Description

一种远程开箱时的信息推送方法以及收件箱 技术领域
本发明属于家电领域,尤其是涉及 一种远程开箱时的信息推送方法以及收件箱 。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 一种收取快递包裹的方法以及收件箱 》 ),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种远程开箱时的信息推送方法 , 目的在于 针对当前快递包裹量大、用户接受不方便、投递效率低的缺陷,提供一种远程收取快递包裹的方法 ,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种远程开箱时的信息推送方法,包括以下步骤:
记录收件箱信息接收端口以及收件箱开启指令;
判断所述信息接收端口是否接收到所述开启指令;
若否,保持原样;
若是,开启收件箱;
收件箱重新关闭后,向收件箱信息接收端口发送关闭确认信息,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种收件箱,包括:
记录单元,指令接收单元,开启单元,关闭信息发送单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录收件箱信息接收端口以及收件箱开启指令;
指令接收单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于判断所述信息接收端口是否接收到所述开启指令;
开启单元,其输入端与所述指令接收单元的输出端连接,用于开启收件箱;
关闭信息发送单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述开启单元的输出端连接,用于收件箱重新关闭后,向收件箱信息接收端口发送关闭确认信息;
专利信息推送单元,其输入端与所述关闭信息发送单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明将用户家庭门外的收件箱通过家庭 wifi 连接网络,通过内置的通信模块与连接网络,使用户可以通过手机远程开启该收件箱,从而实现了无人在家时快递包裹的接收,突破了快递包裹需要用户当场收取的限制,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。

在步骤 S101 中记录收件箱信息接收端口以及收件箱开启指令。
在本实施例中,以用户 A 的收件箱为例,该收件箱位于用户家门门口,记录收件箱信息接收端口为用户 A 手机网络指令发送端口,记录收件箱开启指令为'开启收件箱'。
在步骤 S102 中,判断所述信息接收端口是否接收到所述开启指令。
根据现有技术,该收件箱内置通信模块,使其与用户 A 的家庭 wifi 连接,并使其可以连接网络,判断所述信息接收端口是否接收到用户 A 手机发送的所述开启指令。
在步骤 S103 中,若未接收到所述开启指令,保持原样。
若未接收到所述开启指令,说明用户不需要收取快递包裹,保持原样。
在步骤 S104 中,若收到所述开启指令,开启收件箱。
如上一步骤中,用户接到快递员通知,需要接收快递包裹,用户通过手机软件远程发送开启指令当识接收到所述开启指令'开启收件箱',如前所述,收件箱通信模块通过连接 wifi 可以收到该指令,然后开启收件箱,快递员将快递包裹投递进收件箱,然后关闭收件箱。
在步骤 S105 中,收件箱重新关闭后,向收件箱信息接收端口发送关闭确认信息,同时向用户推送专利信息。
如上一步骤中,收件箱重新关闭后,快递包裹投递结束,向收件箱信息接收端口发送关闭确认信息。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明将用户家庭门外的收件箱通过家庭 wifi 连接网络,通过内置的通信模块与连接网络,使用户可以通过手机远程开启该收件箱,从而实现了无人在家时快递包裹的接收,突破了快递包裹需要用户当场收取的限制,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

开启单元 23 ,其输入端与所述指令接收单元 22 的输出端连接,用于开启收件箱;
关闭信息发送单元 24 ,其输入端分别与所述记录单元 21 的输出端以及所述开启单元 23 的输出端连接,用于收件箱重新关闭后,向收件箱信息接收端口发送关闭确认信息;
专利信息推送单元 25 ,其输入端与所述关闭信息发送单元 24 的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是:记录单元 21 ,记录收件箱信息接收端口以及收件箱开启指令;指令接收单元 22 ,判断所述信息接收端口是否接收到所述开启指令;开启单元 23 ,用于开启收件箱;关闭信息发送单元 24 ,收件箱重新关闭后,向收件箱信息接收端口发送关闭确认信息;专利信息推送单元 25 ,向用户推送专利信息。

  1. 一种远程开箱时的信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    记录收件箱信息接收端口以及收件箱开启指令;
    判断所述信息接收端口是否接收到所述开启指令;
    若否,保持原样;
    若是,开启收件箱;
    收件箱重新关闭后,向收件箱信息接收端口发送关闭确认信息,同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种收件箱,其特征在于,所述收件箱包括:
    记录单元,指令接收单元,开启单元,关闭信息发送单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录收件箱信息接收端口以及收件箱开启指令;
    指令接收单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于判断所述信息接收端口是否接收到所述开启指令;
    开启单元,其输入端与所述指令接收单元的输出端连接,用于开启收件箱;
    关闭信息发送单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述开启单元的输出端连接,用于收件箱重新关闭后,向收件箱信息接收端口发送关闭确认信息;
    专利信息推送单元,其输入端与所述关闭信息发送单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
