图6所示为本发明一具体实施方式中门体关闭情况下锁片与第二锁盒本体的装配结构示意图;

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。这些优选实施方式的示例在附图中进行了例示。附图中所示和根据附图描述的本发明的实施方式仅仅是示例性的,并且本发明并不限于这些实施方式。
本文使用的例如“左”、“右”、“左侧”、“右侧”等表示空间相对位置的术语是出于便于说明的目的来描述如附图中所示的一个部件相对于另一个部件的关系。空间相对位置的术语可以旨在包括设备在使用或工作中除了图中所示方位以外的不同方位。例如,如果将图中的设备翻转,则被描述为位于其他单元或特征“右侧”的单元将位于其他单元或特征“左侧”。因此,示例性术语“右侧”可以囊括左侧和右侧这两种方位。设备可以以其他方式被定向(旋转90度或其他朝向),并相应地解释本文使用的与空间相关的描述语。
本发明一具体实施方式中的左右开门机构包括设于冰箱箱体上的锁盒组件及设于冰箱 门体上的铰链模块。参图1、图2所示,锁盒组件10设于冰箱箱体30上,铰链模块包括位于冰箱门体两侧的第一铰链21和第二铰链22,第一铰链21和第二铰链22分别安装于冰箱门体40的两端。
本实施方式中冰箱门体40的上方和下方均设有铰链模块,对应地,冰箱箱体30的上方和下方均对应设有锁盒组件,上方的锁盒组件与铰链模块和下方的锁盒组件与铰链模块同步运动,本实施方式仅以上方的锁盒组件与铰链模块为例进行详细说明。
以下结合图3~图6所示对本实施方式中的锁盒组件10进行详细说明。
锁盒组件包括锁盒本体,本实施方式中的锁盒本体包括第一锁盒本体11和第二锁盒本体12,第一锁盒本体11和第二锁盒本体12之间设有锁片13,第一锁盒本体11和第二锁盒本体12之间通过固定螺母14固定安装,安装后第一锁盒本体11和第二锁盒本体12之间形成有一纵长型收容空间,锁片13安装于该收容空间内,且可在该收容空间的一定范围内左右移动。
其中,第一锁盒本体11的左右两端分别设有开口111和开口112,第二锁盒本体12的左右两端分别设有开口121和开口122,第一锁盒本体11上的开口111和第二锁盒本体12上的开口121相配合形成锁盒本体10左侧的第一开口,第一锁盒本体11上的开口112和第二锁盒本体12上的开口122相配合形成锁盒本体10右侧的第二开口。第一开口和第二开口相对称分布,且第一开口和第二开口的开口方向均是沿冰箱箱体垂直向外方向(即开门方向)。
锁片13包括锁片主体部1301及位于锁片主体部1301两侧的第一锁片弯折部1302和第二锁片弯折部1303,第一锁片弯折部1302与锁片主体部1301之间形成有第一凹槽131,第二锁片弯折部1303与锁片主体部1301之间形成有第二凹槽132,第一凹槽131和第二凹槽132相对称分布,且第一凹槽131与第二凹槽132的开口方向与第一开口和第二开口的开口方向位于同一侧。
参图3、图4及图6所示,第一锁片弯折部1302和第二锁片弯折部1303的端面为导向面,本实施方式中以圆弧面为例进行说明,该导向面用于引导第一铰链或第二铰链沿着第一凹槽或第二凹槽的延伸方向进行运动,以使第一铰链或第二铰链脱离第一凹槽或第二凹槽。
参图6所示,第一凹槽131和第二凹槽132之间的距离小于第一开口和第二开口之间的距离,第一锁片弯折部1302和第二锁片弯折部1303至少其中之一覆盖部分第一开口或第二开口,以使第一铰链和第二铰链至少其中之一与锁盒卡合固定。锁片在锁盒内左右移动,以使第一开口对准第一凹槽131或第二开口对准第二凹槽132,第一铰链21或第二铰链22分别从第一开口与第一凹槽、或第二开口与第二凹槽中脱离以实现左侧或右侧开门。
优选地,本实施方式中的锁盒本体上设有稳定组件,锁片上设有若干用于与稳定组件相配合的卡扣部,当左右开门机构处于开启或关闭状态时,稳定组件与不同的卡扣部相互抵接固定。
参图3并结合图5所示,稳定组件包括固定安装于锁盒本体上的固定螺帽151、收容于 卡扣部内的固定件153、以及位于固定螺帽与固定件之间的弹性件152,固定螺母151固定安装于第一锁盒本体11上的安装孔113内。卡扣部包括位于锁片上的第一卡扣部1331、以及位于第一卡扣部1331旁侧分别偏向第一凹槽131和第二凹槽132的第二卡扣部1332及第三卡扣部1333。
优选地,本实施方式中固定件153为球形固定件,如钢球等,第一卡扣部1331、第二卡扣部1332及第三卡扣部1333均为球形凹槽。在其他实施方式中也可以选用其他形状的固定件与卡扣部,且卡扣部的数量也不限于本实施方式中的三个,可以根据需要设置其他数量的卡扣部,以便锁片在运动过程中固定锁片位置。
本实施方式中,当左右开门机构关闭时,稳定组件中的固定件153与第一卡扣部1331相抵接固定,当左右开门机构从第一凹槽131一侧开启时,稳定组件中的固定件153与第三卡扣部1333相抵接固定,当左右开门机构从第二凹槽132一侧开启时,稳定组件中的固定件153与第二卡扣部1332相抵接固定。
进一步地,锁盒本体内部与锁片接触部分设有若干凸起筋结构,参图4所示,本实施方式中第一锁盒本体11内侧设有若干第一凸起筋1101,第二锁盒本体12内侧设有若干第二凸起筋1201,第一凸起筋1101和第二凸起筋1201分别与锁片13的上下两个表面相接触,能够减小锁盒本体与锁片的接触面积,减小两者之间摩擦力,使锁片更容易在锁盒本体内部左右滑动。
以下结合附图对本发明中左右开门机构的开门和关门过程作详细说明。
参图6~图9所示为冰箱门体40处于关闭状态下的结构示意图,冰箱门体40关闭状态下,此时锁片13位于锁盒本体(第一锁盒本体11和第二锁盒本体12)的中间位置,第一铰链21位于第一开口(开口111和开口121)内,第二铰链22位于第二开口(开口112和开口122)内,同时,第一铰链21还位于第一凹槽131内第二铰链22还位于第二凹槽132内。
详参图7a、7b所示,冰箱门体40处于关闭状态时,第一铰链21与第一凹槽131的最左侧具有一定的横向距离,第二铰链22与第二凹槽132的最右侧具有一定的横向距离。第一铰链21和第二铰链22分别抵接于第一锁片弯折部1302和第二锁片弯折部1303的导向面上。
另外,此时稳定组件中的固定件153与中间位置的第一卡扣部1331相抵接固定。
当从左侧进行开门时,拉动冰箱门体40左侧的把手,此时左侧的第一铰链21与锁片13上第一锁片弯折部1302相互作用,第一锁片弯折部1302的导向面能够引导第一铰链21沿着导向面滑动,导向面能够将锁片13的运动转化为左右运动,锁片13向左滑动,同时,锁片13右侧的第二锁片弯折部1303也向左滑动,趋于卡紧门体右侧的第二铰链22。同时,稳定组件中的固定件153从第一卡扣部1331中滑出,趋于滑向右侧的第三卡扣部1333。
继续拉动冰箱门体40左侧的把手,左侧的第一铰链21从锁片13的第一凹槽131中脱 离出来,冰箱门体左侧的第一铰链21完全释放,右侧的第二铰链22倍锁片13右侧的第二凹槽132卡紧,门体绕右侧的第二铰链22旋转打开,此时锁片稳定组件中的固定件153位于最右侧的第三卡扣部1333中,门体打开。
当从左侧关闭冰箱门体中时,锁片13的运动方向与从左侧开门的运动方向相反,第一铰链21经第一凹槽131的导向作用逐渐卡合于第一凹槽131中,锁片稳定组件中的固定件153从最右侧的第三卡扣部逐渐运动至中间的第一卡扣部1331中,此处对于左侧关门的情况不再进行详细说明。
另外,从右侧开启或关闭冰箱门体的情况与从左侧开启或关闭冰箱门体的原理相同,此处不再进行赘述。
本实施方式中的左右开门机构以冰箱为例进行说明,在其他实施方式中该左右开门机构可以适用于任何包括门体和箱体的装置,如酒柜等,此处不再一一举例进行详细说明。
由以上技术方案可以看出,本发明具有以下有益效果:
在门体和箱体上分别设置铰链和锁盒组件,可以实现左侧开门和右侧开门;
保证了门体开启和关闭过程顺畅,无阻塞感,无撞击异响,并且过程中门体不存在脱落的危险,同时给用户带来极好的使用体验。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本申请的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本申请的保护范围,凡未脱离本申请技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种左右开门机构,其特征在于,所述左右开门机构包括设于冰箱箱体上的锁盒组件及设于冰箱门体上的铰链模块,所述铰链模块包括位于冰箱门体两侧的第一铰链和第二铰链,所述锁盒组件包括锁盒本体及位于锁盒本体内的锁片,锁盒本体的左右两侧分别设有第一开口和第二开口,锁片的左右两侧分别设有第一凹槽和第二凹槽,第一凹槽和第二凹槽之间的距离小于第一开口和第二开口之间的距离,所述锁片在锁盒内左右移动,以使第一开口对准第一凹槽或第二开口对准第二凹槽,第一铰链或第二铰链分别从第一开口与第一凹槽、或第二开口与第二凹槽中脱离以实现左侧或右侧开门。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的左右开门机构,其特征在于,所述锁片包括锁片主体部及位于锁片主体部两侧的第一锁片弯折部和第二锁片弯折部,第一凹槽位于锁片主体部和第一锁片弯折部之间,第二凹槽位于锁片主体部和第二锁片弯折部之间,所述第一锁片弯折部和第二锁片弯折部至少其中之一覆盖部分第一开口或第二开口,以使第一铰链和第二铰链至少其中之一与锁盒卡合固定。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的左右开门机构,其特征在于,所述第一锁片弯折部和第二锁片弯折部的端部为导向面。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的左右开门机构,其特征在于,所述锁盒本体包括相互卡合的第一锁盒本体和第二锁盒本体,所述锁片位于第一锁盒本体和第二锁盒本体之间。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的左右开门机构,其特征在于,所述锁盒本体上设有稳定组件,锁片上设有若干用于与稳定组件相配合的卡扣部,当左右开门机构处于开启或关闭状态时,稳定组件与不同的卡扣部相互抵接固定。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的左右开门机构,其特征在于,所述卡扣部包括位于锁片上的第一卡扣部、以及位于第一卡扣部旁侧分别偏向第一凹槽和第二凹槽的第二卡扣部及第三卡扣部,当左右开门机构关闭时,稳定组件与第一卡扣部相抵接固定,当左右开门机构从第一凹槽一侧开启时,稳定组件与第三卡扣部相抵接固定,当左右开门机构从第二凹槽一侧开启时,稳定组件与第二卡扣部相抵接固定。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的左右开门机构,其特征在于,所述稳定组件包括固定安装于锁盒本体上的固定螺帽、收容于卡扣部内的固定件、以及位于固定螺帽与固定件之间的弹性件。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的左右开门机构,其特征在于,所述固定件为球形固定件,所述卡扣部为球形凹槽。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的左右开门机构,其特征在于,所述锁盒本体内部与锁片接触部分设有若干凸起筋结构。
  10. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱包括权利要求1~9中任一项所述的左右开门机构。
