Description

一种车间立柱预埋铁结构 技术领域
本发明涉及建筑领域,尤其是一种车间立柱预埋铁结构。
背景技术
车间建筑施工时往往根据需要在立柱上进行预埋铁放置,传统的方法是将预埋铁固定在指定的位置再进行木模板的制作安装,完毕后进行混凝土的灌装。这种方法对后期车间使用和改造特别是管道布置较多,平台较多的车间往往在预埋铁的布置上会有所偏差,造成了车间建筑施工完毕后进行设备安装时带来麻烦,有时甚至在地面上做支撑立柱。这样的施工方式特别费工,需要模板的制作、预埋铁的制作安装、立柱完成后还需要拆模而同时带来大量的建筑垃圾。
发明内容
发明目的:为解决上述预埋铁定位不准确及预埋铁数量较大、立柱支模、卸模需繁琐施工的技术问题,本发明提供一种车间立柱预埋铁结构。
技术方案:本发明提供的技术方案为:一种车间立柱预埋铁结构,包括:钢管1,钢管1内部空腔中均匀布设有若干沿钢管1长度方向延伸的钢筋3和垂直于钢筋3的加强筋4,钢筋3和加强筋4搭建形成大小与钢管1内部空腔相适配的柱状钢筋网络;柱状钢筋网络在钢管1内形成的空隙中填充有混凝土2。
进一步的,所述钢管1的横截面为三角形或矩形或圆形。
进一步的,所述钢管1为螺纹管或无缝管。
进一步的,所述钢管1两端中至少有一端设有法兰盖,钢管1通过法兰盖与设置在其他车间立柱预埋铁结构上与该法兰盖相匹配的法兰相连。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优势:
直接采用钢管作为立柱的模板兼预埋铁,里面为钢筋混凝土结构。该结构在立柱的任何位置均可当预埋铁,无需后续在楼板上进行支腿等工作,对车间内部设备管道等后续的改造施工中提供极方便的使用,并减少施工周期和建筑垃圾。同时,钢管内的钢筋混凝土结构能够增加立柱的抗压强度、抗弯强度和抗拉强度,尤其适合管道多、工作钢平台多的车间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1所示为本发明的结构图,包括:钢管1,钢管1内部空腔中均匀布设有若干沿钢管1长度方向延伸的钢筋3和垂直于钢筋3的加强筋4,钢筋3和加强筋4搭建形成大小与钢管1内部空腔相适配的柱状钢筋网络;柱状钢筋网络在钢管1内形成的空隙中填充有混凝土2。
钢管1既作为立柱的模板又做为立柱的预埋铁,适用于多层结构车间时,相邻两层之间的钢管可以通过焊接的形式连接也可通过法兰结构连接,采用法兰连接时,钢管1两端中至少有一端设有法兰盖,钢管1通过法兰盖与设置在其他车间立柱预埋铁结构上与该法兰盖相匹配的法兰相连。本实用新型与梁交接时,钢管开口与梁贯穿连接。
进一步的,所述钢管1的横截面为三角形或矩形或圆形。
进一步的,所述钢管1为螺纹管或无缝管。
制造时,可根据施工时立柱的大小选用不同口径的钢管,按照钢管内径大小用钢筋3和加强筋4搭建柱状钢筋网络,将柱状钢筋网络安装进钢管中,再灌入混凝土固定。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种车间立柱预埋铁结构,其特征在于包括:钢管(1),钢管(1)内部空腔中均匀布设有若干沿钢管(1)长度方向延伸的钢筋(3)和垂直于钢筋(3)的加强筋(4),钢筋(3)和加强筋(4)搭建形成大小与钢管(1)内部空腔相适配的柱状钢筋网络;柱状钢筋网络在钢管(1)内形成的空隙中填充有混凝土(2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车间立柱预埋铁结构,其特征在于,所述钢管(1)的横截面为三角形或矩形或圆形。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车间立柱预埋铁结构,其特征在于,所述钢管(1)为螺纹管或无缝管。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车间立柱预埋铁结构,其特征在于,所述钢管(1)两端中至少有一端设有法兰盖,钢管(1)通过法兰盖与设置在其他车间立柱预埋铁结构上与该法兰盖相匹配的法兰相连。
