Description

读单词解锁手机时的信息推送方法和解锁系统 技术领域
本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及一种读单词解锁手机时的信息推送方法以及解锁系统。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请《一种通过读单词解锁手机的方法和解锁系统》,让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种读单词解锁手机时的信息推送方法,目的在于针对于当前用户学习英语记单词效果不好,不能长期坚持,容易放弃,并且时间利用率不高,这种背单词体验不佳的情况,需要提供一种能够提高背单词效率的方法,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种读单词解锁手机时的信息推送方法,包括以下步骤:
记录单词信息;
当用户点亮手机屏幕时,显示单词信息;
通过用户语音输入单词读音,判断所述单词读音是否与所述单词信息中单词读音一致;
若否,保持原状;
若是,解锁手机;
解锁手机次数超过预设的次数阈值,更换单词信息,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种解锁系统,包括:
记录单元,显示单元,判断单元,解锁单元,单词更换单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录单词信息;
显示单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于当用户点亮手机屏幕时,显示单词信息;
判断单元,其输入端与所述显示单元的输出端连接,用于通过用户语音输入单词读音,判断所述单词读音是否与所述单词信息中单词读音一致;
解锁单元,其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于当所述单词读音与所述单词信息中单词读音一致时,解锁手机;
单词更换单元,其输入端与所述解锁单元输出端连接,用于解锁手机次数超过预设的次数阈值,更换单词信息;
专利信息推送单元,其输入端与所述单词更换单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明通过用户在手机上语音录入单词读音的方式解锁手机,从而让用户可以充分利用宝贵的时间在潜移默化中记单词,并且减轻背单词的压力,提升用户学习单词的效果,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

图1是发明实施例提供的一种读单词解锁手机时的信息推送方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中,记录单词信息。
在本实施例中,以用户解锁手机为例,手机记录各个单词的单词信息。单词信息包括:拼写字母、读音、词义、例句等。
在步骤S102中,当用户点亮手机屏幕时,显示单词信息。
当用户为解锁手机点亮手机屏幕时,会在手机屏幕上显示一个单词信息,用来解锁手机屏幕。
在步骤S103中,通过用户语音输入单词读音,判断所述单词读音是否与所述单词信息中单词读音一致;若否,则进入步骤S104中,保持原状;若是,则进入步骤S105中,解锁手机。
通过语音识别技术,用户用语音的方式输入单词读音,如果用户输入的单词读音与手机上显示的单词信息中单词读音不一致,则不能解锁手机;如果用户输入的单词读音与手机上显示的单词信息中单词读音一致,则手机解锁。
在本发明实施例中,使用到了语音识别技术。语音识别技术,也被称为 自动语音识别 Automatic Speech Recognition ,(ASR),其目标是将人类的语音中的词汇内容转换为 计算机 可读的输入,例如按键、 二进制 编码或者字符序列。语音识别技术的应用包括语音拨号、 语音导航 、室内设备控制、语音文档检索、简单的听写数据录入等。IBM公司于1997年开发出汉语ViaVoice语音识别系统,次年又开发出可以识别上海话、广东话和四川话等地方口音的语音识别系统ViaVoice'98。它带有一个32,000词的基本词汇表,可以扩展到65,000词,还包括办公常用词条,具有'纠错机制',其平均识别率可以达到95%。该系统对新闻语音识别具有较高的精度,是目前具有代表性的汉语连续语音识别系统。中科院自动化所及其所属模式科技(Pattek)公司2002年发布了他们共同推出的面向不同计算平台和应用的'天语'中文语音系列产品--PattekASR,结束了中文语音识别产品自1998年以来一直由国外公司垄断的历史。
在步骤S106中,解锁手机次数超过预设的次数阈值,更换单词信息,同时向用户推送专利信息。
预设更换单词信息所需要的解锁手机的次数,当输入同一个单词信息解锁手机的次数超过了预设的解锁手机的次数,就更换下一个单词信息。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过用户在手机上语音录入单词读音的方式解锁手机,从而让用户可以充分利用宝贵的时间在潜移默化中记单词,并且减轻背单词的压力,提升用户学习单词的效果,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

    记录单词信息;
    当用户点亮手机屏幕时,显示单词信息;
    通过用户语音输入单词读音,判断所述单词读音是否与所述单词信息中单词读音一致;
    若否,保持原状;
    若是,解锁手机;
    解锁手机次数超过预设的次数阈值,更换单词信息,同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种解锁系统,其特征在于,所述解锁系统包括:
    记录单元,显示单元,判断单元,解锁单元,单词更换单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录单词信息;
    显示单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于当用户点亮手机屏幕时,显示单词信息;
    判断单元,其输入端与所述显示单元的输出端连接,用于通过用户语音输入单词读音,判断所述单词读音是否与所述单词信息中单词读音一致;
