第二二向色镜9的一侧设有第三光调制LCD芯片30,第三光调制LCD芯片为红光调制LCD芯片,由第二二向色镜9透射的红光由第二反射镜12和第三反射镜13反射后被红光调制LCD芯片调制,由上述三个LCD芯片 调制的图像由合束镜4合成一副图像,合束镜4出射的光线由一个投影镜头把图像射到显示屏幕上。在一具体实施例中,第三光调制LCD芯片30与第一光调制LCD芯片10平行设置,第二光调制LCD芯片20夹设在第一光调制LCD芯片10与第三光调制LCD芯片30之间且与第一光调制LCD芯片10垂直设置,合束镜4设在第二光调制LCD芯片20的上方且夹设在第一光调制LCD芯片10与第三光调制LCD芯片30之间,通过这样的设置合束镜4用于使三个LCD芯片调制的图像合成一副图像;第二反射镜12与水平线呈45°倾斜设置,第三反射镜13与水平线呈135°倾斜设置,从而实现第三反射镜13反射形成的光线与入射到第二反射镜12的光线相互平行。
如图2所示,当芯片采用Lcos芯片时,第一光调制器包括位于合束镜4的上方的第一光调制Lcos芯片40和设置在第一光调制Lcos芯片40与合束镜4之间的第一偏振合束镜41,第一偏振合束镜41靠近第一二向色镜8的一侧设有与第一二向色镜8相平行的第一反射镜11,在本发明中第一光调制Lcos芯片40为蓝光调制Lcos芯片,经第一二向色镜8反射的蓝光被第一反射镜11反射到第一偏振合束镜41和蓝光调制Lcos芯片上被进行调制。
第二光调制器包括设在合束镜4靠近第二二向色镜9的一侧的第二光调制Lcos芯片50及设在第二光调制Lcos芯片50与合束镜4之间且位于第二二向色镜9上方的第二偏振合束镜51,第二光调制Lcos芯片50为绿光调制Lcos调制芯片,由第二二向色镜9反射的绿光入射到到第二偏振合束镜51和绿光调制Lcos芯片上50上被进行调制;第三光调制器包括位于合束镜4下方的第三光调制Lcos芯片60及设在第三光调制Lcos芯片60与合束镜4之间的第三偏振合束镜61,第三偏振合束镜61位于第二二向色镜9远离所述第一二向色镜8的一侧,在本发明中,第三光调制Lcos芯片为红光调制Lcos芯片,由第二二向色镜9透射的红光入射到到第三偏振合束镜61和红光调制Lcos芯片上60上被进行调制,三个芯片调制的图像由一个合束镜4合为一幅图像,合束镜4出射的光线由一个透射镜头把图像透射到显示屏幕上。
如图8所示,在本发明中,切换轮3与LCD芯片或Lcos芯片(后简称为LCD/Lcos芯片)液晶的切换频率(即图8中的时间t-图像显示过程关系图所示)之间有一定的关系,当LCD/Lcos芯片显示第一帧时(即图8中照亮第N-1帧A所示),光源1的出射光线透射过切换轮3的透明区32或者空白区33,最终光 线可以入射到LCD/Lcos芯片上,由LCD/Lcos芯片调制形成第一帧的图像;在LCD/Lcos芯片显示第二帧画面时,第一帧和第二帧之间有一个液晶的响应时间t1,在这个响应时间t1之内,切换轮3转过一个角度,黑色区31把光线遮挡住,这样在这个时间段就没有光线入射到人眼,这样一方面可以避免液晶分子在第一帧和第二帧的转换时的中间态显示图像,另外一方面由于人眼的视网膜上出现一个黑色的画面,可以“阻断”视网膜上第一帧画面的视觉残留,这样就可以有效消除“拖影”现象,然后切换轮3又转过一个角度,使得光线处于透明区32或者空白区33,此时的LCD/Lcos芯片显示第二帧的图像(即图8中照亮第N帧B所示),再进行一个过程,即达到LCD/Lcos芯片显示第三帧的图像(即图8中照亮第N+1帧C所示),整个过程如图4所示,其中黑色区31和透明区32(或空白区33)的面积具有一定的对应关系,如果显示屏幕的刷新频率和像素的响应时间t1(包括帧的寻址时间t2)相同,那么黑色区31和透明区32(或空白区33)的面积比为≤1,当这个数值等于1的时候,相当于完全消除了LCD/Lcos芯片中由于液晶分子响应速度慢而导致的“拖影”现象,和人眼视觉残留而造成的“拖影”现象。如果这个数值<1,那么相当于部分消除了芯片中由于液晶分子响应速度慢而导致的“拖影”现象和完全消除人眼视觉残留而造成的“拖影”现象。
本发明通过如下方案,穿过聚焦透镜2的光线间隔地被切换轮2阻挡或间隔地穿过切换轮3,且阻挡聚焦透镜2形成的光线的时间小于或等于透射聚焦透镜2形成的光线的时间,且切换轮3与LCD/Lcos芯片液晶的切换频率之间的特定关系的设计,从而消除了“拖影”现象,即可以达到减轻由于LCD/Lcos芯片中液晶的响应速度慢以及由于人眼视觉残留现象(包括响应速度很快的DMD芯片)而导致的“拖影”现象,从而可以提高画面质量,增加观赏体验的效果。
虽然已经参考优选实施例对本发明进行了描述,但在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,各个实施例中所提到的各项技术特征均可以任意方式组合起来。本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种投影仪,其中,所述投影仪包括:
    光源;
    聚焦透镜,设置在所述光源的一侧;
    用于间隔地阻挡或透射所述聚焦透镜形成的光线的切换轮,且阻挡所述聚焦透镜形成的光线的时间小于或等于透射所述聚焦透镜形成的光线的时间,所述切换轮设在所述聚焦透镜远离所述光源的一侧;
    用于使透射过所述切换轮的光线形成线偏振光的线偏振光合成组件,所述线偏振光合成组件设在所述切换轮远离所述聚焦透镜的一侧;
    用于将所述线偏振光分离出多种颜色光并对分离出的多种颜色光调制的光分离调制器,所述光分离调制器设在所述线偏振光合成组件远离所述切换轮的一侧;
    用于使调制后的多种颜色光会合在一起并形成出射光线的合束镜;
    投影镜头,设在所述合束镜远离所述光分离调制器的一侧。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的投影仪,其中,所述线偏振光合成组件包括:
    偏振光转换器,设在所述切换轮远离所述聚焦透镜的一侧;
    所述偏振光转换器和所述切换轮之间设有多个整形光学元件。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的投影仪,其中,所述光分离调制器包括用于分离出第一光、第二光和第三光的光分离器及分别对所述第一光调制的第一光调制器、对所述第二光调制的第二光调制器和对所述第三光调制的第三光调制器。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的投影仪,其中,所述光分离器包括第一二向色镜和第二二向色镜,所述第一二向色镜倾斜设置且位于所述线偏振光合成组件远离所述切换轮的一侧,所述第二二向色镜与所述第一二向色镜平行设置且位于所述第一二向色镜远离所述线偏振光合成组件的一侧。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的投影仪,其中,所述第一光调制器为第一光调制LCD芯片,所述第一二向色镜的上方设有与所述第一二向色镜平行设置的第一反射镜,所述第一光调制LCD芯片设在所述第一反射镜靠近所述第二二向色镜的一侧。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的投影仪,其中,所述第二光调制器为第二光调制LCD 芯片,所述第二光调制LCD芯片位于所述第二二向色镜的上方,所述第二二向色镜远离所述第一二向色镜的一侧设有与所述第二二向色镜平行设置的第二反射镜,所述第二反射镜上方设有与所述第二反射镜交错设置的第三反射镜且所述第三反射镜反射形成的光线与入射到所述第二反射镜的光线平行,所述第三反射镜靠近所述第二二向色镜的一侧设有第三光调制LCD芯片,所述第三光调制LCD芯片与所述第一光调制LCD芯片平行设置,所述第二光调制LCD芯片夹设在所述第一光调制LCD芯片与所述第三光调制LCD芯片之间且与所述第一光调制LCD芯片垂直设置,所述合束镜设在所述第二光调制LCD芯片的上方且位于所述第一光调制LCD芯片与所述第三光调制LCD芯片之间。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的投影仪,其中,所述第一光调制器包括位于所述合束镜的上方的第一光调制Lcos芯片和设置在所述第一光调制Lcos芯片与所述合束镜之间的第一偏振合束镜,所述第一偏振合束镜靠近所述第一二向色镜的一侧设有与所述第一二向色镜相平行的第一反射镜。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的投影仪,其中,所述第二光调制器包括设在所述合束镜靠近所述第二二向色镜的一侧的第二光调制Lcos芯片及设在所述第二光调制Lcos芯片与所述合束镜之间且位于所述第二二向色镜上方的第二偏振合束镜,所述第三光调制器包括位于所述合束镜下方的第三光调制Lcos芯片及设在所述第三光调制Lcos芯片与所述合束镜之间的第三偏振合束镜,所述第三偏振合束镜位于所述第二二向色镜远离所述第一二向色镜的一侧。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的投影仪,其中,所述切换轮包括多个用于阻挡光线的黑色区及两两相邻的两个所述黑色区之间设有用于使光线透过的透明区或空白区,所述黑白区的面积小于或等于所述透明区或所述白色区的面积。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的投影仪,其中,所述切换轮包括平动装置及在所述平动装置上左右移动地用于遮挡或透过光线的遮挡片。
