  参见图3,固定边框10具有底壁101,从底壁101两侧延伸出两个侧壁102,底壁101上设有孔103,可以用紧固件11穿过孔103而将固定边框10固定在例如墙壁等建筑物上,底壁101上设有孔104,可以用紧固件12穿过孔104而将平行连杆机构30固定在固定边框10的底壁101上。
  参见图4,调节边框20具有底壁201,底壁201两端向同一方向延伸出两个侧壁202、203,底壁201朝侧壁的延伸方向凹陷而折弯出安装槽204,安装槽204用于安装固定门片90和防水封条等,安装槽204的一个侧壁与调节边框20的一个侧壁202之间形成滑槽205,滑槽205能容纳移动座60,且移动座60能够在滑槽205内沿纵向滑动。侧壁202上有设有孔206,采用紧固件(例如紧固螺丝)80能将移动座60固定在调节边框20上,使移动座60不能在滑槽205内相对于调节边框20滑动。
  参见图5至图7,平行连杆机构30包含一个固定座40、一个移动座60、两根摇杆50、一个弹性复位件70和四根销轴100。摇杆50包括呈细长片状的杆主体501,杆主体501的两端设有连接孔502。在本实施例中,弹性复位件70为拉伸弹簧,其两个端部分别设有卡口701,适于分别连接在固定座40和移动座60的挂钩上。
  参见图8a至8c,固定座40具有一个长方体状的主体401,在主体401的背面设有孔402,通过孔402可以用紧固件固定在固定边框10上;主体401的上部和下部分别设有开口的摇杆槽403,摇杆槽403内可容纳摇杆50的一个端部。摇杆槽403的两侧壁设有销孔404,通过将销轴100穿过销孔404以及摇杆50端部的连接孔502,可以将摇杆50的一端连接于主体401的摇杆槽403内,并且摇杆50能绕穿过销孔404的销轴100转动。在主体401的正面设有挂钩405,弹性复位件70的一端固定在挂钩405上。固定座40的一个摇杆槽403的底部设有一个三角形的槽406,槽406能使摇杆50尽量地靠近固定件40;固定座40的另一个摇杆槽403的底部设有一个三角形的凸台407,该凸台407能使移动座60远离固定座40移动到最远距离时,摇杆50不会与固定座40呈直角卡死,而是呈一定的角度,当调节边框20套上固定边框10后能更容易向固定边框10移动。
  参见图9a至9c,移动座60具有一个长方体状的主体601,主体601的上部和下部分别设有开口的摇杆槽602,摇杆槽602内可容纳摇杆50的另一个端部。摇杆槽602的两侧壁设有销孔603,通过将销轴100穿过销孔603以及摇杆50端部的连接孔502,可以将摇杆50的另一端连接于主体601的摇杆槽602内,并且摇杆50能绕穿过销孔603的销轴100转动。在主体601的正面设有挂钩604,弹性复位件70的另一端固定在挂钩604上。
  参见图10至12,将至少两个运动方式相反的平行连杆机构30固定在固定边框10上,摇杆50可以在一定的角度内摆动,移动座60在摇杆50的作用下可以向靠近或远离固定座40的方向运动。这里所说的“运动方式相反”,指的是当两个平行连杆机构30的移动座60同时向靠近或远离所对应的固定座40的方向(水平方向)运动时,它们在平行于自身的方向(竖直方向)上的运动方向相反。在没有外力的作用时,移动座60在弹性复位件70的作用下总是保持远离固定座40。安装在固定边框10上部的平行连杆机构30,其运动方式为当移动座60向远离固定座40的方向运动时,移动座60也会向下运动;安装在固定边框10下部的平行连杆机构30,其运动方式为当移动座60向远离固定座40的方向运动时,移动座60也会向上运动,在竖直方向上两个移动座60的运动方向是相反的。在调节边框20套在固定边框10上后,平行连杆机构30的移动座60会与调节边框20的底壁201接触。当外力作用于调节边框20而使其向固定边框10移动时,安装在上部的平行连杆机构30的移动座60会向靠近对应的固定座40的方向移动,同时上部的平行连杆机构30的移动座60会在调节边框20的滑槽205内向上滑动;而安装在下部的平行连杆机构30的移动座60会向靠近对应的固定座40的方向移动,同时下部的平行连杆机构30的移动座60会在调节边框20的滑槽205内向下滑动。当调节边框20移动到理想的位置后,用紧固件80将上下两个平行连杆机构30的移动座60分别固定在调节边框20上,调节边框20就被固定在固定边框10上,完成安装。
  其工作原理是,当外力向外拉调节边框20时,因为上下两个移动座60都已固定在调节边框20上,那么两个移动座60都会随调节边框20有向远离固定座40的方向移动的趋势,然而在摇杆50的作用下,上部的移动座60有相对于调节边框20向下滑动的趋势,而下部的移动座60相对于调节边框20有向上滑动的趋势,然而由于移动座60都被固定在调节边框20上了,所以两个相反方向运动的趋势被相互制约,而使调节边框20不能产生移动,从而固定了调节边框20。放松调节边框20上的紧固件80,那么移动座60就可以相对于调节边框20滑动了,两个移动座60在弹性复位件70的作用下都会向远离固定座40的方向移动,在一定尺寸内使移动座60始终与调节边框20的底壁201接触,调节边框移20动到理想位置后,锁紧调节边框20上的紧固件80,又实现了调节和固定。
  以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,例如,图6所示实施例的弹性复位件70还可以采用其它形式,而不限于拉伸弹簧,例如在图13所示实施例中,弹性复位件170采用了压缩弹簧的形式,其设置在固定座140与移动座160之间,弹性复位件170的两端分别固定或抵靠在固定座140和移动座160的相互面对的正面上的盲孔内,在没有外力作用时,移动座160在弹性复位件170的作用下保持为远离固定座140的位置;在这种实施例中,无需在固定座140和移动座160上设置固定弹性复位件170的挂钩。而在图14所示实施例中,弹性复位件270尽管也是采用拉伸弹簧的形式,但不同的是,弹性复位件270的一端固定在摇杆250上,另一端则是固定在固定座240上,在没有外力作用时,移动座260在弹性复位件270的作用下保持为靠近固定座240的位置。此外,在图15所示实施例中,弹性复位件370采用了扭转弹簧的形式,其设置在固定座340的下端与摇杆350的铰接位置,在没有外力作用时,移动座360在弹性复位件370的作用下保持为靠近固定座340的位置。在上述优选实施方式中,平行连杆机构30的固定座40固定在固定边框10上,而移动座60可沿调节边框20滑动,根据需要,也可以将固定座40固定在调节边框20上,而移动座60可沿固定边框10滑动,这些都是本领域技术人员容易想到的改变和替代方式。此外,固定边框与调节边框20之间设置的平行连杆机构不限于两个,可以设置三个或更多,只要存在运动方式相反的平行连杆机构即可实现本发明的目的。以上这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明的淋浴门调节装置能够在工业上制造和使用,因此具备工业实用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 适于快速安装的淋浴门调节装置,包括固定边框和能够相对于所述固定边框移动的调节边框,其特征在于:
      所述固定边框与调节边框之间设置有运动方式相反的至少两个平行连杆机构;
      所述平行连杆机构包含固定座、移动座、弹性复位件以及至少两根相互平行的摇杆,所述固定座平行于所述移动座,所述摇杆的两端分别铰接于所述固定座和移动座,且所述移动座能够通过所述摇杆的摆动而向靠近或远离所述固定座的方向运动;
      其中,所述固定座固定在所述固定边框和调节边框的其中一个上,而所述移动座可移动地设置在所述固定边框和调节边框的另一个上,并且所述移动座可选择地固定在所述另一个上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴门调节装置,其特征在于:所述平行连杆机构为平行四边形连杆机构,所述摇杆有两根,所述摇杆的端部通过销轴与连接孔的配合而连接于所述固定座和移动座。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的淋浴门调节装置,其特征在于:所述固定座和移动座分别具有呈长方体状的主体,所述主体的上部和下部分别设有可容纳所述摇杆的一个端部的摇杆槽,所述摇杆槽的两侧壁设有可供所述销轴穿过的销孔,通过将所述销轴穿过所述销孔以及所述摇杆端部的所述连接孔而将所述摇杆的一端连接于所述主体的摇杆槽内,并且所述摇杆能够绕穿过所述销孔的销轴转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的淋浴门调节装置,其特征在于:所述固定座的一个摇杆槽的底部设有一个能使所述摇杆尽量靠近所述固定件的呈三角形的槽,所述固定座的另一个摇杆槽的底部设有一个用于避免所述摇杆与所述固定座形成直角而导致卡死的呈三角形的凸台。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的淋浴门调节装置,其特征在于:所述弹性复位件为拉伸弹簧,所述主体的正面设有挂钩,所述拉伸弹簧的端部通过卡口而固定在所述挂钩上;在没有外力作用时,所述移动座在所述拉伸弹簧的作用下保持为远离所述固定座的位置。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的淋浴门调节装置,其特征在于:所述弹性复位件为压缩弹簧,其两端分别固定或抵靠在所述固定座和移动座的相互面对的正面上;在没有外力作用时,所述移动座在所述压缩弹簧的作用下保持为远离所述固定座的位置。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的淋浴门调节装置,其特征在于:所述弹性复位件为拉伸弹簧,其一端固定在所述摇杆上,另一端固定在所述固定座上;在没有外力作用时,所述移动座在所述拉伸弹簧的作用下保持为靠近所述固定座的位置。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的淋浴门调节装置,其特征在于:所述弹性复位件为扭转弹簧,其设置在所述固定座与所述摇杆的铰接位置;在没有外力作用时,所述移动座在所述扭转弹簧的作用下保持为靠近所述固定座的位置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴门调节装置,其特征在于:所述固定边框具有底壁以及从所述底壁两侧延伸出的两个侧壁,所述底壁上设有用于与固定件配合以便将所述固定边框固定设置的孔,所述底壁上设有用于与固定件配合以便将所述平行连杆机构的所述固定座固定至所述固定边框的孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴门调节装置,其特征在于:所述调节边框具有底壁以及从所述底壁两侧向同一方向延伸出的两个侧壁,所述底壁朝所述侧壁的延伸方向凹陷而折弯出用于安装固定门片的安装槽,所述安装槽的一个侧壁与所述调节边框的一个侧壁之间形成能够容纳所述移动座并可供所述移动座在其内沿所述调节边框的纵向滑动的滑槽,所述调节边框的侧壁设有用于与固定件配合以便将所述平行连杆机构的所述移动座固定至所述调节边框的孔。
