Description

一种推荐膳食时的信息推送方法和冰箱 技术领域
本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及一种推荐膳食时的信息推送方法以及冰箱。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请《一种推荐营养膳食的方法和冰箱》,让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种推荐膳食时的信息推送方法,目的在于针对于当前人们不能很好平衡自己的膳食,以及不能合理的搭配自己的营养,需要提供一种能够让冰箱监控用户的饮食并且向用户推荐平衡膳食的方法,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种推荐膳食时的信息推送方法,包括以下步骤:
记录与食材对应的营养要素及含量以及预设的在特定时间段内用户需要摄取的营养要素及摄入量阈值;
通过用户语音输入,记录在所述特定时间段内用户取出冰箱内的食材和数量;
根据在所述特定时间段内用户取出冰箱内的食材和数量,计算在所述特定时间段内用户摄取的营养要素及摄入量;
判断在所述特定时间段内用户摄取的营养要素及摄入量是否达到所述预设的在特定时间段内用户需要摄取的营养要素及摄入量阈值;
若是,保持原状;
若否,向用户推送与所述营养要素相对应的食材信息,并向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种冰箱,包括:
预设单元,记录单元,计算单元,判断单元,食材信息推送,专利信息推送单元,其中:
预设单元,用于记录与食材对应的营养要素及含量以及预设的在特定时间段内用户需要摄取的营养要素及摄入量阈值;
记录单元,用于通过用户语音输入,记录在所述特定时间段内用户取出冰箱内的食材和数量;
计算单元,其输入端分别与所述预设单元的输出端以及所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于根据在所述特定时间段内用户取出冰箱内的食材和数量,计算在所述特定时间段内用户摄取的营养要素及摄入量;
判断单元,其输入端与所述计算单元的输出端连接,用于判断在所述特定时间段内用户摄取的营养要素及摄入量是否达到所述预设的在特定时间段内用户需要摄取的营养要素及摄入量阈值;
食材信息推送单元,其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于在所述特定时间段内用户摄取的营养要素及摄入量没有达到所述预设的在特定时间段内用户需要摄取的营养要素及摄入量阈值时,向用户推送与所述营养要素相对应的食材信息;
专利信息推送单元,其输入端与所述食材信息推送单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。

该发明提升用户对冰箱的使用体验,并保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种推荐膳食时的信息推送方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中,记录与食材对应的营养要素及含量以及预设的在特定时间段内用户需要摄取的营养要素及摄入量阈值。
在本实施例中,以用户从冰箱里取出食材为例,记录每种食材在单位重量内所包含的主要营养要素以及营养要素的含量,同时设定在一段时间内,用户需要摄入该中营养要素的摄入量。营养要素包括:蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉、各种维生素等。
如,每个鸡蛋的蛋白质含量是8g,特定的时间段可以设定为3天,预设用户在3天内蛋白质的摄入量为170g。
在步骤S102中,通过用户语音输入,记录在所述特定时间段内用户取出冰箱内的食材和数量。
通过语音识别技术,用户向冰箱语音输入用户去了几颗鸡蛋,冰箱会记录下来。
在本发明实施例中,使用到了语音识别技术。语音识别技术,也被称为 自动语音识别 Automatic Speech Recognition ,(ASR),其目标是将人类的语音中的词汇内容转换为 计算机 可读的输入,例如按键、 二进制 编码或者字符序列。语音识别技术的应用包括语音拨号、 语音导航 、室内设备控制、语音文档检索、简单的听写数据录入等。IBM公司于1997年开发出汉语ViaVoice语音识别系统,次年又开发出可以识别上海话、广东话和四川话等地方口音的语音识别系统ViaVoice'98。它带有一个32,000词的基本词汇表,可以扩展到65,000词,还包括办公常用词条,具有'纠错机制',其平均识别率可以达到95%。该系统对新闻语音识别具有较高的精度,是目前具有代表性的汉语连续语音识别系统。中科院自动化所及其所属模式科技(Pattek)公司2002年发布了他们共同推出的面向不同计算平台和应用的'天语'中文语音系列产品--PattekASR,结束了中文语音识别产品自1998年以来一直由国外公司垄断的历史。
在步骤S103中,根据在所述特定时间段内用户取出冰箱内的食材和数量,计算在所述特定时间段内用户摄取的营养要素及摄入量。
如,冰箱统计在三天的时间段内用户一共取出了多少主要还有蛋白质的食材,并计算出用户蛋白质的摄入量。
在步骤S104中,判断在所述特定时间段内用户摄取的营养要素及摄入量是否达到所述预设的在特定时间段内用户需要摄取的营养要素及摄入量阈值;若是,则进入步骤S105中,保持原状;若否,则进入步骤S106中,向用户推送与所述营养要素相对应的食材信息, 并向用户推送专利信息。
如,根据计算三天内用户蛋白质的摄入量,判断是否达到了预设的蛋白质的摄入量170g;若超过了,冰箱不会推荐膳食信息;若没有超过预设的蛋白质摄入量,说明用户的蛋白质摄入量不够,冰箱则会向用户推送一些还有蛋白质的食材,提醒用户膳食均衡。
在本实施例中,可以通过蓝牙、WIFI、互联网将手机与冰箱相连接,将推荐的食材信息推送到用户的手机上。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。

其工作原理是:预设单元21记录与食材对应的营养要素及含量以及预设的在特定时间段内用户需要摄取的营养要素及摄入量阈值;通过用户语音输入,记录单元22记录在所述特定时间段内用户取出冰箱内的食材和数量;根据在所述特定时间段内用户取出冰箱内的食材和数量,计算单元23计算在所述特定时间段内用户摄取的营养要素及摄入量;判断单元24判断在所述特定时间段内用户摄取的营养要素及摄入量是否达到所述预设的在特定时间段内用户需要摄取的营养要素及摄入量阈值;在所述特定时间段内用户摄取的营养要素及摄入量没有达到所述预设的在特定时间段内用户需要摄取的营养要素及摄入量阈值时,食材信息推送单元25向用户推送与所述营养要素相对应的食材信息,同时,专利信息推送单元26向用户推送专利信息。

    通过用户语音输入,记录在所述特定时间段内用户取出冰箱内的食材和数量;
    根据在所述特定时间段内用户取出冰箱内的食材和数量,计算在所述特定时间段内用户摄取的营养要素及摄入量;
    判断在所述特定时间段内用户摄取的营养要素及摄入量是否达到所述预设的在特定时间段内用户需要摄取的营养要素及摄入量阈值;
    若是,保持原状;
    若否,向用户推送与所述营养要素相对应的食材信息,并向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱包括:
    预设单元,记录单元,计算单元,判断单元,食材信息推送,专利信息推送单元,其中:
    预设单元,用于记录与食材对应的营养要素及含量以及预设的在特定时间段内用户需要摄取的营养要素及摄入量阈值;
