Description

毛染用器具
　本発明は、毛染用器具に関し、より詳しくは、毛髪を縞状に染色するのに使用される毛染用器具に関する。
　従来の毛染め方法として、毛髪を複数の筋状に染色する技術（ウィービング）が知られている。また、この用途に使用される器具として、特許文献１には、頭髪の縞染め用器具が開示されている。
　図７に示すように、この縞染め用器具５０は、複数の櫛歯５１を有する櫛部材５２と、櫛部材５２に対してピン５４により回動自在に取り付けられた挟持部材５３とを備えており、毛束Ｂを櫛部材５２と挟持部材５３との間に挟持する。この状態から、櫛歯５１で毛束Ｂを押し上げるように縞染め用器具５０を回転させると、図８に示すように、毛束Ｂの一部が櫛歯５１の先端で縞状に掬い取られる。この後、縞状の毛束Ｂをアルミニウム箔のパネルに載せて薬液を塗布することにより、毛髪が縞状に染色される。

　このような毛髪の筋染めは、毛髪全体を染色する通常の毛染めと比較して、自然な感じで躍動感を生じさせることができる。筋染めされた毛髪の外観は、筋染め幅によっても大きく変化するため、年齢やヘアスタイル等に応じて筋染め幅を選択できることが望まれる。
　ところが、上記従来の縞染め用器具５０は、櫛歯５１の先端幅と同じ幅で筋状の毛束Ｂが掬い取られるため、この後に筋状の毛束Ｂの幅を調整するのに施術者の熟練が必要となり、筋染め作業が困難で時間がかかるという問題があった。
　そこで、本発明は、所望の筋染め幅による毛髪の染色を容易化することができる毛染用器具の提供を目的とする。
　本発明の前記目的は、複数の櫛歯部を有する櫛部材と、前記櫛部材に対して回動自在に取り付けられて前記櫛部材との間に毛髪を挟持する挟持部材とを備え、複数の前記櫛歯部の先端部で毛髪を縞状に掬い取ることができる毛染用器具であって、前記櫛部材は、前記挟持部材を回動可能に支持する支持部材と、前記支持部材に往復動可能に取り付けられた移動部材とを備え、前記支持部材および移動部材は、それぞれ第１突部および第２突部を複数有しており、前記第１突部および第２突部によって前記櫛歯部が構成され、前記支持部材に対する前記移動部材の相対移動によって前記第１突部および第２突部の重なり幅が変化する毛染用器具により達成される。
　この毛染用器具において、前記支持部材は、一方側に前記第１突部が設けられ、他方側に把持部が形成されていることが好ましく、前記移動部材は、一方側に前記第２突部が設けられ、他方側に鉤状の操作部を有することが好ましい。
　前記第１突部および第２突部は、一方が側面に開口部を有する筐体状に形成され、他方が前記開口部を介して一方内に収容可能とされていることが好ましい。
　前記第１突部および第２突部は、先端部から突出する第１保持部および第２保持部をそれぞれ有することが好ましく、これによって前記第１保持部と前記第２保持部との間に毛髪を保持することができる。
　本発明によれば、所望の筋染め幅による毛髪の染色を容易化することができる毛染用器具を提供することができる。

　以下、本発明の実施の形態について、添付図面を参照して説明する。図１は、本発明の一実施形態に係る毛染用器具の正面図である。図１に示すように、毛染用器具１は、複数の櫛歯部１２を有する櫛部材１０と、櫛部材１０に対して軸部２により回動自在に取り付けられた挟持部材２０とを備えている。
　櫛部材１０は、支持部材３０と、支持部材３０に往復動可能に取り付けられた移動部材４０とを備えており、支持部材３０が挟持部材２０を回転可能に支持する。支持部材３０は、直線状に延びる本体３１の軸部２よりも前方側（図１の右側）に、第１突部３２が複数設けられている。第１突部３２は、先端部の前部から上方に突出する第１保持部３４が設けられている。支持部材３０の軸部２よりも後方側（図１の左側）には、把持部３６が形成されている。把持部３６の後部には、尖端部３６ａが設けられている。
　図２は、図１に示す毛染用器具１から挟持部材２０を取り外して示す正面図である。図２に示すように、移動部材４０は、直線状に延びる本体４１の中央部に長手方向に沿って長孔４３が形成されており、この長孔４３に軸部２が移動可能に挿通されることにより、支持部材３０に対して相対移動可能とされている。
　移動部材４０は、長孔４３よりも前方側に、第２突部４２が設けられている。第２突部４２は、先端部の後部から上方に突出する第２保持部４４が設けられている。移動部材４０の長孔４３よりも後方側には、下方に屈曲した鉤状の操作部４６が形成されている。操作部４６の側面は、支持部材３０の長手方向に沿って設けられたガイド部３３に沿って摺動することにより、移動部材４０の移動方向が案内される。
　図３は、図１のＡ－Ａ断面図である。図３に示すように、支持部材３０の本体３１は、断面半円状に形成されており、平坦面の長手方向に沿って係合溝３１ａが形成されている。移動部材４０の本体４１は、断面半円状に形成されており、平坦面の長手方向に沿ってガイドレール４１ａが形成されている。係合溝３１ａとガイドレール４１ａとは互いに係合しており、支持部材３０に対する移動部材４０の往復動がスムーズに行われるように支持部材３０および移動部材４０が一体化されて、円筒状の櫛部材本体１１を構成している。第１突部３２および第２突部４２は、いずれも薄板状の小片からなり、それぞれの平坦面同士が摺動可能に密着することにより、櫛歯部１２が構成されている。
　図１に示すように、挟持部材２０は、軸部２の前方側に挟持部２２が設けられており、軸部２の後方側に把持部２４が形成されている。図３に示すように、挟持部２２は、半円筒状に形成されており、櫛部材本体１１との間に毛髪を挟持する。挟持部２２の両側縁部には、挟持した毛髪を確実に保持できるように、多数の微細な凹凸からなる保持部２６がそれぞれ形成されている。
　上記の構成を備える毛染用器具１の使用方法は、図７および図８に示す従来の器具と同様である。すなわち、施術者が櫛部材１０および挟持部材２０の把持部３６，２４を握ることにより、櫛部材１０と挟持部材２０との間に毛髪を挟持して、各櫛歯部１２の先端部で毛髪の一部を縞状に掬い取った後、この縞状の毛束をパネルに載せて薬液を塗布することにより、毛髪を縞状に染色することができる。
　本実施形態の毛染用器具１は、図２に示すように、櫛歯部１２を構成する第１突部３２および第２突部４２の略全体が重なり合った状態から、施術者が操作部４６を後方（矢示方向）に引くことにより、第１突部３２および第２突部４２の重なり幅が徐々に小さくなり、櫛歯部１２の幅が広がる。図４に示すように、第１突部３２および第２突部４２の重なりが無くなった状態で、櫛歯部１２の幅ｔは最大となる。
　このように、支持部材３０に対する移動部材４０の相対移動によって第１突部３２および第２突部３４の重なり幅を変化させることにより、櫛歯部１２の先端部の幅ｔを調整することができるので、筋状の毛束を所望の幅で掬い取ることができる。したがって、その後の所望の筋染め幅による毛髪の染色を、容易に行うことができる。
　また、本実施形態においては、支持部材３０および移動部材４０の後方側に、把持部３６および操作部４６をそれぞれ備えているので、把持部３６および操作部４６を近接するように配置することができ、櫛歯部１２の幅調整を容易に行うことができる。
　また、本実施形態においては、第１突部３２および第２突部４２が、第１保持部３４および第２保持部４４をそれぞれ備えているので、相対移動可能な第１保持部３４および第２保持部４４の間に毛髪を確実に保持することができる。但し、第１保持部３４および第２保持部４４は、必ずしも設ける必要はなく、例えば、櫛歯部１２の先端部に窪みが形成されるように、第１突部３２および第２突部４２の各先端部を形成してもよい。
　また、本実施形態においては、第１突部３２および第２突部４２を、互いにスライド摺動可能な薄板状の小片としているが、重なり幅の変化によって櫛歯部１２の幅を調整可能であれば、第１突部３２および第２突部４２の形状は特に限定されるものではない。
　例えば、図５および図６に要部正面図および要部断面図でそれぞれ示すように、断面逆Ｕ字状の本体１３１に筐体状の第１突部１３２を設けて支持部材１３０を構成し、本体１３１の内面側と摺動する棒状の本体１４１に薄板状の第２突部１４２を設けて移動部材１４０を構成してもよい。本体１３１の第１突部１３２の前方側には長孔１３５が形成されており、この長孔１３５を介して第２突部１４２が移動可能に突出する。また、筐体状の第１突部１３２の前方側面には開口部１３２ａが形成されており、この開口部１３２ａを介して第２突部１４２が第１突部１３２内に収容される。第１突部１３２および第２突部１４２の上部には、第１保持部１３４および第２保持部１４４がそれぞれ設けられている。
　図５および図６に示す構成によれば、支持部材１３０に対して移動部材１４０を移動させる際に、薄板状の第２突部１４２の表裏面が、筐体状の第１突部１３２の内壁面と摺動して案内されるため、第１突部１３２および第２突部１４２の重なり幅の変化をスムーズに行うことができる。
　図５および図６に示す構成は、第１突部１３２が筐体状に形成され、第２突部１４２が第１突部１３２内に収容されるが、第２突部が側面に開口部を有する筐体状に形成され、第１突部が第２突部に開口部を介して収容されるように構成することもできる。

  1. 　複数の櫛歯部を有する櫛部材と、前記櫛部材に対して回動自在に取り付けられて前記櫛部材との間に毛髪を挟持する挟持部材とを備え、
    複数の前記櫛歯部の先端部で毛髪を縞状に掬い取ることができる毛染用器具であって、
    前記櫛部材は、前記挟持部材を回動可能に支持する支持部材と、前記支持部材に往復動可能に取り付けられた移動部材とを備え、
    前記支持部材および移動部材は、それぞれ第１突部および第２突部を複数有しており、前記第１突部および第２突部によって前記櫛歯部が構成され、
    前記支持部材に対する前記移動部材の相対移動によって前記第１突部および第２突部の重なり幅が変化する毛染用器具。
  2. 　前記支持部材は、一方側に前記第１突部が設けられ、他方側に把持部が形成されており、
