Abstract

본 발명은 토치각도 조절구 및 이를 갖는 절단장치에 관한 것이다. 이는, 상기 토치각도 조절구는, 프레임에 지지된 상태로 구동부에 의해 승강운동하는 승강부와; 상기 승강부에 연결되고 승강부에 종동하여 회전력을 발생하는 회전력발생부와; 상기 회전력발생부와 링크되며 회전력발생부로부터 전달받은 회전력을 직선운동으로 변환하는 링크유니트와; 상기 링크유니트에 연결되며 링크유니트로부터 운동력을 전달받아 틸팅되는 틸팅링크와; 상기 틸팅링크에 장착된 상태로 토치를 지지하는 토치홀더를 포함한다. 상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 토치각도 조절구 및 이를 갖는 절단장치는, 토치의 각도조절이 별도의 토치틸팅링크에 의해 독립적으로 구현되므로 장치의 민첩성이 뛰어나고 그에 따라 작업스피드가 신속하며 생산성이 높고, 특히 리드스크류와 링크기구를 적용하여 토치의 각도를 미세하게 변경할 수 있어, 정밀 절단작업에 최적 적용할 수 있다.
