本技术方案的第一食材料筒 1 和第二食材料筒贯 2 穿三角形顶盖 4 ,第一食材料筒 1 和第二食材料筒 2 装有不同的饼酱,分别通过第一打印喷嘴 17 和第二打印喷嘴 14 喷出打印饼的轮廓部分和填充部分,通过第一蠕动泵 36 和第二蠕动泵 35 可以精准控制出料的量,使打印出来的图案更加精细。
第一步进电机 27 上设有第一电机轴,第一同步带一端与第一滑块固定连接,另一端套在第一电机轴上;第二步进电机 32 上设有第二电机轴,第二同步带一端与第二滑块固定连接,另一端套在第二电机轴上;第三步进电机 29 上设有第三电机轴,第三同步带一端与第三滑块 5 固定连接,另一端套在第三电机轴上;第一圆弧板 20 上端、第二圆弧板 6 上端和第三圆弧板 24 上端延伸至三角形顶盖 4 相对应的拐角处,这样可以方便三角形顶盖 4 的安装,优化整机结构,防止第一步进电机 27 、第二步进电机 32 、第三步进电机 29 和电路板 30 受到损坏;第一抽风孔 26 设于三角形顶盖 4 中间,这样利于均匀地对三角形顶板 31 和三角形顶盖 4 内的空间进行散热,提高第一步进电机 27 、第二步进电 32 机、第三步进电机 29 和电路板 30 的使用寿命。多个通孔 37 可以形成良好的进出气的散热通道,各圆弧板内侧与三角形底板 38 之间有上下连通的通道,这样能使风从通道进来到多个通孔 37 出去,使风形成由上到下流动,这样均匀且快速的对电烤炉 22 进行散热,提高电烤炉 22 的寿命,防止下一次的食品打印时出现烤焦等影响食品质量的问题。
第一滑轨上端都设有第一光电限位开关,第二滑轨上端都设有第二光电限位开关,第三滑轨 7 上端都设有第三光电限位开关。通过第一光电限位开关、第二光电限位开关和第三光电限位开关可以对第一滑块、第二滑块和第三滑块 5 进行限位,防止超过行程导致零部件的损坏。
第一步进电机 27 、第二步进电机 32 和第三步进电机 29 都设于三角形顶板 31 和三角形顶盖 4 之间,三角形顶板 31 的第一个拐角处设有第一缺口,第一同步带贯穿第一缺口,三角形顶板 31 的第二个拐角处设有第二缺口,第二同步带贯穿第二缺口,三角形顶板 31 的第三个拐角处设有第三缺口,第三同步带贯穿第三缺口。第一缺口、第二缺口和第三缺口也作为三个均匀分布进风的进风口,利于第一抽风机 28 对三角形顶板 31 和三角形顶盖 4 形成的空间进行散热,通过第二抽风机可以对电路板 30 进行降温,从而提高第一步进电机 27 、第二步进电机 32 、第三步进电机 29 和电路板 30 的使用寿命。
第一出料管和第二出料管都设于一绕线管 19 内。通过绕线管 19 可以将第一出料管和第二出料管作为一条活动管在指定空间内活动,防止管道过多影响到打印机的正常工作。
第一圆弧板 20 底部和第二圆弧板 6 底部通过第一底侧板 16 连接,第一圆弧板 20 顶部部和第二圆弧板 6 顶部通过第一顶侧板 21 连接,第二圆弧板 6 底部和第三圆弧板 24 底部通过第二底侧板 34 连接,第二圆弧板 6 顶部部和第三圆弧板 24 顶部通过第二顶侧板 33 连接,第三圆弧板 24 底部和第一圆弧板 20 底部通过第三底侧板 23 连接,第三圆弧板 24 顶部和第一圆弧板 6 顶部通过第三顶侧板 25 连接。这样设计可使整体的结构连接的更加坚固,在各底侧板和各顶侧板上可以根据需要喷涂上不同的色彩和图案,使打印机更加的美观。
第一底侧板 16 上设有总电源开关 11 、电源接口 13 和电烤炉调节旋钮 15 ,第一顶侧板 21 上设有调节按钮 3 。总电源开关 13 用于控制打印机的工作,电源接口 13 与外界电源接通,调节按钮 3 方便调节打印机的打印速度,电烤炉调节旋钮 15 用于调节电烤炉 22 的火力大小,防止打印饼烤糊。
第一连接臂 18 包括平行设置的第一连接杆和第二连接杆,第二连接臂 9 包括平行设置的第三连接杆和第四连接杆,第三连接臂 8 包括平行设置的第五连接杆和第六连接杆,第一关节轴承装置包括设于第一滑块上的第一关节轴承和第二关节轴承,第二关节轴承装置包括设于打印头 10 上的第三关节轴承和第四关节轴承,第三关节轴承装置包括设于第二滑块上的第五关节轴承和第六关节轴承,第四关节轴承装置包括设于打印头 10 上的第七关节轴承和第八关节轴承,第五关节轴承装置包括设于第三滑块 5 上的第九关节轴承和第十关节轴承,第六关节轴承装置包括设于打印头 10 上的第十一关节轴承和第十二关节轴承;第一连接杆一端与第一关节轴承连接,第一连接杆另一端与第三关节轴承连接,第二连接杆一端与第二关节轴承连接,第二连接杆另一端与第四关节轴承连接,第三连接杆一端与第五关节轴承连接,第三连接杆另一端与第七关节轴承连接,第四连接杆一端与第六关节轴承连接,第四连接杆另一端与第八关节轴承连接,第五连接杆一端与第九关节轴承连接,第五连接杆另一端与第十一关节轴承连接,第六连接杆一端与第十关节轴承连接,第六连接杆另一端与第十二关节轴承连接。本技术方案通过并联臂自身结构旋转对称性的特点,可以作为是三个相同的模组组合在一起,这样能降低成本和提高人工组装效率。
第一滑轨上设有第一滑槽,第一滑槽内设有可沿第一滑槽上下活动的第一滚轮轴承,第一滚轮轴承上设有与第一滑块连接的第一连接轴,第二滑轨上设有第二滑槽,第二滑槽内设有可沿第二滑槽上下活动的第二滚轮轴承,第二滚轮轴承上设有与第二滑块连接的第二连接轴,第三滑轨 7 上设有第三滑槽,第三滑槽内设有可沿第三滑槽上下活动的第三滚轮轴承,第三滚轮轴承上设有与第三滑块连接的第三连接轴。第一圆弧和第一滑轨、第二圆弧和第二滑轨、第三圆弧和第三滑轨 7 都采用铝型材一体成型结构,这样节省了滑轨的成本,结构上也更加简洁简单。
第一滚轮轴承、第二滚轮轴承和第三滚轮轴承上都套设有赛钢滚轮。赛钢滚轮是一种坚韧有弹性的滚轮,即使在低温下仍有很好的抗蠕变特性、几何稳定性、抗冲击特性、很好的延展强度、抗疲劳强度、有很好的热稳定性、化学稳定性以及有相当高的收缩率,这样可以使赛钢滚轮在滑槽内行走,提高打印机打印的质量。
三角形底板 38 三个拐角处的下面都设有橡胶垫 12 。通过橡胶垫 12 可以提高三角形底板 38 的高度,方便打印机的散热和摆放。
综上所述,本发明通过采用 第一连接臂、第二连接臂和第三连接臂带动打印头的打印,这样的并联臂由第一步进电机、第二步进电机和第三步进电机同时带动打印的结构,惯性小,响应灵活、速度快,可以精准控制出料的量,使打印出来的图案更加精细。

  1. 一种具有双打印喷嘴的食品3D打印机,其特征在于,包括三角形底板和与所述三角形底板相对应的三角形顶板,所述三角形底板的第一个拐角处和所述三角形顶板的第一个拐角处通过第一圆弧板连接,所述三角形底板的第二个拐角处和所述三角形顶板的第二个拐角处通过第二圆弧板连接,所述三角形底板的第三个拐角处和所述三角形顶板的第三个拐角处通过第三圆弧板连接;所述第一圆弧板内侧设有第一滑轨,所述第二圆弧板内侧设有第二滑轨,所述第三圆弧板内侧设有第三滑轨,所述第一滑轨上设有第一滑块,所述第二滑轨上设有第二滑块,所述第三滑轨上设有第三滑块,所述第一滑块上设有第一连接臂,所述第二滑块上设有第二连接臂,所述第三滑块上设有第三连接臂,所述第一连接臂一端通过第一关节轴承装置与所述第一滑块连接,所述第一连接臂另一端通过第二关节轴承装置与一打印头连接,所述第二连接臂一端通过第三关节轴承装置与所述第二滑块连接,所述第二连接臂另一端通过第四关节轴承装置与所述打印头连接,所述第三连接臂一端通过第五关节轴承装置与所述第三滑块连接,所述第三连接臂另一端通过第六关节轴承装置与所述打印头连接,所述第二关节轴承装置、所述第四关节轴承装置和所述第六关节轴承装置围绕所述打印头的轴线圆周阵列,所述打印头下面设有第一打印喷嘴和第二打印喷嘴;所述三角形顶板的第一个拐角处设有第一步进电机,所述三角形顶板的第二个拐角处设有第二步进电机,所述三角形顶板的第三个拐角处设有第三步进电机,所述第一步进电机通过第一同步带与所述第一滑块连接,所述第二步进电机通过第二同步带与所述第二滑块连接,所述第三步进电机通过第三同步带与所述第三滑块连接;所述三角形顶板上面设有第一食材料筒和第二食材料筒,所述三角形顶板下面设有第一蠕动泵和第二蠕动泵,所述第一蠕动泵通过第一进料管与所述第一食材料筒连接,所述第二蠕动泵通过第二进料管与所述第二食材料筒连接,所述第一蠕动泵通过第一出料管与所述第一打印喷嘴连接,所述第二蠕动泵通过第二出料管与所述第二打印喷嘴连接;所述三角形顶板上面设有电路板,所述电路板上面设有用于盖住所述电路板的三角形顶盖,所述三角形顶盖上设有第一抽风孔,所述第一抽风孔上设有第一抽风机,所述电路板一侧设有第二抽风机;所述三角形底板上面设有电烤炉,所述三角形底板上设有多个通孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有双打印喷嘴的食品3D打印机,其特征在于,所述第一滑轨上端都设有第一光电限位开关,所述第二滑轨上端都设有第二光电限位开关,所述第三滑轨上端都设有第三光电限位开关。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的具有双打印喷嘴的食品3D打印机,其特征在于,所述第一步进电机、所述第二步进电机和所述第三步进电机都设于所述三角形顶板和所述三角形顶盖之间,所述三角形顶板的第一个拐角处设有第一缺口,所述第一同步带贯穿所述第一缺口,所述三角形顶板的第二个拐角处设有第二缺口,所述第二同步带贯穿所述第二缺口,所述三角形顶板的第三个拐角处设有第三缺口,所述第三同步带贯穿所述第三缺口。
