Description

一种新型混凝土搅拌车 技术领域
本实用新型涉及市政建筑机械设备领域,具体涉及一种新型混凝土搅拌车。
背景技术
国产中通搅拌车混凝土搅拌车(cement mixer,concrete mixer)用来运送建筑用混凝土的专用卡车;由于它的外形,也常被称为田螺车。这类卡车上都装置圆筒型的搅拌筒以运载混合后的混凝土。在运输过程中会始终保持搅拌筒转动,以保证所运载的混凝土不会凝固。运送完混凝土后,通常都会用水冲洗搅拌筒内部,防止硬化的混凝土占用空间,使搅拌筒的容积越来越少,动力由二类底盘全功率取力器输出通过传动轴把动力传给液压泵,液压泵产生液压能通过油管传到液压马达,液压马达把液压能转化为动能并通过减速机减速增扭传递到搅拌罐,通过调节(双作用变量)液压泵的伺服手柄角度从而实现搅拌罐正反转及转速的大小,以实现砼装料、搅拌、搅动、出料等作业。
长期使用的搅拌筒不经常清洗的话会让搅拌筒内部的混凝土越来越多,最后导致搅拌筒内部空间无法使用,但是搅拌筒的清洗十分繁琐,使用现有的清洗系统无法清洗干净,依旧会有大量的混凝土凝固在搅拌筒内部,这样就造成搅拌筒使用一段时间后就必须更换,不仅浪费金钱,还浪费很多的精力和时间,对人们的劳动也加大了。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种新型混凝土搅拌车,方便生活中的使用,增加使用的安全性。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了如下的技术方案:一种新型混凝土搅拌车,包括驾驶室、底盘、车轮、油泵传动轴、高压水枪箱、液压系统箱、 供水头、搅拌筒、水枪接口、挡泥板、副车架、追尾护栏、操作系统箱和进出料装置,其特征在于:所述驾驶室为合金制造,所述驾驶室下侧通过焊接设有底盘,所述底盘位于驾驶室下侧通过螺栓连接设有车轮,所述底盘上侧设有油泵传动轴,所述油泵传动轴一侧设有高压水枪箱,所述高压水枪箱一侧通过支架连接设有液压系统箱,所述液压系统箱下侧通过管道连接设有供水头,所述供水头通过焊接设有搅拌筒,所述搅拌筒上通过焊接设有水枪接口,所述搅拌筒下侧通过焊接设有矩形挡泥板,所述挡泥板下侧通过焊接设有副车架,所述副车架下侧通过螺栓连接设有矩形追尾护栏,所述追尾护栏下侧通过螺纹连接设有操作系统箱,所述搅拌筒尾端通过螺栓连接设有进出料装置。
优选的,所述搅拌筒内部设有喷水头。
优选的,所述底盘在搅拌筒与驾驶室之间设有侧护栏。
优选的,所述水枪接口设有内螺纹结构和卡扣。
优选的,所述高压水枪箱内部设有高压水枪和连接管道。
本实用新型所达到的有益效果是:该新型混凝土搅拌车通过设有的高压水枪箱和水枪接口能够有效的将搅拌筒内部凝固的混凝土冲下来,快速的清洁搅拌筒内部空间,防止搅拌筒长期积累过多混凝土无法使用。

如图1所示,本实施例的一种新型混凝土搅拌车,包括驾驶室1、底盘2、车轮3、油泵传动轴4、高压水枪箱5、液压系统箱6、供水头7、搅拌筒8、水枪接口9、挡泥板10、副车架11、追尾护栏12、操作系统箱13和进出料装置14,所述驾驶室1为合金制造,所述驾驶室1下侧通过焊接设有底盘2,所述底盘2位于驾驶室1下侧通过螺栓连接设有车轮3,所述底盘2上侧设有油泵传动轴4,所述油泵传动轴4一侧设有高压水枪箱5,所述高压水枪箱5一侧通过支架连接设有液压系统箱6,所述液压系统箱6下侧通过管道连接设有供水头7,所述供水头7通过焊接设有搅拌筒8,所述搅拌筒8上通过焊接设有水枪接口9,所述搅拌筒8下侧通过焊接设有矩形挡泥板10,所述挡泥板10下侧通过焊接设有副车架11,所述副车架11下侧通过螺栓连接设有矩形追尾护栏12,所述追尾护栏12下侧通过螺纹连接设有操作系统箱13,所述搅拌筒8尾端通过螺栓连接设有进出料装置14。
所述搅拌筒8内部设有喷水头,通过喷头将混凝土全部冲下搅拌筒8,所述底盘2在搅拌筒8与驾驶室1之间设有侧护栏,防护车上的装置掉落,所述水枪接口9设有内螺纹结构和卡扣,便于将高压水枪稳定,所述高压水枪箱5内部设有高压水枪和连接管道,便于与水箱连接,能够快速的补给水。
需要说明的是,本实用新型一种新型混凝土搅拌车,在需要对搅拌筒8进行清洗时,先将高压水枪箱5内部的连接管道一端与水龙头相接,然后将高压水枪通过扣接连接到搅拌筒8上的水枪接口9内,最后打开高压水枪,进行清洗即可。
