Description

根据语音记录剩余食材技术的权属信息展示方法和冰箱 技术领域
本发明属于互联网领域，尤其是涉及一种根据语音记录剩余食材技术的权属信息展示方法以及冰箱。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1 、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请《一种监控冰箱内剩余食材的方法和冰箱》，让该本人的专利申请价值最大化，特提出一个解决办法。
 技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种根据语音记录剩余食材技术的权属信息展示方法，目的在于针对于当前用户在外面不能够随时了解冰箱内部的物品储存情况，影响用户是否购买物品的决定，给用户造成了困扰和浪费，这种用户体验不佳的情况，需要提供一种能够让用户远程了解冰箱内部存储情况的方法，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的：一种根据语音记录剩余食材技术的权属信息展示方法，包括以下步骤：
通过用户语音输入，记录用户放入冰箱内的食材和数量；
通过用户语音输入，记录用户取出所述冰箱内的食材和数量；
计算所述冰箱内剩余的食材；
向用户推送所述冰箱内剩余食材的信息，同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种冰箱，包括：
第一记录单元，第二记录单元，计算单元，食材信息推送单元，专利信息推送单元,其中:
第一记录单元，用于通过用户语音输入，记录用户放入冰箱内的食材和数量；
第二记录单元，用于通过用户语音输入，记录用户取出所述冰箱内的食材和数量；
计算单元，其输入端分别与所述第一记录单元的输出端以及所述第二记录单元的输出端连接，用于计算所述冰箱内剩余的食材；
食材信息推送单元，其输入端与所述计算单元的输出端连接，用于向用户推送所述冰箱内剩余食材的信息；
专利信息推送单元，其输入端与所述食材信息推送单元的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
 有益效果
该发明通过用户向冰箱语音输入存取食材的种类和数量，使冰箱随时监控内部食材和数量的变化情况，并向用户推送冰箱内剩余食材的情况，方便用户决定购买的食材，提升用户对冰箱的使用体验，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。

 本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种根据语音记录剩余食材技术的权属信息展示方法的流程示意图，为了便于说明，只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中，通过用户语音输入，记录用户放入冰箱内的食材和数量。
在本实施例中，以冰箱存放食材为例，当用户向冰箱里放入购买来的食材时，通过语音识别技术，用户向冰箱语音输入存放的食材和数量。
在本发明实施例中，使用到了语音识别技术。语音识别技术，也被称为 自动语音识别 Automatic Speech Recognition ，(ASR)，其目标是将人类的语音中的词汇内容转换为 计算机 可读的输入，例如按键、 二进制 编码或者字符序列。语音识别技术的应用包括语音拨号、 语音导航 、室内设备控制、语音文档检索、简单的听写数据录入等。IBM公司于1997年开发出汉语ViaVoice语音识别系统，次年又开发出可以识别上海话、广东话和四川话等地方口音的语音识别系统ViaVoice'98。它带有一个32,000词的基本词汇表，可以扩展到65,000词,还包括办公常用词条，具有'纠错机制'，其平均识别率可以达到95%。该系统对新闻语音识别具有较高的精度，是目前具有代表性的汉语连续语音识别系统。中科院自动化所及其所属模式科技(Pattek)公司2002年发布了他们共同推出的面向不同计算平台和应用的'天语'中文语音系列产品--PattekASR，结束了中文语音识别产品自1998年以来一直由国外公司垄断的历史。
在步骤S102中，通过用户语音输入，记录用户取出所述冰箱内的食材和数量。
当用户向冰箱里取出食材时，通过语音识别技术，用户向冰箱语音输入取出的食材和数量。
在步骤S103中，计算所述冰箱内剩余的食材。
在步骤S104中，向用户推送所述冰箱内剩余食材的信息,同时向用户推送专利信息。
根据用户在冰箱内存放食材的情况，计算出当前冰箱内剩余的食材种类和数量，并把剩余食材的信息发送给用户，以便用户时时了解冰箱内部情况。
在本实施例中，可以通过蓝牙、WIFI、互联网将手机与冰箱相连接，将剩余食材信息推送到用户的手机上。
所述专利信息包括但不限于：该技术的专利申请状态，该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请的授权与否，向用户动态推送：正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况，向用户动态推送：该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式，可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过用户向冰箱语音输入存取食材的种类和数量，使冰箱随时监控内部食材和数量的变化情况，并向用户推送冰箱内剩余食材的情况，方便用户决定购买的食材，提升用户对冰箱的使用体验，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种冰箱的结构示意图，该冰箱包括：
第一记录单元21，第二记录单元22，计算单元23，食材信息推送单元24，专利信息推送单元25，其中：
第一记录单元21，用于通过用户语音输入，记录用户放入冰箱内的食材和数量；
第二记录单元22，用于通过用户语音输入，记录用户取出所述冰箱内的食材和数量；
计算单元23，其输入端分别与所述第一记录单元21的输出端以及所述第二记录单元22的输出端连接，用于计算所述冰箱内剩余的食材；
食材信息推送单元24，其输入端与所述计算单元23的输出端连接，用于向用户推送所述冰箱内剩余食材的信息；
专利信息推送单元25，其输入端与所述食材信息推送单元24的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是：通过用户语音输入，第一记录单元21记录用户放入冰箱内的食材和数量；通过用户语音输入，第二记录单元22记录用户取出所述冰箱内的食材和数量；计算单元23计算所述冰箱内剩余的食材；食材信息推送单元24向用户推送所述冰箱内剩余食材的信息,同时，专利信息推送单元25向用户推送专利信息。
该发明通过用户向冰箱语音输入存取食材的种类和数量，使冰箱随时监控内部食材和数量的变化情况，并向用户推送冰箱内剩余食材的情况，方便用户决定购买的食材，提升用户对冰箱的使用体验，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。

  1. 一种根据语音记录剩余食材技术的权属信息展示方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：
    通过用户语音输入，记录用户放入冰箱内的食材和数量；
    通过用户语音输入，记录用户取出所述冰箱内的食材和数量；
    计算所述冰箱内剩余的食材；
    向用户推送所述冰箱内剩余食材的信息，同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种冰箱，其特征在于，所述冰箱包括：
    第一记录单元，第二记录单元，计算单元，食材信息推送单元，专利信息推送单元,其中:
    第一记录单元，用于通过用户语音输入，记录用户放入冰箱内的食材和数量；
    第二记录单元，用于通过用户语音输入，记录用户取出所述冰箱内的食材和数量；
    计算单元，其输入端分别与所述第一记录单元的输出端以及所述第二记录单元的输出端连接，用于计算所述冰箱内剩余的食材；
    食材信息推送单元，其输入端与所述计算单元的输出端连接，用于向用户推送所述冰箱内剩余食材的信息；
    专利信息推送单元，其输入端与所述食材信息推送单元的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
