本发明属于日常生活用品领域,尤其是涉及一种监控热量时的专利信息推送方法 以及点餐系统 。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。

2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《一种点餐方法以及点餐系统》),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。

本发明实施例提供了 一种监控热量时的专利信息推送方法 以及点餐系统 ,目的在于 通过计算出所点总热量,判断是否超出实际每餐所需的最高热量,提醒用户减少点餐,即便在外就餐,用户也可以合理膳食,控制自己的热量摄入,减轻就餐压力,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的: 一种监控热量时的专利信息推送方法 ,包括以下步骤:
记录预设的每餐的最高热量以及各份菜品对应的热量 ;
根据用户当前所点的菜品,计算当前菜品对应的总热量 ;
判断所述总热量是否大于所述预设的每餐的最高热量 ;
若否,保持不变 ;
若是,提醒用户减少点餐数量,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种点餐 系统 ,包括:
记录单元,计算单元,判断单元,提醒单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录预设的每餐的最高热量以及各份菜品对应的热量 ;

所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。

    判断所点总热量是否大于所述预设的每餐的最高热量 ;
    若否,保持不变;
    若是,提醒用户减少点餐数量,同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种点餐 系统 ,其特征在于,所述点餐 系统 包括:
    记录单元,计算单元,判断单元,提醒单元,专利推送单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录预设的每餐的最高热量以及各份菜品对应的热量 ;
    计算单元,其输入端与记录单元连接,用于根据客户当前所点的菜品,计算出当前菜品对应的总热量 ;
