背景技术
自从2008年以来,我国网络购物呈现爆发式增长,网购交易量与日俱增,同时在智能手机和移动网络的普及,网购再次向中小城市,甚至农村渗透,使我国成为名副其实的网购大国。在网购的带动下,快递包裹自然也呈现井喷的局势,我国快递行业近5年以来,每年包裹数量均呈现50%以上的复合增长率,带动了一批快递公司的发展和壮大。
而现今传统快递业'门对门'的投递方式'痛点'多多,主要体现在:一是派送难,快递包裹派送高峰期用户正在工作,普遍不在家,二是安全因素,快递包裹投递出现不安全事件,轻则快递包裹丢失,重责少部分快递员入户犯罪,导致一些小区物业收紧管理,甚至不让快递员进入小区派送。如果由商家代收快递,服务标准不统一,用户要自己去取不说,而且部分自提点还是收费的。如果家门口配备一个装有摄像头收件箱,通过wifi连接网络,用户可以通过手机指引开启,并且拍摄快递员投递过程,即实现了远程收件,又通过视频记录,有助于规范快递投递过程。
综上,针对于当前快递包裹收件难、并且存在安全隐患的缺陷,需要提供一种 监控快递包裹收取的方法 。

本发明是这样实现的:一种监控快递包裹收取的方法,包括以下步骤:
记录收件箱信息接收端口以及收件箱开启指令;
判断所述信息接收端口是否接收到所述开启指令;
若否,保持原样;
若是,开启收件箱外部的摄像头,记录视频信息,同时开启收件箱;
判断收件箱是否被关闭;
若否,保持原样;
若是,关闭摄像头,将所述视频信息保持至预设的存储位置。
本发明实施例还提供了一种收件箱,包括:
记录单元,信息判断单元,开启单元,关闭判断单元,存储单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录收件箱信息接收端口以及收件箱开启指令;
信息判断单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于判断所述信息接收端口是否接收到所述开启指令;
开启单元,其输入端与所述信息判断单元的输出端连接,用于开启收件箱外部的摄像头,记录视频信息,同时开启收件箱;
关闭判断单元,其输入端与所述开启单元的输出端连接,用于判断收件箱是否被关闭;
存储单元,其输入端与所述关闭判断单元的输出端连接,用于关闭摄像头,将所述视频信息保持至预设的存储位置。

该发明将用户家庭门外的收件箱通过家庭 wifi 连接网络,通过内置的通信模块与连接网络,同时配置有监控摄像头,使用户可以既可以远程开启该收件箱,又可以监控快递包裹投递过程,从而实现了无人在家时快递包裹的接收,也确保快递包裹的安全性。

在步骤 S101 中记录收件箱信息接收端口以及收件箱开启指令。
在本实施例中,以用户 A 的收件箱为例,该收件箱位于用户家门门口,记录收件箱信息接收端口为用户 A 手机网络指令发送端口,记录收件箱开启指令为'开启收件箱'。
在步骤 S102 中,判断所述信息接收端口是否接收到所述开启指令。
根据现有技术,该收件箱内置通信模块,使其与用户 A 的家庭 wifi 连接,并使其可以连接网络,判断所述信息接收端口是否接收到用户 A 手机发送的所述开启指令。
在步骤 S103 中,若判断出未接收到所述开启指令,保持原样。
若未接收到所述开启指令,说明用户不需要收取快递包裹,保持原样。
在步骤 S104 中,若判断出接收到所述开启指令,开启收件箱外部的摄像头,记录视频信息,同时开启收件箱。
若用户接到快递员通知,需要接收快递包裹,用户通过手机软件远程发送开启指令当识接收到所述开启指令'开启收件箱',如前所述,收件箱通信模块通过连接 wifi 可以收到该指令,然后开启收件箱外部的摄像头,记录视频信息,同时开启收件箱,快递员将快递包裹投递进收件箱,完毕以后,需要关闭收件箱。
在步骤 S105 中,判断收件箱是否被关闭。
如上一步骤中,快递员完成投递以后,需要判断收件箱是否关闭。
在步骤 S106 中,若判断出收件箱未被关闭,保持原样。
若判断出收件箱未被关闭,说明快递员还在投递过程中,保持原样。
在步骤 S107 中,若判断出收件箱被关闭,关闭摄像头,将所述视频信息保持至预设的存储位置。
若判断出收件箱被关闭,说明快递员已经完成投递,此时关闭摄像头,完成视频记录,并将所述视频信息保持至预设的存储位置。
该发明将用户家庭门外的收件箱通过家庭 wifi 连接网络,通过内置的通信模块与连接网络,同时配置有监控摄像头,使用户可以既可以远程开启该收件箱,又可以监控快递包裹投递过程,从而实现了无人在家时快递包裹的接收,也确保快递包裹的安全性。

其工作原理是:记录单元 21 ,记录收件箱信息接收端口以及收件箱开启指令;信息判断单元 22 ,判断所述信息接收端口是否接收到所述开启指令;开启单元 23 ,开启收件箱外部的摄像头,记录视频信息,同时开启收件箱;关闭判断单元 24 ,判断收件箱是否被关闭;存储单元 25 ,关闭摄像头,将所述视频信息保持至预设的存储位置。

    记录收件箱信息接收端口以及收件箱开启指令;
    判断所述信息接收端口是否接收到所述开启指令;
    若否,保持原样;
    若是,开启收件箱外部的摄像头,记录视频信息,同时开启收件箱;
    判断收件箱是否被关闭;
    若否,保持原样;
    若是,关闭摄像头,将所述视频信息保持至预设的存储位置。
  2. 一种收件箱,其特征在于,所述收件箱包括:
    记录单元,信息判断单元,开启单元,关闭判断单元,存储单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录收件箱信息接收端口以及收件箱开启指令;
    信息判断单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于判断所述信息接收端口是否接收到所述开启指令;
    开启单元,其输入端与所述信息判断单元的输出端连接,用于开启收件箱外部的摄像头,记录视频信息,同时开启收件箱;
    关闭判断单元,其输入端与所述开启单元的输出端连接,用于判断收件箱是否被关闭;
