Abstract

一种底模支架(2)的保护装置及底模支架(2),底模支架(2)设于吹瓶机上,吹瓶机包括机架、底模导轨,底模支架(2)升降的设于机架上,底模支架(2)包括设于其下方的用于沿底模导轨运动的轴承(4),保护装置包括固设于底模支架(2)上的固定轴(8),摆动的设于固定轴(8)上的摆动轴(9),轴承(4)固设于摆动轴(9)上,保护装置还包括可分离的连接在摆动轴(9)上的保护机构,保护机构固设于底模支架(2)上。该装置通过设置可绕固定轴(8)摆动的摆动轴(9)、可分离的连接在摆动轴(9)上的保护机构,当出现异常情况时,轴承(4)承受一定的压力后带动摆动轴(9)摆动,将定位件(11)压入定位端盖(10)中,摆动轴(9)绕固定轴(8)摆动时轴承(4)脱离底模导轨,起到保护模具底模或底模支架(2)的作用,有效的避免了由于异常情况而引起的零部件损坏。

Description

一种底模支架的保护装置及底膜支架
技术领域
本发明涉及一种底模支架的保护装置及底膜支架。
背景技术
当吹瓶机出现异常状态,导致吹塑站模具没有打开,而此时吹瓶机又不可能在短时间内急停。底模支架还在吹瓶机的带动下沿底模导轨往下拉底模。这就会造成模具底模或底模支架的损坏。
参见图1所示,传统方式中,大支架1安装于吹瓶机主回转机构上,底模支架2通过导轨与滑块连接于大支架1上,压缩弹簧3给底模支架2提供一个向上的支撑力,保证轴承4在离开底模导轨后底模支架2还能将模具底模向上托起,使其回到模具内的卡口中。由于轴承4与底模支架2之间是通过销轴5连接,由衬套6限位,在锁紧螺母7的锁紧下组成一个钢性连接。当出现上述异常情况时会造成模具底模或底模支架2的损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种底模支架的保护装置及底膜支架,能够有效的避免由于异常情况而引起的零部件损坏。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种底模支架的保护装置,所述底模支架包括用于沿底模导轨运动的轴承,所述保护装置包括固设于所述底模支架上的固定轴,摆动的设于所述固定轴上的摆动轴,所述轴承固设于所述摆动轴上。
优选地,所述保护装置还包括可分离的连接在所述摆动轴上的保护机构,所述保护机构固设于所述底模支架上,所述保护机构包括定位端盖、设于所述定位端盖中的定位件、用于将所述定位端盖固定在所述底模支架上的固定件,所述摆动轴上设有用于让所述定位件卡入的第一凹槽,所述保护机构还包括设于所述定位件和所述定位端盖之间的用于将所述定位件顶入所述第一凹槽中的弹性件。
优选地,所述保护机构还包括设于所述弹性件和所述定位件之间的限位件,所述限位件上设有用于让所述定位件卡入的第二凹槽。
优选地,所述定位件为钢球。
优选地,所述弹性件为碟形弹簧,所述碟形弹簧的弹性伸缩方向平行于所述定位端盖和所述摆动轴的排列方向。
优选地,所述碟形弹簧的弹性伸缩方向沿水平方向分布。
优选地,所述固定件为固定螺栓。
优选地,所述固定轴的轴心线沿水平方向分布。
优选地,所述摆动轴的轴心线沿所述固定轴的径向分布,即摆动轴的轴心线的延伸方向与固定轴的轴心线的延伸方向大致垂直。
本申请涉及一种具有保护装置的底模支架,所述底模支架包括用于沿底模导轨运动的轴承,所述保护装置包括固设于所述底模支架上的固定轴,摆动的设于所述固定轴上的摆动轴,所述轴承固设于所述摆动轴上。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明一种底模支架的保护装置,通过设置可绕固定轴摆动的摆动轴、可分离的连接在摆动轴上的保护机构,当出现异常情况时,轴承承受一定的压力后带动摆动轴摆动,将定位件压入定位端盖中,摆动轴绕固定轴摆动时轴承脱离底模导轨,起到保护模具底模或底模支架的作用,有效的避免了由于异常情况而引起的零部件损坏。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来对本发明的技术方案作进一步的阐述。
参见图2-3所示,上述一种底模支架的保护装置,设于吹瓶机上,吹瓶机包括机架、设于该机架上的底模导轨,底模支架2升降的设于该机架上,底模支架2包括设于其下方的用于沿底模导轨运动的轴承4。
该保护装置包括固设于该底模支架2上的轴心线沿水平方向分布的固定轴8,摆动的设于该固定轴8上的轴心线沿该固定轴8径向分布的摆动轴9。该轴承4固定的套设于该摆动轴9上。该保护装置还包括可分离的连接在该摆动轴9上的保护机构,该保护机构固设于该底模支架2上。
该保护机构包括定位端盖10、设于该定位端盖10中的定位件11、用于将该定位端盖10固定在该底模支架2上的固定件12。该摆动轴9上设有用于让该定位件11配合的卡入的第一凹槽91。该保护机构还包括设于该定位件11和该定位端盖10之间的用于将该定位件11顶入该第一凹槽91中的弹性件13、设于该弹性件13和该定位件11之间的限位件14,该限位件14上设有用于让该定位件11卡入的第二凹槽141。该固定件12为固定螺栓。
在本实施例中,该定位件11为钢球。该钢球有多个。对应的,该第一凹槽91和该第二凹槽141也有多个。且该第一凹槽91和该第二凹槽141均与该钢球的外形相匹配。
该弹性件13为碟形弹簧,该碟形弹簧的弹性伸缩方向平行于该定位端盖10和该摆动轴9的排列方向。在本实施例中,该碟形弹簧的弹性伸缩方向沿水平方向分布。即该定位端盖10和该摆动轴9的排列方向也沿水平方向分布。
以下具体阐述下本实施例的工作过程:
吹瓶机工作时,带动底模支架2升降运动,定位件11在弹性件13的作用下卡入第一凹槽91中,使底模支架2与摆动轴9之间不发生相对运动,轴承4沿底模导轨运动,同时带动底模支架2做升降运动;当吹瓶机异常时,负载力施加于轴承4上,当达到一定数值时,轴承4带动摆动轴9绕固定轴8摆动,同时将定位件11压入定位端盖10中,摆动轴9绕固定轴8摆动时轴承4脱离底模导轨,起到保护模具底模或底模支架2的作用,有效的避免了由于异常情况而引起的零部件损坏。故障排除后手动复位即可。

  1. 一种底模支架的保护装置,所述底模支架包括用于沿底模导轨运动的轴承,其特征在于:所述保护装置包括固设于所述底模支架上的固定轴,摆动的设于所述固定轴上的摆动轴,所述轴承固设于所述摆动轴上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种底模支架的保护装置,其特征在于:所述保护装置还包括可分离的连接在所述摆动轴上的保护机构,所述保护机构固设于所述底模支架上,所述保护机构包括定位端盖、设于所述定位端盖中的定位件、用于将所述定位端盖固定在所述底模支架上的固定件,所述摆动轴上设有用于让所述定位件卡入的第一凹槽,所述保护机构还包括设于所述定位件和所述定位端盖之间的用于将所述定位件顶入所述第一凹槽中的弹性件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种底模支架的保护装置,其特征在于:所述保护机构还包括设于所述弹性件和所述定位件之间的限位件,所述限位件上设有用于让所述定位件卡入的第二凹槽。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种底模支架的保护装置,其特征在于:所述定位件为钢球。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种底模支架的保护装置,其特征在于:所述弹性件为碟形弹簧,所述碟形弹簧的弹性伸缩方向平行于所述定位端盖和所述摆动轴的排列方向。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种底模支架的保护装置,其特征在于:所述碟形弹簧的弹性伸缩方向沿水平方向分布。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种底模支架的保护装置,其特征在于:所述固定件为固定螺栓。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种底模支架的保护装置,其特征在于:所述固定轴的轴心线沿水平方向分布。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种底模支架的保护装置,其特征在于:所述摆动轴的轴心线沿所述固定轴的径向分布。
  10. 一种具有保护装置的底模支架,其特征在于:所述底模支架包括用于沿底模导轨运动的轴承,所述保护装置包括固设于所述底模支架上的固定轴,摆动的设于所述固定轴上的摆动轴,所述轴承固设于所述摆动轴上。
