一种传送文件时的信息推送方法以及传送系统,属于互联网领域,所述方法包括:记录一个或一个以上的手机文件与电脑文件的对应关系及文件大小阈值,记录手机对电脑文件操作的操作指令(S100);检测用户发送文件大小(S101);判断用户发送文件大小是否超过所述文件大小阈值(S102);若否,从手机发送文件(S103);若是,电脑接收手机操作指令发送文件,并向用户推送专利信息(S104)。通过预设手机对电脑的操作指令并建立手机文件与电脑文件的对应关系,当用户需要传送大文件时可以通过异地电脑进行传输,提高了传送效率,节省了手机流量,并通过推送专利信息,而彰显了专利(申请)权人的权益。

Description

传送文件时的信息推送方法以及传送系统 技术领域
本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及一种传送文件时的信息推送方法以及传送系统。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一技术就知道该技术的信息(即技术发明人、专利申请人等专利信息)。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 文件传送的方法以及传送系统 》 ),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例针对通过手机传送大文件时效率低且会产生流量费用的情况 ,需要提供一种通过预设手机对电脑的操作指令并建立手机文件与电脑文件的对应关系,当用户需要传送大文件时可以通过异地电脑进行传输,提高了传送效率,节省了手机流量,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息,而彰显了专利(申请)权人的权益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的: 一种传送文件时的信息推送方法 ,包括以下步骤:
记录一个或一个以上的手机文件与电脑文件的对应关系及文件大小阈值,记录手机对电脑文件操作的操作指令 ;
检测用户发送文件大小;
判断用户发送文件大小是否超过所述文件大小阈值;
若否,从手机发送文件;
若是,电脑根据手机操作指令发送文件,并向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了传送系统,所述传送系统包括:
记录单元,手机记录单元,检测单元,判断单元,操作指令发送单元,传送单元,其中:
记录单元,位于电脑端,用于记录一个或一个以上的手机文件与电脑文件的对应关系,记录手机对电脑文件操作的操作指令;
手机记录单元,位于手机端,用于记录文件大小阈值;
检测单元,位于手机端,用于检测用户发送文件大小;
判断单元,位于手机端,其输入端分别与所述手机记录单元输出端及所述检测单元输出端连接, 用于 判断用户发送文件大小是否超过所述文件大小阈值;
操作指令发送单元,位于手机端,其输入端与所述判断单元连接,用于手机端向电脑端发送操作指令;
传送单元,位于电脑端,其输入端与所述记录单元输出端连接,用于根据接收手机操作指令发送文件;
信息推送单元,位于手机端,其输入端与所述指令发送单元连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明通过预设手机对电脑的操作指令并建立手机文件与电脑文件的对应关系,当用户需要传送大文件时可以通过异地电脑进行传输,提高了传送效率,节省了手机流量,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息,而彰显了专利(申请)权人的权益。

在步骤 S100 中 , 记录一个或一个以上的手机文件与电脑文件的对应关系及文件大小阈值,记录手机对电脑文件操作的操作指令 ;
该技术为现有技术,目前智能手机都有位于电脑端的文件备份系统,用户会将手机文件备份到电脑端。
在步骤 S101 中 , 检测用户发送文件大小。
在步骤 S102 中,判断用户发送文件大小是否超过所述文件大小阈值;若否,进入步骤 S103 ,从手机发送文件;若是,进入步骤 S104 ,电脑根据手机操作指令发送文件,并向用户推送专利信息。
目前很多社交软件都会有手机版本和电脑版本,例如常用的 QQ ,微信等,当用户传输大文件时,手机向电脑端软件发送操作指令,指令包括文件名、发送人等。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过预设手机对电脑的操作指令并建立手机文件与电脑文件的对应关系,当用户需要传送大文件时可以通过异地电脑进行传输,提高了传送效率,节省了手机流量,并通过使用技术后推送专利信息,而彰显了专利(申请)权人的权益。

操作指令发送单元 25 ,位于手机端,其输入端与所述判断单元 24 连接,用于手机端向电脑端发送操作指令;
传送单元 26 ,位于电脑端,其输入端与所述记录单元 21 输出端连接,用于根据接收手机操作指令发送文件;
信息推送单元 27 ,位于手机端,其输入端与所述指令发送单元 25 连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是:用户在记录单元 21 记录一个或一个以上的手机文件与电脑文件的对应关系,记录手机对电脑文件操作的操作指令,手机记录单元 22 ,记录文件大小阈值,检测单元 23 检测用户发送文件大小,判断单元 24 判断用户发送文件大小是否超过所述文件大小阈值,如果否,从手机发送文件,如果是,操作指令发送单元 25 手机端向电脑端发送操作指令,传送单元 26 根据接收手机操作指令发送文件,同时,信息推送单元 27 向用户推送专利信息。

  1. 一种传送文件时的信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    记录一个或一个以上的手机文件与电脑文件的对应关系及文件大小阈值,记录手机对电脑文件操作的操作指令 ;
    检测用户发送文件大小;
    判断用户发送文件大小是否超过所述文件大小阈值;
    若否,从手机发送文件;
    若是,电脑根据手机操作指令发送文件,并向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种传送系统,其特征在于,所述传送系统包括:
    记录单元,手机记录单元,检测单元,判断单元,操作指令发送单元,传送单元,信息推送单元,其中:
    记录单元,位于电脑端,用于记录一个或一个以上的手机文件与电脑文件的对应关系,记录手机对电脑文件操作的操作指令;
    手机记录单元,位于手机端,用于记录文件大小阈值;
    检测单元,位于手机端,用于检测用户发送文件大小;
