- 根据权利要求56所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述接收单元接收的所述系统消息包括:第二配置参数,所述第二配置参数包括以下至少一项:第二偏移量、第二调度周期、第二起始时刻、第二重复次数、第二重复模式、第二频率信息,所述第二调度周期用于确定传输所述修改通知的系统帧号和起始子帧号,或者,所述第二偏移量和所述第二调度周期用于确定传输所述修改通知的系统帧号和起始子帧号,所述第二起始时刻用于确定传输所述修改通知的第二起始符号;或者,所述第二配置参数包括以下至少一项:第二偏移量、第二调度周期、第二起始时刻、第二终止时刻、第二重复次数、第二重复模式、第二频率信息;所述第二调度周期用于确定传输所述修改通知 的系统帧号,或者,所述第二偏移量和所述第二调度周期用于确定传输所述修改通知的系统帧号,所述第二起始时刻用于确定传输所述修改通知的第二起始子帧号和/或第二起始符号;所述第二终止时刻包括第二终止子帧号和/或第二终止符号,所述第二频率信息用于指示发送所述修改通知的频率,所述第二频率信息包括以下至少一项:窄带中心频率、窄带索引值。
- 根据权利要求51或52所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述接收单元接收的所述第二控制信息用第一RNTI或第二RNTI进行加扰;所述第一RNTI用于当所述第一控制信息发生改变时对所述第二控制信息进行加扰,所述第一RNTI还用于指示所述第一控制信息发生改变;所述第二RNTI用于当所述第一控制信息未发生改变时对所述第二控制信息进行加扰;或者,所述第二控制信息还用于通知所述第一控制信息发生改变。
- 根据权利要求52所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述接收单元接收的所述系统消息包括:第三配置参数,所述第三配置参数包括以下至少一项:第三偏移量、第三调度周期、第三起始时刻、第三重复次数、第三重复模式、第三频率信息;所述第三调度周期用于确定传输所述第二控制信息的系统帧号和起始子帧号,或者,所述第三偏移量和所述第三调度周期用于确定传输所述第二控制信息的系统帧号和起始子帧号,所述第三起始时刻用于确定传输所述第二控制信息的第三起始符号;或者,所述第三配置参数包括以下至少一项:第三偏移量、第三调度周期、第三起始时刻、第三终止时刻、第三重复次数、第三重复模式、第三频率信息;所述第三调度周期用于确定传输所述第二控制信息的系统帧号,或者,所述第三偏移量和所述第三调度周期用于确定传输所述第二控制信息的系统帧号,所述第三起始时刻用于确定传输所述第二控制信息的第三起始子帧号和/或第三起始符号;所述第三终止时刻包括第三终止子帧号和/或第三终止符号,所 述第三频率信息用于指示发送所述第二控制信息的频率,所述第三频率信息包括以下至少一项:窄带中心频率、窄带索引值。
- 根据权利要求50所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述接收单元接收的所述系统消息包括:第四配置参数,当所述第一控制信息不需进行分段传输时,所述第四配置参数包括以下至少一种:第四偏移量、第四调度周期、第四起始时刻、第四重复次数、第四重复模式、MCS、TBS、第四频率信息,所述第四调度周期用于确定传输所述第一控制信息的系统帧号和起始子帧号,或者,所述第四偏移量和所述第四调度周期用于确定传输所述第一控制信息的系统帧号和起始子帧号,所述第四起始时刻用于确定传输所述第一控制信息的第四起始符号;或者,所述第四配置参数包括以下至少一种:第四偏移量、第四调度周期、第四起始时刻、第四终止时刻、第四重复次数、第四重复模式、MCS、TBS、第四频率信息,所述第四调度周期用于确定传输所述第一控制信息的系统帧号,或者,所述第四偏移量和所述第四调度周期用于确定传输所述第一控制信息的系统帧号,所述第四起始时刻用于确定传输所述第一控制信息的第四起始子帧号和/或第四起始符号;所述第四终止时刻包括第四终止子帧号和/或第四终止符号,所述第四频率信息用于指示发送所述第一控制信息的频率,所述第四频率信息包括以下至少一项:窄带中心频率、窄带索引值;当所述第一控制信息需进行分段传输时,所述第四配置参数还包括以下至少一种:分段数、重复方式,所述重复方式为:依次间隔传输不同分段信息,或,将当前分段信息重复传输完成之后,再重复传输下一个分段信息。
- 根据权利要求51或52所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述接收单元接收的所述第二控制信息包括:第四配置参数;当所述第一控制信息不需进行分段传输时,所述第四配置参数包括以下至少一种:第四偏移量、第四调度周期、第四起始时刻、第四重复次数、第四重复模式、MCS、TBS、第四频率信息;或者,所述 第四配置参数包括以下至少一种:第四偏移量、第四调度周期、第四起始时刻、第四终止时刻、第四重复次数、第四重复模式、MCS、TBS、第四频率信息;当所述第一控制信息需进行分段传输时,所述第四配置参数还包括以下至少一种:分段数、重复方式。
- 根据权利要求54所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述接收单元接收的所述第一控制信息包括第五配置参数,所述第五配置参数包括以下至少一种:第五偏移量、第五调度周期、第五起始时刻、第五重复次数、第五重复模式、第五频率信息;所述第五偏移量用于指示所述第三控制信息的起始时刻滞后于所述第一控制信息起始时刻或终止时刻的偏移量,或者,所述第五调度周期用于确定传输所述第三控制信息的系统帧号和起始子帧号,或者,所述第五偏移量和所述第五调度周期用于确定传输所述第三控制信息的系统帧号和起始子帧号,所述第五起始时刻用于确定传输所述第三控制信息的第五起始符号;或者,所述第五配置参数包括以下至少一种:第五偏移量、第五调度周期、第五起始时刻、第五终止时刻、第五重复次数、第五重复模式、第五频率信息;所述第五偏移量用于指示所述第三控制信息的起始时刻滞后于所述第一控制信息起始时刻或终止时刻的偏移量,或者,所述第五调度周期用于确定传输所述第三控制信息的系统帧号,或者,所述第五偏移量和所述第五调度周期用于确定传输所述第三控制信息的系统帧号,所述第五起始时刻用于确定传输所述第三控制信息的第五起始子帧号和/或第五起始符号;所述第五终止时刻包括第五终止子帧号和/或第五终止符号,所述第五频率信息用于指示发送所述第三控制信息的频率,所述第五频率信息包括以下至少一项:窄带中心频率、窄带索引值。
- 一种基站设备,其特征在于,所述基站设备包括:处理器、存储器和收发器;所述存储器用于存储计算机执行指令,当所述基站设备运行时, 所述处理器执行所述存储器存储的所述计算机执行指令,以使所述基站设备执行如权利要求1-16任意一项所述的数据传输方法。
- 一种终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备包括:处理器、存储器和收发器;所述存储器用于存储计算机执行指令,当所述终端设备运行时,所述处理器执行所述存储器存储的所述计算机执行指令,以使所述终端设备执行如权利要求17-32任意一项所述的数据传输方法。
